Fantastic Mediterranean restaurant in Old Town, Chania. We stopped by for an early lunch and had the stuffed peppers & tomatoes and the chicken fillet leg quarters. The dishes are delicious and completely satisfying. Whether you sit outside, or in any of the 2 dining rooms, you will not be disappointed.

We stopped for supper at Tamtam after a long day of travelling. The food was very good and the service was nice. We were able to get a table inside near the window as it was very busy. The vegetables were roasted to perfection and were very delicious! We enjoyed the Greek salad, pork chops, roasted vegetables, tzatziki, bread, and beers.

We came for lunch on a busy Friday. They managed a table for five inside. Food was excellent. We had pumpkin soup, mix appetizers platter, kebab, grilled calamari and spaghetti bolognese. We didn’t notice that we took away a reservation until the waiter told us so the time we were about to pay, and maybe that is the reason we felt little bit rushed to leave and waiter forgot to give us free raki.

Such a nice place in Chania with seating options both inside and outside. We tried their Moussakas and the pork steak topped with Cretan cheese, and both were really good. The Greek salad was also perfect, though I would’ve liked a more generous portion of feta on top. I’d recommend it for a traditional meal in the beautiful city of Chania.

It was an incredibly delicious experience. I’ve never had a better “Hünkar Beğendi” in my life. The meat was incredibly tender, and the sauce was perfect. If you come to this city, this is a restaurant you absolutely must visit, and when you do, make sure there’s a “Hünkar Beğendi” on the table!

Great location (just a block off the harbour), great service (got seated right away, they followed up on food frequently) and good value. I had the Moussaka and it was best I’ve had so far. Very flavorful, great texture. And they finished off with a sweet treat!

This charming spot in the historic town is an absolute gem - offering mouthwatering dishes, delightful house wines, genuine ambiance, and incredibly warm service. Our time in Chania was made even more special thanks to our daily visits here. Make sure to stop by, you won't regret it.

It’s nice looking place and after all the great reviews, I wanted so desperately to have a good meal but severely disappointed. The veg soup overly salty ; the Cretan zucchini cheese pie same. Atmosphere is lively and waiters busy but decent. Has outdoor and 2 indoor spaces, one of which is in a refurbished old Hamam built in Ottoman times. The outdoor space looks great tight and uncomfortable when there are tons of pedestrians walking by after 6pm.
