I can’t understand how this restaurant is even in the Michelin Guide. The food was terrible and overpriced, and the service was quite possibly some of the worst I’ve ever experienced.
I made an effort to be polite and speak in Spanish. I simply asked a question about the menu, and the staff made fun of me, talking about me together behind the counter while I could hear everything. I understand Spanish better than I speak it, and their behaviour was downright rude.
They served me a very salty, unpleasant “risotto” that I couldn’t finish, and they didn’t even bring all the dishes I ordered. When I asked for a vermut, they opened an expensive reserve bottle without telling me what it was or asking if I wanted it. I just asked for a vermut, nothing more.
This is the sort of experience I would expect from a poorly rated tourist trap, not a restaurant listed in the Michelin Guide. Tapas 3.0 gives a bad name to the many restaurants that work hard to earn their place in such a prestigious guide. I truly don’t understand how it qualifies.
Also, you list it as “$,” but it’s nowhere near that.
It completely ruined my day, after a very long trip to finish this way, was very frustrating.
I don’t recommend this place at all.
