Target

Hoping one day they make this Target what it used to be. Very disappointed today. This is my go to Target. Very convenient, close to home. Granted it is after the holidays and things are getting re stocked. But the restrooms are always a mess, the family restoom included. I would love to see this Target become a Super Target with groceries. I always find myself having to travel the extra 15 minutes to Gulf Coast due to availability of items & groceries as well.

This Target has really gone downhill. I was in the area and needed to run in and grab a few items. The bathrooms were nasty toilet paper all over the floor which also meant no toilet paper in some stalls and clogged toilets with crap in them. And then not to mention the store itself. Total disarray. Product all over the floor and product in wrong place in sleeves. There was so much crap on the floor I was trying to look at some clothing and tripped on crap three times before I had and just kicked it all out of the way. Never again. It just seems like Target in general has become the new Walmart.

Best Halloween clearance in the area. At 90% off I went on a shopping spree for under $25. Super organized and clean. Lots of aisles full and lots of shoppers. But super clean and pleasant to browse thru.

Target here at the forum in north ft myers. Can't think of a reason to shop here ever again. No help in the aisles and.c/s people literally turn away from you. Asked.about a major flyer item Powerade and they had no clue ( a mgr in fact) says it comes.from outside vendor. We are out of stock and no rain checks. Worst big store experience of my life.

I was in target yesterday having one of the worst days I’ve had in a while. All I wanted was to find a specific wwe figure and it wasn’t there, and if it wasn’t for Shawn going to the back and finding it for me I swear I would’ve screamed at the top of my lungs. So thank you Shawn for making my day much brighter yesterday

Store is great. Only problem is have is they only ever have one lane and force people to the self checkout with no price change. It is always this way and doesn’t make me want to be here sometimes.

This is by far the worst target in Lee county maybe in FL. I go to this target weekly, multiple times. (It’s 3 mins from where I live) everyone is so rude. There is ONE woman who works self check out at night that is kind. I wish I knew her name. The other employees are all 18-25 and just nasty and rude. Don’t bother asking a question because you’ll get the gen-z stare like you’re ruining their day. I had to suggest to the pharmacist and assistant today to maybe not talk about dead babies and shootings while working because everyone in the aisles could hear them. They couldn’t believe I was suggesting this. I asked the self check out girl to take a security tag off for me and she acted like it was the biggest inconvenience of her 20 years on earth. There is trash all over their entire parking lot on a regular basis. Dirty diapers included. The man we’ve probably all seen that gets the carts is SO miserable and rude. Don’t get in his way! lol this place needs a serious revamp. I asked an employee a few weeks ago to price check something for me and he stared at me for a solid 10 seconds huffed and puffed before pointing at the price on the shelf, to which i pointed to where the product was and said clearly it’s in the wrong spot, sorry i bothered you? It’s out of hand and pathetic at this point. Corporate needs to get in there and do something. This places needs a revamp. An entire new crew. Something.

Every time I come here, the aisles look like they are going out of business. Get your shelves stocked....retail 101 if it's not on the shelf it won't sell.

I went to Target this morning and got several things. I am disabled and I was so disappointed that the only check out was the self checkout. I asked the attendant to call for help for me. He did nothing. I was in pain and all the raising of all my purchases to scan them made it worse. No matter how many times I asked for help I got none. Louie is to blame. He nows nothing about the ADA or customer service.

I really wish this Target location was better. Small selections for all merchandise and it is overdo for an update. I'd love to see it turned into a Super Target - the area sure could use it.

I made a quick stop to check out the tshirts as I'm here in Florida for three weeks and running low. Like other Target stores, this one is clean, bright and well stocked with merchandise of all colors, sizes and styles. I looked through the men's wear first but did not spot anything different or unique that I liked. The rest of the store is similar to others with electronics, housewares, home and office, kitchenware and personal care. The pharmacy has been written over to CVS who operate it as a separate business inside the store. At 9am on a Saturday, the checkout had enough registers open and the self-checkout. It's was about 10am no one was around to help I had target website says Kim Crawford wine. Ad was for $9.00 and when. I went to pay they charged me $12.99 I asked for help and could get any. I would have bought 4 bottles but with no help went to Publix so you lost sales. Also no cashiers only self check this is ridiculous. I am handicap this will be last time I will visit your store l.

this target is absolutely ridiculous! every time i call they never pick up the phone, not to mention they only ever have one register open and self checkout. the lines get so long and it's tiring to wait especially if im in a rush. do better target and answer the phone.

I may be spoiled with newer stores, but this was not my favorite Target. It seemed incredibly dingy and outdated. The food section was very small and mostly was pantry items and less fresh food. There is plenty of self checkout though which is nice.

Empty cups of peoples finished drinks all over the place. Luckily Jamie was awesome and provided excellent service!

This target hasn't been updated I do not think ever. They don't have a huge food section, no produce or meat (only frozen) They mainly only have self checkout open which can suck if you have a large purchase. I do not recommend this store.

This review is two point out a associate named Jessica. this target location was new to me and I couldn't find anything I was looking for and she stopped and asked if we needed help and she knew where everything was and I just wanted to mention how sweet and bubbly she was and happy to help us. She she was busy unloading her cart of new items but was still so happy to help.

shopping experience was good until I was in self check out this morning of Sept. 13,2023 at 9:55 am. There was a mom with a toddler boy and she asked for assistance on the old lady who is standing there. While the old lady is trying to find the items barcode on the monitor, the toddler boy kind of hug her and I was surprised and shocked at the same tome because she just said 'pls don't do that' in a mean voice! not pleasant to hear at all. The mom then said apology to her but she just woke away never said anything and still look angry. Hope you guys educate your employee on how to treat children esp. and maybe try not to be mean with them as they are still learning in this world! Not a pleasant old lady and she is one of your employe!

Don't bother calling if you have any questions or concerns. I accidentally left something I purchased at the store, had to call the store THIRTEEN times before I could get through to someone. I called each department just trying to get through to someone, thankfully I finally did but it took way too long. I only kept calling because I'm stubborn but all the times the phone rang about 3-4 times meaning the phone rang in their end but they just hung up on me each time.

Just an okay Target store. The men's section doesn't seem that big, with not a lot of socks or clearance merchandise. There is a lack of staff at the registers in front, so lineups are painful and long. No self checkouts either.

Great pick up workers. Super fast service and they have always had my items in stock. Even for a smaller neighborhood location, they always have what my family needs. I don't think I e waited longer than 2-3 minutes before I see them heading out to my car. Plus their bags for drive up orders are wonderful and durable .

I love Target, but not this Target because it is so dirty. This Target makes most gas stations seem clean. The bathroom is your worst nightmare gas station bathroom. The audacity to have a checkoff sign on the door when it clearly has never been clean is shocking. The entire store is dirty. My young son even commented on how gross the store is. It's not newly dirty but it appears to be worse than ever. The employees are pretty nice and helpful but clearly short staffed. This is a small, shitty walmart mislabeled as Target in appearance. However, Their drive up is awesome. I literally wait 3 seconds for my stuff to be brought out. I quite frequently do drive up. 100% awesome service 100% of the time. Retail staff 5 stars. Cleaning staff and maintenance 0 stars. 5 stars for check out and customer service staff. Usually only one person in each spot and they are quick and friendly. I'm giving it one star so Management cleans up this store!

I would have to say this Target wasn't the greatest one I have been to. The outside of the place was clean, and it was nice, but the inside wasn't the best. The aisles weren't really big, and the store seemed a little out of date. There were only a few registers open, and there are self checkout registers.

Honestly the only reason I love this target is for I believe his name is Ryan at customer service. Always super sweet and helpful. Especially with my drive up orders. I hope he sees this

They don't stock the funko pops the day of release. You have to ask them to do there job ever drop they scramble to find boxes and sometimes when they can't find it they just say it's not available

I just wished they would either go full blown grocery or just take out the frozen stuff. I don't like to be teased with the basic pantry of items but then be forced to go someplace else to finish getting my groceries. It seems nobody wants to take on Publix in this area which is a shame. They could beat them on price if they expanded their selections here.

I love shopping at Target! Except for this particular Target. Why are there only 2 lines open with 14 customers waiting? I didn't realize this Target was owned by Walmart. Also the employees are rude. Like I'm bothering them. I'm sorry that you had to be bothered to do your job. That you're being paid for. Awful experience.

Every time that I go there are never enough lanes open. Especially in the morning. They rarely have the Express/Self serve lanes open. They don't want to become like Walmart.

There are 11 Targets in this area. This one in particular, while a General Merchandise store providing a little more then basic grocery needs, consistently has what I need. The store is always clean, shelves full, and Team Members available to assist with anything.

Lara the pharmacist is amazing. Super nice and saved me over $80.

This store is always clean, stocked and has helpful associates. I can't say enough good things about the pharmacy and the staff there. Jeane is the nicest pharmacy associate I have ever dealt with anywhere. I have never had a problem getting or refilling any script. I would highly recommend this location to anyone.

Nice and clean, Starbucks and friendly staff.. They have some nice quality items here. Is it me or are the carts too damn big?
