7 Taquerias to Try in Maryland’s Taco Triangle | Eater DC
"From East-West Highway turn left onto Kenilworth Avenue, a two-mile stretch of road filled with taqueria options. Stop number two is Taqueria Tres Reyes, not to be confused with another taqueria under the same name in Manassas, Virginia. This one happens to be one of the oldest taco joints on the strip, and it has a longstanding special: three tacos, plus a choice of soda or juice for $12." - Tim Ebner
Delicious. The place was very decorative. Loud music. Food was great!!!

I’ve been coming here for 8 years now and I love the food. It’s always a great portion and the staff are friendly. I love the tacos de lengua and horchata. I also love that they are priced reasonably.

They have the best tamales! I stock up when I go, as I live 2 hours away. The food is authentic and delicious and the employees are friendly. The restaurant is clean. Worth the trip, every time!

As a child I used to come here all the time in the early 2000s. My family and I would travel all the way from Gaithersburg Maryland to eat the tacos because they were that good back then. But how the mighty have fallen. These tacos are now a far cry from what they used to be.

It’s really not worth it. I went and got carne asada with rice and beans to go and THIS is what they gave me for $16. I’m completely annoyed that I even t spent my money on this I wanted to try out a new place and of course they take your money and give you a tiny amount of food. Like cmon treat me how you would treat yourself.
I’m Hispanic so I love to try all kinds of different places. The food tastes great it’s just a little over priced for little food. And the fact that I don’t speak fluent Spanish and they didn’t have anyone there who could speak English to help me out with my order is unprofessional.

horrible tacos and super expensive like 5 each. Ordered a torta and it felt disgusting as welln No way i spent 70$ on 7 tacos(4 for me and 3 for my spouse) and a torta. This place dont have authentic mexican flavor. Save your time and find a good restaurant. This people is crazy selling tacos so expensive.I found a worm on my food and there's flys al around the place.

Very authentic hispanic food! I tried their chicken quesadilla and chicken burrito! I really enjoyed it! Prices were great too. However, some of the tables were not cleaned. I assume it was because of people leaving it there.
Overall great experience! 10/10 🤩
