Head the hype around Tallow few years back.
The food was stunning, perfectly presented, with a balance of flavours that made each dish stand out and sing.
First course I had lambs sweetbread, glaze and pickle.
Worked fabulously together.
Mains - I usually would go for meat 9/10.
Instead - Goats curd , hazel nuts, chanterelle mushrooms and a sauce
(Their description is much better)
Wow! what an incredible combination of flavours.
Dessert - cremeux , meringue and chocolate (really badly explained by me).
Sensational.
Tells your friends , tell your granny, places like this need to stay open forever.
