Delicious Veggie Tacos!! Also don’t quote me on this because next time they might be more but I just paid $4 for those 2 decent size tacos! 🌮 Gracias Amigos 🫡 10/10

I've always noticed a line outside Taqueria Guadalajara whenever I drive by, so I decided to stop by with a coworker for lunch and see what the hype was about. We ordered 3 asada and 3 al pastor tacos, and I was pleasantly surprised by how delicious they were, especially for the Bellevue area. Being originally from Southern California, I'm quite picky about my tacos, but these were as close as it gets to the ones back home. The salsa is sooo good, and the habanero one had a nice kick to it. I'll definitely be back to try the rest of the menu. If you're in Bellevue and craving some authentic tacos, Taqueria Guadalajara is a must-visit!

The tacos de asada have a very genuine Mexican taste. Nice salsas, specially the habanero one is very hot.... A little place that tastes like home.

Had two tacos asada/pollo and they were good $2.50 each

Food/Taste/Flavor: 5/5 - Cabeza, Asada, and Carnita Tacos. Generous with the raw onions, cilantro, and sauce. The cabeza and asada were the preferred as it was juicy and great texture. The carnitas leaned a bit on the more sour side of marinating and was a bit dry. Still great tacos overall Ambience: N/A - stationary taco truck in a gas station lot. The place was super busy but had a little umbrella and trash can to the side Service: 5/5 - quick and friendly. With that many customers, could definitely understand the pace he was working at Value for price: 5/5 - $2 per taco is a bit pricier but with how things have been changing, still reasonable price. Definitely delicious

Been ordering here for years. Simple, but solid and fresh food. Staff is always friendly, food is out in minutes. Excellent prices. Burritos are awesome. They aren't really wrapped, so beware, but I'm pretty sure they do it on purpose as it comes with a spork. And you are getting more filling than you would with a totally wrapped up burrito. All the ingredients are well proportioned, the tortilla is toasted, and you get a fresh, filling burrito that you can't beat ANYWHERE for $7.50. Tacos are simple. No frills, just cilantro, onions, radish and your choice of meat - but they are good tacos. However, though I love lengua, here I don't reccomend the lengua taco, or to sub lengua in anything. Their other meats are seasoned better, the blander lengua is not worth the extra dollars. Red sauce is good. Green sauce is disappointing. A favorite and reliable spot.

Google
Food is great! Prices are great! What more can I say~ I've seen some reviews complaining about service but I did not have any issues for the few times I went. Ordered. Paid. Took food. Leave. I'd recommend the Burritos and the Horchata they make but the tacos were yummy too. My partner and I just got them and ate on our car trunk in the same parking lot. It's such a vibe.

Google
This taco truck is fast, clean, simple, cheap and above all, serves excellent food; exactly what a genuine taco truck should be. No fancy frills, no strange garnishes; you pick your meat, your carb, and it's topped with your standard onions, cilantro, house salsa and that's it: it's excellent. Tacos come with radishes and limes; burritos come with beans and rice. There's not much more to say except you should be eating here.

Yelp
Service here is amazing! The man who took my order was super nice and he gave me as much salsa as I wanted. I always ask for mas salsa verde. They have some seating if you need to eat there. The truck is located next to a gas station so it's super easy to find. I ordered pollo tacos y carne asada tacos. I love they give me plenty of limes, radish, y salsa. The tortillas are super yummy but the meat quality isn't the best. Carne asada tacos were pretty fatty. Salsa was a bit watery but still some good tacos. Not the best I've had though being honest. I've had better tacos at trucks in Renton and Tukwila area but for the Redmond and Bellevue area this is pretty good, affordable, and authentico. Would recommend for affordable tacos and very friendly service. I order in Spanish here and they are very nice. Gracias por mas salsa verde y excelente servicio!!

Yelp
Taqueria Guadalajara is my favorite taco spot on Eastside, if not so far in Seattle. I have been to this taco food truck numerous times last year and a half, vistin during week days, weekends, holidays - during day time, night time, etc. And I can say that every time that I have been here, the food has slapped! Located in the lot of a 76 gas station, this food truck may look unsuspecting, but serves up some delicious tacos at an affordable price. It's convenient too! Located near a Fred Meyer and a Asian Family Market, you can get your groceries and then you can fill up your car and eat some bomb tacos right after! There are so lots just around the gas station that people have parked at just to get these tacos. Service is fast, you place your order at the window, and you will get your tacos in 5-10 minutes. You will get your order on a paper plate, which usually means the food will be amazing or bad - luckily in this case, it's amazing. The tacos themselves are no frills and are juicy, flavorful, and very pleasant in terms of texture to eat. Though I have tried every other option they had for filling - I am a big fan of their lengua and their cabeza! Their lengua is tender and diced into soft bite-sized pieces, and gives a fall apart meaty texture. The cabeza is rich and melts away as you chew it, with some scrumptious leaner pieces of the meat that give the taco some integrity so it allows for you to feel the decadence and then give you something solid to hold onto - it's great. The meat themselves aren't salted very much, but still have a delicious subtle aromatic taste to them. They are complimented very nicely by the salsas they have - a salsa verde, and a spicier salsa that is made with habanero - I could easily down 5-6 tacos every time I have visited. You will probably spend $2-3 per taco depending on what cut of meat you want - I feel that the tacos are priced very fairly priced vs. the average taco you can get in Seattle currently. Not many other reviews have mentioned this - but I have also tried their Sweet Corn Tamales for $3. Their tamales are great! They are the perfect amount of sweetness and give a forward sweet corn flavor. The texture is exactly like eating a slightly sweeter corn bread. A very affordable price for a dessert where most desserts (especially tamales) cost $6-$8. This is one of the few food trucks that I have been to where not only is the food good, but the prices are what you would expect tacos to cost. I don't think I can write more about how great this Food Truck is, as the tacos here are definitely ranked the top in my mind for tacos I've tried here in Seattle so far. I would recommend if you are in the Overlake Shopping Area to check this place out!

Yelp
Stumbled upon this taco truck while looking to grab a quick bite as we had to wait 45 minutes for our table at a restaurant near by! We got 2 pollo tacos and they were out within minutes. They were flavorful and inexpensive. They were $2.5 per taco. Highly recommend coming here if you are looking for cheap, no-frills but delicious food!

Yelp
Delicious tacos! I tried the Al Pastor, Pollo, and Asada, and while all three were great, the Al Pastor was my favorite. Just a heads-up--this is a gas station taco truck, so don't expect anything fancy, but the flavor more than makes up for it. Plus, the prices are super reasonable. Definitely worth a stop if you're craving authentic tacos!

Yelp
I can't stay away! The food is so tasty! Service is prompt. Food truck is well maintained and clean. Staff is very friendly as well! Im addicted to the cabeza tacos! It's hands down the best Mexican taco truck in the area!

Yelp
Ever since moving from California, it's been hard for me to find authentic Mexican food in WA but Taqueria Guadalajara has one of the best authentic tacos I've ever had in WA! The flavor is always on point and I love their verde salsas on the tacos and burritos. I thought their prices were reasonable. The cashier was really friendly when I placed my order and picked it up. I would highly recommend and come here again Asada tacos(5/5) Pollo tacos (4/5)

Yelp
Tacos Asada 6 out of 5 Chicken 5 out of 5 Asada Burrito 5 out of 5 Technically I don't know if u can call it a burrito because it's not in closed but yummy. So this place has been here for 25 yrs so that alone tells u everything you need to know. Tortillas nice and warm and with a little bit of grease for extra flavor. I have been searching for good tacos since Jan 2024 so it took me almost 3 months but I found my spot. The gentleman behind the register and cook were both friendly and super cool! Run don't walk here and try it for yourself.

Yelp
This...this was fantastic! Wife and i craved Mexican food and i suggested that most any place with Taqueria in its name out west is usually delicious (pardon the stereotypical provincialism). In this case, 100 percent true. While she doesnt go for the soft corn tortilla taco, she was forced to and glad she did! The asada was in her words the beat shes ever had! My quesadillas (two separate nights) were also incredible! Cant recommend more!!

Yelp
Moved to Washington from LA. Have been having a hard time finding a good Mexican spot and have to say, this place is as amazing! Highly recommend.

Yelp
Im very picky when it comes to chicken or Al Pastor. This places gots it down! The chicken was shredded and seasoned nicely. Al pastor was seasoned to perfection with a little spice to it. The little salsas containers were about half full but that's all you need. Straight fire . Definitely recommend it.

Yelp
Tacos came out quickly and service was great :) overall the tacos were pretty good! I'm from San Diego so we have pretty good tacos being so close to Mexico but these are the closest I've been able to find to that in Seattle. Super convenient place to stop by on the east side! Ambiance is casual as it is a food truck but there is no seating so I suggesting getting it to go.

Yelp
No longer cash only! This has been my go to place for Mexican food for almost 2 years now, love it. It's not what you'd get at a fancy Mexican restaurant, but it's delicious & authentic nonetheless. It reminds me of the food from the couple of times I visited Mexico, and my stomach is satisfied every time. The employee's and owner are lovely and accommodating, even if you don't speak Spanish. Good prices-quantity-quality and service

Yelp
Cash only It was a Tuesday and I was feeling festive so I did what any person would do... tacos! This place had been on my bookmarks for a while so I wanted to check it out. This place is located in a food truck on-site of a 76 gas station. Pretty peculiar but sometimes those are the best places to find hole-in-the-wall spots. I ordered the al pastor, asada, and pollo tacos ($1.75 each). From reading other reviews it seems lengua was their most popular but unfortunately they didn't have them when I went. I also ordered their Guadalajara torta with spicy pork ($6). Out of all the tacos my favorite was surprisingly the chicken because I got that as a substitute for the lengua that I wanted instead. The al pastor and asada didn't have the flavors that I was hoping for and were a little dry. The torta was pretty good. They have two sauces: green and red. The green sauce is not that spicy but the red sauce is like a huge leap in terms of spiciness. I didn't expect the level of spice in it and to be honest was a little too spicy for me so I put a mix of green and red sauces. Overall I thought everything was decent. The prices are decent and under $2 for tacos is a pretty good deal.

Yelp
Tasty food, great prices. Highly recommend their tortas! (... and I need to try their tacos at some point) What more could I ask? :)

Yelp
What is Taqueria Guadalajara? Only some of the best and most authentic Mexican food in the Puget Sound is what! I've been stopping by regularly for tacos, burritos, tortas, tomales, horchatas, champurrados, and just about anything else on the menu for over 15 years. Bernardo, his brother Jose, and sister Elizabeth are the regular customer-facing staff, and their overall friendliness is part of what makes this place so special. I don't work on the Eastside anymore, so the trek there is a little more difficult than it used to be. No matter. When I'm game for some fine tacos, I'll make an excuse to navigate the traffic. Today was one of those days. I got 4 chicken tacos, a sweet corn tomale, and an horchata. Scrumptious and so what I needed for lunch today! (And thanks Jose for letting me practice my broken Spanish with you today!) It's a taco truck, BTW, permanently parked at the 76 station. Don't expect ambience. But do expect fine food.

Yelp
In the world of Mexican food trucks, this one is the king (well, maybe it shares the crown with Ambakity up in Bothell). But Taqueria Guadalajara is the old monarch. This truck has been parked in that 76 parking lot for something like 20 years. No, I am not kidding. It's been there forever. And for good reason. The food is fantastic. Perfect? No. It's varies a bit from good to great, but that kind of variation is fine (never drops below good and is usually great). The prices are reasonable. The service is friendly and fast. There are no gimmicks. They don't need any. The food speaks for itself, and you won't find better Mexican street food anywhere in the region. One issue is the place is cash only. Be sure you have cash on hand. I make it a habit to stop by anytime I am in the area at lunch and have the time to stop. It's that good. The legend lives on, and it deserves to live forever. If you've never had good Mexican food from a taco truck, visit this truck today.

Yelp
Pretty good tacos! I didn't realize they're down the street from me until I found them on Yelp! I ordered the carne asada tacos and was not disappointed. Filled with a lot of meat and and had a lot of flavor! I'll have to come back again and try their burrito . They take cash & debit card. Lady server was friendly too!

Ryan B.

Yelp
Always good. Very consistent. I usually load up on street tacos. I've been enjoying this little spot for about 8-9 years and it has stayed the same.
google avatar

Smaly K.

Yelp
My boyfriend and his brother love this place, and try to stop by whenever they are in the area. They even drove about 30 to 40 minutes to grab some burritos and tacos for the Super Bowl. I had them pick me up a lengua burrito, and this is what I usually get there. They like the amount of food they get for the price. They both love the burritos. I like the burritos, but I'm not sure I'd say it love them. I always need to add extra red and green salsa/sauce on it.
google avatar

Brenda M.

Yelp
I've been eating at this Eastside landmark for over 20 years now. Their tacos always hit the spot, thinking about their green salsa and excellent lengua tacos make my little Mexican heart swell with joy! Their quesadillas and tortas area always on point too, wash it all down with the delish and iconic Sidral Mundet (apple soda). You'll also find tamales and traditional champurrado (my favorite in the area) during the winter.
google avatar

Lisa J.

Yelp
I usually love coming to this taco truck, but the last two times I came... NONE of the cooks wore masks inside the truck!! And the person handling cash wasn't wearing gloves, wasn't sanitizing her hands and even handling food and drinks! Ugh.. I get that some people don't care about the Covid pandemic but their low level of hygiene is unacceptable!
google avatar

Taylor Z.

Yelp
Cash only. The food is pretty decent! I think the hype surrounds that they try to make the most authentic tacos possible (not many options here if you're looking for mexican). They're not the best I've ever had (but I'm from the south so I guess I'm a spoiled). Their al pastor is quite good and has a great balance of sweet. The carne asada was decent but not the most moist or juicy I've had. The lengua was just okay (I would stick with the other two). The pricing is decent and they have the tacos in little corn tortillas (the best and only kind you should get tacos in, flour is the devil). Definitely check it out if you're craving authentic mexican food.

Yelp
Bellevue's selection of street tacos is impressive, and while Taqueria Guadalajara dished up some pretty solid pastor and asada tacos, they didn't quite compare with what I'm used to back in Los Angeles. Star 1: How were the service and atmosphere? Taqueria Guadalajara is clearly a local watering hole, and had several customers on an otherwise slow Wednesday evening in Bellevue. The team in the stand couldn't have been nicer, and my tacos were out in no time. Star. Star 2: How were the portions relative to the cost? $1.75 is a perfectly reasonable price for tacos be it Bellevue or Los Angeles, and the tacos at Taqueria Guadalajara were large enough to make it some great value. Star. Stars 3 and 4: How was the food? These tacos were okay. I appreciated the crispness that accompanied the tortillas to keep things interesting and both the peripherals and salsas were good, but both the pastor and the carne asada were overcooked, which took away a bit from the taco. Single Star. Star 5: Would you eat here every day if you could? Tacos Guadalajara is good, but it wasn't in my mind great. No Star.

Yelp
Quick and yummy. Located in a gas station parking lot but has its loyal patrons. Cash only so don't forget that! The salsas are pretty tasty and the service is terrific.

Yelp
O-M-G. My boyfriend has been visiting here many of times. He decided to take me here so I could check it out. Im from Austin, Tx so its really a challenge for me to try certain foods bc Im used to a certain taste, texture, style, etc. First of all, its a taco truck (most stars go to that for the awesomeness taco trucks bring). You walk up & there's a menu posted. We chose a very of items (see pics). Chicken quesadillas, carne & chicken street tacos, chicken burrito, & pork tamales with 2 horchatas. This was all less than $20. Hell yes! Flavor was on point.

Yelp
Thanks to Yelp for guiding us to another delicious meal! We were in town for the holidays and needed a bite to eat, so I did some quick Yelping and sent my wife here. She got to talking with someone in line, who turned out to be a local. He was like, "How the heck did you find this place? It took me years!" So definitely a local gem. Food was yummy - I especially liked the tamales (which I didn't see on the menu, but of course knew about from Yelp). Hot sauce was legit hot. If we are ever back there, we will definitely try and swing by here again!

LaRay T.

Yelp
I wish I could give them all the stars, the food is amazing prices even better. Anyone u see in that taco truck will put a smile on your face some of the best ppl in the world definitely need to get a restaurant couldn't ask for better food or service. you have to try if your in the area!!!! Plz stay away from gas station tho zero stars for them!!!
google avatar

Yelp
CASH ONLY payment method here. Directly at the 76 Gas Station...with speedy service. Food is good, honest, going where it needs to. Burritos could be wrapped better, as they do break on you...unless they are trying this wet-style dry burrito thing with a fork, then don't mind me. Pollo (chicken) and Azada (beef) tacos deliver the experience well. It's good here, do it.
google avatar

Yelp
You sometimes get the best food from a truck, and I count Taqueria Guadalajara as a good example of that. The review is for a visit from a while ago, but thought I'd share my experiences with the Yelp world. I ordered the beef and pork tacos - simple right? After taking a bite, my tummy thought: YUM! The straight forward flavors were just plain tasty and the meat seasoning had depth (in my opinion). It felt like they marinated the meat for a long time, which can only mean one thing: deliciousness! I can't lie - I inhaled those two tacos so quickly that I started craving another one right away. Luckily, I refrained myself from getting another taco and practiced will power. However, I can see how someone can become addicted to them. The taco truck location is not what I consider ideal though (since it mainly benefits those that already live in Bellevue or people that purposefully go out of their way to visit). It took me a moment to find the truck, but once I did, it was ultimately worth it. FYI: It's CASH only, so bring enough money to satisfy your stomach!

Yelp
It's nice to find a decent place that serves authentic tacos since I'm from Texas originally. Taqueria Guadalajara is a food truck situated in a gas station lot with plenty of people coming by to order delicious food. It is cash only FYI. I had ordered four tacos consisting of two al pastor, one beef, and one lengua. I definitely recommend the lengua and al pastor. Be wary that the corn tacos may easily break apart or get mushy a bit fast so eat quick! Red sauce is also a must.

Ginger C.

Yelp
This place makes a really great chicken taco! They are also only $2 each! A great little truck in the gas station parking lot.

Yelp
Pretty cool little taco truck behind the 76 gas station. We struck up a conversation with the super friendly guy who was manning the grill and register. They have been in business for about 16 years. Their menu is simple: tacos, burritos, tortas, and quesadillas. The meat choices are beef (asada), pork (al pastor), chicken (pollo), and lengua (tongue). Tacos come with a double grilled corn tortillas filled with your choice of meat, fresh cilantro, fresh onions, radishes, and lime. Burritos are wrapped in a 10" flour tortilla filled with rice, beans, lettuce, sour cream, and your choice of meat. Cheese is available for an extra charge. There are two tortas offered, a regular one and a Guadalajara one. The former is a grilled sandwich with mayonnaise, sour cream, lettuce, tomatoes, jalapeños, and your choice of meat. The Guadalajara comes with everything that the regular one plus onions, ham, and melted cheese. Quesadillas are 10" tortillas with cheese and your choice of meat plus lettuce, tomatoes, and sour cream on the side. Vegetarians can eat here too. They sell vegetarian burritos and cheese quesadillas. I imagine you could order a cheese torta too if they aren't too busy! Order your favourite flavour of Jarritos, horchata, champurrado, or a can of regular soda to wash your meal down. They are open daily from 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. and all items are tax inclusive. They have several stools in the front of their van if you want to eat your food there but most people seem to do takeaway. No credit cards are accepted, CASH only. We ate here twice during one weekend. Our first visit was an trio of chicken tacos for my husband and a beef torta for me. The next time he did four tacos: two chicken and two beef. I highly recommend their food if you want simple, well-made Mexican food without a blanket of cheese.

Tiffany X.

Yelp
We ordered burrito Al pastor. You'd think a place that sells burrito would know how to fold a simple burrito but they just fold the burrito over and the foil was the only thing holding the burrito in place. The rice was very mushy and I would say 70% of that burrito was mush rice. We also got asada tacos and although they were fine it was a bit dry.

Yelp
Heard great things about this taco truck so finally got to eat here. Tried azada burritos, azada tacos, pastor tacos and elote tamale. All were delicious and fast but pastor tacos are better than azada tacos IMO. Made the mistake of pouring habanero hot sauce. Senora working there is sweet and hard working. Will be back for more soon. Tacos are cheap!! They accept credit cards now but cash is still easier FYI.

Yelp
This is just about the best $1.50 taco that money can buy. If you're in the mood for quick, cheap Mexican for lunch but still love flavor and freshness, this is the place to go. Taqueria Guadalajara is a cash-only food truck permanently situated in the parking lot of the Brown Bear gas station at the corner of 148th Ave and 24th Street, just a block south of 520 and close to the Microsoft Redmond campus. I have driven by it probably a few hundred times, and, after seeing people eating there almost every time, curiosity finally got the better of me. When I pulled in, the clientele was a mixture of blue collar folks, retail, and office workers. Obviously a very popular spot all around and always a good sign that you're about to have a delicious lunch. Like most food trucks, the ordering process is simple. No quirks or odd procedures, and the guys working behind the counter are very friendly. I wanted to try a variety of tacos, so I ordered 3: chicken, pork, and beef. For me, that was a good size meal, though if you're really hungry you might consider getting 4 and if you're on a diet, just one or two. The food took about 3-4 minutes to come out. They asked if I wanted hot sauce, and of course I said yes. The tacos looked delicious. Double white corn tortillas, well-cooked juicy meats, and fresh veggies and cilantro on top. The hot sauce seems house-made, and comes in a small plastic ramekin. Getting the hot sauce was definitely a good call, and it was very very spicy. The food tasted delicious, all freshly made, and the hot sauce was probably the best part. I have to say I loved all three tacos, but out of the ones I tried, the pork was the tastiest, followed by the chicken and then the beef. Taqueria Guadalajara is simple Mexican street food cooked to perfection and with a lot of care. It's not a gourmet meal, but I can't think of anyplace where I can get a better $5 lunch. Can't wait to come back here!

Yelp
My only problem with this truck is eating too many tamales! It's phenomenal. Hands down the best Mexican food I've had this far north. I usually grab a couple tacos and a couple of tamales. One time I got greedy and ordered like 5 tamales and after the fourth I was pretty full. I still ate the fifth. I don't mind the cash only aspect. I'm used to the best food spots being that way. The salsas could pack a little more of a punch, but nothing is bad here. I just like the bright orange sauce that you can get some places. This place gets a capital L-E-G-I-T seal of approval.
google avatar

Adrian H.

Yelp
It's a taco truck parked in a gas station. The tacos are less than $2 each. They are street sized, so four is a good number. They come in any of four flavors (beef, pork, chicken, and tongue - which is definitely the way to go). And they are simply awesome. This is the best way to experience tacos that resemble what you would get in Mexico. Aside from that, they also offer tamales, Fortas, burritos, and quesadilla. Vegetarian options are limited. For drinks, you can get horchata, and a variety of soft drinks in actual glass bottles. Recent innovation is the credit card machine. This is Mexican good at its best.
google avatar

Eddie C.

Yelp
This place is good just not the best in the area. IT IS CASH ONLY so keep that in mind. The Tamales are only available on occasion there is not an endless supply but if they are available I'd recommend them. The rest of our meal was okay, meat was a little dry and they got our to-go order wrong by putting the wrong meat in our food which was a bit annoying but fortunately we aren't picky and didn't mind eating what was on our plate! Location has plenty of places to park and wait but they are quick so I doubt you will have to wait long.

Yelp
Best tacos on the east side! I didn't see the big fat sign in front me that said "Cash only," so I had to get cash back in a local store nearby. Smart. But I ordered two pollo tacos and two Azuda (beef) tacos. The tacos were absolutely delicious. I think I will try lengua (beef tongue) next time, but my favorite has to be the pollo (chicken). It was so soft and tender; I almost thought it was pulled pork! Good customer service, fast, and great food. You also know it's the real shiz when a majority of the customers are Mexican. That's when you know you've come to an authentic Mexican place. Since this is a food truck, parking isn't widespread, but there's a lot of space by the gas station and next to the food truck.

Yelp
What is the deal with the 4 and one-half stars up in here?? Being a Native Texan and Mexican specialist and all, I was deeply disturbed and perturbed by the ratings. Why? Got one of each meat taco: the asada, the lengua, the pollo and the pork(?). Nothing special in taste and texture and the price is about average for a taco ($1.25 to $1.50). They didn't have my NW favs like cabeza, pork skin or barbacoa, which in my view should be basics of a taco stand. Hot sauce habanero was spicy enough and that was alright too. But why o why and how does this earn 5 stars from my beloved yelpers? Quite possibly Taco Bell or the Taco del Mar across the street was a measuring stick? Who knows but as long as I see places with ratings this high, I have to try. Epic FAIL for the overhyped roach coach.

Yelp
Definately one of the best Taco Trucks around. They recently moved from their old gas station to this location in the parking lot of the Redmond VFW Post. (That's kind of cool actually - Tacos and patriotic Americans. I like it). I'm actually on my way there today for lunch since I'm stuck in the office (no. Not Microsoft). I'll probably get a delicious chicken Torta and a Carne Asada taco. These guys are quick and friendly, and the food is very good.

Yelp
Ok, i love my burrito from Taqueria Guadalajara. And my husband loves his tacos. They are sooo yummy. But. Everytime i offer to pick up dinner from here, i gotta make sure i've got 20 bucks in my pocket. Cuz he needs like 6 tacos, and 1 burrito just isn't enough to fill me up. As much as i like them, when the burrito costs 5 bucks, and its not enough, ive gotta get another burrito or tacos on top of it. I could go to Qdoba, Chipotle, Taco Del Mar, etc, and get a really filling burrito for 6 bucks or under. Its hard to justify it for a girl on a budget. I'll still stop by sometimes, but unless you got a really little tummy, it's not a great deal.

Yelp
Came here one evening really excited to try some authentic Mexican food given all the fantastic reviews but I was very disappointed. Tried one beef and one pork taco. The pork was probably a little better than the beef because the pork had a tiny bit of spicy seasoning on it, but the beef was tasteless and plain. Sprinkling a ton of cilantro on top does not suddenly make ordinary tacos any better. The salsa was good but wasn't enough to make the tacos anything more than mediocre. The only bright side is that it is pretty cheap, so if I had to choose between here or Jack in the Box tacos, I would choose here.

Yelp
It was okay. $1.50 per taco. Got one of each, pork, asada, tongue, and chicken. Also got a tostada. Total was about $12. The lengua (tongue) taco was definitely the highlight. Moist, well seasoned, but I wasn't all that impressed with the other meats. We stopped by a bit later (8pm) so maybe that's why some of the meat seemed a bit dried out, especially the asada. The amount of meat seemed a bit sparse also. The asada seemed almost like minced meat. Service was nice though, the habenero hot sauce was good, and the tostada was tasty. Not bad, but I prefer Taqueria el Rinconsito just down the street and their 79 cent tacos...especially their pork ones.
