Very good market. We have been waiting for a T&T Market to open in our area and now it's here. Very good selection of items. The Bakery and Hot Food areas are wonderful.

T&T has truly leveled up their service game. The staff here are so warm and friendly you’d think they were auditioning for Canada’s Next Top Customer Service Rep. And yes, a lot more English-speaking staff, which makes the whole experience feel extra smooth and super welcoming. No lines in check out and this is only the second day of opening. Bags were complimentary. Not as chaotic and seems like they took some lessons learned from Bellevue. The shrimp shumai? Oh, honey, packed with meat like it’s out here doing weight training. No filler, no scrimping, they did NOT shumai-lly disappoint. The egg custard is flakier than my ex’s excuses, and twice as satisfying. And the bear baos? Adorable, delicious, and honestly unbearable in the best way. Overall, T&T Lynnwood is serving flavors, friendliness, and full portions. They don’t scrimp, they shrimp. 🦐✨

Don’t go to this store until the crowd dies down, it’s worst than Costco on a Saturday. Parking is a nightmare. It shares the same parking lot with many other business. Honestly. Despite their efforts to direct the crowd. It’s too crowded to even enjoy being there. I consider it a safety and personal space issue. If a fire were to occur. I believe it would be a death trap. So make sure to be mindful of the nearest exit. Someone rubbed up against my rear which was uncomfortable. I gave her a the death stare when I turned around in protest. All I could get my hands on was the fried chicken and even that was disappointing because the batter was bland. The chicken meat was flavored nicely. There’s a strong garlic flavor. I am not sure I would pay $15 bucks for this fried chicken since the batter was too bland.

Very excited to see the second “True North Strong and Free” lighthouse — T&T Supermarket — finally open in the U.S. today, Thursday, November 13, 2025! It brings much-needed Asian grocery options to the North Seattle community. But I have to admit… now I’m a bit worried about the revenue of the nearby 99 Ranch Market!

Google
This Lynnwood Store looks more small than Bellevue store, But the foods still same yummy 😋 And the service is great 👍 I found Paradise Asian Food in this T & T Asian Supermarket both locations. Thank you T & T 🙏😍❤️

It was crowded but well worth it. Hope it doesnt get too crazy here...

Google
Huge disappointment. I’ve been a loyal T&T fan for years, but this new store is a joke. Many fruits were already NOT fresh — the discounted tomatoes literally had mold in almost every box. How does a brand-new store have produce like this? I also bought a lunch box and their snail meat dish. The snail meat tasted off, so I stopped eating it. Later that afternoon, I had severe diarrhea and vomiting. I can’t prove it’s food poisoning, but the quality here makes me seriously doubt their safety. I’m done with this place. This store is nowhere near the standard of real T&T. I’d rather drive to Canada than ever spend another dollar here.

Google
I bought a box of grape daifuku today. The filling was generous, chewy, and delicious. The vegetables were also very fresh. They had a wide variety of frozen foods, and the cooked dishes all looked very appetizing. However, the line was too long. I'll buy it next time when it's less crowded. The mango sago pudding was also very good! 😁

Yelp
It was really good there was a lot different foods, ice cream, bread drinks and more. I wish there was couple more snacks from Korea or more variety different asian country. I love most everything. Right now still lot of people but you wait a month or two then should be lot less people or go in evening. It's a pretty good store.

Yelp
What a fun visit on Grand opening day. Walking into the new T&T in Lynnwood truly feels like stepping into a Taiwanese or Asian supermarket -- bright, clean, organized, and full of amazing food finds. Highlights from the day: Baby Bear Bao These adorable bear-stamped gua bao are a must-try. Soft bun with braised pork, pickled veggies, and cilantro -- cute AND delicious. Fresh Onigiri / Handmade Rice Rolls Tried a new flavor today and loved it! Sesame mochi + sweet red bean on the outside, with classic Taiwanese savory fillings inside (pork floss, pickled radish). The chewy mochi, sweetness, and salty crunch actually work perfectly together. Surprisingly good! Papa Chicken Rotisserie (including Mala flavor!) Super convenient for dinner -- grab a box and you're set. Beautiful Cake Display Bear cakes, bunny cakes, fresh fruit cakes, taro, strawberry... everything looks photo-worthy. Portuguese & Hong Kong-style Egg Tarts Golden, buttery, and impossible to stop at just one. Japanese Snacks & Gift Boxes It honestly feels like a Japanese souvenir shop -- Shiroi Koibito, melon cookies, PEKO tins, Cacaocat, and more. Express Line for Seniors 70+ Such a thoughtful touch! The store was busy, but seniors had their own fast lane. Opening-day surprises I even received a gift card while shopping -- such a fun little bonus. Overall, this new T&T really delivers: fresh hot foods, friendly staff, clean aisles, and tons of great Asian snacks and ready-to-eat options. I'll definitely be coming back often! T&T Supermarket - Lynnwood If you love Asian groceries, Taiwanese flavors, or Japanese snacks, this place is absolutely worth visiting!

Yelp
I swung by the new T&T Supermarket in Lynnwood out of curiosity, and wow -- this place was packed. I expected it being busy since it just opened over a month ago, but it was honestly tough to move around without getting stuck in foot traffic. I didn't stay long because of that, but I did manage to take a look around. Compared to the Bellevue location, this one feels noticeably smaller and doesn't seem to carry the same variety. I specifically came for sushi, and the selection was pretty limited. I ended up grabbing a sushi boat and some grilled eel. Both were decent -- fresh enough and tasty -- but nothing that really stood out. Lower fish grade and spices on nigiri were thin. One thing that did catch my eye was the hot food section. Lots of interesting options, from dim sum to roasted meats. I didn't try any this time, but I'm curious enough to come back once the initial crowds die down. Overall, it's nice to have a T&T closer to home, but I'll probably wait a bit before making a return trip -- and if I really want variety, Bellevue still wins.

Yelp
Hot foods are great especially the braised lamb is great and very tasty. Husband enjoyed it. I like the sautéed eggplants in some brown sauce as well as the "baby baos" I don't care for the steam buns. They are too denser and not enough umami or flavor. As far as groceries, i like the variety of fruits and vegetables. The downside is that the space is very small and hard to move around without bumping elbows with people. Back to hot foods. I think it will be better to have tickets to order food so that everyone is helped accordingly. Prices vary as well. Some are reasonable and some are expensive. So expect that. Otherwise, if you don't like the crowd. Do not come with children as in toddlers. They will not enjoy this excursion. Location is great but parking is very challenging. Come very early or almost closing time.

Yelp
I'm SO happy that this one opened up in Lynnwood! I've been eagerly awaiting since I learned about its opening. Definitely smaller than Bellevue, and there was no line when I went but it was busy for a Friday post Thanksgiving. I've dreamed of getting the fresh mango cake years back since I first came across T&T 3 years ago when visiting Vancouver! That mango cake stuck with me ever since! The ladies at the bakery were so nice and even asked if I wanted a happy birthday sign and a candle and I said yes! They even provided a plastic cake cutter for the cake which was super convenient! I had this cake for my birthday brunch and loved it! Light and airy, not too sweet. I would've preferred a tad bit more cream between the layers but it was fluffy and delicious! I love t&t's shrimp and pork balls in the frozen section. I believe they make these with their shrimp and pork shumai that you can get near the hot bar b/c it tasted pretty similar. Their hot bar food wasn't bad! It's close to $12 per lb but they have a good variety of veggies, fried rice, chow/lo mein and meat dishes. So glad we have two now in the PNW! Absolutely adore T&T :)

Yelp
It's still overcrowded since it's just opened. I haven't tried their food stands yet, but I'm really excited to try them one day. I will wait when it's less busier. I give 5 stars because the store has varieties products that I can't find at any other Asian stores -and- Staff were all friendly, alert, and cautious with all customers. Give directions and help quickly.

Yelp
T&T supermarket is finally open in Lynnwood. I am not new to this place, however, I am so excited that it's so close to home. I've been a customer/fan of this place for years when I travel to Vancouver. The Lynnwood location is pretty small compared to all the branches I've been too. Regardless, management is trying to have everything they can offer but limited in space and variety. I enjoy the hot bar, it's very good, fresh ingredients and a variety of food offered. I also like the dimsum, hot and ready to eat. I went days after it opened. Still a lot of shoppers but getting parking and into the store was not a problem. The aisle is not wide, 2 shopping carts side by side is very tight. Management expected lots of people so they opened the place with security, barricades and marshals to lead you to the check out counter. I went back the next day at opening time. You will not expect a lot of people at this time. Was able to see more of the items they carry. Overall, a 4 due to the space constraints but love, love this. I will still come over and buy from them. I will also buy from other Asian stores nearby because they are more complete.

Yelp
Went here during opening week on a Saturday evening. The wait time in line to get in was about less than five minutes, and when you walk in there's a lot of people. It gets overwhelming. They do have a lot of fresh produce, pastries, a hot bar, and frozen groceries from all over Asia. They have all the classics, not too sweet Asian desserts and ice cream, and all the fresh fruits and vegetables. They definitely have stuff cheaper than other grocery stores. Their food is okay. I tried their bao bun, it was nothing special. It contains peanuts, pork, and some cabbage pickle, and I also had the glutinous rice wrapped around pork floss and Chinese sausage, again, just okay. The staff was amazing, working fast. There was a line at checkout but it moved fast because of the amazing staff. I wouldn't go during busy hours, too many people, too overwhelming. It's never that serious. Would go when the hype has died down because there are good things.

Yelp
We came on the grand opening day! We were able to get into the store fairly quickly in the early afternoon -- only about a 10-15 minute wait! We appreciated the temporary outdoor restrooms available before waiting in line. Inside the store, we saw many fresh products and noticed that the staff kept restocking to prevent items from running out. We also saw many new products that we hadn't seen at the other T&T location in Bellevue. We did notice that this supermarket is smaller, and it could be difficult to pass other people in the aisles. Overall, we loved the T&T in Lynnwood since it's much closer to us, and we'll definitely make this our regular grocery shopping spot! Parking wasn't too bad either -- as expected in Lynnwood, the parking lot had plenty of spacious spots.

Yelp
I don't understand the hype. I've been to a lot of the Asian supermarkets in our area and this one does not seem any different. Its shiny and new but the products, for the most part, seem similar to other stores. Due to the smaller foot print of the store the shelves seem very narrow. It was extremely difficult to get around people. They had a queue for checkout but it was not obvious where you should go. I was unable to check out the pre-made food area due to crowds and tight spacing. So I'll have to go back if/once the hype dies down.

Yelp
So glad this location opened up! T&T has the best selection for us and our family. Their hot food deli, veggies and dessert options are what we look forward for. Their prices are amazing for the quality. Their sushi selection is so fresh and yummy and great for the price! Parking is limited as it shares a whole plaza with other popular businesses. The store is new and clean with lots of over head freezers. Bakery is so good with delicious mango treats and cakes! Service is nice! Helpful!

Yelp
This is just the initial review since there's still a big crowd due to the hype of this place! It's hard to give a review when the place is too crowded and can't get too many things because of the lines! I've been hearing a lot about this new establishment from a few friends who has been to the Bellevue location. I can say after patiently waiting in line, and finally getting inside, it has a lot of promise! I was able to get some sweet and sour pork, crispy pork belly and onigiri. Pork belly is a little bit on the salty side, but with the right sauce, is fixable. The onigiri was dry, the seaweed was already ripped from trying to get it out of the package. The sweet and sour pork definitely was the star. A bit pricey for sure but that was to be expected. I'm excited to see where it's true quality lies when the hype dies down.

Yelp
We check out the newly opened T & T Supermarket branch here in Lynnwood. It opened this weekend at the old Sprouts. We've been waiting for this to open. T & T, a Canadian company, is a favorite of ours for years especially the one in Richmond BC. Looks like the other T & Ts, in Bellevue and in Vancouver, but this one is way smaller. The spaces each department are also smaller, which neans there are less products and variety to display and sell. The aisles feel crowded with grocery cart gridlock. The line for paying went fast, though. Parking was not a real issue. We brought home some hot food from the self service by the weight counter. We got the eggplant, sweet & sour ribs and shrimps. We ate it at home and they all tasted very good. We also bought the steamed BBQ buns and they're better than the ones from Bellevue. There were a lot of workers constantly stocking the shelves. There were enough cashiers. I'm sure it'll get better when the initial hoopla dies down. I'm glad we have one closer to our house.

Yelp
Smaller than the Factoria location, but it still has just about everything you'd want in a T&T store (except no food court out past the registers). Produce is better than H-Mart and Ranch 99, selection is about the same but in a shiny new bright store. I agree with some other reviews that the aisles are narrow, and it doesn't help that they appear to store excess inventory in those same aisles. But I live in Kenmore so I'm glad to have this Asian market option on the north end.

Yelp
Line was 20 min long. Great selection of food and huge store. Was colorful and organized. Make sure to download the T and T app for more savings. Was in and out in 30 min. Really liked the Taiwanese stuffed rice rolls. Lots of parking.
google avatar

Vilet C.

Yelp
The food, the cleanliness (always.. even in their existing stores). Obsessed! Been driving to Richmond since I was a kid so having one 10 mins from me is the best news ever.

Yelp
Food court is ok. Here is what you should try at food court: BBQ sausage, egg tarts, sticky rice rolls. Service is friendly. Roasted duck and pastry are similar taste to 99 ranch market. I tried the crispy garlic " PaPa chicken " which did not impress. The crispy flour was be part of the chicken meat when touched. Dimsum is not recommended.

Yelp
Just came back from T & T Supermarket located in Lynwood Washington. First of all No all T & T Supermarket are the same. Our experience was not as many felt like it is the best thing in supermarket. For this location that was our first time going there & my mom first time been in any T & T Supermarket. She was Not happy how the experience and the treatment we got over there. When we got this this afternoon that place was pretty packed and parking was very packed as well. Many people looked like they never been in a market like this. Them price for food was so so and for other locations like 99 Ranch was much better. But since it our first time going into this market in the USA, why not give it a try. We did spent almost a $100 for variety of food. Mostly things we buy from other Asian Supermarket. I do like their to go buckets for hot food for $10.99 per pound deal. Many of them looked delicious. All I picked up was their sweet spare ribs and spicy egg plant. Also my mom wanted their calendar, but what though was that we had to spend $80. to get one of their calendar, But turns out you have to spend $88. We were so close and yet they wouldn't budge to offer us one and so I had to spend some more money just to get that. Pitiful!!! Also just to let you all know that Not all T & T Supermarket rewards works in everywhere like they have mentioned when I was in Canada. I have been a member for almost (2) years. So we just found out that we had to open a new account for the US. So just to let you all know. And for me to give this place a (2) stars is dues to them food tasted ok. So over all terrible experience with the Lynnwood location. I still prefer the Canadian locations. I am Not sure we will be back anytime soon at the T & T Supermarket.

Yelp
Finally in my neighborhood , dont have to go to Richmond and Bellevue Super clean and organize, fall in line for 1 hour to enter
google avatar

James T.

Yelp
Went on opening! Lots of people. Prices on groceries were reasonable. It seems organized. Food selection was great! I got free eco bag . Will come back in no rush hours

Yelp
Came here Friday night (the day after opening) to pick up dinner and check out the circus. It was crazy busy (claustrophobia inducing) but all the lines to get food went smooth/no wait at all. The line to pay squiggled through a few aisles and seemed forever long but actually went fast. They are very organized and have a great process going. Tina, the CEO, bagged our yummies and she was so thoughtful and kind! I was so impressed to see her working on the floor!! Makes me appreciate her and T&T so much more. Great job, T&T team!

Steve L.

Yelp
Good place to shop for Asian food. Not as busy as the first two weeks but still busy. Plenty of fresh produce and fresh meats. They have BBQ pork, duck and other tasty stuff. The hot food that you grab and pay is there. Not as much as Bellevue but it's good. You pay by the pound at about $11 per pound. Great for a fast dinner. About $20 for two people so a pretty good deal. The store is very tight for space as it's a smaller place compared to other TT's. Clean store with lot's of staff stocking and cleaning. Try this place and compare it to Ranch 99 or H mart. Pick your store. Have fun!!

Jami M.

Yelp
Pretty cool alternative to HMart. More of a selection of hot foods and desserts. I went to the Bellevue one, but will probably just go to the Lynnwood store in the future.

June X.

Yelp
There is no indoor restroom in the lynnwood store, only the mobile restrooms outside of the store, which is above the ground and unstable. There would be easily a liability if someone falls while using the restrooms, especially the icy winter season is coming Please pay attention on this matter.

Eileen N.

Yelp
Liked the ready made foods, and exotic fruits. Fresh veggies too. Decent prices and good selection. Seems a bit small and less selection. We are glad to have this market in the area.

Kellan O.

Yelp
This place is an amazing addition to the area. There is a large selection of products ranging from grocery's, snacks, all the way to kitchenwares. There is also a semi large hot food deli, with a large self serve hot bar, bakery, live lobsters and more. The staff here are also very cooperating, especially with the large crowds on opening day. If your look for an amazing fun grocery store, T&T Supermarket in Lynnwood is a great pick.
