"The very best  apple cider doughnuts are excellent even when they’re a day or two old, but here, you’ll definitely want to eat them when they’re freshly fried. A three-bite affair, the cider doughnuts at Tantillos are small, a little on the denser side, and pretty sweet. You can also order them in ice cream sundae form, which we definitely think is the move. Tantillo’s is just down the road from Wright’s (see below), so you can try both donuts back-to-back and decide for yourself which is best. We haven’t been here yet, but want you to know this spot exists." - Team Infatuation

Google
One of the best. Gorgeous farm scenic views and chairs to relax and enjoy!!! Fresh veges and fruits. Creamy delicious cold creamy custard and ice cream, honey and fresh backed good. A must if u live up near new paltz/Gardiner. Or just visiting.

Google
This place is so cute! Beautiful views to enjoy while eating some delicious ice cream. My husband got the peanut butter ice cream and it was so good! I don’t even like ice cream that much but I had some of his and I regretted not getting my own.

Sarah H

Google
Pick your own peaches! Not crowded this time of year. Plus, fresh pies or frozen ready to bake, fresh apple cider donuts even in summer, produce, and ice cream at the farmer's stand.

Colleen Zayas

Google
Such a cute roadside ice cream stop! Watch the sunset in some Alpine chairs or the tables and have some ice cream what could be better! They did have seasonal Peach Melba but they didn't have anymore peaches. I'll just have to go back. They have some frozen ice cream cakes and sandwiches in freezers. Wr also bought some cider donuts that made it halfway home. They smelled so good and were so fresh! They have a play area for kids and a port a potty.

Google
Great for a date or lots of family fun! Delicious food and their pies happen to be vegan! The donuts are not unfortunately!! It's a bit of a walk to the orchard, but no worries! There's a tractor that will drive you out for just $5

Ben Shaffer

Google
Such great ice cream and one of the best views you could ask for.

Aubri Wentz

Google
Small farmers market, with an ice cream stand attached. They have the best apple cider donuts I have ever had. In the fall time, they also have spiced hot apple cider, quite delicious. Very family friendly - they have a small playground, but also life size Jenga, and some other games outside. It is worth the stop

Rhi M

Google
The apple cider donuts are literally the best donuts I have ever had. Be sure to get them fresh and hot right out of the fryer! The selection of fresh fruits and veggies were amazing too

Harry L.

Yelp
The best cider donuts in the world. You cannot beat their homemade baked goods. Stay for a while. Treat yourself to a seat in a wooden adirondack chair outside and watch one of the most magnificent sunset spectacles you will ever experience. Not convinced? Their pecan pie is amazing, and this is my first pecan pie. Picked one up for thanksgiving and it didn't disappoint. You can even see the workers making the donuts and pies inside an enclosed room from the outside. While it is not a large scale farm stand like some stands like wrights or perhaps others, the quality of the donuts is bar none. There is no other better cider donut, and I challenge you to find a better cider donut. Jellies, honey, pumpkins, apples, pastries are a staple here. Charming customer service. Well with the drive, especially in the fall months driving up to the shawangunks. Beautiful views of the shawangunk ridge make this a must visit.

Yelp
Best Fresh Donuts Great ice cream Incredible together Prompt service Too hot/sunny to eat outside Ate in car with a beautiful view

Natalie B.

Yelp
Customer service is lacking. I was unhappy with a product and asked for an exchange and they were unwilling to offer me anything. I won't be going back.

Sarah H.

Yelp
Eh. Customer service meh, ice cream and everything else is meh. used to be way better years ago and EXTREMELY overpriced for a tiny "sundae". Way better places around don't waste your time here.

Joseph F.

Yelp
I've always liked this place but today I ordered the soft serve ice. Ream in pistachio flavor. The phosphorescent green syrup was not blended with the ice cream at all. It was a very chemical flavor and so I tossed it and decided to just eat the cone but even this was ruined with the syrup saturating the cone and making it taste like a bitter cough syrup!

Evon S.

Yelp
This small market was nice. The staff are all nice and friendly. The ice cream was great and they had many different options and toppings. They even make donuts IN HOUSE!! Definitely stop by for a few things you definitely can't get in the city.

Andrea G.

Yelp
The best apple cider donuts. Great ice cream stand and they make a mean lunch if you don't mind a picnic setting

Yolanda S.

Yelp
Service is always great. Love their bakery products. But, I miss the homemade pumpkin ice cream!

JiaJia T.

Yelp
Great place to grab ice cream and smoothies. Best of all? Enjoy the goodies while watching the sunset over the farm. Pictures speak a thousand words.

Jason B.

Yelp
There's a sign saying they won a best apple cider donut award locally so I had to try. The donuts were fine but nothing special. There's an aftertaste I couldn't quite figure out what it was. Nutmeg maybe. Otherwise it's a small farmstand.

Sandra C.

Yelp
People there are rude, I was there a few years back and have not returned. One, staff were not available and 2, when they finally showed up they were very rude. Won't stay in business with this kind of service.

Willip C.

Yelp
Came here because of the high ratings and boy did it leave a lasting impression. My very pregnant wife and i traveled almost two hours in order to see what the hype was about. Everything was packaged as picturesque as can be but there wasn't an employee in sight which was fine. Bought a dozen cider donuts to share with fam along with a good sized jug of cider. After we checked out, we asked if my pregnant wife can possibly use the restroom before leaving on a long ride and was simply told no. I don't understand how can such a reputable store deny a simple request to a person in need. Needless to say - the establishment left a foul taste in our mouths and we will never return.

Hennie Rose D.

Yelp
Came here after my family and I visited the Angry Orchard. We came to get some ice cream and pick up some fresh fruits/vegetables. We left buying the most delicious pie I've ever tasted! We also ordered ice cream but I must sat I was quite disappointed with the soft served ice cream. It tasted really weird and had a weird texture. I'm not sure if it wasn't ready bc it was too soft. I asked for a cone but the young lady also gave me a cup because it was too soft. Great pie, not a fan of the soft serve ice cream=(

Yelp
The tantillos market in Gardner. The area is scenic and holds a lot of history. I haven't been here since I was young. It's nice to see that. Not much has changed. It's a traditional farmers market. Locally owned and locally employed. I came here today to get a milkshake lol. Although if you are at tantillos during the fall the cider donuts are the thing to get!! I just got a camels milkshake to bring home. I enjoyed the milk shake. It is made with Crowleys milk. Tasted of quality. I will def be back here. When I'm in town. I don't get to come around here much anymore. But it's nice to know it's the same and people haven't changed. Overall. I recommend coming to tantillos market for all of your needs. In the fall def check out the cider donuts. But the milk shakes are good as well.

Nelsy C.

Yelp
I stopped by for some apple cider donuts and had to wait a few minutes since they were being freshly made. They were warm and REALLY delicious! Tantillo's also sell ice cream, fresh fruits and vegetables, pies and other goodies. You can even go apple picking, but I've never been. For me, this is always a quick stop on the way to Lake Minnewaska or while visiting various farms in the area. It's definitely worth the stop if only for some of their delicious donuts!

Lori R.

Yelp
Best cider donuts I have ever had!! So fresh and dense and airy.. so good! Can't wait for the season to come around! This will be a fall tradition!

Mary M.

Yelp
I absolutely love their pies and ice cream. They're fresh produce is excellent as well.

Phil L.

Yelp
Really enjoyed the donuts here, If you're nearby I'd recommend my friends here. Happened to be in the area from NYC 2 weekends in a row, and made a point to come by the second time. I got a bunch of donuts and a pie each time. Peach berry and a blueberry, the crust was tremendous and enjoyed the filling. If my friends bring back some and didn't like it, I'll finish it for them. The warm mulled cider was a nice touch in the middle of Fall while I ate freshly made donuts before heading home. Only regret was not getting more pie.

Stephanie B.

Yelp
Three words.. five star pie. Handmade pies that are absolutely amazing. The crust and filling of this pie are out of this world. I actually lived in the apartment next door for a year and it was awesome, genuine nice people. But I now crave this pie and for four years my thanksgivings and fall season were complete. I know live in California and no dessert will ever be the same.

Chrissy T.

Yelp
Not sure what the hype is about with this stand but their selection of fruits and vegetables is minimal compared to what else is near. The customer service is abysmal and the ice cream is overpriced for the quality. You can go less than a quarter of a mile down the road to a much larger selection, better food, much better service and more reasonable prices. The only thing that sucks us in here is my son likes the playground. Darn kids

Anjelica R.

Yelp
Obsessed with the bakery!!! Visited in the fall and I couldn't stop filling my mouth with their delicious apple cider doughnuts!! Purchased an Apple pie for Thanksgiving, and my whole family ate the whole thing! Cant wait to go back in the spring and try their Carmel truffle sundae! Was too stuffed to have it on my visit in the fall, but am anticipating it in the spring! The view of the mountains was spectacular! Also saw a playground for kids there! Definitely perfect day for a family to go visit!

Alice F.

Yelp
Honest. Hard working REAL farm It's refreshing to find such good produce and pies and an amazing friendly & helpful owners & employees

Richard S.

Yelp
Darn good apple cider donuts. Came here after hiking and it's a perfect capstone to the day.

Maria K.

Yelp
Very disappointing experience. Poor system and customer service. Came here to buy tomatoes. It was 6:20 pm. Farm is open, workers are there, vegetables are displayed but the only thing you can buy is ice cream.

Nate S.

Yelp
Donuts are great. They aren't great for your health when you down a dozen of them but life is such ya know. The apple pies are good especially when they have this kid named Nate cutting the apples. Hhhhhhmmmmmmmmm

Barbara W.

Yelp
Delightful farm store selling the best cider doughnuts around. Pies look amazing. Ice cream cakes, too. Sweet staff. Just go.

Ken Y.

Yelp
Came here just to visit and to cherry pick because it was on our way home. The cherry picking was disappointing. The cherries were all sour and ripe. It didn't matter what tree you would go to, they were still the same. We came out with nothing. They didn't charge us and there was no admission fee which was a plus. Last thing; The ice cream here is really good though! Which is another plus!

Catherine W.

Yelp
Was forced to buy a bag of apples because of their policy everyone older than 12 needs to buy a bag of apples. I maybe wouldn't be so frustrated if they actually had apples to pick. We were wondering looking for apples for hours to fill up our two bags. Maybe it wouldn't have been so bad if they didn't force us to buy two bags.

Rob K.

Yelp
great apple cider donuts. we drove 2 hours to eat them, and it was well worth it. however, there was a giant trump flag in the yard. very concerning. felt sick while picking apples.

Gracie B.

Yelp
Discovered this place from passing by on my way to Mohonk Mountain House. Awesome cider donuts! If you love spicy, they have habanero peppers for sale! Been here few times for their donuts & habanero peppers.

Kevin D.

Yelp
Amazing apple cider doughnuts! This stand is run by some of the nicest people who are always willing to answer any questions you may have. Also the best pies in the area!

Jepha R.

Yelp
big strawberry fan, basic ice cream with incredible and FRESH strawberries and delicious whipped cream. amazing sundae!

Tom H.

Yelp
Got there at 9:30 and the two girls behind the counter saw us and then closed the window before we got to the counter. Sadly safe to say my hankering for ice cream went unsatisfied.

Stephen C.

Yelp
Beautiful setting, but the soft serve ice cream is lame. For $3 plus for a pretty small "medium" cone, I would hope for ice cream that could beat McDonalds or the Chinese buffet. But it doesn't. It has no vanilla or cream taste, and actually tastes like it has some kind of flour or powder in it. You can do better, guys.

Carolina A.

Yelp
On my way to a winery we stopped here for some fresh veggies, apple cider donuts (warm, delicious must haves) and the best peach pie I've ever tasted. Looking back to visiting in autumn for Apple picking season!

Meowella S.

Yelp
Cute place. Lovely view, good Apple picking set up, laid back, decent farm stand. Will definitely go back.

Dylan B.

Yelp
Best apple cider donuts ever, I came here on free donut day then instantly brought a dozen!!!

Kevin C.

Yelp
Great place. Out front were pumpkins, apples, a big sign for "honey". All the elements of a good farm market in the fall. Go for the cider donuts, which were served warm and covered in cinnamon and sugar. The produce selection was pretty good, from huge eggplants, winter squash, gourds, and a big variety of hot peppers. There's also a small selection of honeys and maple syrup.

jim B.

Yelp
In the Hudson Valley, there are few farm/ice cream/hot dog stands that can compare with the fresh from the farm vegetables and fruit in season, direct from their farm, lovingly overseen by Bev Tantillo. Except for the apple cider doughnuts of course. mmmmm. What a great place for dessert, fresh veggies and fruit for the next day and even a Sabrett's hotdog smothered with sauerkraut and brown mustard.

Dave C.

Yelp
Nice spot, come here almost every year along with Dolan's (which is right down the road). Stocked with typical farm stand goods, place is on the larger side. U-pick available.

Ana G.

Yelp
loved the fresh apple cider donuts and the hayride is free.
