Restaurant let down by poor service from the staff, overcrowded seating area, and small expensive portions. Even though the food itself was decent, will not be going back.
First off, the service throughout was generally poor, with staff not particularly warm and always rushing around. We waited quite a long time to order, and the food took a while before it arrived too. Food and drinks were dumped onto the table and the server disappeared without a word every time. What topped it off was when we were paying, the card machine pinged to accept, and the server turned around and disappeared without saying so much as 'thank you' or 'have a nice day'. We don't go out to eat much so considering we'd just spent £70 for two of us, we were quite disappointed with this. Definitely not worth the 12.5% service charge they automatically put onto the bill.
The restaurant itself is nice enough, but the tables are so packed into the space, which means there are staff or people waiting for tables stood over you the whole time.
The food itself was tasty, but the portions seemed very expensive and small for what we actually got. Four tacos, one starter of potatoes, and one side of guacamole came to £37 (not even including service charge). The tacos were very small, and considering what you can get elsewhere for this money, was not worth it.
Overall will not go back again
