Authentic flavor with fresh and fast service. Best Mexican in town. Clean and maintained dining area, parking is a bit tight though.

The flavor was VERY good. However this was served more like Qdoba & Chipotle. I think the FLAVOR here was MUCH better. I don't care for this type of restaurant. I was expecting a sitdown & order. Again, for me I would rather have this place than Chipotle & the like, and Taco Bell IMO is better than Qdoba & the like, but this is better than Taco Bell.

I Always love their flavorful dishes, been eating at this place since 2017 even after moving out of state, ocassionally stop by just get them authentic Mexican Tacos, you gotta try Al pastor tacos 10/10

Wouldn't go out of my way to eat here, but I wasn't disappointed. Had a large burrito that wasn't all that big, but the price wasn't bad for the size. The rice with cilantro was good along with the side of lime to give it a nice fresh finish. The biggest knock would be the meat. I went with the asada and it was closer to ground beef than thin chopped steak. The flavor was ok. The spice level was good, enough you knew you were eating mexican, but not so much it left you sweating.

UNAUTHORIZED TIP ADDED Food was good and reasonably priced. Personally I would like to have paid a little more for a little more food. Drinks are just cans or bottles and not cheap, so don't go in thirsty. The reason I am only giving one star is because when I got my receipt emailed to me there was a tip added that I did not authorize. I was never given the option to tip and never authorized a tip. When I presented my card to pay it was taken from me then returned. I did see the checker hit a button on what I thought was the tip screen but I just assumed they hit the no tip. The amount isn't huge, but it's the principle. And the place is set up like fast food, order at the counter, get your food at the counter, no refills etc, so I normally wouldn't tip in that situation.

For a 4.6/5 on google I expected much better. You can see the prices from 4 years ago on the picture/menus. Tacos $1.25 each In 2024 they’re now $2.50 each, and the tacos are very small. $2.50-$3 tacos at the best spots in Lincoln and Omaha have nearly double the amount of meat. Very low value for a small town. Besides the price, it just wasn’t very good either. Carnitas and asada both dry and average at best.

I got the Barbacoa tacos and they were so good. I definitely recommend stopping here if you want fast food that's not fast food. It came out tasting fresh, hot and so yummy.

Soft tocos were Grt. Half beef and half pork. Counter service too order and go back to pick up within about 10 minutes. Open seating in large dining room. All in all a great place for this traveler.

Great food, very quick, and the Carnitas and chicken were both very good, as was the service. Order at the counter and your food will be up in 5 to 10 minutes. It's very close off of interstate 80 so easy on/off, maybe a mile? Would definitely come back

Made a quick stop here to get some tacos and can honestly say they were some of the best tacos I've ever had in my life. The barbacoa was phenomenal... 100% would recommend.

Went to Rosario's because I heard it was a local favorite for tacos. It's definitely local looking - just a simple white building and a billboard, stark against western Nebraska's vast fields. I got 3 tacos: Spicy Beef, Beef Tongue, Steak. The spicy beef was very flavorful and my favorite of the 3; the beef tongue was tender and had an interesting mix of spices (maybe anise?); the steak wasn't as good as the other 2. The tacos come with 2 soft shells - I liked eating them with just 1. Eating at Rosario's made me feel like part of this small town, and I'm always down for some cheap good tacos. Will come back one day :)

Clean and comfortable.. fast service, well prepared foods with great flavor. Good pricing. You want authentic this is the place.

Cleanest restaurant in Nebraska, and good tacos. We're on a road trip to Cali and stopped here. Glad we did, definitely will be coming here on our next trip we pass through the city. Good food, good service, fast, and spotless tables.

Friendly clean restaurant with lots of good options. We had great tacos, burrito and quesadilla- definitely recommend the carnitas.

Out barrel race gang of 4 in here about an hour ago and had excellent Mex food items. I had a large size steak burrito. Excellent. Beth a quisadilla?sp. Same. Raul and Janet both had tacos. Tacos here are the real Mex size, ehich are smaller about 5" unfolded tortillas. Many Americans are not savy to this. Apparently they both liked. Said was very good. I also had 3 beautiful grilled fresh jalapeños and Mex Coke for Raul and myself. I like this.

Dang! These are the best tacos I have had in years! I lived in LA for a year and these beat 90% of the tacos I had there, seriously. Such a perfect blend of flavors. Would give them 6 stars if I could, seriously amazing food.

Everytime I'm near Lexington I stop here and get some kick ass tacos!!!! This place has never let me down on great food. The staff is always pleasant and you don't have to wait long to get your order.

Yummy!!! The overall store is simple, but service and quality of the food is in no way compromised. Absolutely like to show up on Sunday for the ceviche or menudo. Keep up the good work!

Best mexican restaurant in town! I love the sopes, tortas, and quesadillas. You order at the counter and they shout out your order when it's ready.

My girlfriend and I went in craving authentic mexican food and that's exactly what we got. I got 2 asada tacos and 1 carnitas tacos, and my girlfriend got 3 asada and 1spicy beef. They were all amazing, we couldn't pick a favorite. Nice service, fast, and best mexican I've had in awhile.

Perfect taco, spas and burritos. Very good check meat, pork and park stomach. A great find. Even the local police came in. And the prices can not be beat $1.25 for a taco.

When you call this place be prepared for a quiet "bueno" lol you don't know if you're calling a restaurant or your dad. Tortas are O K.. they barely have any meat or avocado in them. Tacos are good but they're really greasy. When you open your order, a puddle of oil will be coming out! Staff is friendly! I like the horchata.l although I do wish it was homemade. They don't have store hours and close often.

This restaurant has arguably the best tacos in town. The carne asada tacos and the carnitas tacos are great. You might also want to try a sope made out of carne asada. They also make great quesadillas and tortas. Or if you just want to snack on some of the greatest nachos you've tasted...you're in the right place. Oh yeah, and the burritos are big and tasty. Whatever you order will be great. This place is almost always hopping with people because the food is so good. But don't let that discourage you, their service is fast. Don't expect to be waited on here. The style is that you order and pick up when you're ready to chow down. This is a clean restaurant with lots of comfortable seating.

One of my favorite restaurants in Lexington. I love the spicy beef and pork tacos. The tortas and nachos are excellent too. You really can't go wrong with any of the menu items, and I'm excited to try the ceviche they offer on certain days.

I'm disappointed in the cleanliness of this place... the bathroom, don't go in there! You won't want to eat there if you see the bathroom first. How hard is it to keep a clean toilet, go in every few hours and run a scrub brush with Clorox in it... also the glass door needs a good windexing every few hours... please make an effort and take pride in your business

I was visiting from out of town and my co-worker took me out to lunch at Rosario's. The tacos were just like I remember them from my days in Mexico. I'll be making one more stop on my way out of town!

Wow. Great tasting authentic food. We had carnitas sopes, Al Pastor burrito, barbacoa taco and a steak taco; we split everything. Each dish was flavorful and the different meats were all unique, no "cookie cutter" cooking here. You know your in the right place when you don't need salsa and the tacos are double shelled. ;)'

There's better in Lexington, tacos are tiny so you may need more than you think, quesadilla was almost all cheese n less than a handful of meat.
