"Another safari option is Taman Safari Cisarua, a three-hour drive from Jakarta in Cisarua. Most of the animals walk around and you can interact with them so it’s lots of fun." - Marguerite Imbert

An amazing safari that gives a unique experience to its visitors. Suitable for all family sizes. The first part to view all the animals from your car is quite interesting and convenient. Thinking that the whole experience is far from it is totally wrong. The second half of the park is filled with other animals, shows, and experiences including mini theme and water parks. Definitely need a few days to cover it all. Do bring umbrellas, change of clothes, comfortable walking shoes. The animals look well fed and comfortable and you can see that the staff really loves their job. Definitely a recommend experience. ⭐️🌟⭐️🌟⭐️🌟⭐️🌟

I never seem to grow tired of visiting Taman Safari. Each visit feels like a gentle throwback to childhood, a reminder of simpler times and in the most comforting way, not much has truly changed. The safari journey remains enjoyable and well-organized, allowing visitors to observe animals in a setting that feels spacious and thoughtfully maintained. The park is clean, well-kept, and continues to balance education and leisure in a way that feels effortless. What I appreciate most is its timeless appeal. While many attractions constantly reinvent themselves, Taman Safari has managed to preserve its original charm, making it just as enjoyable now as it was years ago. A lovely destination for families, and equally pleasant for adults revisiting fond memories from the past.

A beautiful experience with the family. You can get your own car or get a personal driver to drive you inside through the park. You will be able to engage with many animals and feed them as you cruise through the park. At the end of the tour you will end up at the food court where you can get a meal with your family or friends, check the Pandas, and walk around taking pictures before you conclude your journey and take off from the park. Note: Even the personal driver requires a ticket to enter.

Salam from neighbouring Malaysia We arrived minutes after the park opened at 9 am. We were advised to come on weekday to avoid heavy traffic on weekend (authority closed 1 lane to manage traffic volume for several hours). Unforgettable experience during the Safari Journey (via car), interacting with animals elephant, zebras, gazelle, giraffe, rhino, hippo, tiger, lion and many more. We spent about 2 hours feeding the animals (Can buy carrots, watermelon and bananas before entering the safari compound, plenty of vendors). There are also animal shows that visitors can attend after the safari journey. To get to other attractions, you may travel by your own vehicle or via internal tram provided. As we came during rainy day, not many attractions that we were able to enjoy. Nevertheless, overall it was a good experience for our kids. Advisable to stay there for atleast 1 night to really explore the safari attractions... Hopefully will come back in future

Taman Safari was a truly eye-opening experience, especially as I had never been to a safari like this before. The self-drive portion at the start of the safari is a unique and immersive experience that you don’t get elsewhere. This section can take over an hour due to traffic buildup during animal feeding times and road crossings (longer during weekend / public holidays). The rest of the park, including the amusement rides, animal shows, and Istana Panda, is equally engaging. There is something for everyone, and it is easy to spend a full day exploring everything. The safari is very well organised, and overall it was an enjoyable and memorable experience. There are many stalls selling carrots before entering the safari, so it’s a good idea to pick some up for feeding the animals during the self-drive portion.

One of an amazing Safari . Everything well organized & they care with all the details. The price is deserving. It’s including tickets and all the activities inside expect the food . Me and my family had a great and fun time inside . We were 2 adults 1 kids with our car .( 1,550,000 IDR ) = 340 SAR . Advice go with the car not with bus cause you can feed animals and take a tour inside it . 🤍🤍

I feel like Taman Safari (any locations) always been my best zoo experience. I like the safari journey where we can just drive around the animals enclosure and interact with them. this time, instead of driving a private car, we took the bus service and it was super fun cause we got the whole bus for ourselves. we got to see almost all the animals. unfortunately we don't get to see any of the shows cause of our limited time. but everything was fun and enjoyable. staff are also nice and helpful, they even pick us up in a private car to get us from the bus shuttle place to the resort. finally got to see panda and red panda irl as well!

So much to see. You need a full day. Big park and lots to see and learn about. I love that you can feed carrots to the animals. They will come up right to your vehicle.
