Customer service can ruin any business. You can have the finest cars, the best food, the latest clothes, and none of that will matter if you have terrible employees, and customers have a bad experience. They won't come back. Not this place! They have incredible employees! Due to that, no surprise, amazing customer service. Not only do they keep up with the latest games, and their prices are the best in town, but that's not what even matters here, what does matter is that they do their best to make sure you are happy. Long story short, I bought a game, it was missing a piece, they spent about six weeks trying to get it for me. They are excellent at responding to emails. When it finally arrived from the maker of the game, it was missing from a shredded envelope that the company had used to mail it. The Gaming Goat's, Roger, gave me his, out of his own game, and said he would replace his whenever it eventually arrived! Customer service 101. Three points from downtown, nothing but net! I spent over 20 years as a bar manager and it's this kind of thing that you never hear about from a customer. All anyone ever takes the time to do is complain, but I'm writing this to let people know that The Gaming Goat gets it, and this small gesture says volumes. Job well done Roger and staff, you guys rock! It was just a little, green dinosaur, but good service is becoming extinct. Thank you!
