Finally got to try them today after hearing so much hype 🤩 Had the chicken shawarma wrap and wow… the chicken was super tender and flavorful, but that garlic aioli stole the show 🔥 Paired with the pickles + soft pita + juicy chicken = absolute flavor bomb 💯

The best food truck in town. Mohammed is so friendly and always serves food hot and fresh. I follow them on social media so I can get my fix because no one else makes shawarma in our area that is close to this good.

Fresh and Juicy! Authentic Lebanese food served in the best way you can find food treasures! At the Farmers Market Food Trailer! The cheese rolls are a must try appetizer bursting with flavors of fresh cut herbs and wrapped in a crispy spring roll wrapper. The chicken shawarma is juicy with an amazing sauce and fresh cut fixins! The smashed kafta is juicy and flavor-filled! I’ve tried everything on their menu and it is all SO SO GOOD! Putting Lebanese food at the top of my list! Everything tastes so good and home cooked! The best place to eat in town! Also, their bread is made locally and the meats are halal.

Had Tarboosh for the first time at the DSM farmers market a couple months ago and have been a regular stop ever since. The chicken shawarma wrap at falafels are a must get! Everything is so fresh and delicious. Hoping they get a permanent location soon!

Excellent spot for an authentic Lebanese treat! Their chicken shawarmas with garlic sauce were out of this world. I also tried their crispy falafel, sweet clotted cream triangles, and the most refreshing pomegranate juice I've ever had 😋 (PSA: their pita bread is locally made, so you can't beat freshness there ✅️ ) Highly recommend!!!

I liked them so much on Thursday at Valley Junction that I visited them two days later at the Des Moines Farmers Market. Their chicken shawarma was fantastic! It was absolutely delicious. The service and setting were terrific on Grand Avenue. My favorite dish of the Market!
