Best homemade salsa I've ever had. The guacamole and horchata are amazing, too. The salsa has some heat, so if you are a lightweight, beware. I stumbled on this spot by chance, and I'm so glad I did. The streeg tacos and tortilla chips filled me up just as I needed. Everything is made fresh, too.

NOT seasoned. Birria quesadilla is ONLY aesthetically pleasing, the meat nor the birria sauce is seasoned. The Salsa Verde carried both meals. Burrito looked terrible and wasn’t seasoned. Flan was bland (not sweetened) the pool of vanilla didn’t make it taste any better either. %11 service charge if you pay with debit/credit for transactions under $10 as mentioned in some of the reviews about their food not being seasoned, its true. i spent a hour looking at the reviews again while i was at work before i decided to come and give a 2nd chance. not touching chipotle on their worst day. I should’ve made it myself. Pretty good deal though(desert, can drink, and food), but I’d rather go spend $20 bucks on a sure shot of contentment at chic-fil-a across the street.

Order pick up and was in a rush so only glanced at food. Worst birria tacos I’ve ever had in life, highly upset I drove 30 mins only for it to taste like this. Taste old and refried. Pissed!

I'm surprised that this place doesn't have a 5-star rating. I've had lunch here so many times, and the food is consistently great. This is one of the more authentic places for street tacos in Forest Park. The service is always fantastic, and the food is always fresh. Not to mention, the salsas have just the right kick! They were so good, very friendly and warming environment.I can’t wait to come back and try the hot Cheeto street corn. They were friendly, inexpensive. The only place I’ve been to that sell birria tacos individually thankfully. I loved it all the way down to the horchata. I got 2 birria tacos and a chorizo taco. My niece got chips and queso. She couldn’t complain 💯✊🏾

I ordered 4 Bierra tacos, 1 Taco Supreme, 1 Bierra Quesadila, hot dog and 1 Chicken Tortas. The Chicken tortas is Delicious, the chicken is seasoned and has so much flavor. I will definitely get that again. The Bierra Taco was underwhelming. Could use alot more flavor. However the Bierra Quesadila is banging, it seems like the cheese adds a lot more flavor to it. The Mexican style hotdog is so good! It's wrapped in bacon with some great toppings.. it's messy but with it! Biggest complaint is the taco Supreme is small! I will definitely be going back!

Great and friendly service. The food was well prepared and seasoned. I tried a torta de milanesa and birria tacos. The birria consome seemed a bit water down while the tacos were heavy on clover. Not a disappointment just not great.

Our visit was 21 September 2023, party of 3 on a business trip for week. We decided to try the location out for lunch. It was close by and on a main road. Place was clean and staff pleasant to work with. My dish was 1 Taco Pollo, which was dry, small and they could have kept. However, I had the Elote Preparado Spicy and it was excellent. Actually, it was all I really needed with my drink of Jarrito Tamarindo. It was a large corn and this has been the best tasting I have had all year in my travel. My other two co-workers said theirs was okay but stated they should have gotten the Elote as well. It I live in area, this would probably the only thing I would come for. If in the area, I would get this item and a drink.

Next restaurant on our eating in Atalanta. We stopped here for tacos...wanted authentic. Restaurant had a long line, seemed like repeat customers. We ordered - waited Tacos were plated nicely, very fresh and tasty! Customer service was warm and welcoming... Made sure we had salsas/explained the different types of juices/drinks. There is something about a welcoming atmosphere that makes a restaurant special. Definitely will return here on our next visit!

I have to say this place has the BEST Bartender. Drinks tasted good (didn't have to hold my nose to get the first one down) lol Not too sweet, not too sour My poison was a slushy berry margarita with a sugar rim.. mmm mmm good

Finally found a place that has birria near me. I always get the tacos. The chicken was ok but the beef is chef's kiss. They are fresh and made to order. Prices are really good and the menu has a good amount of options.

I went for lunch, and I was soooo excited! I'd not had a birria taco and kept hearing how seasoned and flavorful they are. Well, based on the reviews, I tried this location. My takeaways: 1) the restaurant was superbly clean 2) the customer service was stellar 3) the beef birria tacos, ehhh, alright....definitely not what I expected. Not nearly the amount of flavor I was expecting.

Everything on the menu is banging! I'd recommend any of their Birria options as well as their unique take on Ramen. A+

Drove all the way out there from home over 25 miles and was not impressed. Food just was not good.

I was in the area and went here for the birria tacos. They had no flavor. With all the ingredients and seasoning, it was very bland. I won't be back to try anything else. They have substantial wait times as well.

If I could do 3.5/5 stars I would! The tacos were not bad in any way, they just weren't mind blowing! I ordered one beef and one chicken birria taco. I preferred the beef. The consume was way too oily and lacked flavor. Definitely have to dress the tacos up with spicy salsa and a sprinkle of lime juice.

Not the best but definitely not the worst. Average tasting. Great prices for the portions! I'd return.

Great Burritos and cheap. The services can be a little slow depending on the time you arrive. I always order to go.

Came for the Birria tacos, although they were very juicy, they lacked flavor so I was disappointed. The customer service was excellent and it has a decent parking lot.

This is place is a hidden gem. It's been a minute since I first visited. They had a steam bar at that time, now that's gone but they cook everything fresh. I ordered the Cameron quesadilla, guacamole that came with chips and hibiscus tea. I was in heaven!!! The quesadilla was big and tasty, cooked with fresh onions, green peppers, lettuce, tomatoes, and sour cream. It was not over cooked and the quesadilla was authentic not that other type. The guacamole was fresh and made very well. I have enough for dinner tonight. Customer service is nice and the place is very clean. It has its on parking lot. It's located by the rainbow muffler shop. Don't miss out on this gem!!!

Due to covid you can't dine in but you can place a togo order or call in and pick up through the drive thru. The Birria tacos is what i came for and absolutely loved. This place is on my list for Birria monthly. I also got the steak quesadilla. The food is definitely great portion size snd the staff are really nice.

I frequent the other location way to often, but the birria tacos brought me over to Taqueria Don Sige of Forest Park. The tacos were decent but Maria was the star. My girlfriend loved the service she received!

Just like so many others I came here in search of the infamous birria tacos! Birria tacos, if you haven't heard of them yet are all over social media. It's traditionally an addictive sweet, sour, mildly spicy, and downright savory Mexican beef stew that's slow cooked for hours until the beef is juicy, fall-apart tender, and simply delicious. Someone had the genius idea to stuff this beefy goodness into a crispy taco shell, then dip the whole thing into the stew, fry it up and Bam! the rest is history. I was beyond excited when I saw there were quite a few places in the metro area that sold them but I was in the area of Taqueria don Sige one day and decided to give theirs a try. I ordered their taco plate which comes with 3 birria tacos, broth for dipping, along with sliced cucumber, lime, and radish fixins' ( that's right fixins...I'm from the south). I also added a wings and fries plate to my order. The woman taking my order was nice and the food came out in a reasonable time. That's where the pleasantries ended though. As soon as I got to my car and took my first bite, sheer disappointment set in. My tacos had no flavor whatsoever and neither did the stew. How could something that looked and smelled so good be so blah?? On top of that my wings were so tiny it was laughable. Luckily I ordered them for my toddler so they were perfectly sized for her. The entire meal was a cruel tease for my eyes and an anticlimactic event for my taste buds. Needless to say, the next time I get a hankering for birria tacos I definitely won't be coming back to Taqueria don Sige.

Okay I lied previous review their birra tacos is disgusting . I've had wayyyy better with consume sauce . This lack flavor and seasoning . What is the fuck is this ?

I eat here all the time. It's about 7 mins away from my place. When I'm craving authentic Mexican I come here from Tacos De Birria to the Horchata! The cashier is always the same & very kind/pleasant. The cooks are good at their job & clearly of their culture. Recommended

Update: they have birria now!!! Can't find this anywhere else! It's amazing as it also comes with the soup for a delicious dipping experience Melt in your mouth tripe tacos! I love the way they do their tortillas: soft, crispy and a hint of flavorful, loving grease (try it before you say anything!). Their quesadillas are unique and very delicious. Try the steak. It has all the goodies inside in a big flour tortilla. I wish I took a picture, but it was too good to even look at for more than 5 seconds; you have to eat it immediately!

I ordered some tacos Birra they were good but not all that but on the other hand i also order some tacos de tripa y tenia el escremento de la vaca con un sabor asqueroso. I couldn't even finish my food because of how disgusting the after taste was.

1st time there and trying Birria consommé! It was very good! Will be back!! Customer service was good too! Be patient they are making your delicious food! Totally recommend. No photos! Was excited and ate it up before I thought about it! ‍

Good af. Birria is on point; ate in the car for the full experience lol. Strawberries and Crema is the perfect compliment. Clean, friendly, and fairly priced. Will be back to try more of the menu.

If you're looking for Birria tacos they'll do the trick, but there's nothing notable about them. They're good, but I was looking for amazing!!!! The tacos needed more cheese and more meet. The soup wasn't packed with flavor so I only ate them with my tacos and I typically eat it as a side.

Saw this place at the corner of my eye and decided to try it out. Was not disappointed by any means, food was delicious will go again for sure.

Like another reviewer stated, the birria tacos were a complete disappointment. No flavor at all! I love birria and have tried it at multiple places. This was the most flavorless one I've had. The cashier was very pleasant and the price point was great. Maybe they have other things that are tasty, but the birria isn't it. Oh well, on to the next birria taco!

Stopped by 30 mins before closing. Cashier was really nice & had good energy. The tacos looked really delicious from the other reviews but living up to that delicious expectation, it unfortunately did not meet. I order a total of 5 shrimp tacos with a side of French fries. Im so glad I got the French Fries because it was fortunately the best part about my meal. The tacos on the other hand were very very dry & had a rubbery texture. I found myself choking several times while attempting to eat. For the price of $18 for some tacos it really was a disappointment . I won't be trying here again unfortunately as I do not like to play Russian roulette with my food.

Not gonna lie, these birria tacos changed my life. Not to mention the quesadillas are made with hella love. New favorite spot period.

I usually don't review but this place is amazing and cheap at the same time. This is their second location. This place is clean and the food is authentic. Tried 6 of the tacos, tripa was my favorite, we tried soup , birria(fried tacos), quesadilla, tortas, and the grill chicken plate. It was all worth it. This place issue packed out which is vErry surprising. I really want it to survive that's why I'm making thhis review.

I never like giving an unfavorable review, however.... I came to this place because I heard they had the best Birria tacos. So I ordered to orders of beef birria tacos with the green and red sauce on the side. my first bite. then the second bite is when I knew it was garbage. there was absolutely no! none! flavor in the meat. I tasted each sauce and every thing lacked salt. it was bland as heck! the consomme...flavorless and greesy. Im trying to figure out what the big deal was about this place. I don't know maybe someone was having a bad day and said"No salt for anyone!" Im not going back.

Have been there twice so far. Food is very flavorful!! First tome I got a steak burrito and it was meaty and thick. I also tried the tacos, one supreme and the other was not and both were good. Fast service and nice people. Definitely, worth trying!!

Yall know i had to hit up don sige #2 up. The original in college park is delicious and also this location!!! Same people different locations. Everything on the menu is good. I usually go for the tacos because you cant go wrong with tacos!!!

Me and my boyfriend stopped here to try the birria tacos and they were okay. They looked way better than they tasted, although they didn't taste bad it was just a lack of taste. If they added some flavor to the meat and consume I swear they'd just hit spot all the way. We also had horchata which was bomb af and the inside was clean and the cashier was friendly. Would definitely try again if I knew it tasted like something.

i like giving 5 stars to small businesses that are killing it.. and this place is if you are looking for the hard to find Birria in the ATL this is your spot.... $3 tacos or buy the Birria plate for $10..they give you enough meat to feed an army they offer both chicken Birria and beef Birria the wings were even good great food for a very reasonable price i will be back here a lot for my birria fix btw-covid restrictions are in place at the restaurant plastic coverings, social distancing and all take out...even a drive thru

This is the new location of Don Sigue. The first one was so highly reviewed that I made the trip to College Park to check it out. Ordered my all time favorite type of taco, carne asada, and it was just what I anticipated-- without having to go all the way to Buford Highway. They don't have beer, but they do have all the Mexican soft drinks and aguas frescas. I was surprised that they have grilled chicken, too. I will try that next time for sure.

Carry out only.. the cashier was so nice. The place was spotless. She was cleaning even when I was there. My daughter and I had been on a hunt for these tacos because of TikTok and boy .. they did not fail to please. We ended with Tacos..quesadilla and ceviche. We've been searching for Birria Tacos and were reluctant to find this spot close to home! It's absolutely delicious and we highly recommend it! The restaurant was very clean, with a 100 health grade rating. They are also only doing take out at the moment due to Covid-19. Everyone was wearing a mask, and they even had some hand sanitizer out for patrons use. Food was made to order, so it was fresh and hot. We will definitely be returning!

You guysssss ! This food is so good i want to CRY! Im sitting in the parking lot straight tearing this food the heck up. I got three birria tacos with consome and shrimp cheviche! Everything is piping hot and fresh! The birria tacos were stuffed and the cheviche was extremely fresh ! 10/10 recommended
