We were headed to the nearby movie theater and wanted to grab a bite before the show, so we stopped at Tsunami. I was encouraged to see a promotional Sweetwater Brewing sign out front. Inside, we approached the host podium where three staff members were talking to each other and it took them a minute to realize we were there. Once they did, they handed us a couple of menus and we were led to a huge booth. I asked about a high top, but was told no one was working that section, so we settled in at the booth. Our server quickly came over to check on us. She was very nice and personable, and said she’d bring waters while we looked over the menu. The beer list was just okay. About six craft options and a handful of bottles and cans. When our server, Aldshar, returned, we were ready to order a couple of beers. Wifey went with the Taqueria Tsunami Lager. I tried to order something I had not tasted before, the Yazoo Hopry Hazy IPA, but they were out, so I settled on a SweetWater 420 Pale Ale. For food, Wifey went with the chicken quesadilla and I opted for the Tsunami Quatro taco meal. This meal comes with 3 tacos and 1 side. I mixed it up and ordered 3 different tacos; Thai chicken, Aloha Chicken Taco and Pacific Rim Mahi Mahi taco. Our server let us know the rice and beans was not great that day because the rice was a little overcooked. I appreciated that honest tip and helped us look for a few not so typical sides . Wifey chose the fried yuca, and I went for the tots with jalapeno queso. The interior dining room is very spacious, with plenty of seating and a big bar. I even noticed a few tables outside. At first glance, the place looked spotless, but as I looked a little closer, the table felt a little sticky, there was a random chip under the booth, and during a quick bathroom run I noticed what looked like dried ketchup on the wall. Our food came out fast. My trio of tacos looked great, and everything tasted fresh. I enjoyed all of them and they all had their own unique flavor. The Quatro taco meal was a winner for me. Wifey said her quesadilla tasted fresh too, but it needed something extra. The tortilla could’ve used a little more time on the grill, and the filling was just shredded chicken with a thin layer of cheese. A few vegetables or a sauce would’ve helped because it was a little on the dry side. Overall it was a good visit to Tsunami, but our server stood out. She took great care of us, stayed upbeat the whole time, and we even found out she was a fellow ex-New Yorker. The manager stopped by a couple of times to check in, which I appreciated. I am sure we will be back since it is so convenient for movie night. 3.5 rating

Madelynn was my bartender and she was very friendly and made an amazing Dragonberry Mojito! The manger David was so helpful and fixed my order when I ordered incorrectly! Would recommend for sure

AMAZING EXPERIENCE! We were seated immediately and a waiter named Jordan greeted us and checked on us routinely! The Asian Nachos and Avocado Egg roll appetizers are amazing! I got three tacos and a side of tots! 10/0!! Love the location as well!

Google
Tsunami Taqueria never disappoints! I came here with a friend and had an amazing experience from start to finish. Daniel, our waiter, was incredibly friendly, attentive, and on top of everything. The manager, Jessica was just as welcoming and accommodating, which really shows how well this place is run. The food is always on point, the cocktails are next level, and the vibe is comfortable and inviting—perfect for actually sitting back and enjoying a good conversation. Parking is super easy, which is a huge plus. I’ve been coming here for about four years and it’s still one of my go-to spots. The menu has tons of options, so there’s something for everyone. Highly recommend!

The Korean nachos were great… After I requested some queso cheese for them. Apparently they portion out the cheese, and I get it.. but to have nachos and have to search for the cheese is insane. Then to tell me as a customer “I’ll give you this for free but it cost $2.00 if you want more…. You can go back outside they’ll bring it to you”… Like you kicking me out? And you upset that I couldn’t locate the cheese? This is why so many restaurants in ATL are closing! No passion, we just another ticket, no “the customer is right”… can expect a return from me if you already told me I’m bothering you get out!!!! 😂 damn it man… she was the manger I believe. BTW check out Hudson And Alphonse deli reviews… learn how to be a nice person regardless of the circumstances.

I stopped in for lunch. I enjoyed the pet friendly patio with my dog. Service was super friendly and super fast. The portions were huge for the extremely reasonable price. I’m looking forward to visiting Atlanta again to have lunch here again!

I came to Atlanta from Albania to visit family. I said the main thing I want to get to eat while in Atlanta was Tacos and Asian food. We don’t have much of either in Durrës. My daughter, on the way home from the airport, stopped here and I got both at the same stop. Latin/Asian Tacos. I had the 3 Item option with a Korean short rib taco and another with chips and salsa. Added a nice glass of wine. I will return again while I am here. I highly recommend you visit for the variety they have.

Had an amazing experience dining here after watching a movie with my family. The Asian nachos taste great. Ashley was an excellent waitress and answered all our questions about items on the menu. The manger Renae was very hospitable and ensured that we were satisfied with everything. The American bowl was very good and a filling portion size. My little ones enjoyed the grill shrimp but thought the cheese quesadillas were just ok. The kids menu portions were small. Fried Yucca is cut like fries and they taste very good also.

Yelp
We stopped in after a walk on the beltline! The cauliflower appetizer was soooo good. I had steak tacos with queso and a like barbecue sauce on them. I think there were called rich man's taco. The queso with ground beef and pico is delicious as well. Our waitress Aldi was super patient and sweet with my friend who can be that annoying guest. I was even getting frustrated with her for sending her food back. But Aldi was a real trooper. Service like she offered with a smile is a rarity nowadays. I would highly recommend this place and Aldi is a true asset to this place!

Yelp
Light yet so filling is how I could describe these meals! If you're hungry, this will definitely satisfy you yet you won't leave feeling extremely bloated so the portion size is perfect! I really enjoyed the tacos & nachos as it was packed with flavor and freshness! They have a number of unique Latin - Asian inspired dishes. My favorite part is that you're able to mix/match your tacos which I definitely recommend. I went during lunch on a weekday and we were seated right away. I feel like they may get crowded during peak hours but may not take too long to wait for a table. The restaurant was clean & we received great service!

Yelp
Nice restaurant, clean, quick service. Full bar and booth and high top seating. There are some tasty fusion items on the menu, everything tastes good. The restaurant itself was slightly underwhelming, so I left off a star. It's a good place to grab a quick bite and meet up with friends. The protein options for the salad are Shrimp, Short Rib, Tofu, and chicken ... I thought they could expand on that a lil bit. Free parking in the adjacent Publix parking lot.

Yelp
Customer Service is always going to set the tone for your experience, no matter how good/bad the food is. So with that said, our server Deidre? 20/10!! What a VIBE she was. She really came that ENERGY. I had just come off of a 12 hour day at work, and she was just the right person to encounter. My friend and I, for starters ordered the Chips and Guac. The guac, is definitely a shareable item FYI, its HUGE, but you can tell it is freshly made. For drinks, which were 10/10 btw: we ordered the Mango Sangarita, and the Spicy Piña Margarita For our entrees, we order the Tsunami Trio, which consists of your choice of two tacos and a side. My friend ordered the Baja Taco and the Korean Fried Cauliflower Taco, her sides were chips and salsa. I ordered the Baja Taco and the Asada Zing Taco, for my side I ordered tater tots paired with a jalapeño queso and ya'll OMG. The tacos were ON point. But that queso??? I don't even like jalapeños like that, but that was goooood!!! I was surprised to have liked this place as much as I did, especially considering its location. Madison Yards is very cute, but I was nervous this was going to be a trendy place with some mid food. Glad I was wrong ...

Yelp
Part of me feels bad about only giving 3 stars but I was pretty disappointed in this place. For what looks like an excellent menu, I was really underwhelmed. Wife and I ended dry January with a couple of margaritas. My wife's was a sangrita - essentially a margarita with a sangria floater. An interesting idea but it missed the mark. My strawberry basil margarita was better but also pretty standard. While our server was friendly enough - once our order came out, we didn't see her again until we finished in spite of her walking by the table numerous times. And while I don't need to be checked on unless its obvious something is wrong, we had empty water and drink glasses for a while and she never asked if we wanted anything else. My biggest issue, however, is the lack of corn tortillas. If that was advertised, then it would be my fault for missing it. However, it's no where on their menu or website, and if you identify as a mexican restaurant - even a mexican/asian fusion - and your largest menu section is your tacos, then corn tortillas would typically be a given. However, since they weren't, that closed off 90% of the menu for me (I know, trust me, I know how annoying it is to be gluten intolerant). As it was, I had to get one of their bowls - the chicken enchilada bowl - which brings me to my second biggest issue. Why do you serve something called an enchilada bowl but not serve it with enchilada sauce? The siracha mayo was good, but its an enchilada bowl. Am I missing something here? And no, I am not taking any stars away for that because the menu clearly doesn't describe it as having enchilada sauce, but it's still stupid. The bowl itself was good, but nothing special. My wife enjoyed her vegan tacos though and thought the korean fried cauliflower was fantastic, so maybe if you don't have a gluten restriction, you would really enjoy it here. As for me, its one and done.

Yelp
Ok for starters, this place has a really good menu selection, reasonably priced and the food is really good. Asian nachos are a hit, endless taco selections, side items are really good and they have a good drink menu as well. The only downside to this restaurant is the service. They don't great you when you come in, they could be super empty and you'll still wait for server to acknowledge you. So for that I have to give them 3 stars. The food makes up for a lot, but the service could be much better.

Yelp
The shrimp taco is to die for! I just wish it was bigger. My server was very attentive without being a nuisance.

Yelp
Great ambiance, always nice service, food has always been good for me. I am always shocked at how empty this place is because it's a clean and very nice place to eat. I've never seen it packed out. I love the Asian Nachos and empanadas.

Yelp
Employees were nice. Maybe a little slow in the store. The rice was mushy, so they got me a side of Yuma Fries instead and those were super yummy. Very glad they were willing to fix without asking. The patio is a great spot with nice breeze with the occasional driver passing by with music blaring. Typical ATL. Tacos are a little small. However pack big flavor. They don't have Sesame Fries here, but the tots and queso or Yuma Fries seem to be a good compromise. Solid place to come after a movie or before a movie.

Yelp
Mad that it took me so long to try this place. Great tasting food can win me over but Excellent Service will always keep me coming back. Jessica and Tiffany welcomed me at 9:53 pm and took amazing care of me, made some amazing recommendations and were extremely relatable. The NACHOS. THE NACHOS. THE NACHOS!!! Who would have thunk it. This was the combo I didn't know I needed and the short rib was tender and flavorful. The avocado egg rolls were AMAZING and Jessica was correct... you have to dip them in the sweet chili sauce. I have my favorite tacos and the shrimp tempura is at the top of the list. If you haven't given this place a try, and you love good food and equally good service, this is your spot. I will be back.

Yelp
The service was good. Our server was attentive although I was charged for a drink that was supposed to come free with the kids meal, but it worked out because they fixed the check. It's an open area restaurant with booths, high tables, and regular seating. There's also a full bar. Lots of sunlight. Baby the Thai chili empanadas were so good I want some RIGHT NOW! The peanut sauce on the side was the perfect complement. Best part is it comes with three!! That made me happy! Now the churros were a disappointment. It came with vanilla ice cream, but it had no filling which is my fav! They also didn't have any cinnamon or sugar. Maybe a dash of sugar. We asked for powdered sugar on the side which set it off so I recommend asking for that to make it worth your while. For drinks I had the Mango Sangrita. It was really good made with Don Julio! Yum! Overall I will DEFINITELY come back for those empanadas honey!

Yelp
I'll start with its OK. As I watched the evolution of Madison Yards... I understand the appeal. I'm just too much of a taco snob to be their target market. The place looks like a great casual dining establishment. Somewhat generic l... swap the wall art, and it could be another restaurant. Service was prompt. Food was even faster. I'm talking... we just got our apps and maybe 2-3 bites, and the entrees were out... The Short Rib Empanada was interesting. They were filling and exactly as described... they were like Chopped bbq brisket simmered in BBQ sauce. It was sweeter than I prefer... but I'm happy I tried them. The quesadilla... specifically, the Steak Quesadilla is a no frills meat cheese, and tortilla there was chipotle sauce on the side, but something was missing. The meat was juicy, but the quesadilla felt dry. The Tuna Poke Bowl was good. No complaints. The tuna tasted fresh, and the bowl was well built. The miss of the day was the sangria flight. I LOVED the idea and am glad I got the flight to know that sangria at a taco spot is a hard pass. The red sangria was super sweet, the white sangria had no defined flavor, the pear sangria was ok...and the watermelon was just nasty. The presentation was pretty, and the garnishes were fresh, but the sangria itself tasted like a syrup added to a wine base. I won't be back. It is not a reflection of the establishment. I just didn't enjoy the food. Parking is easy, the restaurant was clean, our server was fast, and food was served hot...I just didn't like the food.

Yelp
I've picked up food to go from the Roswell location but never dined inside. Asian Latin fusion sounded perfect for lunch and the full crowd inside was a positive sign. Although they appeared short staff and we had a wait to be taken to our table, receive our drinks, and place our entree order I appreciated the hustle from the employees that were working, including what appeared to be the owner or manager. We were acknowledged which was much appreciated. Everything I ate was delicious. Avocado eggrolls were fresh and packed full of yummy abocado. I had the 2 taco plate with shrimp and cauliflower.... very tasty and full of flavor. Cauliflower was the winner!! Tots with queso and yucca fries were both a hit. Paloma cocktail was delicious. Overall,  I enjoyed the service and food and would come back again.

Yelp
This place is solid. Asian fusion with some really appetizing combos of flavors for tacos, Bowls and drinks. The Asian nachos were pretty tasty -- wonton chips as the base, queso, short rib, diced tomatoes and cilantro. As my meal, I opted for "The Quatro": 3 tacos of your choosing with 1 side -- Baja (fried fish, my fave!), Thai chicken (just OK.. decent flavor but large piece of chicken relative to the taco size), and Korean fried cauliflower (also just OK... the cauliflower was good) but the taco needed more flavor -- maybe more sauce needed?). The yuca fries as the side were amazing -- perfectly fried and crunchy with a yummy aioli to dip in. Quantity was solid and the value was amazing -- $15 for the entree. I got the guava cooler as my drink and was a bit underwhelmed -- some guava flavor but pretty light. There are many yummy looking cocktails though, so I'd go again and try something else. All in all, I'd go here again but choose different items (except would absolutely get the Baja fish taco, yuca fries, and the Asian nachos again).

Yelp
First of all, I have to say the service here is EXCELLENT. The person who seated us was sooo nice and chatty and our server was equally kind! It just gave me good vibes. They're also super flexible if you don't want something on your dish or you want to add something, they have no issues doing so. I like that you can get just tacos a la carte, or a combo where you can get two tacos and a side or three tacos and a side. I decided to go with two tacos and a side. I was considering three tacos because I didn't know how much they would fill the tacos, but I'm glad I only got two because it was enough food. I got the asada zing taco and the rich man's taco with a side of tater tots and jalapeno queso. The tater tots were so good and paired so well with the jalapeno queso. It was delicious! I wish I loved the tacos as much. They definitely did a good job cooking the steak, it was medium rare and juicy, however for both tacos, they lacked depth of flavor and also for both tacos, the veggies on top were way too cold and caused the meat to be lukewarm when I ate it so that was not a super enjoyable experience. The asada zing taco was just extremely plain, like did they even marinate the steak? It also needed salt for sure. The rich man's taco had a little more flavor but again it was just okay. I went with a friend and she got the chicken enchilada bowl and I had a bite of that and I will say that was excellent so I don't know, maybe the chef was just having an off day or something. I would come back and get the chicken enchilada bowl for sure!

Yelp
Pleasant, Professional, Personable and Proficient! Today was a great visit to Taqueria Tsunami upon entering. We were seated outside since it was a beautiful day. The vibe was great. Two Enchilada bowls, one with chicken and one with shrimp. Seasoned exceptionally well. Phenomenal service provided by Claire. She was extremely knowledgeable and we had no idea it was her "First Day!" Thankful for her personality to add such a positive visit on today!!!

Yelp
Cute little spot! I was surprised by how nice this place was. Great vegan options and excellent service. They even prepared me a soda to go, which was much appreciated!! Cauliflower appetizer is a MUST order. Trust me. Avocado eggroll was a bit too mushy for me. Empanada appetizer was okay. I would recommend ordering the taco platter :-)

Yelp
Visited this place on a Tuesday night just for the vibes. The tacos were good. The staff was nice. The drinks were amazing. I would definitely visit again when in the Atlanta area. The short rib, empanadas, and nachos are to die for.

Yelp
We came here for Taco Tuesday kid's eat free night! It was cool to see that these guys do this and overall, our experience was fine here. I had previously had better food at another Taqueria Tsunami location so I was a bit disappointed in this aspect. The kids quesadilla and tacos were not so tasteful and they didn't eat much outside of the crispy tots that came with it. My wife and I shared the Quattro and the tacos, which while not offensive, were underwhelming. We had the Asada Zing (best of the three), Thai chicken, and the shrimp tempura (from which the accompanied Mayo-e sauce made it not for me). We chose the fried Yuca side which was just ok. The pork short rib empanada starter was probably the highlight from this meal. You only get three but they are big and very tasty and I like the accompanying choice of dipping sauces. Service was it was pretty quick and wait staff was friendly. Total came to $30 before tax/tip which was about expected. I'd consider coming back here to give more of the food options a chance as the menu and mix of items is pretty big.

Yelp
Horrific service. Simple order turns out to be missing in things. Called and still have to hear a debate that they did in fact put everything. To call and to hear "well we gave everything. I packaged everything in there" Take some accountability that they were swamped, inefficient, handling catering orders. Its not the client burden to feel sad. Sure we try to understand but not on my money. My assistant was there much longer than she had to be as well. The first girl was late, didn't know how to make things, didn't know how to use a register they had, ordered and the voided and redid it. Still at the end, our time was wasted not theirs. I straight up hung up. Could care less at this point to hear what was done vs what wasn't received. My order didn't have enough sauce..hence the extra request. Another team mate had the quatro $14 with side. All we got is 3 tacos no side. Yet we paid. They didn't deliver. one taco is 4.25. The Quatro is 14. its only 1 order. I ordered the Southwest bow. Its okay. I like the shrimp, the rest I could've done with more sauce and vegetables something to add some texture. I would never come here or refer anyone to do so. Its not that amazing enough for me to even come outside of work.

Yelp
Aisha A. - Aisha was our server. My daughter took me to Taqeria Tsunami for a birthdaylunch and did I ever enjoy the service we received from her! Aisha was so pleasant and her customer focus is on point We were served within 10 minutes of entering the establishment and served by her within 5 Any question we may have had concerning the menu items were answered by her in a most pleasant way We had a slight problem with an item we ordered and Aisha corrected it It wasn't any fault of hers or the establishment it was just cold I asked her if she would take a snap of my daughter and I to mark the occasion and she was .ore than happy to I will be returning for another simply delicious short rib quesadilla and asian nachos.

Yelp
You know, today I realized something. I have visited this location several times over the years, yet I've never written a review. Every single time, I've always been greeted and seated by one of their friendly staff. The food has always been of a top quality nature. As a person who drinks tea. I do wish their glasses were a bit larger. I pretty much always order the same thing. I start with 3 empandas. This time, I had the chicken kind. However, I have had all 3 and enjoy each kind Quatro (3) chicken chipotle lime tacos with black beans and rice. They always taste fresh and well seasoned. This place is a great little spot before catching a movie at the nearby AMC.

Yelp
Taqueria Tsunami is absolutely delicious!!! The food is so flavorful and unique and it's perfectly priced. The only reason I'm not giving them 5 stars is because the service is terrible!!! I've been to this location a few times now and each time I've had to actually get out of my seat to get my waiters attention. Not to mention every time I've gone it's been in the middle of the day and the restaurant was pretty empty, so I can't even imagine how bad it is during peak hours. The waiters seem like they're annoyed to be there and do as little as possible (the tables and menus are usually sticky too). I would definitely eat here more often if that wasn't the case. So if you want good food definitely give Taqueria Tsunami a try, if you want good food and good service, definitely go somewhere else.

Yelp
Food hits every time I come and the drinks are amazing and can't ever go wrong with this location. If you are near the belt line and memorial come check them out

Yelp
I've forgotten how much I love this place! I often visited the Marietta location and always ordered their Asian nachos, so as an homage, that's what we ordered during this visit. We came here on a Monday late afternoon and there were 2 other parties dining in. It was a particularly slow day, so the hostess who sat as was also our server. She asked us where we wanted to sit, but we opted for the booths and dropped off menus and silverware. We just ordered water to drink, but needed more time to figure out what we wanted to eat, so she came back a few minutes later after dropping off our drinks. Like I said, their Asian nachos are bomb so we shared that, plus mini poke tacos. We only waited 15 mins for our food to arrive. The Asian nachos came piled high with wonton wrappers as the chips, corn, tomatoes, lettuce, jalapeños, tons of queso and some yummy short rib. The mini tacos were a decent size as well and was beautifully presented, but felt like the poke itself lacked flavor. The aioli it was served with helped with the flavor though. Service was pretty good since our server came to us at least twice to check in on us and refilled our waters. This is definitely a good spot for some good eats.

Dayna V.

Yelp
I hate to write this review for a spot I used to really like. But I have tried and tried again to forgive the poor and inconsistent quality of the food. I ordered the Asian nachos (my fave for the past 8 years) and the so-called Kogi barbecue beef tasted like pot roast. They gave me corn tortilla chips instead of wontons. This was a to go order so I had no idea until I got home that the fried won tons had been replaced. Nothing Asian about corn tortilla chips. This is the 4th time this order was messed up. I am officially done with this location. NEVER have issues with any of the other spots which are further away but...

What a gem! I stopped by TT on a Monday evening at the memorial yard location. It's literally on the belt line which makes for a nice walk. We sat on the patio which felt great except for a weird fly problem. The food is incredibly affordable(drinks are $7-10, plates are $7-12/tacos are $3-4) and tasty! I ordered the Far East bowl with chicken which was great and filling. I also had the Asian pear sangria(a bit sweet) and the agave margarita I'll definitely be returning! Parking is free and plentiful in the plaza. A portion of proceeds go to tsunami/disaster relief.

Yelp
I am such a fan of this place. Our server was amazing. We sat outside and because it is near the belt line there is plenty of people watching. When you say fusion they got it right. If you are an avocado lover the eggrolls are for you. My favorite drink is the pear sangria. I can go basic and get the All American Bowl. Rice, steak, onions and mushrooms. The soy vinaigrette is lite and flavorful. Or any of their tacos if you want to spice it up a bit. Do not forget the s'more eggrolls for dessert. Campfire joy in an egg roll. Definitely stop by and try out there menu.

Yelp
The food was good, But the service from the bartender was absolutely phenomenal. The drinks she made were some of the best in the city. I believe her name was Taona.

Yelp
I am addicted to the short rib nachos and short rib tacos. The food is absolutely amazing!! The service is slow, but I can tolerate it only for the short rib anything. The calamari is also really good!!! Highly recommend!!

Yelp
I was thrilled to see this location not too far from me. I've heard about them for years, but the others locations are pretty far out. It's located in the hip Madison Yards neighborhood. There's plenty of free parking in the nearby garage. I'm a huge fan of Mexican and all Asian food and wasn't sure how a fusion restaurant based on these cuisines would work, but I was quite impressed. I began with a watermelon Thai down margarita that was delicious. The jalapeño cuts down on the sweetness of the watermelon and adds a pleasant hint of spice. Their queso dip is very tasty and has pico de gallo and fresh jalapeños. It came with tortilla chips and sliced tortillas. For my meal I decided on the quatro that included 3 tacos and a side. I chose the asada zing, Baja fish and tempura shrimp tacos with yucca fries. Everything was fresh and tasted delicious. They don't skimp on the taco fillings either. I will definitely be returning to try more items. The prices were very reasonable and I enjoyed everything that I had. My waiter Isaac who's really the bartender, was so attentive and pleasant.

Yelp
Went to Beltline/Memorial Dr location early evening on a Friday.. Staff was great! Hosts were friendly & our server ( I think her name was Madison) was great! There were 3 of us, all agreed the cocktails & food were a great choice! The manager stopped by to check on us a couple of times, was a nice touch! Will recommend go back! Btw, beautiful restaurant...

Yelp
Pretty solid experience. Indoor and outdoor seating with masks required aside from being seated. Outdoors does allow pets but doesn't have heat lamps yet so heads up for cooler temps {as of Nov 15}. Service was pretty on point. We had the tacos trio {no corn taco option offered just the flour}. The 3 I had were well filled and all had a different flavor and I was content with them. Nothing amazing about them, just solid tacos. Yucca fries were a great side addition. Also had the southeast bowl with carne asada. Good amount of meat, not over cooked, and a decent amount of food. Solid experience here both dining in and with take out.

Yelp
The waiter was subpar with friendliness, she literally had to muster up a smile. My table was sticky my daughter noticed first. When I said something to our server she made an excuse that it was the grain of wood. The kakasian blond female waitress with A pony tail was not present but to take order and drop and pick up check. I tipped but her worth . The stars was for the food. Service zero stars. If asked to go back to this restaurant, I would, but with a different server someone that's pleasant.

Yelp
My adult children and I decided to meet up at this establishment last night and it was a bad choice. It took almost an hour (really, we timed it) for my son and I to get three street tacos each. My daughter's bowl took another 10 minutes to come out and it was a bowl that could have been tossed together at Chipotle by walking through the line. The cauliflower was good as an appetizer but the queso was served cold with cold chips. The issue was the service. We even had to ask for napkins for our table. All in all, I will not be going back. We actually had to ask them to wrap our entrees up to go because they took so long. I have yet to taste my tacos but plan to heat them up for lunch. They won't be the same as getting them fresh. My son said his tacos were BLAH and my daughter didn't enjoy her bowl. More than $70 wasted, along with a huge waste of time. It wasn't crowded so that wasn't any excuse.

Yelp
She had the Aloha Tacos and Cilantro Hummus. I had the Shrimp Taco and the Fish Taco. The Shrimp Ceviche appetizer was awesome, as was every other bite that crossed our lips! William gave us 5 star service. We will be beck many times.

Yelp
I have been to the Taq in Athens and had a bad experience 2x there, but decided to give this a try since it is a different location and I tried something new (and one of the only places that was open on labor day!!) Unfortunately, I am still not a fan of this restaurant. Our waitress was amazing and very sweet, but my food was a huge let down. I ordered the southwest chicken bowl which was really just a bunch of rice with a very little amount of the other toppings... when I order a bowl, I'd expect a base of rice but want just as much tomatoes, corn, beans, etc to balance it out, and the chicken was rubbery/tasted like microwave crap I'd expect from an Applebees. Overall lacked flavor and I found it largely inedible and I had to get it taken off the bill. (which they were very nice about! they asked if i wanted something else but i honestly did not haha.) Likewise, my boyfriend ordered the chicken empanadas and was also not a fan and barely ate half of his food. On the bright side, the dragonberry mojitos were great and only $10!! Chips and queso was good too but it's pretty hard to mess that up lol. Most likely won't be returning unless I go for a quick drink with some friends and sit at the bar -- guess this chain just is not my speed!

Yelp
This is a cool space. Indoor and outdoor seating, with full bar inside. The tacos are very good, quesadilla was decent, churro was okay. The service was great and I will return and recommend you try it out.

Yelp
Food was excellent. Nice restaurant. Clean, lovely patio, good music. Taona our server was very attentive and prompt. Will come back, as there is a lot to choose from and we wanted to try so many different dishes.

Yelp
Stopped in because it was the only place in the area that was showing the Olympics and was happy to find their cauliflower tacos on the menu. They could've been a little bit better but for the price point I won't complain.

Yelp
Came here for dinner with a friend the other night. It was a bit busy so food took time to come out. The Asian nachos were delicious, such great flavor with the friend wontons. A little messy to eat but a great dish. We both tried the different tacos on the menu and they were both pretty good as well. We also ordered the churros for dessert which was a nice sweet treat.
