I ordered the Japanese food from the food court and they point me the directions to Tapville when I want to add a beer. This is even better than what I originally want. I get to sample lots of different beers and the price all depends on how much I poured out. So I sample 4 kinds of different beers while eating my Japanese food. I had so much fun doing so while eating and drinking right there in Tapville. Perfect when you want to drink alone. The commercial said you can drink while shopping. I think the commercial should say you can pour yourself a drink while your wife is shopping. Love the idea. Highly recommended.

Fantastic idea! Specialty beers, wine and hard ciders all available while shopping at the beautiful Rosemont Fashion Outlet Mall. I love the idea of a self-serve concept. That keeps me in control of as much as little as I want to drink. It was very simple to sign up and get a debit style card that was easy to put into the machine right near the beer and cider dispenser. I love the idea of having a nice ice cold beer while shopping in a beautiful shopping mall. After speaking with Kris who was working here, we found out that Tapville Self-Pour craft beer and wine is a sister company of Red Arrow. Red arrow has other locations in Elmhurst and Naperville Illinois. The beer and cider choices they had here in Rosemont were excellent. We are definitely going to stop here each time we shop at this location. Excellent idea, I give them five stars.

Jeremiah was a great help when it came to explaining and telling me how the self serve worked. He was also super friendly and we had a great chat! Would definitely come back when he’s working!

If I gotta be at the mall I wanna be there with Damon! Damon made my wait for my daughter and friends for 3+ hours worth the wait. Kind and attentive his spirit was welcoming and just what the doctor ordered. Someone raised him right and the people who hired him got a gem! Thank you Damon. Hope you’re on shift the next time I have to be at the mall.

My partner and I recently went for the first time to the shopping center in Rosemont where this was located in and we both had a horrible experience. There was a bigger white lady with long brown hair, I would say in her late 40's, that made everything and everyone there uncomfortable. After some shopping we were looking around for a place to get food and saw the self serve at Tapville. We thought it would be a fun idea to take a seat there and look at the selection while our food was being prepared. There are only 2 tables and one was being used by the lady I just described and a man both just sitting and eating. The other table that was furthest to the right only had 1 chair. I noticed a chair tucked between the Tabville station and the left most side that no one was using. I went and grabbed it so my partner would have a place to sit while we made our selection. As I brought it back the lady eating quickly got up and (I promise I'm not exaggerating) ripped the chair out of my hands and put it back in the corner. She then with a mouth full of food told me I could use a different chair instead. Later after grabbing a different chair we came to the realization that she was the attendant for Tabville. She was using that chair to sit on her shift on her phone after her guy friend left. Needless to say my partner and I did not purchase anything after the rude way she acted. Lastly, the hours for operation at till 8pm (same as the mall) and she propped up all the chairs at 7:15 and closed everything down by 7:40. I do not know your rules for operation but she didn't seem to care for guests or her presentation.

First time. You get a card to start a tab and pay by the ounce. You return at anytime to refill. Return card to pay tab once your leave mall. Some other selections and slushies. Was not a fan of the beer on tap. Sangria was very good. You have two cup Size options.

Extremely poor customer service. Bought a ticket for Cider and cupcakes 2 weeks in advance. 4 days before the event found out that I had to work. Left numerous messages for someone to call me back, no response. I wanted to receive a credit for a later date. Interesting that you can't talk to a person and that they are so hard up to steal your money. Just be positive that you are able to attend before purchasing your tickets. Because they have a strict policy of no refunds or exchanges. The simple solution was to call the credit card company and ask for a credit. 👎

Ordered by the bar end up paying double price. The lady by the bar explained later that if ordered at the bar you pay by oz, we paid 11$ for 16oz . However, if you scan QR code at the table in the food court and order online through QR code then you pay 7$ for 16oz. Makes no sense at all, they were not able to explain why there is such a big difference. There was no ad or anything anywhere that alerted us about it. Paying double price doesn’t make sense. Too high price for not even good cider. Do not recommend.

Yelp
Decent selection of beers at reasonable prices. It was nice to take a break from walking, sit down, and grab a beer. We were told you can even walk around the mall with it! Unfortunately, they opened at noon (Sunday).

Yelp
My review is for a couple of reasons 1. Per their website, they open at 10, when the mall does. We get there at 11:30, the staff person didn't have the booth open. We asked her what time she would be open, she was like maybe a little after 12. Maybe? 2. The sign that shows description of available drink choices and how to order was not available. I have been to other tapville locations in the past, so I knew how ordering works. However, I saw many guests become frustrated because they didn't understand the ordering process.

Yelp
I stopped by on an early Friday evening before heading to the airport for a flight. I've had several other positive experiences at full sized pour your own bars in the past and this place was no exception. This location within the mall is located at the front of the food court. They feature some unique craft beers, ciders, and wines. There are more beers than wines, but they still had about 4 wines when I was there. If you aren't familiar with the pour your own concept, it basically goes like this: - Associate takes your credit/debit card and license when you arrive. They link one of their cards with your credit/debit card. - You use their card as the form of payment anytime you try a drink. - You can try little samples or larger portions of the beers and wines. You can see the amount totalling up on the screen as you are pouring. One of the best parts of the whole experience was being able to sip on my drink while walking through the mall : ) This is a spot definitely worth checking out while visiting this outlet mall.

Yelp
Extremely aggravating for anyone over 60: 1) You walk up to a typical 10/16 beer selection bar screen / wow, they have some beer I'd like. So far - so good 2) you see the plastic cup and pull the tap nothing happens 3) some staff member walks up and says give me your credit card and I'll give you this white magnetic "beer key" to the tap machine. No talk about price 4) you have to place the beer hotel key in the machine and leave it there. The price and beer descriptions appear- you pay per ounce. So I'm busy figuring out 40 cents per ounce for the OctoberFest x 20 ounces ( they charge for foam) so I end up with a beer for over $8 5) now I have this key which I have to return to a gratuity box or pay extra- no final bill 6) perhaps I'll want a short pour of another beer. Not! So to recap, I'm at a food truck fair or party. I want a beer - rather than have a person sell me a a beer and give me a one ounce sample to compare offerings- I'm instead using a hotel beer key? Why?

Yelp
The two ladies that work here are both wonderful, super helpful and friendly. I know I can count on them for suggestions or assistance if I need it when I stop in for a drink! Prices vary a bit, but I guess you are paying for the convenience of being able to walk around the mall and drink!

Yelp
First day of business is today, Nov 26, 2019! Can't miss this kiosk setup as it is prominent and right at the entrance of the food court. This chain is apparently a franchisee of Naperville's Red Arrow Tap Room.

Yelp
Second time and the last time we order any beverages. employee today could of cared less when we are ordering pretty snippy answering a question. Obviously hard to find an employee with any personality to handle this stand alone wine/ beverage place. beverages were not worth it. Will not waste our time the going therea but head down to the opposite end to have someone help us.

Yelp
Such an awesome place with good beer. The hostess June was very knowledgeable and helped us pick. Plus you can walk around the mall with your beer or wine

Prathamesh B.

Yelp
Very good place for drinking while you are waiting for your flight.! Loved the selection of beer.

Yelp
We have never been treated so aggressively and rudely. We didn't know how it worked - and sat at the back bar intending to eat lunch and order a beer. The male employee was so aggressive - a total douche - I felt threatened. So 2 16oz beers with a 20% tip was $28. Rip off. We tipped only because we're not assholes and hopefully this review is taken seriously.

Yelp
Awesome idea! But the person working 1/15 in the am, Ignored me for a good 30 mins. Not sure if I'll even get an order. Just want a mimosa

Yelp
Cool concept and selection... Everything is charged by the pour (ounce) and is a little overpriced. A 12oz beer cost over $11 ( had a Bear-ie White from short fuse) Nice option if I need a beer while shopping.. but do I really need an $11 beer while shopping??? Sometimes I do - I guess.
