ordered food for a huge group while on vacation. the food was great, but some items weren’t delivered via third party (doordash). after contacting the restaurant, I was informed that no money could be refunded to my card and we would have to come in physically to receive the items. otherwise, the order would have to be fully voided and reordered without the missing items.
so in essence, the management refused to fix a problem that could’ve easily been fixed with some effort. what a shame.
don’t get me wrong: the food was great, but the customer service wasn’t.
probably wouldn’t order again.🤷
