I want to thank Mikayla (sorry if I spelled it wrong) She made the experience amazing. Had brunch it was delicious. The new break fast burrito was the highlight of the whole brunch. Zesty chipotle flavor compliments the dish perfectly.

I came in at 11:45 am on a Saturday for brunch. It was pretty empty and I got seated right away in a booth. The wife and I sat for about 15 minutes without anybody attending. We were about to walk out and a server named Jeff must have shown up for his shift at 12 because he realized we hadn't been attended to and immediately started attending to us. We had the smash burger and chicken and waffles. Both were good and super filling. At about 1ish the restaurant got really busy. Jeff saved them from getting a 1 star from me.

Order a pick up order and it took them an extra 40 minutes to have it ready. Once ready the fries were cold and the steak sandwich was overcooked (asked for medium rare and it was well-done)… also, barely any steak compared to how much bread we got. Very disappointing experience

Food is tasty! Drinks are cold. We are regulars here because the service is great and we love the salads. I have some picky eaters and they’re flexible with subbing and putting ingredients on the side. Makayla was new to us this evening and I think she was our best server yet in the last few years. She was super anticipatory of the kid’s needs and preferences and so patient and understanding when my kids got into a little verbal spat in the middle of her trying to collect our order. Food came out in a timely manner and everything was perfect. Swing by here for brunch, too. You’ll love it!

Came to Tap 42 at the Coral Springs location today and had the pleasure of being served by Esther. From the moment we walked in, she greeted us with a smile and made us feel welcomed right away. She was patient as we looked through the menu, attentive throughout our meal, and made sure everything came out just how we wanted. Esther checked in on us at the perfect times never rushed us, always friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure our experience was enjoyable. The food was great, the atmosphere was lively, and her service really made the visit stand out. Definitely one of the best dining experiences we’ve had here thank you, Esther, for your amazing hospitality! We’ll be back soon. She’s a valuable asset to this company.

We went on a Saturday night, had a lil wait for a table, for abt 6 minutes. When we were finally seated, the server came almost immediately to take our order, customer service was good , being that it was our first time , the server re commended flamed grill wings & peachy lychee Martini to start, wings was a tad bit burned but tasted good mainly. The food was also good. The ambience was nice, the music had us jamm. We will definitely return.

I had such an amazing experience today. This was my first brunch at Tap 42 and I absolutely loved everything about it. My server Esther was awesome! Really made great Recommendations on the menu And accommodated all of my wants! If you come here, you have to get the chicken and waffles and pair it with a mimosa.

Update: What a difference a couple of weeks makes! Just two weeks ago, I was singing Tap 42's praises with a solid five stars. Tonight I came back, dreaming of that calamari, and... yikes. Last time it was so tender you could cut it with a fork. This time? Tough, hollow, and more panko than squid. Basically, it was calamari's less-talented stunt double. Did not enjoy a single bite and probably should have sent it back. It was bad. Thankfully, the Philly cheesesteak egg rolls showed up like heroes--juicy, tender, and full of flavor. The spicy salmon crispy rice also held its own, giving just the right kick without torching my taste buds. Drinks? Still top-tier. Bartender? Attentive and hustling hard even though the bar looked like a Friday-night Vegas craps table. But food inconsistency this big knocks them down to four stars. If I had the option for 3 1/2, I'd go there. But after giving them a five star two weeks ago, I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt at four! Tap 42, don't keep me guessing which version of calamari is going to show up--my taste buds can't handle the suspense.

I came to Tap42 on a Sunday evening with my mom and we were seated right away. My mom and I were stuck between choosing the Spicy Salmon crispy rice or the spicy tuna tartare and our server Mikayla's recommended us the Salmon Crispy Rice and it was soo delicious. For entree my mom and I got the filet mignon sandwich and it was so good. She had a loaded mash potato and I had truffle Parmesan cheese fries. I really like the ambiance and the parking is free.

Fun place to grab a beer and dine on some good quality bar food to catch up with friends over. The environment is loud and popping on game days. Menu is very diverse and there's something for everyone. I started with a Crispy Asian Calamari Tower and it was nicely breaded. Fried but not oily and very airy. There's a fresh salad underneath and pairs well with the sweet and tangy sauce. The calamari pieces were big and tender. I also tried the Drunken Goat burger. It's a tasty blend of beef and lamb topped with a delicious aioli sauce, whipped goat cheese and fresh red onions. The meat patty was juicy and cooked medium rare by request. The burger was on the smaller side but still very good. The side of fries was fried to perfection.

05/16/2025 - We've been here before the service is usually pretty good. Tonight the food was very slow coming out , but as usual it was very delicious, so it was worth the wait. We ofcourse will definitely come back, when we have a craving for our usual dishes. We had: 1. CRISPY ASIAN CALAMARI TOWER - Very very good!! ( I wonder if it's real calamari? ) 2. SPICY SALMON CRISPY RICE - AMAZING!!!! 3. CHICKEN LETTUCE WRAPS - Very good.

Truly always a good meal and good service. Drinks are also nicely crafted and the music is a 90s kid dream! The kids menu has enhanced a bit and I'm so happy because I was sick of the not so healthy options. My kids love fish and they now have mahi mahi and salmon for kids! The only downside is the high chairs always have broken straps. You'd think for a restaurant in a highly family oriented community that they'd invest in better quality or check the chairs frequently enough to know when they need a replacement. Not safe at all for the kiddos.

Service: * Upon being seated, I wasn't acknowledged for about 10 minutes. * Only received an alcohol menu, not a food menu. * Just as I was about to leave, the manager came over, apologized, and thanked me for my patience. * After that, service improved significantly--drinks were refilled quickly, and the waitress was very attentive once she knew I was her responsibility. Food: * The manager custom-created a buffalo dish that isn't on the menu--it was delicious. * The salad was good but could have used a little more chicken. * Price felt a bit high--$25.35 for just the salad and an iced tea. Atmosphere: * Comfortable outdoor seating with plenty of shade. * Music was a bit too loud, and having a DJ at 3 PM on a Sunday seemed unnecessary. Overall Impression: Despite the slow start, the excellent customer service from the manager and waitress turned things around. The food was enjoyable, though slightly overpriced for the portion. I'd return, hoping for a smoother experience from the beginning and a better portion-to-price ratio.

We arrived early for our reservation, but there were tables available so they sat us early. While I've eaten at Tap 42, I've never been to this location and it has been many years. Hubby and I were in the mood for some American food and beers, and so I thought we'd take a drive out to this location. Parking can be a little bit difficult, so allow yourself a little extra time to find a spot. The restaurant was fairly busy (not slammed). The decor is modern and casual. The beer selection is pretty decent with both local and beers from afar. Our server was very friendly. As the restaurant did not seem slammed while we were there, I was shocked that it took about a half hour or maybe even slightly more for our meals to arrive. She did come by to tell us that it was coming soon, so I don't know what was going on in the kitchen last night. When our food arrived, my husband was really impressed with their in-house Buffalo chicken sauce. He thoroughly enjoyed his salad with chicken. As far as my impossible dip sandwich, I thought it was pretty good. I would've liked for my burger to be hotter and to possibly have some more toppings. I'm not sure if my burger was sitting out for a little while before it came to me. If I go here again, I probably will order something else.

I've been here several times and this place never disappoints. The vibe is lively with lots of energy, the bar is fantastic and so far I've never had a bad server. We were a group of 7 last night and our server Jonathan was so pleasant and patient with us, he hustled and did it all with a smile. Everyone in my group was happy with what they ordered - from the 2 orders of calamari (amazing btw), prohibition burger, lettuce wraps, 2 orders of wings, crispy chicken tender melt (mine), California chopped chicken bowl, etc down to the drinks! I love their peachy lychee, but the toasted coconut margarita was also delicious. Even though I'm sad they no longer have the fish and chips, it's still one of my fave close-by-places to hit up when I'm in a group.

Late night spot to mingle with others with a cold craft beer or a custom salad. Huge interior main bar and plenty of seating throughout the restaurant. Tonight we met a few friends for a small bite and one of my favorite craft brews, Dogfish 90. Our server, Kelsey, was professional with a great attitude. Spent a few hours conversing, eating and drinking. They do have a large outside patio with several tables including a big party sized table and bar seating which opens up to the interior main bar for quick service. This Tap42 has been open since 2020. The manager was very active inside the bar and checked on our activity twice during our stay. The men's bathroom was clean.

Love the staff great deals all the time food is cooked to protection great date night or girls night bar and table seating they have the best food and of course burgers .

Met some friends for a drink and wasn't planning on eating. We were greeted by the hostess but immediately found our friends sitting in a booth and sat ourselves. It had a nice warm ambiance and I felt very comfortable. Our friends ordered food and the avocado chicken salad looked so good, I ordered one. I'm so glad I did! It was delicious! I would definitely go back solely for this salad and highly recommend it.

Excellent service and food. Our servers were Gen and Paula. They greeted us and took our drink order immediately. We had a ommegang beer and Moscow mule. Both were great. We ordered the smash burger, truffle fries, Mac n chz, chopped salad, and sweet potato fries. All were amazing. Our favorites were the sweet potato fries and the macaroni and cheese.

Really nice restaurant but it was very hot. I saw the thermostat 80 degrees maybe that's why it's practically empty. The food wasn't as good as the other locations and I think the waiter forgot about our food as it took a long time for it to come out.

Food is fair in taste and price. Unfortunately, it is so loud you can't carry on a conversation. Bar side is extremely loud , as expected, but dining room is still too loud Service is very good.

We came here after Halloween drag show and it was so great. We missed our RSVP but it was ok as our group was small and there wasn't a wait. I wish I got the name of our server- she was super cute, with braids and glasses? I was hoping her name would be on my e-receipt but it wasn't. Well anyway she was so kind and personable, and apologetic about how long the food was taking- and it took a looooong time. In fact my friend got her entire meal comped since it took so long. So I got the salmon zen bowl and it was absolutely delish!! I tried my friend's truffle fries and regular fries and they were absolutely delish. We had such a good time (and waited so long ) that we were there for 3.5 hours. It was surprisingly quiet for a Friday night. I would return and am glad I tried it.

Top 42 is a local chain in South Florida. Their food is OK but a little overpriced for what they serve. A lot of it is deep-fried and sometimes the oil definitely needs to be changed after a while. Their happy hour is pretty good but again a very small drink selection and food selection. Their brunches get very loud and they do offer bottomless drinks but the sparkling wine they use is not great. A lot of of the time the service is hit or miss. I don't think I've had a five star dining experience at any of their locations. I hate to say. But, it's local and in a pinch it's always there.

I've been coming here since they opened and recently stumbled upon the ceasar salad. I can say I've had it at least 6 times in the past two weeks. It's been that good...I normally order the salad with salmon but decided to try grilled chicken a few times. Well today I was super hungry, with them being nearby and open late. I placed my order online with a 30 min preparation time given to me at check out. Picking up the food was no problem it's when I got home and sat down to get comfortable. I was eating my food with no problem until something in my mouth tasted gritty. I looked at the piece of lettuce I had just bit into and it was coated with dirt. I flipped over several pieces of lettuce and more dirt. I ended up calling because I was very shocked, the woman that answered was very apologetic and offered to make me another one. In which I hesitatingly agreed, but because I was so hungry I tried again. Salad number two I called myself looking it over making sure it was ok. Once in the restaurant and once outside because it's pretty dark in there. But when I got home and went to eat this salad it was a small dead gnat on one piece of lettuce ... which I thought could have been me from opening it outside. But then I found another tiny bug crawling on the cheese... I instantly lost my appetite and needless to say I threw this one away. I've come to the conclusion they were definitely need a break from each other.

Honestly it's overhyped it's decent but definitely not amazing The food is mid Great service Amazing ambiance love the lighting in there but... if I brought my mom or dad they would definitely put on there glasses and flash light over the menus

I lived close by for years and this has always been one of my go-to places to go with friends. Stopped by recently and it still has the same, fun energy I remember it for. The service is quick and there is always plenty of parking. The drinks are decently priced and when it comes to the food, I've tried just about everything and have yet to be disappointed. For appetizers, I usually go with the Chicken lettuce wraps, they're light and delicious. The Truffle street corn and Calamari tower are also delicious and great to share. I've also never not gotten the Roasted Brussels sprouts as a side, they are perfect. Anytime I'm in the area and want to take a friend out to dinner, somewhere that I know will deliver a nice time, good prices and great food, Tap 42 is one of my first choices.

Very nice and clean place. It's located in shopping center that I don't picture restaurants in, but they're starting to pop up so it must be the new thing. Seems more appropriate for office buildings, but that doesnt really affect this review as it's not that big of a deal. Inside was nice, it's nice and cold, and their decoration was decent and not overdone. The staff was quick and helpful although it was slow enough that I'd expect that. The menu I really enjoyed. It had everything you'd want but didnt give you 1000s of options to the point where it takes you all day to decide. Sure it had 10 ish appetizers which is plenty, but when you get to the meal section it was perfect. Want a burger? pick from these 5. Want a salad? Pick from these 5. want meat? heres a few meat, a few chix, and a few fish options. But thats better than endless pages of overloading my small brain with a ton of options. I will say, their prices are decent until you get to the sides. I would've gotten a small side salad if it wasnt overpriced. Also calling it "Drews signature ceasar salad" is funny. You're strongly suggesting to me an employee named Drew created romaine, ceasar and crutons? Come on, thats the most basic bullshid salad. It's good for sure, but lets not pretent you recreated the wheel and called it your own signature wheel. and $13.50 for it not including any protein is a little cringe. But its all good, im not here to hate but lets just call a salad a salad. Last about the prices, I wont add any opinion even, ill let the reader have their own opinion. - cole slaw, $7.50. sweet potato fries $9.50. brussel sprouts $8.50. Side of mac & cheese $9.50. side of Fries with truffle parm $13. side of fries with cajun seasoning $10. OK i gotta add my opinion. Cajun seasoning is probably $4 for a little shaker that can cover 100 orders of fries. And a potato costs less than a dollar. Guys, $10 for a side of seasoned fries? I'm all about seeing a successful business but thats the R word. Good place. good food, good service, good menu. I'll be back. Can't afford the sides though.

Such a shame, the vibes and food were great but the service was awful. Came here on a Friday night with a reservation for 6:15 with friends before an escape room we had scheduled for 7:30pm down the street. We were seated promptly upon arrival and put in our drink orders. After 10min of chatting and perusing the menu we all ordered a basket of fries to share to start, 2 Smash Burgers, a Prohibition burger (medium rare) with only cheese and a sandwich. We waited for our food for 40min while our server ignored us and we watched other tables receive their burgers. We were running late and had to flag him down so we could ask to get our check with our food. By the time we got our food, the Prohibition burger was too rare! It looked like that burger was sent out to another table and they rushed to make a new one thus resulting in a RAW burger. We would've appreciated a heads up or an update from our server but he was sheepishly avoiding our table. However, the smash burgers and sandwich were so good and the fries were hot & fresh. Once we got our to-go boxes we quickly took a few bites of our food and asked for our checks. It hurts to write such a negative review but this was our experience.

Caught up with a good friend of mine during the work week. Looking for something different and nice ambiance, we decided to grab dinner at Tap 42 in Coral Springs. Going in, the place was pretty busy for a week day night. For dinner we ordered 1x crispy asian calamari tower; 1x drunken goat, and 1x wagyu steak & noodle bowl. Going into my review, it's been some time since I've been somewhere worth raving, and this is fortunately one of them! The Calamari tower had wonderful contrasts of textures and flavors (sweet, sour, tangy, spicy)! The drunken goat was savory, seasoned to perfection, and paired well with the tart raspberry jam and creamy goat cheese! My friends noodle bowl came in a unami spice packed sauce and tender strips of waygu steak! Overall, I was really surprised by the quality and consistency of the food tonight. I'm definitely eager to back here again and glad to give Tap 42 5/5 stars!

Tap 42 in Coral Springs is located on University Drive and close to Sample Road. They have a nice happy hour Monday through Friday from 4-7pm that includes drink and bar bite specials all around $8. The interior is very relaxing and easy on eyes with the dimly set lights. The service was excellent with quick drink and food service. The drinks were well made and the appetizers were delicious. Ordered chicken strips, calamari, and chipotle corn guacamole dip. All were tasty and the portion size was very good. The only thing I would recommend would be have more drink specials that are less than $8 for happy hour. Most places that I go to have drink prices from $4-$6 during happy hour. I would definitely go back to Tap 42.

Great Happy Hour specials M-F. Was seated and served timely. Our waitress, Luna, was great and tentative. My only complaint is that we were sitting at a booth near the bar and were told that the happy hour bites were only offered at the bar seats and the 3 tables behind us, which were completely full. Otherwise this place is great!

My colleagues and I were looking for something simple after a long day in meetings and we decided to give Tap 42 a try. We really enjoyed the experience. Our server and the food were both top notch. Noise level was a little on the high side but not so loud we couldn't carry on a conversation. Will definitely consider a return trip next time I'm in the area.

While Tap42 is pretty unassuming from the outside, once you open those doors you get hit with music and a swanky setup. The hostess and waiter were very friendly. The food was just alright. I had the chicken tender salad and while the tenders were very crispy, they lacked flavor, however the dressing was very flavorful. My boyfriend got the smash burger- both pretty straight forward dishes but really wasn't wow'ed by it.

Food was good, service was good. It was WAY TOO LOUD! You had to lip read the server! Could not carry on a conversation. When asked about the noise level, we were told " we have a DJ from 11-3". So?? You can still have a DJ and not be so deafening you can't hear the person sitting next to you. NEVER AGAIN and I will tell all of my acquaintances.

Was going to have dessert. Good appetizer, meh entree (server's suggestion). Wanted dessert but server never came back to outdoor table in time to place a dessert order. Had a long day at the hospital and was hoping for good service and dessert. Poor service.

Tap 42 is always good. The food always phenomenal. I used to go for the spicy salmon tostones and when they changed the menu I stopped for a while. My favorite drink is the strawberry kush which still always hits the spot. This time we tried the buffalo wings, the tuna tartare and the sweet potato fries. So glad I went back. The service was good as well and great music. I definitely want to go bank for Sunday brunch.

Always a joy here. I tried some new things. The crispy rice salmon was delectable honestly. The rice was crispy and hot and the salmon was well marinated. The steak and noodle bowl is also new for me. Will be getting again. So much steak

We had a few hours to kill and found this spot for drinks. I'm sorry we didn't get a chance to eat here because the menu looked fantastic! We sat at the bar and had exceptional service. The bartender was super sweet and our drinks never went empty.

I came here once before and was not impressed at all with the apps that I ordered however I decided to give them another try since people keep raving about this place. We had the CBD infused drink that was absolutely delicious. Would totally recommend it for appetizers We ordered the tuna tartare , basket of sweet potato fries, and wings. Everything was absolutely delicious. The service was impeccable and the ambience was very chill. Cool romantic.. now I want to come back and order an entrée to see how that taste . Glad I gave them a second chance ! I'll def be back

Service is consistently good. Food is outstanding. I'd love to see a better selection of IPAs but there's always something I like.

I had so much fun I forgot to take pictures. I went for happy hour with a friend. Their happy hour menu is extensive. They have selected $8.00 cocktails, wine and $7.00 beers. They had quite a few food items on happy hour. I had the frozen mango margarita and a ginger tea shot which was delicious. I ordered the happy hour ribs- 1/2 racks and the meat fell off the bone it was juicy! The chicken tenders were crispy and you got a decent portion size. Chantal our bartender gave us great service

Always enjoy coming to Tap42 for happy hour bar bites and cocktails! Bartenders provided good service- and good cocktails. Happy hour bites are delicious but you have to sit directly at the bar to receive this special. A little noisy if you are trying to have a nice sit down dinner but the food is really good- I also recommend the ribs!

Sadly this miss makes me change my rating. To go service needs to be on point. Unfortunately we ordered two entrees to eat on the go, and once we got down the road we realized that there were no utensils or napkins in the to go bag. Normally for to go this is included in the bag. We even left an $8 tip. Now we have to go to Publix to buy forks. Service isn't what it should be. The hot food now won't be hot either. Hope this isn't the new normal. BYOF I guess.

First time here- I had a great experience at tap 42. I came in around brunch time on a saturday with a friend and we sat at the bar. Kelly and justin took care of us at the bar and they were AMAZING. Kelly recommend some great appetizers which we ordered all 3 of her recommendations. The calamari, the guac, and the lettuce wraps. All the food came out fresh, hot, and all had great flavor and portions. If i had to pick one the guac was it. Its definitely not your average guac, they add truffle crema some cotija, and corn and it was very unique i kept going back for more. I did the bottomless and mixed it up with mimosas and truly's. Kelly was attentive, and kept the drinks coming! I tried there green tea shot. It was very good! And ended my evening with an espresso martini. The bartender Justin did his thing on that martini it was amazing!!! I loved his added touch when adding the beans he stated it represented health wealth and happiness. I cant wait to go back and have some great food and drinks with friends and family! The atmopshere and ambiance was really fun and inviting! If you go ask for kelly or justin they are the best!!!

I went here for a casual Sunday evening bite and was taken care of by Macaila F. She was very pleasant and patient with us as we were so undecided and selective. She was able to create a drink that my date requested and sure to ask if the drink was delicious. What impressed me about her the most was when she offered to show me the picture of the meal in question. No other server in my years of going to Tap42 has ever done that! I didn't even know it was a thing! I was very pleased with the service I received today from Macaila F.

Came here on 9/1/24 after coming her since they opened a couple years ago. Always had great service from the original staff but tonight the staff made me feel like a criminal. My bill came up $45 and I paid with $100 so they gave me back $55 in change...two $20 bills, a $10 bill and a $5 bill. As soon as I was handed the money, I counted it and the $10 bill split in half because it was already ripped. I decided to tip that ripped $10 bill since it ended up being 20%+. The bartender told me that she would t accept it and that I could keep it. I told her that the other bartender handed it to me that way. She walked away so I told her to get the manager...the manager then said he can't accept the $10. I was insulted and the fact that he made me feel like that with 20 other patrons made me feel terrible. This should never ever happen...especially to a regular!

Good food, friendly staff, drinks are weak... Stick with a beer! I came to Tap 42 with a group of 4. It was pretty busy, but we were able to get seats pretty quickly. We ordered the Mac and Cheese and Calamari for starters. We then ordered the short rib sliders, lamb and beef burger, grilled wings, and truffle fries. The Mac and cheese was creamy, but it could have used a little more flavor. The truffle oil was very pungent, and you could feel it tingle in your chest. The calamari was very good. It was fried to perfection, and the Asian sauce was a great compliment. The beef sliders had bbq brisket on top of a burger patty. It was good, it had a lot going on and it was very filling. The grilled wings and truffle fries were very good. The lamb burger was juicy, flavorful, I would have liked more goat cheese on it (my personal preference). The atmosphere is definitely bar vibes. It has a modern farmhouse look to it. They have a pretty extensive bar, lots of taps to choose from, and good cocktails. The cocktails were tasty, but they were weak. We had the peachy lychee and Strawberry kush. Everyone felt like they were drinking juice. It was very weak. The waiter was nice but he was very busy. You would ask him for something like extra ailoli or take out trays, and he would forget to bring it. Even getting the check was a challenge. What's nice is when they bring the check, you don't have to wait for them to cash you out. You can scan the QR code on your check and pay from your phone. Great feature. Overall, good food. Friendly staff. It's something to do if you have nothing else to do and you want a quick bite.

Omg.... The Foood!!! So my best friend and i came here for Sunday brunch after a night of cocktails. We ordered the Hangover sandwich (for obvious reasons), and all I can say is WOW!! We split the sandwich because we weren't sure how much food we could keep down. It was ON POINT!! The bottomless mimosas was offered by the amazing Alex!! Our server, Alex, guided our food and drink journey to the bright side. The music is exactly riiiight and even is the rain, the outdoor seating make a lovely experience. Sunday Brunchday forever !!!

Makeyla (sorry if I mis-spelled it) was a fantastic server. We went for brunch and she was knowledgeable about the menu and drinks. Can't wait to go back and have brunch again.

Food and service was amazing. Was definitely worth the wait. Great place to have brunch. Drinks are good as well. Nice cozy setting, nothing too overwhelming.

Had such an amazing time at the bar with Genevieve, Diana, Jensen!! They were so much fun, their recommendations for drinks and foods were on point! They even brought out a sample of the strawberry tree leches for my homegirl and I!! Definitely coming back to ladies happy hour on Thursdays!
