Tacos at this truck are your average street taco size but packed with tender and juicy meats. Cost is $2 each, and they come with two tortillas (or $2.75 for tripas or lengua). I would have liked more onion and cilantro on them, especially since I specifically asked for a lot of both.
Al pastor was best of the bunch. Not your typical red or spicy marinade, but it was delicious nonetheless, and so tender and juicy. Flavor so good it didn't need salsa.
Asada was pretty good, not seared as dark as you typically get, but every bite again tender and juicy.
Carnitas are not my favorite style here -- overcooked, stringy and a little dry. Chicken is shredded here but I didn't try it this time around.
Their two included salsas are average, but you do get a little pile of grilled onions on the side along with escabeche.
Service is fast and friendly enough, communication fairly easy. And it's convenient they have buzzer service here so you can wait in your car.
I'll definitely be back, to try their gordita or carne asada fries next time.
