The best Indian food that i ever had in my life. Foods were awesome and perfect. The interior was beautiful they got big beautiful frame of hand painting at the wall and hand painting everywhere in the restaurant. The light is a too dark.

The table we sat at was in a dark corner with no lamp, so we could not really see the food we were eating. The taste of the food was okay, but not mind-blowing. We expected something amazing, given the high price. The portions were fairly small. The dish we liked best was the signature appetizer lentil. But what impressed us least was the service. We had asked for a table lamp, but the waiter forgot to bring it. We also asked for a refill of extra sauce and pickled onion, but we waited at least 20 minutes to receive it, after asking twice. Maybe it was because there were a lot of customers that night. Also, when the bill came, it was miscalculated, as it contained an extra cocktail that we did not order. The service staff were all very nice people who did their best, but the management needs improvement.

A wonderful evening from start to end. A beautiful and charming building filled with style and character. Unique and custom artwork representing all corners of India. The menu is a culinary journey. Dishes prepared in a homely way, yet presented with upscale elegance. Chef / proprietor was around and ensured everything hit the highest standards. A wonderful evening and experience. Can’t wait to come back and to explore more of the menu.

Celebrated my friend’s birthday here as we wanted to try a fancy Indian place in BKK. We tried most recommended menu with colorful fried crisp rice it’s a lovey one, cracked it once before you eat. All plates were delicious, intensive with herbs and intense ingredients. I like the lamp curry most. Would recommend for couples who need a romance moment as it’s easy to talk and impress for the vibes and quality of food. I deduct one point as a bit pricey. The rest was perfect and friendly staff. FYI : They just received Michelin 2025 guide too

Just had dinner in Tapori, the staffs are all friendly, the foods are all delicous! And very great atmosphere here. The owner is also very nice giving us a dessert from his side✨ if you’re in Bangkok (especially Sukhumvit) and looking for proper Indian restaurant, this is the place!🫶

The restaurant is splendid and truly impressive. It is not about being stylish or modern in flavour, but rather about preserving the traditional taste with a well-balanced character throughout the dishes.

Tapori curates 29+ recipes from major regions across India, to portray diversity of Indian cuisine. We ordered 6 menus from 4 towns, 3 gastronomic regions. All dishes have unique flavors and ingredients using. We had tasty and exciting journey through this meal. However, we wish the restaurant could improve story telling a bit about dining here as gastronomic journey across India. It would be nice to order food as planing trip where on India we would visit through eating today. The service was nice, interior was homy and charming, definitely be back to try more regional Indian food here.
