The Best Restaurants and Bars in Mineral Wells | Eater Dallas
"A cash-only taco truck situated near the city cemetery at the base of the hill with the historic 1922 ‘Welcome’ sign; favorites include an excellent quesabirria, tacos priced around $3 each (two people can eat for about $20 or less), and a local tip that a side of consomme is given free if requested." - Courtney E. Smith
Great food at a good price. Highly recommend the al pastor tacos.

Nice vibe to the place. The food was just ok, I think a harder sear would do the meat justice. The tacos did not disappoint but they also did not blow my mind, very mid.

The Al Pastor was really good, the meat on the asada tacos were in my opinion a little to tough meatwise

Yelp
I wanted to get some food before heading to the bar and the nearest place was this taqueria. Honestly, great tacos. Meat was perfectly seasoned and no extra salt needed. My husband ended up eating 6 tacos and they weren't stingy with the ingredients so he had high praise for Los Cunados.
It's tucked within Little Village so if you're in the area it's worth a look. No chips but they give you general picked onions and slices of lime and radishes.
Food comes out fast! Service is no frills. Credit cards were accepted which is always a plus. I believe parking might be street parking.

Yelp
I just come back after many years, since the original owner passed away. I recommend the cabeza tacos, and al pastor, service is slow sometimes but is a good place to go and eat.
