I’ve had great experiences shopping at this Target, but today was not one of those the cashier at the front at the last register gave me a hard time when I was buying some items which were on buy three get one free at first he was straight up telling me he couldn’t do anything about it and that he couldn’t adjust the price until I showed him pics as many times as I’ve bought the exact same items and never have I experienced this issue, he did apologize at the end after I had two different managers come and help they were both very polite and professional. He was only nice and apologetic when the managers came to clear it up besides that he was rude and wouldn’t let me talk kept talking over me as I’m trying to explain to him that the price was incorrect and that one of the items should be free. When I first asked for a manager he said he could fix it and it wasn’t necessary to call a manager or lead.

It is very easy to describe this store in one word....MESS. This store has clearly gone downhill. It used to be the best Target in the area but it has fallen from that title badly. The store is an absolute mess now with items misplaced everywhere and the sense of organization gone. I would not recommend this location to anyone anymore. Not sure if the Holiday rush is hitting them early, but this place is a mess! If you go to surrounding Targets in the area, especially either Garner location they never look as bad as this one!

Good food and department store with a large variety of just about everything. Starbucks in front, along with pizza. Staff is friendly and courtesy. There is plenty of parking and I s always clean. Also has several restaurants out front for convenience.

Tried to give target a call to see if they have a product in stock so I wouldn’t have to waste my time and gas to go there and they would not have it. Gave them a call and nobody picked up in the department I needed. Called another department still no one answered. After a third time calling to a different department someone answered and said they would get someone for me, that they would place me on a brief hold. Then hanged up on me. I honestly except better from target, this is unacceptable customer service.

I will no longer support Target as they are no longer a customer care centered establishment. They use to be my 1st go to for what our family needed. Their lack of customer care shows in the appearance of their store and customer (lack their of) care. It's unfortunate the road which target has chosen, I hope they will check their errors and resolve to do better! Especially Holly Springs Target.

I wish the groceries were stocked more often. It looks like we're expecting a snow day every time I go by there. The produce is well priced and lasts a long time when I can snag something there. I appreciate the variety and all the store brand items are just as good if not better than the national brands.

Dont use drive up, they'll open and eat your food before putting it in your trunk. How this happens is beyond me but its super gross...

Nice, clean store. It gets VERY busy during the holiday shopping season. Sales staff are nice and helpful, supervisors not as much. Do tend to watch checkout clerks as they sometimes fail to wrap glassware and package jewelry correctly.

I had a good time with my grandmother here today while she helped my do some Christmas shopping. The layout was good and the prices weren't too bad. Some of the toy selection wasn't great but I found most of what I needed to get for gifts.

Still the worst target in the area. And maybe the state. Empty shelves, clothes on the ground, long lines to check out. They stop carrying random items that are available at all of the other targets. My pick up orders are never ready on time. Don't get it twisted. This is not the hourly employees' fault. They're lovely. It's a staffing issue from corporate. They haven't been able to catch up since Covid bc corporate decided they can have the worst customer experience and still pay their csuite hundreds of millions of dollars. At this point Walmart is a better shopping experience. Or literally any other target in the state.

Not one electric cart was charged and ready to use on Monday at 12:30. Store was not busy. Frozen dept. Had the wrong product on a shelf marked 2/$11 for the third time which I only discovered at the register. Not enough help at the registers or in the pharmacy.

I think this locations always run out of stuff or low in stock. The workers are extremely nice and always enjoy shopping here. I love how they price match other stores.

Love this location. Every easy pick up orders since they updated the parking area. Other parking is always packed. The baby area needs some help with organizing. Very hard to locate socks, baby food is never fully stocked, and clothes are so mixed up I don't look anymore. If I need clothes for my baby, I shop and complete the order for pick up. Staff is always friendly. Other areas like food, health and beauty and household items is always stocked! The recent remodeling was helpful for this location. Starbucks is always a great stop on the way out. Target makes it worth it with all the deals and discounts with the target red card.

On 8/25/23 my daughter needed pants for her new job. She had 7 pairs of paints to try on. We went to the fitting room at 7:04pm. There was a female employee working at the dressing room with a sign saying that the dressing rooms closed at 7pm. The female employee had a poor attitude when asked if there was a nothing location to try clothes on. She was short and unhelpful. When asked if they had layaway so my daughter could return tomorrow to try them on she was short with us again. So we just left and went to Kohl's.

This Target is more like a "Super Target". It's huge! Bigger than most Targets that I've visited in the past. It's by far one of the newer and well-kept Targets. This was the first location that I did a pickup order at. It was convenient and an easy process. I should be doing this more often! It keeps me from buying unnecessary items.

Not sure what is going on with this location but lately every time I do drive up there are no drive up parking spots and it take an hour to get your order when you do finally snag a spot. Going inside to shop and checkout are no better. The line is down to the back of the store.

I LOVE Target; however, my bank account probably does not. This store gets me every single time, I walk in with a game plan to spend x amount of money and walk out spending triple that.. This location is a bit smaller (it is not a Super Target which contains a full-service grocery store) compared to others but it does have a Starbucks. It is super nice on the inside and the employees are very friendly. I do recommend that you get the Red Card (the debit not the credit) and you will save 5% every visit. On top of that, download Cartwheel and REDperks on your smartphone and save even more. Who doesn't like to save money?

It's your standard Target, it's fine. My only qualm besides never having enough check out lines open is the obscene amount of parking spaces assigned to pick up. They are never using all of them and they put cones to deter you from parking. Covid is over, they need to chill on the pick up parking spaces! Pick up is a great option, but way too many spaces have been allocated for it.

One word, slow. I will be driving double the distance to go to another Target rather than go to this Target. I have to wait a minimum of 10 minutes in line every time I visit. There are no self checkouts, which furthers the problem. Also, a mixed bag when it comes to customer service. Some employees are Chic fil A level friendly, while others are curt. The whole store was being vacuumed at 11:00am on my most recent visit. The vacuum was putting off a terrible smell and triggered my allergies. Poorly managed and designed Target. There was a women just watching check outs on my most recent visit. I believe she may have been handling online pickups. But never saw her process one in the more than ten minutes I was waiting to make a return. Please install self checkouts, Holly Springs.

When I was checking out, the cashier that I went to did not greet me and during the transaction didn't say a single word to me even after trying to make conversation, as they handed me the receipt and I was leaving they didn't say anything. But as the next customer was coming up in line they were greeted. I believe that the cashier may have judge me racially.

I am updating my review to give a huge shout out to the employees at this store who have been assigned to the Drive Up pick up. They are always organized, friendly, and quick. I have used other curbside services but no one else has been as efficient as Target. Kudos to the folks working at this location.

There is literally fecal matter smeared on the floor currently and I have seen it uncomfortably dirty 10+ times in the last two months. Always toilet paper strewn across the floor, trash cans overflowing, and out of toilet paper. It's a pandemic aren't we supposed to be extra careful with cleanliness? Posting this in hopes it will change so we can all be safe other targets in the area do not have this issue I'm a frequent shopper.

This is the closest Target to me so I visit it often. It's convenient, easy to get around, always fully stocked, and all the employees are always friendly and helpful. What I do have an issue with is the parking lot. It is always full of litter.

So convenient. Literally can spend hours strolling the isles and always find something new each time. Their dollar section always has the best items to make gift bags! Another positive is that this location has a Starbucks right inside. A girls two best friends all in one location - how could you go wrong?!?!

Extremely convenient store. Everyone is kind and helpful. ***update*** Still a ton of expired milk and other perishable products in the grocery section. Just make sure you double check! The only issue is when purchasing perishable items in the grocery section. If you aren't careful you'll walk out with expired products that are months old. Usually it's not a big deal, as I try to check all the dates but mistakes happen. As an example: 2 weeks ago, I had to dig through about a dozen expired gallons to find one that wasn't. I warned a representative and went on my way. Today, I went to get more milk and to my surprise, all of the expired milk from January was still there. No one bothered to do anything about it. I wonder how many people bought these in a hurry..

Love having Target close by and it's my go-to store for many things. I've been to just about every Target in a 20 mile radius and this one is by far the slowest to exit. They need to put in some self check out lanes for those of us who stop in just for toothpaste. The best thing is the drive up service where you shop online and bring the stuff out to your car. It's been faulty and not registered you're there, so sometimes you have to flag down an associate in the parking lot, but it still beats waiting in line inside!

This is a well run store..seriously! Been shopping there for years and always have a positive experience even if there is an issue. When there is , it's quickly resolved and in a friendly matter. I've never left unhappy. The employees I've interacted with have always been personable. I dread going to Walmart when necessary, but never this Target! Only thing I would add is that it should expand to meet a growing area.

Target in Holly Springs!! Ugh, So expensive, clothes for women are horrible!! Who would wear their styles!!! I waited on a long line, and women in front of me kept letting her grandchildren cut her, so 5 more came on line. Then, it was my turn, and the cashier who was the 2nd one (closer to the door) took a women who just walked right up. I said something and she just shrugged it off. So, a short, broader women with blond hair, young, took me at the register in front of the other one, (difficult set up) and she was rude, unfriendly, never said anything, no thank you, no nothing. So, next time, I will take my 135.00, go to Walmart, and get treated the same, and spend 65.00 instead.

This is the closest Target to me, so I can only frequent this location. They have a fairly decent maternity section and a huge clearance section with floating signs on the ceiling that point it out (yay).

Tarjayyyyyyy Boutique! Oh, how great you are!!! For any of you that shop at Target, and you don't have a Target "Red-Card" yet, you really are just throwing away your hard earned money. Who doesn't want to save 5% on everything, all of the time. Get the card! There are no fees. It is basically like a debit card (not credit card) and it draws from your Bank's account that you set up. Here is the evidence - a brief comparison to other big-box stores, aka "the competition": #1 - Have you been to a K-Mart lately? Nuff said! ...but if you want more about K-Mart, think chaotic aisles, unstocked shelves, blue light specials on absolute junk! When I think "K-Mart", I think "Came-Apart", cuz that's what their junk does. #2 - Have you been to a Wal-Mart lately? Nuff said! ...but if you want more, think of the "People of Wal-Mart" email photos we have all had the unfortunate experience of receiving from someone claiming to be a friend. OK, I admit those photos don't really represent us North Carolinians, we are all much better looking! wink wink. ...which leaves us with Target!....... Oh so much better than the others in my opinion! For example, when I need a new toothbrush, a T-shirt, some protein bars and some Tic Tac's, and I want a one-stop-shop, I come to Target. Now as far as this particular Target in Holly Springs is concerned, it is very conveniently located, very clean, and the workers are very friendly. I do not recommend doing your regular grocery shopping here (selection and price), but if you need a quick item while shopping for other stuff, it works.

I love Target, and I'd so much rather shop here then Walmart. However, I am not sure what they were thinking when they designed this one in such a fast growing area. I have walked into the store more then once to make a return, only to have to wait behind numerous people checking out. Whoever designed this store to have the express checkout lanes double as a service desk needs to have their heads examined. Also, a store in an area such as this should most certainly have been a Greatland with a full grocery store. Yeah, the grocery area is nice, but its not a real grocery store.

The store was very well kept and clean. It was extremely easy to navigate and find everything that I was looking for. The bathrooms were kept tidy and clean. The staff was eager and willing to help.

Bright idea to direct someone with ONE item to the Lane full of people will fill carts meanwhile this is SUPPOSED to be the 10 or less isle

A friend of mine was working there and they were extremely rude to her when she tried to respectfully resign from the job because she had a better opportunity.

Target is awesome. I really like this store because it is well organized and clean. It is not the largest Target that I have been to but that is okay.

I did my grocery shopping there and left the bag with my ground beef on the counter. When I got home and realized that it was missing, I called the store and asked if the bag had been found. I was told that it was and all I had to do was come in and talk to customer service to get it back. I got back to the store and identified myself and got my package of beef back without hassle. The person I dealt with was extremely pleasant and helpful. This was customer service at its finest, Thanks, Target!

Never anyone in this target! I love it. There is a star buck located inside. They always have new movies and cd's. There computer selection could use some work though.

I'm not gonna lie, I've been waiting for the Holly Springs Target to open for months. And I wasn't disappointed. Other than the setup being different from the Targets I'm familiar with (Cary & Apex), it's pretty awesome. Yes, the prices are higher than the other box store down the road but if you use the coupons they send in the mail (or print them out), the prices are about the same. And even though I try to stick with the locally owned coffee shops, I'm not mad about the Starbucks.

not too bad I like the one in a Apex better. This one has a little grocery store but it's not a real grocery store it has a few items, but don't plan on putting together a serious meal from the grocery store. I'm here now sitting in the parking lot and it is a zoo during Christmas time! now we're off to Walmart to do grocery shopping. for such a growing area, they went with a pretty tiny Target, but I am a sharp shooter!

When we need items for the week (some food items, laundry soap, dish soap etc) we run into this Target and find many things, and they are often cheaper than the grocery stores. ;)

Love this store! Always clean and the clerks are helpful and pleasant. Has groceries too. Conveniently located off of highway 55. I love that they have a Starbucks and mini Pizza Hut inside too.

Absolutely love shopping the clearance sections here! Have found some great deals and the Starbucks coffee is excellent. Makes shopping even better!

Sadly, this Target has really gone downhill. The floors were not maintained (trash, paper towels on the floors near the entrance) and the women's clothing section (clearance in particular) was appalling. Clothes riddled on the floor throughout the various sections. The worst part was having to listen to the cluster of 3 employees (all young but old enough to know better) standing around together talking about their personal lives, using very offensive language...one girl even bragging about how she had logged in early just so she could claim overtime-and yet here she was, doing nothing. Not one of them was working (again, the women's clothing section was a disgrace!) and no one seemed self-aware enough realize how completely inappropriate it was to be talking like that around customers. I finally just left. I did voice a complaint to the manager (something I NEVER do!) but he looked like he was 16...he was apologetic but not sure if it registered. Sigh. Going to Target used to be like going to the spa, now it feels like Walmart. Oh well. There's always Amazon!

Pros: - clean - disinfecting wipes :) - well organized - nice carts Cons: - No greeting or eye contact from cashier - Cashier/customer service combined. - Different arrangement from other Targets - Only one entrance/exit = less good parking spots Other thoughts: The prices are "ok". Starbucks is fine, although I would of preferred a local brew set up shop. While there I id overhear/see an employee getting disciplined, bummer. I was expecting more in way of smiling faces and an overall up beat atmosphere. I did not see it. While the bulls eye might get you in, it's the people or the prices that will keep you coming back. Unfortunately, still not a "Tarjay".

I just moved to the area so this is the nearest Target to my home. I went for the first time the other day with a bunch of stuff to return and a really nice girl helped me at customer service. She made sure everything worked out for me even though it was giving her issues. I can't remember her name I think it was Alex. Early twenties dark blonde or light brown hair. She was absolutely wonderful and the sweetest. Hopefully she will get recognized for this because I was a very happy customer at the end of the transaction. Thank you Alex (i think)!

At first this new store was great, so clean and nice - but after a few months it has become dirty and stock seems to be low on everything!! I went to look at shoes (pretty much no stock available), leggings, NOTHING in a size smaller than XL and sippy cups - the ones I would like (and MANY others) have been out of stock for weeks now. Come on Target - you want to be a one stop shop - can you try a little harder???

It's a very small Target and I feel like half the things I'm looking for are out of stock. I really don't know why corporate would have such a tiny Target in this area. The staff seems fine, and the store seems clean. The Apex Target is much better. It's fine if you just need to grab a few things, but look online first to see if they have what you're looking for.

Awesome experience today! This place actually cares! Unlike Wal-Mart you can actually get customer service and nice team members. Went in for a pickup today and the service was bar-none the best experience I've ever had in a big-box department store! The prices are great too! I will shop here because the store is clean and the crew members are nice and friendly. Would highly recommend! A+
