Tang Town 唐堂中餐厅

Pricey but probably one of the best Chinese restaurants in town. Modern, elegant yet authentic with a lot of dishes from chaozhou (teochow), which is hard to find in high end Chinese restaurants in dubai. The pigeon was fantastic, crispy skin, juicy meat and full of flavor. The steamed grouper was another highlight, fresh, buttery fish accompanied by simple condiments including some sort of pickled olive from chaozhou. Other dishes were all pretty nice, although not as memorable. They even have a tea sommelier who was very accommodating to our requirements. Service was warm although it might need a bit more polishing e.g. the waitress didn't change our plates even though they were full

Really nice restaurant. My Dubai top 1 recommendation. Just come for business trip and try to find a place to lunch. This is a totally surprise. Service is extremely good, every of them take so good care, give me a scarf, put the heat. Today is Chinese festival, they also gave me the traditional festival food. The quality of ingredients and flavor or each dish is also surprisingly good. One of the waitress called Zoe is super nice.

Had a great dinner here! The duck was perfectly cooked — crispy skin and tender inside, really delicious. The staff were lovely, especially Aurora, Zin, and Alina — very friendly and attentive, they made the experience even better. Highly recommend this place if you’re craving authentic Chinese food!

The menu blends Asian inspired dishes with creative twists beautifully presented and full of taste. Great for a chic dinner or a special night out—lively atmosphere good cocktails, and consistently high quality Bryce is amazing more then amazing ❤️❤️❤️

Absolutely loved this restaurant! The food was amazing—every dish was tasty and well presented. The live show was super creative and made the whole dining experience so much fun. The service was excellent, and I especially want to thank ✨Ann ✨! She was so thoughtful from the moment we made the reservation. Since most of us are vegetarians, she even helped coordinate with the kitchen to make some adjustments. Everything turned out perfect—we’ll definitely be back!

Every time we visit Dubai, this restaurant is an absolute must. The food is consistently out of this world — rich in flavor, beautifully presented, and always exceeding expectations. A special mention goes to Yuki, the manager, who, together with her wonderful team, makes every visit feel like coming home. Their warmth, professionalism, and attentive service create an experience that is second to none. It’s no surprise that the restaurant has been awarded a Michelin recognition recently — the quality of both the cuisine and the hospitality truly deserve it. Their menu is extensive, offering everything from classic dim sum to rich noodle soup. Each plate is served fresh, beautifully presented, and bursting with flavor. I would definitely come and visit again!
