The service was okay and the flavors of the meats was marginally acceptable but the grease!
Don’t get me wrong, I’m all about love, peace and taco grease but this was over the top of over the top! I poured about a teaspoon of grease out of each of my tacoson the taco plate!
My wife’s torta bread was drenched in grease before being heated on the griddle. Not only was her “torta” extra greasy, it was missing key ingredients to a true torta. No beans, no avacado, no jalapenos, no mayo, just meat, sliced cheese(who puts sliced cheese on a torta?), a small amount of lettuce and LOTS of grease.
In short, NOT GOOD!!!!
Wish I had taken a photo of the grease in my serving container.
And what’s up with sprinkling dried, grated parmesan cheese on the refried beans?
We recently moved to Norman and have been hitting tacos trucks in search of THE taco truck. We’ve hit 5 so far, this is the least flavorful, most expensive and by far the greasiest we’ve visited!
