Really delicious food (mains), decent yummy cocktails, great ambiance. Totally enjoyed our time here - though there’s no live DJ on the weekdays (at least when we went), it’s really relaxing a chill and feels like a transportive escape. The pool daybed can have 4 seated on it, or 2 lying on it. Minimum spend for a weekday evening is low, but you’ll surely exceed the requirement. The building and furniture look really nice and the setting is beautiful. Facilities-wise: pool is smaller than expected. The bathroom does not have shower facilities. Pricing is high, and there are some irritating extra charges. Water is chargeable. Towels are chargeable on weekdays. These surcharges seem unnecessary since guests are already subject to a minimum spend. Service is ok, but sometimes the servers don’t hear you (they seem to have earpieces on). Appetisers (sharing platters) taste ok (above average, not superlative), but are expensive. Portion sizes ok, but as sharing platters are average. The mains are really good. I would go back to eat the half chicken - simply delicious. Large enough for 2. But on the expensive side. Spaghetti pomodoro also a winner - simply great. Portion ok for 1, could be shared by 2 small eaters only. Update: visited on a Sunday morning - cannot recommend that, it’s way too crowded and almost as busy as a public pool. Food remains good, but it’s just not a relaxing experience. Basically it’s family Sunday morning (so no DJ in the morning and everything is really full and there are kids running around with super soakers who might spray water in your food). I think even if you are a family you might find better choices elsewhere. So: your experience will vary based on when you visit. If you’re not coming with kids, avoid Sunday mornings. ——— Cocktails are reasonably executed and generally tasty. Pricing actually ok here. Will be back, but do find it on the pricey side. Unclear what it’s like on weekends or event days. But had a chill time on a weekday night and was just what we were looking for this time.

The beach is quiet and great for taking peaceful photos or relaxing, but I was disappointed with the water quality. Due to nearby anchored tankers, pollution sometimes drifts toward the shore. It’s definitely not a place I would recommend for swimming. Nice for calm vibes, but not for a swim.

We had such a fantastic time. Filan really took care of us. From the service, to the atmosphere, the the food and drinks, everything was top notch. The pool was beautiful and the service was excellent. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a relaxing day!!!! The facilities are clean and beautiful. Thank you for a great time!!

Service at the Tanjong Beach Club (TBC) was good. You can see the staff are really helpful and attentive. Overall, I would give this beach club a 3 star. The club looks much nicer on insta picture than the real environment. I was quite looking forward to it due to some revamp but it looked average given my honest opinion. Secondly, there were stains on the pool bed not caused by our group. From a customer POV, it feels like a basic requirement to have a clean looking pool bed. Especially if you want to have a cloth pool bed, TBC should take note of this. The colour scheme was quite nice and overall TBC has room for improvement but for now, it will be a kind of experience that i might consider whether to visit for a second time.

What a great place! First of all food is out of this world - honestly chapeau bas! It feels like home, tastes like heaven! Service is very kind and staff makes everybody welcome, the food is served quickly, staff is attentive all the time checking on all sunbeds... amazing amazing experience. One of best beach clubs I have ever been to... plus the music is a blast! So good... I will be coming back very often

Had a great time at the Tanjong Beach club. We got one of the deck side daybeds, though it was a little cramped for the four of us so we got another one right next to us. Service was excellent. Got some snacks and drinks to start off with. Then when the weather turned and it looked like we might get some rain, we moved up to the outside table area and had a terrific lunch. The grilled shrimp were awesome. Had the bartender make me a special drink to order and they did it perfectly. Altogether had a great morning/afternoon at the club.

First time here for a weekend party with a special guest DJ spinning. It was definitely pretty crowded for this slightly further located part of Sentosa, which I honestly have not been here for a very long time, much even before Tanjong Beach Club was created. It was nice to see the vibes here and definitely more fun to see a club that is well packed. It is definitely recommended to pre-book your slots before coming, especially if you want a day-bed or table as it was just fully packed when we were there that night. The beach views here are not the best but it is indeed a much more private-beach as the main crowd usually hang out near the main Beach Station. The party held well through the night but the drinks were definitely up-market and what really disappointed my group was that most of the foods were gone by about 8pm that night and we were actually planning to try their food there for dinner that day. So, disappointingly we have to leave much earlier than expected as there isn’t any foods elsewhere for a very long distance till the main Beach station. May drop by again in future if there is the chance.

A Total Vibe: The Revamped Tanjong Beach Club is a Must-Visit! 🌴✨ Tanjong Beach Club just got a stunning revamp, and I’m honestly obsessed! From the moment you walk in, the new look feels elevated but still effortlessly beachy — think chic Mediterranean vibes with those fresh beach umbrellas. . ☀️🍹 The cocktails? Just perfect! The food? Absolutely divine. The Pasta Pomodoro was simple but done so right — light, tangy, and bursting with flavour in every bite. The burger was juicy, perfectly grilled, and stacked just the way I love it. And if you’re an oyster fan like me, you have to try theirs — fresh, briny, and beautifully plated. You’ll literally want to order another round before finishing the first! I cant wait to come back! Tanjong Beach Club has officially levelled up. 💙

Yelp
Nice place if u love soaking up vitamin sun. They have a nice small pool for soaking too near the bar but due to covid, max capacity is 15. Super pricey but yea the location is bomb for beach people. $29 for a salad, ouch. Anyhow, great place to bring your kids on a weekend!

Yelp
Great way to spend your day on Sentosa. Really enjoyed the vibe by the pool bed and service was good. Drinks weren't all that and food was decent which why I am giving them the four, but I did think it's worth the experience if you are visiting sentosa and want a beach club experience.

Yelp
A lot of my friends who had been to Singapore on vacation recommended this beach club to me. I came here for post-beach brunch with a group of 4 ladies. The food was yummy, but not spectacular. I got the Tanjong Brekkie Roll, and one of my friends got the Lobster Bun (also pictured). The cocktails were excellent, highly recommend the Tanjong Spritz! We also tried the tropical daiquiri and the piña colada; the latter tasted too icy. It was a good place for brunch, but I think when it is safe in the future, it will be more fun as a beach club.

Yelp
This is a great place to relax and watch the sunset. We came and sat outside near the pool. We wanted to order drinks and drink them in the pool like in Vegas, but I ordered a coconut (with a shot of rum) while my friend got a pina colada in a coconut, and you cannot bring such bulky drinks into the pool. You can only have drinks in plastic cups in the pool. Not that many people were drinking in the pool. The security guard did a good job of telling people to stop smoking in the pool (thank you!) and bringing plastic cups for people who brought their glass beer bottles into the pool. The drinks and food are expensive here. A cocktail is about $20+ while a plate of fries is about $16. We had the truffle fries which was surprisingly good, it came with rosemary and truffles, and ketchup, chilli sauce and mayo. I wouldn't find having more exotic dips like a curry dip for the fries. My coconut drink was good, who knew adding a shot of rum to your fresh coconut would make it so good. If you want to swim in the pool, there isn't really a place to put your stuff. There are cabanas but those need to be rented. We left our stuff in a random spot. I also wasn't sure where to get beach towels, there aren't really chairs to lay out on either. Overall, this is the best beach in Sentosa if you are looking for a party and chill vibe. The other 2 beaches (Siloso and Palwan) are more family friendly, while Tanjong Beach Club caters to the more mature crowd. The DJ on Sunday was blah- he played the same track on repeat for hours. It was a sound track, but never changed!

Yelp
Restaurant and bar at Tanjong Beach. Amazing / chill vibes perfect for a weekend getaway. They also have a pool and outdoor volleyball area for you to enjoy some beach sports (assuming the weather is good). Food-wise, we had a seafood platter and sangria. Both were pretty good though not amazing. Quite a popular spot, esp. for expats so would recommend booking in advance.

Yelp
The only reason why I am not giving this place 4 stars is because it is always frustratingly jam-packed on the weekends. TBC is a nice place to retreat to after frolicking out in the sea. And if you have worked up a healthy appetite, they have some great chow up their sleeves. The black truffle fries is always the first thing I order when I get here because it was made to be paired with beer and a slight self-conscious paunch. I think a good move would be to enjoy this place on a weekday instead. A beer, a book and an endless supply of truffle fries as the salty sea breeze grazes you cheeks - that would really be the life.

Yelp
I've been here both in the day and at night on numerous occasions. Tanjong Beach is the crescent-shaped, less crowded part of the southern coast of Sentosa so it is nice to be here in the day. The club has an outdoor bar, a pool and many deck chairs and beds. It also has an indoor dining room. The deck chairs and beds spread down the beach towards the water so you will probably get sand in your butt crack. Food and drinks here are pricy but I guess that is expected. If it's too expensive for you to spend a whole day here, I suggest you pack food & drinks and hangout further along the beach or near the rocks until you've had enough of the sand and sea before winding down with more drinks at the club itself. The music is typically Ibiza-party-style in the evenings. The venue is available for bookings for parties or events.

Yelp
Fancy a place to laze around on a sunny Sunday afternoon? Tanjong Beach Club (TBC) is the place to be, as you can sit, eat and enjoy the placid sea view. We had the Chicken and Corn Quesadilla ($14), TBC Pancakes ($12), and TBC Black Truffle Fries ($14) - all items were delicious. Service was efficient and the staff were generally pleasant. At night, guest DJs often hoard the decks and TBC is transformed into a mega party zone. Deco-wise, this joint is tastefully done up - with wooden decks, and light blue sun loungers. Sip a cocktail ($15-$18) or glug Erdinger and Tiger on draught as you drift off into the night's balmy breeze.

Yelp
Service was so bad we waited for more than an hour for the food to arrive, and we found that they sent our food to the wrong table. For the price we are paying, it's not really worth it. Food is mediocre, servers are untrained and inefficient, drinks are diluted. I don't recommend this place.

Yelp
This is a great place to Relax and Eat... A beach club that says party till late.. Yet relax from dawn.. Good for breakfast/brunch... The service is excellent.. So the place stands out already.. The atmosphere is positive and energizing.. Cool tunes in the background.. Though you can hear yourself talk.. The food is good... Some solid performing items.. The burgers for the kids are good value and the range is great for adults. The main burger is perfect.. Medium rare exactly as ordered.. Fries are crisp and salty... Good for all occasions...

Yelp
Nice place to chill out and relax, can get pretty crowded on weekends but still a top location to spend the time and enjoy one of the best artificial beach in the city
google avatar

Alex T.

Yelp
Great location and good with kids. Note that the table minimums pre noon are something the staff will try to enforce even if you have small children and they are tired, melting down and making everyone else miserable. I would politely suggest they only enforce the minimums after noon - not everyone is an alcoholic who drinks before noon.

Yelp
Seriously I wish I could give this place no stars! The food is horrible! We ordered several things on the menu (about 6) and drinks and the only thing good was drinks. The food was SO bad! Do not eat here! It is extremely overpriced for the crap they give you. Also the pool is disgusting! My 7 year old son had a snorkel mask on and got out 5 minutes after he got in and said it was the most disgusting pool ever! He saw several used bandaids floating around the bottom and prices of food, lots of dirt. I went and looked and the water looked murky and dirty. I highly recommend just staying away from this god awful place. I may seem as though I'm over exaggerating but trust me I'm not!

Yelp
I love this place. After a relaxing or tiring sesh at the beach, it's great to go to. The food is mostly delicious, and tends to be quite pricey. Some food is quite risky to order, such things as eggs and steak etc. They tend to maybe undercook the steak slightly, and the eggs quite wet. But I do recommend.

Yelp
Environment was OK. Food was good. Pricing was expected in such an establishment. Service was fantastic. Very attentive. Think because it was a lunch affair that's why the staff was not that overwhelmed.
google avatar

Yelp
The WORST beach club experience of my life. EXTREMELY unprofessional staff that took over 1 hour to bring us towels and our drinks. They also encouraged loud and impolite strangers to sit at our table. WiLL NEVER be returning. If you'd like to be well served do not come to this overpriced less than mediocre place. Drinks are also bad an extremely overpriced. Their servers are RUDE AND UNHELPFUL. Do yourselves a favor and stay out of this place.
google avatar

Yelp
Of course, you'll see (1 or 2) sexy girls and boys show off their toned bodies in a sand-coloured triangle bikini. Of course it will be crowded on a sunny Sunday or Saturday. Of course you'll not eat a 3 stars cuisine... Nevertheless, the TBC is a really nice place to laugh and drink with friends before taking a dip in the pool, relax and make the most out of the sun. The perfect place in your pursuit of happiness, great music (priceless in Singapore) and good cocktails. Have a look on their agenda, they organise sometimes events with live music and international DJ's.
google avatar

Yelp
Drinks with more sugar than booze? Subpar service? Blaring music? Sounds about right.
google avatar

Yelp
As an expat in Singapore (which I am from time to time), there is nowhere better to spend a Sunday afternoon. Shirtless dudes and lovely ladies playing volleyball with a certain degree of seriousness; Australians drinking a lot; Guys and gals bobbing in the pool, playing it cool with an inflatable beach ball; Terrific, happy tunes being served up by a French, or Emerati, DJ; Great drinks; People taking a dip in the bay; Whatever your speed, you're sure to find it at the beach club. This place is great. On a really sunny day, it might be really crowded and something of a "scene," but on warm overcast days, this place is a welcome oasis from the order and family-centric activities that permeate the rest of Singapore. LOVE this place.

Yelp
Are you looking for people who have washboard abs? Because for some reason, they all congregate here on the weekends. I didn't get the memo, but at the same time, I don't have washboard abs! Believe it or not, there's a restaurant here. But I feel like the restaurant isn't where it's at- it's best to be poolside/beachside. If I'm not mistaken, you need to have a reservation or buy a bottle to sit along the pool or under anything that has an umbrella. However, the last time I was here, we snagged one of the umbrella-less white tables and benches without a reservation, and no one said anything. Drinks are pricy, but not bad. They have a full bar and a nice cocktail list. If you're with a group, it's best to get a bottle or pitcher to make things feel like it's not as pricy. I also think it's best to come here late in the afternoon and stay until early evening. The vibe is really chill, and the sun isn't as hot so it's a lot more bearable. People watching is fun here too, as there are always beach volleyball games and people wading in the pool or on the beach. The music is club-like, but it's not annoying and it completes the whole beach club experience, which is refreshing! Each time I've been here, there have been children in the pool, but surprisingly they've always been well behaved, so if you don't mind your kids sharing the pool with models and bottles, then be my guest. Definitely a great place to chill with a group of friends and show off your beach bod! Just be patient if you take public transportation here, as it's really out of the way and the Sentosa trams and buses don't run too often.

Yelp
This place is beautifully located and has a great advantage in terms of the ambiance. It has a massive disadvantage which is its service. 1 hour for coffee to be served. A friend who arrived an hour later than use and order 45 minutes later got her order first. My quesadilla took an hour and was quite clearly forgotten. Shameful. Everytime an order was screwed up and delayed an apology was made and the next one was messed up again. Ruined my morning at a price. I've had better service at any hawker centre.
google avatar

Yelp
You're paying for the surroundings so don't expect food and drink to be great value for the price.... The surroundings are lovely, especially if you get some day beds, and it is rather nice to sip your cocktail from the comforts of the pool. But those cocktails will be rather pricey and rather weak. I gulped my Tanjong Sling down in what felt like 5 minutes and not sure if I tasted any booze in it... The calamari was so-so, the truffle-fries a bit of a treat. The fish and chips were expensive at $28++ but granted there were 4 decent chunks of fish on there. The burgers looked pretty good too. Hmmm I'm torn on this. It is a nice retreat from the madness and a very nice place to recline, but it felt a little too flashy for me, and overpriced for what you get. It's not for everyone - but for those who want to see and be seen, to party on a sunday afternoon, or want to bring their toy dogs for a sunbathe too, it's pretty perfect. Oh and the bathrooms were surprisingly unclean given the high standard at the rest of the venue? Would come back with visitors in their 20s/30s.

Yelp
The best time to be here, is during the day, especially on week days when you get to enjoy almost the entire beach to yourself. Weekends are pretty okay as well, as the crowds are still manageable. The facilities are pretty decent, with an outdoor bar, a pool (don't know why) and tons of deck chairs and day beds. I usually give the daybeds a miss as I prefer sitting on the chairs which are much more comfortable. The food and drinks here are on the high side, but this is Sentosa, so that's to be expected. What I do usually is to visit Tanjong Beach Club first during the day to laze about, and begin to leave when more people start arriving. So you can save on food cost and avoid the parties that happen at night.
google avatar

D K.

Yelp
A great spot to suntan and just chill with friends and check out the guys, Tanjong Beach Club is one spot I like to go only with friends for the ambience. Since I don't like getting into the beach, most of the times I'll just soak in the pool and have a drink and chat with friends. The crowd is decent and you're left alone most of the time so you're not forced to make inane banter, always a good thing!
google avatar

Eric A.

Yelp
The beach itself is nice(if you don't mind a lot of kids and dogs, which I don't)but the staff is terrible when it comes to service. They are usually friendly and polite (especially the hostesses/hosts but extreeemely slow. Food is good, the music is good overall nice vibe and people looking for a party usually roll in around 2 pm on weekends. The price for one bed is 200s$ morning/afternoon session (3 people on one bed is an ok amount to share but you can share how many as you like) but you can use that money on drinks and food which is great because you would probably end up spending around that amount anyways if you would decide to eat and drink. The place loose one star because of the SLOW service. It might not be the staffs fault, I just think they need more people working.
google avatar

Miguel M.

Yelp
Don't come to this place, if you've got a beer belly. This is THE place to be seen on a Sunday Afternoon. Beach bodies, bikinis, are the norm in this Singapore Expat institution. The food is pricey and the drinks are pricier, we're talking Sentosa here! But that is the name of the game when you come to Tanjong Beach Club. I'm usually one for ordering Sangria (two or three orders or more before the night is over) combined with Calamari and Truffle fries. Not anything to brag about, but with the surroundings, tastes better than it probably is. The music is not overly loud or club like, but for a lack of a better word, cool enough to fit the occasion. Word of advice: bring sunglasses because the sun is bright and the people are drop dead gorgeous. Only drawback is getting out of this place, especially when drunk, when the night is up. This is when Über comes in handy. :-)
google avatar

Evelyn N.

Yelp
If you spend a little more time in Singapore, time might come, when you desire a little break from the city. In this case, take some time to treat yourself with a few peaceful hours on Sentosa, a small island south of the city center. The island was formerly used as a British military base. Today it is home to gardens and numerous entertainment venues, a recreational area for the people of Singapore and to that effect a major tourist attraction. Right at one of the beaches, you will find the Tanjong Beach Club. Grab your swimsuit, because you will be spoiled for the choice of drinks to enjoy in such as at the pool or on a beach lounger in the shade of sun umbrellas. Aloha!
google avatar

Keira H.

Yelp
TBC is a pretty decent place for brunch. The food is pretty good (a little overpriced), but it's worth it just to enjoy the ambience: club music on a beach with cabanas of people in swimwear. The foie gras kaya toast is amazing, never thot these two would go together but it was heavenly. The pancakes are a-okay, but the waffles are crispy and chewy, very enjoyable. It's a nice place to hang out on a lazy sunday afternoon. Huge gay crowds on sundays.
google avatar

Bryan Y.

Yelp
The best thing about Tanjong Beach Club is it's location and atmosphere. It's a great place to chill on a lazy afternoon, drink in hand. It helps that the music is good. It's a picture perfect scene of a beach day. The food is pretty good, though pricey. I guess if you're coming to a place like this you expect it to be pricey. However, when I was there recently, the pitcher of rum coke we ordered was pretty weak and flat. Service was also rather spotty as the staff seemed to be a bit disorganised. If you don't have a car it's going to be a bit difficult for you to get here. It is an island after all and coming by public transport will be an exercise of effort. Personally, I don't think TBC is a place one would go to if you really just wanted to have a simple day by the beach. The place is a bit too crowded to be relaxed, the vibe a bit too sceney if you want a more low key and slothly sort of day.
google avatar

Ben L.

Yelp
I really like this place. The atmosphere is fantastic with the pool, DJs, volleyball courts, and general surroundings. Food and drink are over-priced, but what isn't in Singapore, and I would say your value is higher here than a lot of similarly priced establishments. They occasionally throw late night parties and they've all been good fun from when I've gone.

David D.

Yelp
Spent the morning with the kids at the beach club...the kids shared fish and chips and pasta - both of which were completely decimated! They also started the morning off with a chocolate cinnamon doughnut which they loved... I had a burger and upgraded to truffle fries, which was cooked properly. The fries were nice and crisp. My wife had tuna tartare which mixed with pineapple. It was good. Great place to spend a lazy day
google avatar

Yelp
Service makes or breaks a joint...and the service here is horrendous. Waited about 15 minutes with tables on both sides getting service, I spoke up a few times, but to no avail. By the time I spoke to someone I was on my way out.

Travel M.

Yelp
Great hangout for weekend brunch. Bring swimmers and sand gear for the kids. Super kids friendly and solid service and food. The only downside is that it is a little pricey. But a nice weekend treat for all!
