Bland, dry, and lacking flavor. I’m white af and this is a Mexican restaurant so take my opinion with a grain of salt. But if you’re looking for juicy marinated savory tasty food with flavor, don’t expect it here. Just ingredients put together. The Al pastor however was a little different. It had some juicy and flavor. I came here because a review said it was the best tacos in Oklahoma! Huh? I’m not seeing it.. Not bad food though of course. I just have no reason to come back to this taqueria when I think there are better ones. What I ate did not match up with the reviews on here. Those sound like ads.

I’m so grateful to the owner for making such delicious food. After a long and tiring day, I ordered a burrito, and it was absolutely fantastic. The meat and beans were perfectly stewed and soft, the beef cheek was rich and flavorful, and the vegetables were incredibly fresh. The tortilla had a lightly crispy, slightly charred texture that brought everything together beautifully. Every bite was full of taste and care. Thank you again for providing such a wonderful meal!

Google
Food was very good. They were careful to leave off the onions and cilantro as requested. I told them what I wanted, and they found something close on their menu that suited me. They don't charge for extras. The meal was a great value 3 Tacos for 10$.

Missing some really great Mexican food, I ventured and took a gamble on this place. Saw all the great reviews and thought what the heck! Sooooo happy I did! As soon as I took the first bite of my taco al pastor, my soul danced!!! :D These are legit; I'll happily take the 30-minute drive for these! Yes, it's a taco truck, in some hole in the wall, and so I knew what to expect. The staff was nice and the service was fast! I almost came back the second time, on the SAME day!!! :P

We came here on a weekend afternoon during summer for lunch. Because it is summer, we were bitten several times by mosquitos waiting for our order. After receiving our order, they have a room where you can dine, so you do not have to order takeout. I am a big fan of taco food truck, but this one was not hitting the right spot for me. The meat tasted stale. I probably would not come back to this place.

Google
I had the barbacoa torta and it was probably one of the best sandwiches I've eaten in my life. The meat was seasoned so well and was so tender; do yourself a favor and get it...or get 5; no judgement here. If you're looking for something spicy, get anything with chicharron. Al pastor... Chef's kiss. And you know the food is good when it still tastes fantastic the next day. I cannot recommend this food enough!

Google
First thing to note is cash only. They do have an ATM machine but it charges a fee. A food truck that is butted up to the orange building is where to start. You order from the food truck then you have the options to take it to go, eat outside on a small picnic table, or eat inside the orange building. Tacos were super delicious and they have a variety of meats and options. The outside and inside needs a bit of work but overall a good place to eat. They do not have traditional waitresses/waiters, only one person in the food truck.

Yelp
Amazing tacos. Price of taco $2.00. Employees friendly. Fast service. Nice place. My tacos were still warm when I took them home.

Yelp
I've had the asada and chicken tacos. Freakin awesome stuff. And it's only 1.75 per taco. Three of those is a very full meal. Whenever I'm in town from Dallas, this is my spot. Dream about it

Yelp
Me and my husband went here and the taco I got was nothing but fat no meat and my husbands steak burrito was rotten steak it was absolutely fowl and dry too! Never again will I eat here!

Yelp
One of the best taco places in Norman. Friendly and fast service and tasted great. He was able to customize my order for me which was nice.

Yelp
Norman is so lucky to have this taco shop which I only just discovered. I highly recommend the burritos. The owner was willing to customize the ingredients for me and it was delicious and fresh! Both red and green salsas are great. We got ours to go, but there is a dining room, too. Very friendly, happy place!

Yelp
Best tacos and general Mexican Street food fare in Norman. The family is always so attentive and quick to get food out. Highly recommend the Revuelta option which is a mix of Buche, Carnitas, and al Pastor. Biggest fan of the tortas con todo. If you aren't wanting to eat at the bench outside or in the cinder block building next to it, best to just be ready to take these home to eat.

Yelp
My favorite street tacos. The barbacoa and al Pastor are ridiculously good. The tortilla is bigger than most other taco trucks and absolutely exploding with meat, it is WAY worth the $1.75 price tag!!! The Gorditas are also amazing, I tried it with carnitas and was so full and happy. Cash only, very friendly staff, and some ridiculously good tacos makes this my go to taco spot from now on.

Kris L.

Yelp
Modest food truck on S. Porter but delicious tacos of every variety. And ridiculously inexpensive. Highly recommend.

Yelp
Absolutely great and fresh food made to order. The owner really puts his heart into this business. He even remembers the small details of what particular members of my family like (and dislike) on their orders. 6 stars!

Yelp
Driving by, you would never know how great this place is. It's not Tex-Mex at all. Authentic Mexican tacos, menudo, breakfast, tortas, etc. Cash only. You buy the food from the food stand and then take it to go or eat in a building next door. The crowd is mostly construction workers and it is really quiet. The inside nothing fancy, but comfortable and clean. The tacos took a few minutes to make because they were busy. But these things were so delicious. There are 3 sauces, the flavors were wonderful and different for each taco. They are a little small, so order about 3-4 to be sure you are filled. It's under the radar and really chill. Not fancy at all, but that's kinda the charm of it.

Yelp
The tacos here are really good. I recommend the beef tacos and the carnitas tacos. The tacos are not greasy which is very much appreciated. The taste is authentic and fresh. The people are nice and it's only a couple of minutes from our business. Highly recommend this awesome taco spot!

Yelp
Not as good as some other local spots, but still very tasty. They always seem to be busy..prices are a bit more than other local spots that are just better IMHO.

Yelp
Don't care much about customer service from a food truck so skip that part. Food: Dry meat, bland sauce, low quality tortillas, my Burrito wasn't fully wrapped falling all over the place. Tacos are not even double tortilla, no side veggies including pickled carrots and radish and jalapeños. Foods okay if you're drunk I guess, comparable to Taco Bell's burrito but 1 notch better (doesn't say much). Other local spots are much much better. Bit disappointed. But I guess it might taste good to non-Latino people assuming it's flavors are oriented towards non-latino Americans. My 2-cents.

Yelp
This place is amazing!!! My boyfriend is from Southern California and LOVES their food because it reminds him of home! They have authentic food that's made in a little food truck- cash only. We stayed and ate in the building next door the first time, but now we usually wait in our car and have it as take out. We've had the tacos, burritos, gorditas, and breakfast burritos (served all day)! The tacos are my personal favorite, specifically the el pastor- slow cooked pork marinated in pineapple! The owners are very nice and were appreciative when we told them how much we loved the place. We'll be visiting again soon!

Yelp
Love this place. Best taco truck on this side of town without a doubt. Have never tried something I didn't love!

Yelp
Okay, I am from Southern California and want to come back just to go to this very special and friendly treasure in Norman! My son, who is a student at OU, comes here daily just to get the authentic flavors he is used to from SoCal (just miles from the border). It's a food truck with Coca-cola from Mexico made with real cane sugar and the pico de gallo and salsas are to die for! Tacos are only $1.75 so I ordered 3 different kinds. Carnitas, barbacoa, and beef. Also the carnita gordita, and breakfast burrito with eggs, cheese, beans and cactus. Extraordinary! Make sure to ask for extra limes. It's a food truck connected to a non-descript, bare-bones , crickety building that you can sit and eat in. But more of a takeout place. Super friendly and homemade. Loved it! @Guy Fieri on Diners, Drive-ins and Dives, how did you miss this one???

Yelp
This gets one star because I just had the worst experience with the staff. I haven't been treated that bad at a restaurant in a long time. I will stick with my Tacos El Rey. Better prices. Only reason we came because it was closed. Thanks Taqueria San Tadeo. Hope the foods good.

Yelp
Excellent, authentic Mexican street tacos and wonderful, friendly, fast, professional service. I love pollo and carnitas tacos and be sure to get salsa!

Martha S.

Yelp
I was very excited to eat at this taco truck, since everyone is raving about it. I was raised in southern California with my parents being 100% born and raised in Mexico. I am used to good spicy salsa, and authentic Mexican food. I was a little disappointed by several things. The burritos looked like a large taco. I'm used to having rice, cilantro and onions in my burrito. This burrito didn't have that. The salsa was watery and no flavor to it. I know that being Mexican, I have high expectations but this place leaves a lot to be desired. Rice, onion and cilantro should always be included in a burrito, unless you ask that it isn't.

Yelp
The food here is really tasty. I did think it was a lil bit expensive but that could be due to some different reasons. I would definitely recommend it if you like street tacos

Yelp
People might be a little deterred from stopping by because of how it looks, but the best taco places are always hole-in the wall ones!! Don't let the look of the place deter you! These are possibly the best tacos I've ever had. When I'm feeling homemade-quality food for incredibly cheap (cash only), this is my go to place near campus. Students, don't continue to torture yourselves with fuzzy's sub-par, bland food and 'treat yourself'. Give the place a try, I highly recommend the barbacoa taco :) you won't regret it!

Cindy G.

Yelp
The staff is very friendly. The tacos are very tasty. Never a long wait. We visited this stand many times during our trip and each time was better. We ordered quesadillas, tacos and gorditas. Everything was delicious.

Steve W.

Yelp
Best Mexican food in all of Oklahoma. Be careful of their carnitas tacos and breakfast burritos, you might become addicted. I was born and raised in Los Angeles when I moved to Oklahoma I was disappointed that 99% of all the Mexican food in this state is TexMex until I discovered this place. My only regret in life is that I lived in Oklahoma 16 years before discovering Taqueria San Tadeo!

Lauri M.

Yelp
Lots of meat in the tacos and great flavors! The waiter that took our order was very friendly. What a nice treat from a taco truck! Seating inside was nice too!

Jacob A.

Yelp
Best street tacos in Norman! And so cheap. Would eat here everyday if I could. Just make sure to bring cash! During lunch there is usually a small wait, but you can call ahead. Also during dinner there is usually no wait at all.
