I came here for Black Friday and all the employees did an AMAZING job! Black Friday is always so stressful on workers and I could tell it had been a loooong day for them already, but they stayed on top of things and killed it. They were so nice and had a couple employees walking around checking on everyone and letting us know about the deals they had going on and where to go. I didn’t feel like they were rushing me or irritated at the chaos, they were just all around helpful and friendly

1-Star Review for Target I’ve never been so embarrassed or disrespected in a store as I was at Target. I was falsely accused of stealing, right there in public, in front of other shoppers. No proof, no apology, just judgment and humiliation. It was beyond unprofessional — it was flat-out wrong. What makes it worse is how they handled it afterward. I tried to reach out for an explanation, but nobody took responsibility. It’s been months, and still no call, no follow-up, nothing. I wasn’t just treated unfairly, I was treated like I didn’t matter. I’ve been a loyal Target shopper for years, but after this, I’ll think twice before walking through those doors again. No one deserves to be treated like a criminal when they’ve done absolutely nothing wrong. .ive emailed and called MANY TIMES NOW AND YALL ARE TO PUSSY TO CALL ME BACK..

Google
This store is a discriminating store because. Let me explain why on December 24 2025 I took a very nice white law abiding lady to this target to return something and she was told without a receipt they would only give her a $100.00 store credit she said her jaw dropped and she left the store. So here we go on December 26 2025 I take a black young adult law abiding to same location and they received a gift and already had one so he wanted to return it and was told without a receipt nothing could be done and was turned away . That's real discrimination there if I can say . Who do you talk to

Probably the smallest Target in Colorado Springs. Still it's pretty good. Since they are not a Super Target they don't carry fresh produce and the grocery selection is much smaller. However being a smaller store has some benefits like certain clothes, toys, equipment that normally sells out faster at the bigger stores are usually available at this one. It's not my favorite Target in town, probably the one up on Powers and North Carefree is my favorite, but this one still does well despite being smaller.

I walked into this target a few minutes ago. Inside of the front entrance is a Starbucks. I assume Target owns, operates or the minimum leases the space to Target and then therefore what I witnessed, both companies should respond to my review. Immediately next to the end of the counter, where you receive your drinks, cause there was a homeless person leaning against the wall, and he had a cardboard sign that I could read the top of it which read thank you and I couldn’t read the rest because he was covering it up. He had two items plugged into the wall and was charging them there. His phone that was plugged in he was watching a video and it was playing loud enough I could hear plainly as well as other people in the Starbucks. This person also had one bag which looked like it was personal possessions and I am not a rocket scientist, but this is obviously a homeless person who target Starbucks have decided that it’s fine to just let homeless people hang out inside of their stores and allow them to watch videos. This person was clearly obvious to the two workers behind the counter at Starbucks and anyone who ordered a drink, obviously saw this person as well. My question to Target in Starbucks is quite simply this? Is this allowed in your stores? On a personal note, my grandfather built the world‘s first Target store and I grew up next to it and shop there regularly until I move away from Minneapolis I can’t imagine for the life of me that this would be allowed in your store, but I would like some clarification please? Thank you, Mark.

Google
Im sorry, but why is it that you can never find any workers in any department? I was looking for one item that I have been having trouble finding, and yet I had to walk around the whole store twice to find someone. When I did, I asled them about where I could find the item, and they sent me to a section all the way on the other side of the store. All yet to look for it for a good 20 minutes and me downloading the target app to see if they even told me the correct place. It was never in stock, it was only sold online. Im upset, annoyed, and overall just disappointed that no one was available to even provide help if needed but then yet send you on a wild goose chase. Ridiculous.

Google
The quality of products available at this store is not as good as it used to be. I was there first thing in the morning, and it was hard to get through the store, because there were people stocking the shelves and carts in the aisles. There were a lot of empty shelves and not much variety on things like toothpaste and deodorant. The store was clean, but I probably won't go back.

Was staying at the hotel.and needed some chap stick so I walked there and it was a nice relaxing walk. Love this store

Yelp
Standard Target, plenty of cards and kitchen supplies, but cosmetics and the water supplies are half empty. Finding staffers other than at the cashier's is tough.

Yelp
This is my local target and I come here all the time! Not as big a selection as the super target, but I almost always find what I'm looking for (and then some!). A lot of the clothes here are really cute and they have a big clearance section! I also love the dollar section in the beginning that always has the cutest decorations or other useful things.

Yelp
For this trip to target we stopped in because we forgot a Apple Watch charger. We wandered around searching for one and could not find one. My father and I stopped by the help/checkout desk and asked where they might house them. The lady behind the register was "looking it up" - instead of knowing instantly - and a customer nearby showed us where they were before the employee of this Target. Kind of sad. We did find one, and we did purchase it.

Yelp
Did online order with drive-up pickup. Very easy to navigate the app, and the store had all the products I ordered. Service was prompt, and the employee was friendly and efficient bringing the items out. Very happy with this and will use again! Updated June 2022- Great store. I like that it's on the smaller end as it is very easy to navigate and still has a great variety of stuff! The manager there was very attentive making sure registers opened up, greeting guests in line, and making sure that a spill was cleaned up immediately. Very impressed!

Yelp
Standard Target store, too few employees for proper service, selection less than Walmart, and prices higher, so good place for the homeless to steal and smoke meth in bathrooms, so gross, should be laws against this insane behavior.
google avatar

Christine R.

Yelp
Constantly shopped over. Other stores have better inventory. Not sure why. Other than that, it's fine.

Yelp
I personally like Target better than Wal-Mart. Good shopping environment good quality affordable products. Never had an issues with employees. Overall nice one stop shopping

Sonia S.

Yelp
I have shopped in different occasions at this location and so far every time is same uneasy feeling. The store workers are not friendly and seem suspicious of customers to the point to have a sarcastic security guard as you are leaving. I'm from the East coast and can't say I seen these happened there. I think they need some sensitivity and how to treat people training. I hope this place doesn't turn like places up North. Most customers would like to have a pleasant experience no matter the color of your skin, what you are wearing or language you speak. I guess good people and good management are hard to find these days.

Savanah W.

Yelp
This target is horrible. They consistently do not have carts inside the store, so you find yourself having to go outside to retrieve your own cart. That's fine and all, but sometimes that's a little easier said than done when you're lugging a toddler and newborn around (I realize that problem is personal to myself and other 2 under 2 moms lol). Not only that, but they seem to always have large carts with their shipments just sitting in the aisles, sometimes almost completely blocking aisles off. These are not things I've observed even just one or two times, but can be annoying enough on top of how busy it is and the large homeless population when I seem to go that I'd rather drive 20 minutes up north to the other target.
google avatar

Erika M.

Yelp
It's a little difficult to find things at this location. We were looking for toddler shoes and the shoe section was a disaster. Shoe boxes poorly stacked and poorly organized. Anytime I reached for something, a ton of boxes would fall. All departments seemed to be a little disheveled for the most part and the bathrooms were filthy. This wouldn't be my go to Target location.

Imani W.

Yelp
Terrible service someone was following me and my family around but was staring really hard and wasn't even trying to hide it.
google avatar

Liam W.

Yelp
They don't open when they say they do; they opened today about an hour late. I bet covid19 would probably be their excuse; I remember when covid prevented me from getting to work on time oh wait that never happened.

Yelp
I definitely felt/feel like target has stepped up their game in personalized styling regarding home interior decor, not that they've ever really disappointed but most certainly never ceases to appeal to me. I was able to put together a few clearance pieces and found the bedding that spoke out to me. This target on Cheyenne blvd. happened to have plentiful variety of items that I was looking for. In the picture I provided I found the perfect for me a blush toned semi wrinkled seam comforter with high thread count black sheets. Yes I ironed and heck yes I sleep well:):) it's all about that bedroom ambience, the invitation for sleep and target clearly helped me in the aura department.

Yelp
I am absolutely appalled by target and their price gouging on basic necessities during the coronavirus outbreak. My husband and I were at their store at 1630 e Cheyenne morning blvd this morning right after they opened. All we wanted was a small pack of TP.. one pack of 12 rolls was $25.97 ABSOLUTELY unacceptable especially after hearing from their CEO yesterday along with Walmart, CVS and other executives promising to work together. To top it off, I asked the employees about it, and they basically laughed at me and thought it was funny. I will not support this store in the future and I urge others to shop elsewhere. We need to hold them accountable for these despicable practice! Peggy C Colorado Springs

Yelp
Today is January 26th, 2020, 10:24pm and this target is closed. It is not open until midnight as stated above and it is really disappointing being that I'm here from out of town. If the hours are different, then that should be reflected online.

Yelp
Did a drive up order today for my first time and I was very pleased. My order was ready in 30 minutes. The employee, Carol, that brought me my order to my car was very friendly. Very pleased overall.

Yelp
So what's the deal Target?? You are starting out new seasonal hires at $15 an hour. Then those making $13 an hour get to keep the $2 an hour you gave to everyone during the pandemic because you were showing that you deemed your employees essential. That's all well and good but what about your long term employees who by the way keep all of your stores from failing. Day in and day out. What do they get out of all this? What do they get to show you, Target, appreciate the service they give You? The reliability they give you. The dependency they give you. The flexibility they give you. Oh they get a one time $200 appreciation bonus. Which of course gets taxed. So less than $200. So that's really what you think of your anchor employees. The ones holding it together. I would suggest that you allow your long term employees to keep the $2 an hour increase. This shows you have faith and confidence in your loyal tenure staff. It's the least you can do. I really hope this goes viral!

Yelp
Thankfully Target has a few deals, from time to time. The people working at this location have great customer service. Unfortunately we were here for over an hour because my wife got lost shopping! Mo money, mo money, mo money

Yelp
It's a cool Target but they don't have a lot of stuff. I really love my 5%savings but I'm finding myself@Walmart or King Soopers often. Disappointing=(

Yelp
Rude, overcharged, unsafe ---that about sums up my shopping experience at this Target. Whatever you do, make sure you are not in their store @ 9:57pm....the security guard was rude, I was overcharged for my items at the register, and I was told this was "for my own safety" on my way out the door. Really??? It was apparently more important for me to get out of their store than for me to ever want to shop here again.
google avatar

Yelp
It's Target. Nothing bad, nothing special. The clothes this fall are ugly, but I'm sure they'll get their mojo back in the spring. I'll update you all then. You're welcome.
google avatar

Tiffany N.

Yelp
This is the Target that time forgot. Let's start with them not having a Starbucks. Really? Pretty much every Target I've been to since 2006 has a Starbucks. People writing checks for purchases , two registers at customer service not working and they ran out of carts. Get it together Target!
google avatar

Andrea L.

Yelp
It is Target, you are going to get what you get in any Target...except at Guest Service, there is always a really long line and someone with a bad attitude ready to make you feel guilty about whatever you are returning. I once spent 5 minutes at the pharmacy waiting while 3 people were behind the counter and nobody even acknowledged that I was there waiting. it pissed me off, the geriatric guy next to me just about died waiting for his meds (might be a slight over-exaggeration). Overall clean store where you can get what you want, which is the point, right?
google avatar

Brat X.

Yelp
I like this Target, it's fairly clean and can usually be in and out pretty quickly. Nothing special about it; definitely beats Walmart hands down. They always have everything I need and can return anything with a receipt without being harassed. My to go store for electronics and basic household items. The only thing I would like to see changed is the homeless people outside at the entrance begging customers for money. Maybe they can ask them to move.
google avatar

Ashley R.

Yelp
Ironically I decided to treat myself to Target instead of the craziness of WalMart. Although the experience at the store was nice, quiet and quick, the cashier overcharged me. I didn't notice this until I got home. So, the Target "treat" turned into an extra trip to and from. I tried to get the refund done over the phone, but I had to go into the store with my card to complete this transaction. No one even acknowledged the error, let alone apologized for it. At least offer a discount card, Starbucks gift card or I would have settled for an I'm sorry, though.

Yelp
All the stars shop at Target because of the sensible fashion, low prices and eco-friendly products, or at least that's my conjecture. This Target does not disappoint. It's located at one of the southern Cornucopia of Commerce areas which houses the likes of Olde World Bagel, BWW, Carraba's, Tinseltown movie theaters and several hotels (Doubletree, Residence Inn, Fairfield Inn, La Quita). All that to say it's appropriately placed. Unfortunately, it is right off of Circle Dr near World Arena and the traffic coming off of the freeway in this area is unpoleasant (especially for newbies). Just so you know, if you're coming from the Northern part of town and exit Circle Dr, get in the furthest left of the right turn lanes so that you can cross 3 lanes of traffic to get to the turn lane that takes you into Target. Really when it comes to Target, isn't it about how conveniently you get the stuff that you have come to expect? Anyways, this Target did not blow me away, nor did it disappoint. It's exactly what I expected and that's A-ok in my book.

Yelp
This is standard fare Tar-jhay. I remember when this was the new Target in town and it would be a treat to make the 20 minute drive for a visit. Now, this is one of two Target stores in town that doesn't have a Starbucks or grocery section. It's pretty small in size but it still manages to score designer collaborations that other Targets in town don't even bother with. I don't know how many more designer collections will find their way to this Target when it seems the more fancy stores up in the North end of town have more demand for that sort of thing. For now, I appreciate the fact that I don't have to form a line at 3am or fight other ladies to get to my designer booty.

Nicole M.

Yelp
This target is just okay. Workers aren't really that friendly, and don't smile much. I love target but I don't go as often cause sometimes it has a weird atmosphere here. They have a lot of cute stuff, and good clothing though.

Yelp
At the store and my son found a toy he wanted to get. Going through the self checkout and it wouldn't scan. The sales associate came over and asked to see the item so he could check why it was scanning. Came back and said it was part of a release that is not yet available. He continued to say that they can't sell it as they would get in trouble. Told my son he couldn't get it and thought maybe the sales associate would try explaining it. Nope, just stood there. Paid for my other items and asked the customer service desk why the item was out on the shelves in the first place. She said it must've been in a box with other items and got put out by mistake.. Come to find out the toy is being released in a couple days. So instead of owning up to their mistake and making the sale like other stores would, they need their little power trip over a 6 year old. Yelp
A larger Target that is clean with a good selection and nice enough staff. If that does it for you, then go for it it. Target stores, in general, basically just exist to allow people who can't afford to shop at other stores look down on people who shop at Walmart because they can't afford to shop at target. I have a number of less erudite friends and family who view shopping at Target as a graduation to a higher social class - one step below getting a house without wheels. I'll keep my all-in-one shopping at Walmart; I have no such hang ups about hanging around mullets and morbidly obese landwhales.

Samantha T.

Yelp
A member of your Beauty department, Tanya, is horrible. I asked her multiple times where products where and she would just point in the direction instead of showing me. She did not seem to care to help me. She was very rude to me. I then asked another associate for help and she was more than happy to help. Alondra went above and beyond my expectations to make sure that I was getting the products that I needed and wanted, she would even suggest other similar products I didn't know about. She helped turn my visit around and made my day better. She is a very valuable employee, and a reason I will return to this Target.

Yelp
It's target a normal target nothing special I do prefer the one on powers because it has a larger grocery section For you late nighters like me it closes at 10 pm if it were 24 hrs I would give it 5 stars anything 24 gets, 5 stars just because not all of us are up at the crack of dawn. We need a section for hrs on all the stores on yelp I hate having to call please add store hrs to things

Yelp
Very excited about new look at this store. Love layout. Management here does great job hiring too. We always enjoy the upbeat and friendly staff. Last night we had a hard time navigating new store layout and a young red headed girl named sadey walked us to both products we were looking for. I guess it was only her 2nd night working so they hire quick learners too apparently! Love that there is a Starbucks too! I even bragged to customer service and she was friendly and appreciative of my compliments. Love this place!

Yelp
Zero stars for Mr. Nathan. He is lucky that Mr. Brantley saved the day and was able to ensure that the customer got what I wanted. However, since a bad experience is worth 11x as much as a good experience, that works out to one star or less in my book. Plus, I will never go back to this location, because of how badly Mr. Nathan treated me. So, he lied to me at least twice, about products he said they don't carry, but really do. He also told me how bad their website is and how the inventory numbers are all wrong and the company who maintains the Target website does not know what they are doing etc. He basically told me to go try SuperTarget and so I asked him to call them to confirm that they had what I needed. He reluctantly tried on a kiosk phone and could not get it to work. He then told me to go to customer service. Well, I reported him to the manager who profusely apologized for his behavior. The manager also found both products in the store and was shocked that the first guy had told me that they did not carry them. Actually, my low rating is not just for Mr. Nathan...it is also for whoever hired him, and whoever trained him. So, Corporate, it's time to fire Mr. Nathan, and the person who hired him and the person who trained him. I will never be back to this location, but for others who shop here, give them a better experience, and get rid of these three bad apples.

Yelp
I'm not a huge Target fan, but I do like this one. Staff is pretty friendly, and it has the usual target selection. A note here: I bought a camera here at Christmastime and was able to research what I wanted on the store's website, order it and pick it up the same day - and staff was great to help me buy the one accessory I needed. Its a comfortable place to shop. Target line does carry an awesome brand of flavored coffees (Archers Farm) which is one thing I shop for there. Its also a very good place to buy warm, winter women's tights which I wear a lot. And another thing its good for are hats and women's accessories and electronics. Not bad and I do recommend it.
google avatar

Denise Curtis L.

Yelp
The management is rude, they talk to customers like we are nobody's. They have false advertisements and when you call the corporate office they promise you things then back down with just a sorry that should not have been told to you. Do not shop at Target!. Without us customers they would not have jobs.
google avatar

Yelp
I absolutely love this Target and have never had a negative experience. Their bargain bins get dirt cheap, you just have to figure out where they put all of the clearance items. It's usually on a end cap. I once went in just for school supplies and saw the vegan gel eyeliner from Pacifica on sale for $2 each so I picked up a few and saved a lot of money which is great because they are usually $10 each. I was one day over for returns and the nice lady at customer service let me return my items, no questions asked. I will admit this Target have a narrower selection of items but I still say it's worth coming in here. Staff are very helpful and are able to find items you need quickly. Cartwheel and the Target app coupon has been saving me a lot of money and I will be coming in here more often.
google avatar

Jeremy C.

Yelp
I like that they always have ample registers open so you don't have to wait in line. And hey, it beats the hell out of Walmart.
google avatar

Kimberly I.

Yelp
The staff at customer service are never very helpful. They always seem to give people a hard time with returns even if a valid reciept is present. They always seem to be short on people and out of stock on a lot of things. If you call don't expect to get an answer. Not our favorite Target.
google avatar

Yelp
crowded but clean ... sadly they close SUPER DUPER EARLY!!!

Yelp
I had the best experience with 3 staff who helped me out yesterday finding what I needed. He manager, I believe her name is Louella went her way to help me out. Thank you.

Yelp
Not a bad Target. They had plenty of check out lanes open, everything we needed, and the staff was helpful. It is on the wrong side of town from where I live though, but we do visit when we get to the CC hockey games to early!

Yelp
We went to the Target on Powers to look for a toy for my son. They were out so they gave us the number to this Target so we could call before driving all the way down here. We called and verified that they had the toy. They said they did and would put it up for us so we drove 30 minutes to get it only to be informed that they show them in stock but couldn't find one. The girl working in toys did the bare minimum in looking for the toy. needless to say, we won't be shopping at this Target again.....thanks for the waste of our time and gas.

Yelp
Last weekend my family visited my Son during Parent's Weekend at his College. I planned to help my Son decorate his bedroom in his rental house while there. Sunday morning at 8:30a I ran into this Target store on a mission to purchase everything I needed to redesign and organize very quickly as we were leaving that afternoon. The thing I love about Target is that the merchandise is sophisticated and I knew I could get everything I wanted. What is difficult is finding help on the floor for a sustained amount of time, especially when you need to shop quickly and are not familiar with this store in this city. I picked up the red phone once and got a person right away who helped with my first question but left quickly. After that, I was overwhelmed, running out of time, needed some measurements and more stock on some things. Then Don, a sales member, walked into the aisle and everything came together. He so patiently stayed to help until my checklist was complete--as he measured shelves and found fresh stock from the stockroom. He helped me checkout with a super sweet checkout team member, who I told how grateful I was to have Don as my personal shopper and how he saved my day! She smiled and said, "Yes, that is who he is." And then Don said, "This is my daughter, Lauren!" Well, Target really has a great father-daughter team working in their Cheyenne store and I am forever grateful for them. Thank you!

Yelp
Checked online for a toy for my 3 year old, was told it was in stock. So I drive out here and low and behold it isn't here, should be surprised but I'm not

Yelp
Target is my place to shop. The newer shopping carts are nice and sturdy, but they really nee to be cleaned. Some were dirty. The cart wipe is nice though.

Amber W.

Yelp
The grumpiest employees ever. No one makes eye contact or gives an offer of help. Store is disorganized and could use a good cleaning.

Susan H.

Yelp
I bought a headset for my phone for hands free operation. I was very clear with the salesperson that I wanted it for my cordless phone. I put the ear buds in and the incoming sound was as clear as if the person was sitting beside me. However, there was no microphone so the calling person could not hear me. I went back to the store. They said "sorry.... you are over the 90 days receipt. The customer return employee would have given me a shopping card credit but the product is no longer available at Target (hmmm no big surprise there). This is the second time that Target disappointed me and I was so mad I almost threw the unit away but, I will use it for my IPod. But.... I shredded my credit card and won't be shopping at Target again. I told the store manager that I thought this treatment was just too sad because it lost them a loyal customer.

Charlotte C.

Yelp
I have liked this Target, since forever, until my last 2 visits. The people that work there are not all that friendly and WILL NOT ask you if you need help! I still like their Holiday sections and girls' clothing, although not enough selection, it's nice. I applied for a job twice, but they have all of theses people doing nothing around the front and won't provide customer service, unless asked! I am used to this Target, but the one on Powers , although a Super Target, is friendlier and cleaner. I have never seen so much junk and dirt on the floors of a store in my life, unless it's the Night Stockers' mess. At this store, there's junk/trash on the floor alot. smh!
