Tapestry Bistro and Bar

I just ordered lunch here and had the Galleria Garden Sandwich. Everything was fresh and delicious. Great service by the staff and this restaurant has a great backdrop being in the design center. I'll definitely be back and would like to check out their Breakfast and Dinner at some point. This is a great addition to the neighborhood and I hope the word gets out that they are here and open for business!

Very disappointing lunch. Ordered the burger, medium with side salad. Hamburger patty was much smaller than the regular-sized bun and arrived well done (hard and tasteless). The salad was drenched in so much dressing, I could not finish it due to the acidity. Finally ordered an Americano. Tasted burned. Could not finish either. Service was just ok. Maybe it was just a bad day….

This place seems to be underappreciated. The food is light and delicious. The service is friendly and professional. A fantastic spot for breakfast or lunch!

Tapestry Bistro & Bar is a hidden gem in the San Francisco Design Center! Whether you're grabbing a relaxed morning coffee and pastry, enjoying a standout lunch, or unwinding with drinks and shareable bites in the evening, the food and vibe never miss. The ambiance is warm and inviting--perfect for everything from casual meetings to end-of-day wind-downs. **They're only open Monday through Friday from 8am to 7pm

We stopped by for drinks at Tapestry before our dinner reservation nearby. The bar is in the SF design center. The sitting area is in the center of the lobby and is spacious and beautifully decorated. We took advantage of their happy hour menu and ordered drinks and an appetizer. The prices are very well-priced considering it's in the city. I'd go back if we find ourselves in the area again. Staff was friendly and it was a quiet place to chat.

I discovered Tapestry during my daily lunch walks and decided to give their burger a try -- oooh, it's so good! Perfectly cooked, juicy, and full of flavor. And the fries... oh, the fries! Perfectly herbed and salted. I'm hooked. This spot is definitely going into my regular lunch rotation.

great for groups! had a going away happy hour for a coworker with about 12 people and they were accommodating and the drinks and food were so good.

I simply can't say ENOUGH wonderful things about Tapestry Bistro and Bar ! I SO AGREE with the reviews. They are spot-on. Every aspect of this restaurant is perfect. The ambiance and decor are beautiful and evokes a peaceful and chill enviornment to eat and converse. Service is impeccable. I have been there several times and the staff are geniunely kind and gracious. There is one "head" server who is consistently there and he is simply amazing. You will recognize him - he is tall and handsome ! The food and drinks are delicious - super fresh, elegantly presented, and REALLY GOOD. The portions are just enough. While I have tried a variety of menu items, the salad dressings are "heavenly" tasting. If they were to bottle it, I would stand in line to buy bottles of them. So, if you are in the area or looking for a special place to go for brunch, lunch, or after work, you will thank us for this recommendation. BTW: It is relatively new and I suspect that is why it is not crowded (at least now).
