Tallman Brewing & Food Trucks

Nice building and cool atmosphere. Six or seven food trucks that all looked worth a visit. Had a Spruce Juice Hazy IPA that was dang good! Not much swag. Plenty of parking. Indoor and outdoor seating.

Camping nearby and it was hot so ventured into town to this sweet brewery!! Wow so many to choose from. The ciders were sooo good a d my husband loved his beers! Lots of food trucks with a variety of choices! We tired 3 things and all were very good !! It is really nice inside and outside. Looking forward to the next visit!

Always love running karaoke there and getting Aloha To Go Food Truck. There's 8 total food truck and they're all great.

Nice micro brewery to visit as we past thru town. The food trucks outside are a great option too. My only complaint and also is illegal is they allow minors into the bar area even though there are signs posted no minors allowed. I also saw a teenager drinking beer next to me with her family. It's hard to watch a football game when children are in the bar area.

Stopped in for a bite to eat with my friend. First time here and I enjoyed the atmosphere and variety of food & beer on tap. I had a chicken Gyro with a Corked Boots amber beer. Both were amazing. The beer was very good so I ordered up another! We showed up around 3 on a Friday afternoon. This was good timing because by the time we were eating our food the place filled up really quickly. They have numerous food trucks for people to choose from and their beers on tap are adequate for most people. Very nice decor and clean establishment. I definitely would recommend this place if you haven't tried it. I will be back.

Such a nice place. Great flow of spaces. Nice variety food choices. Kid and pet friendly. Cool outside games! Lots of drink choices and lots of brews on tap. Overall it was a very pleasant experience.

The place was nice, clean, and comfy. I had a lot of questions and the wait staff were awesome. The tables were set up with wheelchair access, there were bench seats and chair seating on the outside. This place is perfect to enjoy a tasty meal and an awesome beverage, and it is family and pet friendly.

Their food is OK. I love their beer and their activities that they do but I wish they were open like other food courts where they were open all week and the food trucks were open out through the week just not during the summer but during spring I’ve seen a lot where they haven’t been open as much. I love how they do the prizes and paints and games and I love that but I wish we had more parking and I wish we had 10 times more food trucks there where we had more of a selection prices have gotten really expensive there too, but I do love what they do there specially, their bear and the way they are so polite to everybody. Just wish they had more room more parking a bigger building and I wish it was a little bit more organized with the food trucks. I wish we had 10 times more like other locations Specially how big the town is growing and how many food trucks are out and about. I would love to see them grow and be open more often and be nice to have the trucks open around certain times of the day. Trucks are all different different hours and different times open but weekends I’ve seen not to throw on that and I wish the prices would really drop on the food trucks and I wish some of their stuff was a lot more serving and a lot bigger than what they are. This place has a lot of work to do to other food courts. I’ve seen 10 times better business location and they’re open more than this location Specially like the one in Albany there’s three of them down there and they’re they’re really really good and they’re totally worth it. They have a lot of trucks and they’re always busy and they’re always open. Wish this one would open their eyes. There’s a whole field next to them. They could add more parking or add more food trucks make bigger parking lots it would be nice and more places to sit.

The bar is great and the guys working were awesome. The concept of open bay with food trucks is genius. The trucks offer something for everyone. Outdoor activities to entertain is great.

Good selection of beverages and their Tallman brews have been pretty good! Having a food cart selection is great. The service is always good. Friendly bartenders who know the products they serve. The brewery dining area itself is a little on the noisy side so don't go expecting to have a quiet conversation here. It is comfortable and well maintained and pleasant for gatherings. There are several outdoor tables and games as well so in the sunny weather this will be pleasant for families. A couple dartboards and several table games are available. Overall, good venue!

Great place to escape to. Love the food trucks and the atmosphere. The bartenders are top notch! Worth the drive.

This is a great place to come for lunch, dinner or just to hang out and have a drink. They gave 10 food trucks with all sorts a different kinds of great food. I ate at a place called The Sauce it's a Hawaiian food truck I got the Kalua pork it came with rice and Mac salad. The pork was good nice a juicy and great flavor the Mac salad had an interesting flavor like a vinegar flavor to it. The only I would say is add more rice and Kalua pork to fill the extra spot in the empty spot. I also got some soup from Ayami Korean Fusion it was really good and tasted like comfort food. The guy was nice and even came over gave me some chilly sauce to put in the soup. They have a bar inside with a nice variety of beer and ciders from local breweries and some from ones that they brewed in home.

Amazing drink and food. Great place to take the family. They cater to a variety of tastes and have excellent service.

If you like flies all over your food and face please eat here all they have to do is add fans and fly traps!!! literally we opened our food and got bombarted by flies gross

Love the beer, the food trucks, the open air atmosphere but I miss my Wednesday bartender. For the last three years or so we have been patronizing Tallman on Wednesdays because we liked the bartender so much. Unfortunately, they let him go and gave his shift to a person that gave me a less than friendly vibe with a little bit of arrogance thrown in. One more chance.

Wow what a cool brew house.. super clean and nice inside and out.. looks brand new!! Lots of yummy food trucks to help you eat and drink the day away. Lots of great beers on tap. Really nice outdoor area for the kids play and have fun. Games and tables for the littles.. this place is going to be getting crazy busy. Get here soon before there is a line to get in..

Lebanon is fortunate that the owner decides to invest in this community and bring such a cool place to town. The food trucks are delicious, the beer is cold, and there's TVs, and a digital jukebox! The bartenders are great, and always super nice. A must try in Lebanon!

What a great place! Beautiful building, friendly staff and very clean. Great beer too! I recommend their Spruce Juice.

I've been to Tallman Brewing several times. I had a great experience each time. Excellent variety of food and beer. Lots of events, I loved the trivia night and the live music. This is a gem in Lebanon.

Came here today and my Boyfriend and I had the butter chicken from the Indian Food Truck, never had it before and literally so delicious, came with flavored chicken a side of rice, cabbage and some garlic Nan bread (hope I spelled it right) definatly coming back!

Been to this place multiple times and never had a bad experience or bad food from any truck.
