I loved this place! The workers were so sweet and the service was quick and efficient! The food was so good and the portion sizes are great. The Pad See Ew with chicken, vegetable basil fried rice, crab rangoons, spring rolls and mixed vegetables were perfect for our party of 3. The location is very calming and a nice escape from the hustle of the city! Would definitely come back again!

I had such a great experience at this Thai restaurant. Every dish we ordered was delicious and well seasoned. The flavors reminded me of food back in Thailand. Nothing tasted watered down or adjusted too much. The menu had a great variety of options. Service was fast and very friendly. The staff was happy to answer questions about the menu. The restaurant was clean and comfortable. Portions were generous for the price. This will definitely be one of my go-to Thai spots.

Google
Food tasted freshly made, adequate portions and nice atmosphere. The location is small, but it’s intimate and employees are efficient. The lunch special was a nice deal. I ordered the Crispy Lime Chicken, and it was delicious! It was a pleasant surprise. The dressing tasted like Caesar, but the chicken seemed to be breaded in a tempura batter, which was fresh and light.

Google
Bestt thai food place everr!! I’ve come here with my friends so many times, and it’s always amazing. The food is delicious, and there are some really good options for meals and desserts as well. I always go for the lunch deal whenever I can and it’s worth it! The service is good and everyone is really nice. The vibes and aesthetics are super cute and I love the interior design. Would defoo recommend coming <3

Absolutely amazing Thai food! Everything we ordered was full of fresh flavors and perfectly balanced. The spices were just right, the portions were generous, and the presentation was beautiful. The staff were warm, attentive, and made the whole experience feel special. The restaurant was clean, cozy, and had such a welcoming vibe. Highly recommend this place if you want authentic, delicious Thai cuisine — I’ll definitely be coming back!

Google
Decent Thai food. Green curry was good but could be a bit more spicier, love the drunken noodles. Owner offers a 5% off if everyone in the party leave a 5 star review. They were very forceful and checked for everyone. It’s feels very forced and probably explains why this spot has so high ratings

Google
So good... Id buy their cookbook! We had spring rolls, chicken wings, drunken noodle with seafood, and massaman curry with chicken. All were stupendous. Theres a huge difference between places like this, who makes everything themselves, and a restaurant who uses pre-made sauces. The place is not hugely atmospheric, and its on the 2nd fl, but... go here!

I came to this restaurant for the first time and really enjoyed the authentic Thai flavors — the food was very tasty. The portion felt a bit small for me, so I think ordering an appetizer along with the lunch special would make it just right. I’d love to introduce this place to my friends and come back again.

Yelp
The most amazing Tom Kah soup in the city. Crab Rangoon is great too, as is the service.

Yelp
Near the MoMa, you can find this new spot with a menu where most dishes are under $20. In this economy, it's a steal. The service was excellent upon entering - shoutout to the staff member Eddy! The Thai Tea here is so pretty and only $5!The wings were grilled and juicy. The calamari was lightly fried and not chewy at all. The puffs were flaky and hot. And the rangoons were packed with a crabby creamy cheese filling! The curry was mildly spicy, and so creamy and coconuty. The fried rice had a whole crab omelette on top and fresh cucumber on the side. They also have Mango Sticky Rice here for only $10 and it was a classic way to end a Thai meal. It's small inside but very spacious at the same time. This used to be where Bengal Tiger was located!

Yelp
Cute new Thai spot that opened right near Central Park. We stopped by for lunch on the weekend and there were quite a few people there. We started off with the chicken wing appetizer, a little disappointing bc it seemed baked and just came with some Thai chili sauce on the side. Some wings also had a lot of hair on it. Fortunately the entrees made up for the wings. We had the pad kee mao and the south thai curry. The pad kee mao was very flavorful and came with a ton of basil, one of the better ones I've had in the city. The Thai curry was also flavorful. Staff were nice and attentive. They also have a grand opening special where you can pick a card and get a little discount or drink/app.

Yelp
My party of 2 visited on a Saturday around 12pm and were seated promptly. This restaurant is located on the second floor, so you need to take stairs up. It's a cozy space with a decent amount of seating. We ordered a couple and appetizers (crab rangoon & soft shell crab spring rolls) and entrees to try, as well as a Thai Iced Tea and Thai Iced Coffee, and mango sticky rice for dessert. The food and drinks came out relatively quick and the presentation was nice. The shrimp pad thai had a generous amount of shrimp and the noodles were nicely cooked and seasoned. The massaman curry here was different than ones I've had in the past, being less sweet and having more of a kick. + Lunch specials starting at $15 during the week.

Yelp
Went to this recently opened place with my son for lunch and we enjoyed it very much. The service, decor, and food were perfect. We had the papaya salad with anchovy dressing and soft shell crab summer rolls (special seasonal, appetizer) to start. Then we ordered Chicken in Garlic Sauce and Pad Se Ew with Chicken lunch specials which come with choice of Tum Yum Soup or spring rolls. We went with the soup and it was delightful. The lunch special portions are a little small but good for the diet. We will definitely be back! Highly recommend this gem. They even make their own green tea with toasted rice - very nice!

Yelp
I recently dined at Tam Mai Thai in Manhattan and had a great experience! I ordered the chicken drunken noodles, which were fresh and delicious. It had great flavor, a bit of a kick and I thoroughly enjoyed my meal. The Thai tea was very good as well. My only reason for not giving it 5 stars is that the portion size was a bit smaller than I expected. It was so good that I was actually considering ordering another serving The restaurant itself is small but nice, had a nice little bar area and the staff was very friendly. I would definitely recommend Tam Mai Thai for a good Thai cuisine.

Yelp
Tam Mai Thai is a beautiful and cozy Thai restaurant on the SECOND floor on 56th St, taking over the old Begal Tiger location. They just opened (Dec 2024) and the renovation is gorgeous. For $17 weekday lunch special, I got the pad kee mao (drunken noodles) with chicken, which came with a tom yum soup. The portion size is good and the quality of ingredients is solid, down to the green fried basil leaves on top of my dish. Service was great, very attentive and sweet. Since they just opened, there was zero wait for a table. Welcome to the neighborhood! Wishing you much success!

Yelp
This place is really good. I stopped in for the lunch special. I had the pad kee Mao, with a spring roll and Thai tea. Everything was delicious. Additionally, the decor is so cute, and the employees are incredibly warm and friendly. Excellent food and service.
