The restaurant is very beautiful with tasteful decor.
The food is very good, in fact, it's delicious, but the service is terrible; they have no regard for etiquette. They don't know how to maintain proper posture when speaking to you, and when they hand you the menu, it's almost as if they're throwing it at you. They wander around in front of us doing things and don't even look to see if you need another drink. The next course was a complete disaster, and I'm very sorry about this because they even forgot a dish we ordered, and we sat at the table for 35 minutes without anything, and no one came to ask us. We were even sitting across from the checkout table upstairs. Unbelievable. And finding a waiter to serve us was quite difficult because everyone was very busy and no one looked at us. Then all the waiters served us at once, but none of them communicated with each other. A disaster, zero for service.
This isn't the first time this has happened; it's the same every time we go. We've been four times already, and this isn't an isolated incident. It's unbelievable that a restaurant with an Asian culture hasn't bothered with proper restaurant etiquette.
The background music also doesn't match the style, decor, or personality of the restaurant.
The restrooms are in dire need of cleaning. The doors are filthy, blackened with dirt. The door frames clearly look like they were given a quick, rushed cleaning. They should give all the restrooms a thorough cleaning, which is incredible in Switzerland because everything is always spotless there, and here, they clearly don't spend money on cleaning. Another terrible thing.
I hope the manager takes this criticism constructively, as I believe it helps improve the business. I wish them all the best and continued success.
