Clean and not too busy, grocery and shelves had a few selections that were out of stock. Outside, pickup area with a tent for the folks waiting in the heat, so that's good.

Worst customer service ever! These guys’ ego is bigger than the whole store. I kindly asked where the Xbox controllers were, and he kindly responded. And I replied, “Aren’t the controllers under the key or locked?” He said, “Yes. Go wait there and I’ll open it up for you once I am finished.” I am like, “Why don’t you call someone else if you are busy?” He was doing returns and taking coupons and giving out discounts to a customer. I am like, “Why can’t you call another representative or a manager to help me?” After 20-26 minutes, he finally came over and had a really bad attitude. A looser attitude… awful service. Didn’t apologize for the inconvenience, didn’t say have a nice day. Nothing. Just help out your customers so they don’t. Feel like you don’t give a shit about them

This Target has just about everything, to name a few… A Starbucks in the lobby area Pharmacy Clothing (Men’s, Women’s, Juniors, Plus sizes, Baby clothes) Food Baby items (diapers, pacifiers, strollers, car seats, baby shampoo, crib accessories, etc.) Seasonal items (on this visit, gardening, planters, grilling tools, garden soil, seeds, bird houses, outdoor furniture, etc.) Sporting goods Linens Pots/pans/cookware/accessories/kitchen towels Silverware Toiletries This is a well kept store and I went when they opened on a Saturday morning and it wasn’t crowded yet. The front doors are auto-open which is perfect for wheel chair access.

So i honestly despise going to this target and only go here if i absolutely need to. My home store (Reston) was out of the few items i needed and instead of making two trips I decided to pick up my entire order at Dulles. I let them know I’m on My way 15 min before I get there. Once I got there , of course there’s the typical 10 minute wait for my items to come ( as usual) it’s always a wait here so it doesn’t even matter if you tell them you’re on your way. I placed 2 orders. Only one order came in a bag. The other separate order did not even come bagged yet I charged for bags! Keep in mind these are not big bulky items , but rather small/ medium size items that include dish soap, candle a small tray and some cleaning items. I asked the lady if I can get bags and she stated I would have to go inside and get them. What’s the point of drive up if I need to go inside? I couldn’t leave my dog in my car but I left the Ac on , went inside and got my bags. The self checkout attendant , Mohammed ( amazing guy) came out to help me bag after waiting 10 minutes for a team lead to come and address the issue ( shocker: they never came!) and he was also very appalled to see how my items were given to me. I willl be reaching out to Target corporate on this because as many times as I have given this Target a chance , this was the last straw.

Great exp and it's my go-to for so many things, from household essentials and groceries to clothing and the occasional home decor items. The store is neat and well organized which makes more pleasant experience compare to some other targets.

Self checkout was closed an hour before target actually closes. This poor girl had to work register alone for who knows how long. She didn’t get support until the line tripled in size after a while. There was employees standing around, not helping at all and just watching from afar. I’m disappointed. This location is usually at least decent

The store is really huge; however, some of Target's in-house brands are costlier than they seem worth. The electronics section is quite dated; they do not display the latest generation of the products. The toys section is well stocked & diverse though. The pricing of the other products is quite competitive.

Target only has 4 self-checkouts open, and many customers aren’t tech-savvy, creating long lines even though the store closes in 3 hours. They really need more employees — same issue as mentioned in previous comments.
