The 19 Best Bakeries In Paris 2024

"There are two locations of this pastry shop from the team behind Septime, Clamato, and La Cave: the original spot in the 11th, and another on the Left Bank. You can pop into either if you’re just looking to grab and go, but if you’re hoping to sit down, head to the one near the Eiffel Tower—there’s a terrace and a tea salon with proper seating (the one in the 11th only has an outdoor ledge), plus some heartier savory snacks. The sweet maple syrup tart is a signature dessert at both addresses, but there are always new seasonal specialties worth trying, like a ricotta and blueberry mont blanc or a pretty sumac pavlova with poached peaches and rose syrup." - sara lieberman, emily monaco

I came here to try the parisian flan and I loved it, creamy, smooth and with the perfect balance of flavours. I also tried the croissant and it was really delicious with a crunchy outside and buttery layered in the inside. The service was excellent, the girl who served us was very kind.

I came here to try two specific items: the maple syrup tart and the vanilla flan. The tart was a bit too sweet for my taste, though it was very fresh. However, the flan was a big hit—it had a wonderfully balanced and smooth flavor. I’d definitely return for the flan and maybe explore some of the other items on the menu as well.

We tried two of the most hyped things on the menu, the tart syrop and the choux with vanilla cream. To be honest, both were quite overpriced and pretty underwhelming. The croissant, on the other hand, was really good. The right amount of juiciness, crunchiness, flakiness, and an intense buttery flavor. It almost seemed like the flour was a mix of wholemeal and regular, not only white flour, which gave it a nice touch. The service could also be improved with just a smile on the cashier's face. The coffee was good for Parisian standards, but again, quite pricey. I guess the prices reflect the neighborhood, but overall expected more from the high price and the very good reviews. There are many better patisseries and boulangeries in Paris for a much lower price.

A tasty oasis to enjoy a afternoon treat and a tea or iced coffee. I love the creative combinations - I came here a couple years ago and came back again. The chocolate hojicha tart with the popped flavours on top was a delightful combo. The maple tart was not too sweet so the maple flavour could shine through.

Went twice to Tapisserie 7eme, the viennoiseries never disappoints if you like it not super “buttery”. The croissant, pain au chocolat and the danish are delicious and you can see the layers crumble with each bite. Eggs are super bio and for my surprise I found herbs inside of one of them, I guess maybe some people may be bothered with this but for me it was ok. The chouquette à la flouve was a DREAM, definitely not an ordinary chou. Bad point is not pet-friendly. I was with my dog and even water was denied for her. So I had a quick brunch ‘cause I felt my dog wasn’t welcome.

We tried the tart syrop which was quite overpriced (more than 8 euros) and pretty underwhelming. The coffee was too milky and quite pricey. The prices reflect the neighborhood, but overall expected more from the very high price and the very good reviews. There are many better patisseries in Paris.

Google
Tapisserie has the very best flan à la vanille in Paris! They also have very lovely service & every other pastry & Viennoiserie is so good. Definitely a must-stop in Paris 7e.

One of my favorite patisseries in Paris. Croissant is flaky perfection, as well as the choux vanille. They make a great flat white
