Target

Do NOT order online: Buyer Beware I placed on online order just for them to tell me the item is ready for pickup and then when i show up they say it's not ready and would need me to cancel the order and pay in store instead to get my item, thus pkacing two holds on my card for the one item i need. Even bringing the item to them in order for them to fulfill the order would not work, and i would have to wait two hours for the fullfillment department to complete my order.

Target is fantastic and the people that work there are tremendous!

Target Optical knows customer service! Both the ladies at the front desk checking customers in were so very kind. Dr. Huang was also very gracious and knowledgeable. Best customer service experience I’ve had in a long time!

Whoever is answering the phone for the target guest services/ order pickup/ drive up department today needs to be fired immediately. I have never come across this bad of customer service in my life. They had the worst attitude and tone I was actually shocked they would let someone answers phones like that.

The employees were polite, knowledgeable and efficient. I placed an online order for pick up and it ended up taking longer than expected. Despite there being two separate lines for returns and online order pick ups, people making returns were in the online order line. I didn't mind all that much but next time it will be simpler and faster to just grab the product myself and go through the checkout.

The Target in Lincoln, California is a super size Target and carries a huge diverse array of merchandise. The employees are very helpful and pleasant. I needed to return a purchase today. It was a very easy transaction. I highly recommend shopping at this Target!

Of you are trying to call this store, in any department forget about it. I called 10 times over the course of a few hours and not one time did anyone pick up. I don’t care to shop inside this Target, due to the layout, unfriendly team members, and the crowd. The last two times we’ve shopped here its been online and we drive up and our order is brought out to us.

I like target but the shirt at target are Expensive like this one time I went to target with my child and she want this 2 pac shirt and I was going to pay it for her and I ask how much Is it and she said "12 dollars" and I told her that let's go to other places to find the same one but there isn't so I pay it for her.

Service - subpar, no one cares. Safety - store is overrun with unruly teens, riding bikes in the isles, running inside. Racing outside. Employees do not care. Obviously, management does not either. Shop at Fairway in Roseville for a much better experience.

Target has some of the most ignorant policies really you have to scan the back of my ID though you don't have to scan the back of my ID is why I was just told by an employee for doing a DoorDash order because it had Sudafed on it. that's ridiculous. This target has gone downhill ever since then everything from not scheduling employees to have a dirty store.

This is my go to Target !! I am that I live so close to Target ! It's also kind of dangerous. I make every excuse to go there, but then I end up coming out buying way more than what I expected lol !! This store is always clean and organize. I am meets all of my needs cause I go in and out and I live very close by so I have no complaints about the store. All the employees here are super nice and helpful. I love the pick up service since I live so close by and if I don't want to get off my car . I could just place an order online and wait for them to let me know when it's ready and I just stay in my car and they bring my purchases out and all done ! Very convenient if you don't want to get off just to go pick up! I love that service that's provided to us. Overall, this is a great Target to visit. Like I said, I'm lucky to have it so close to my house. I love this target. This is my happy place. Hehe

I am a big fan of target. I could always find what I need and more today. I came here and search of some new work socks. This is a very clean establishment very clean atmosphere. They also have a Starbucks conveniently located in this establishment and every time you put your phone number in you earn points on your Target wallet. This establishment definitely has something for everybody. They have a wide selection of electronics. They also have a very white selection of women's and kids clothing. You could always find a great deal here plus they have a clearance area. I could always find my makeup brushes here very affordable. This is one of my favorite places to shop they definitely have something for everybody and they are getting their Christmas items in stock Which I will be taking advantage of soon to start my Christmas shopping. If you have not shopped at target I would recommend going to target.com. They have everything available online certain items are only available online and they also have curbside pick up if you would rather have your items brought out to your car. I highly recommend target of Lincoln. They are great. They have a great selection of items. Great prices great establishment thank you target Lincoln you guys are great. I appreciate everything. You guys do happy holidays and I will see you guys again very soon :-)

I always enjoy shopping at any Target, and this one is no exception.  There are lots of departments available for your every need.  Prices are usually affordable and sales are even better!  From appliances, electronics, clothing, cosmetics, housewares, cleaning supplies, household & office goods, gardening, drug store and pharmacy needs or even food, this is your one stop place to shop.   Also popularly used for wedding and baby registries, which I often use for this purpose. This Target is positioned in a large strip mall with other popular stores nearby.  So there is plenty of convenience here in more ways than one!

Coming from Los Angeles, it's so refreshing to be able to shop deodorant and sniff around a little without having the clerk open the cage and hover while I choose. Aisles are wide-open. Yet there are police and security cruising around. Good! Catch and punish the bad guys without making us all suffer in a locked-down world. I guess things are a little different in Lincoln, and I like that!

This target have very friendly team members comparing to the one in fairway... however this store has a lot of misplaced go backs or stuff that are item not on file... sometimes is hard to figure it's price ..

dude if there is a store i will spend way too much of my money in....it would def be target because theres always stuff i want and need there and my wifey gets soooo annoyed with me because i'm not "responsible". okay but i mean have you not seen the lego shaped bag? how could i see that and NOT need it, you know? i like that i can run up to staff members and ask them my questions then run to where they tell me to go (or hurriedly scoot cuz i have gotten in trouble for running in target). honestly the meat section is target's magnus opus because it is organized af. pork? got it. beef? got it. chicken? got it. vegetable thingy? got it. my wifey hates it when i go with her for sock n undie shopping cuz i grab each and hold em up: "how bout these?" "no" "then how bout these?" "no" "what about these?" "no" and so on. oooh and the novelty and cozy socks. you guys have so many and i love it. so i get impatient easy right? so sometimes i sneak up behind her with a pair of cozy socks tickle her face with them and she gets so annoyed. she doesn't like playing ghost bra either. usually she goes to target by herself and doesnt tell me. i love this target and think they have really nice selections of items consistently in stock. ohh also guys because you work so hard i left cookies in the cart outside for you. i hope you saw them and enjoyed them!! peace dudes!

Love, love, LLLLLOOOOVVVVEEEE going to this Target! FINALLY!!! I found a Target where everything is organized and not in shambles!!! The shelves are stocked beautifully and there's little to no crowd here. It IS a little bit out of the way from where I live, but since there is a pandemic going on, it was worth the stormy, wet, and rainy drive on a Sunday morning to not have the fear of anyone else sneezing, coughing, or breathing down your neck. Target has a ton of quality made items from just about everything such as food, clothes, top of the line electronics, beauty, baby, cleaning products, home decor, and so many more products! It's definitely a one stop shop at the tip of your fingertips! I love Target as it's a relaxing place for me to go by myself. I absolutely enjoy going down each aisle to browse at everything I don't need. Love that everything in each aisle is so pretty and enticing to buy, but I always have to think twice and question to myself, is this essential to my life? Then, I think thrice, do I have this? If the answer is no, then in the cart it goes! I also have hear that a percentage of sales goes back into the community such as money for schools! What a plus! The more you shop here, the more you are donating to a great cause! :)

This store is clean and covid- 19 regulated. I like that a lot that the store is clean, floors included. Nobody likes shopping next door to TJMax and having black dirt dust that is caked in layers across the Hvac ceiling, fall on your head, or having black fingertips, after you have picked up a few items from the shelves for closer inspection. I appreciate clean stores that I shop at, as there is no such option as profit before cleanliness. I would have liked to give this store more than 2 stars, but everytime I go in that store, and I ask for help finding an item, normally in the beauty aisle, I am told by these Target women that they do not know. The same woman I have incidendly asked several months apart from the first time has told me the same excuse in her heavy foreign accent: "' I do not know. I have not been here that long. I don't speak English good. I don't know'." Several months later from my first acquaintance with her and she still knows nothing about nothing to do with the place she works at. Hm. That's quite fascinating. Another time I went in and asked where to find a certain drink from a Target employee; she pointed in the direction of another aisle and said, "' Down there to your left. Near the water.'" Another time I asked a male Target associate talking to another male associate: "' Do you have pre-made sandwiches?'" "' Yeah, we do'" he says. "' Where are they?'" I demanded. I was in a hurry. The guy waves his arm in a backwards motion behind him, towards the refrigerated shelves across the way from where we stood near the yogurt. "' Thanks!'" I approached the other side and no where is there any sandwiches anywhere. I look back at that BS'er and he is still raging his motor mouth to the other guy. I also on another time had two large totes with lids in my cart with personal beauty items. I did not need bags for my other things, just used the totes; I paid and went out on a long walk to my car, only to discover that my tote lids were missing from my cart!!! So I had to lock up my items in the car, rush back to the store, and this idiot that checked me out, is standing with my tote lids above his head, waving them near his register. He says to me, "' Sorry. I put them down beside me and I forgot they were there.'" I am thinking to myself, "Why the hell didn't you just keep them in the cart?" Customer Service. Attention to Detail. Reliability and Knowledgibility and Appropriate Respondancy are key players that are seriously lacking at this particular Target store.

This is my local Target. The prices are fair and the employees are pretty great. Their inventory sucks big time. Numerous times I go there to pick up stuff the app says is in stock but... isn't! I love wasted trips!

New to the area - walked into this target store and noticed and highly chemical smell. Like burning rubber. I returned three days later to do a return. I asked the clerk helping me with my return, in the customer service area, if store always had this chemical smell to it. One girl shrugged her shoulders, and the other said they are immune to it. Smell of this caliber can't be normal. It could be from the AC unit and should be looked at Target. Miss my home town target already.

They definitely don't have their drive up pickup service as organized as the Roseville and Rocklin locations even though staffing seemed fine. It took far too long and then the service was poor when the employee finally came out with the order.

Lots of Christmas items of course, but no prices on anything. Of course when I get what want it's a surprise at the front register. :(

Possibly the slowest customer service experience I've ever had. Took the lady 25 mins to grab my item from the back after the app said my order was ready.

Great location and really chill. This place has it all and then some. Seems like a bigger target than the others. Store is super clean and lots of room to roam around and pick up what you need without bumping in to other shoppers. We make the trip over here from Roseville because it is that awesome!

It takes at least 20 people waiting at a checkout line before they add another cashier. Even then, they'll only add one additional cashier. Use the self checkout when you can, but if you're buying alcohol or using certain gift cards, you have to use the human cashier. What's the point of having two dozen cash registers if only one or two ever have cashiers?

New exclusive funko pop that come out day of are suppose to be 1 per customer. The tech guy right now working @2:50pm doesn't care Its unfair and not right. They are reserving at this location and letting people buy more than one. Becareful coming to this location they are unfair and do not care for others to have a chance. Last time we came, employees open boxes and dropped the collections on the floor without a care and damaged the boxes.

Target customer service has really gone down hill. The workers are ver unprofessional and quite rude. Have been going to this target for over 5 years . Can not believe how customers are being treated. The workers stocking the shelves are rude and do not say pardon me or excuse me when coming down the aisle . The customer has to move or they will be ran over . I really hope target will take the time to train their employees to be more efficient and kind to customers.

This Target has the slowest drive up, takes most of the time 15 to 20 minutes to get an order. Would rather drive to the Roseville Fairway location

I found an amazing deal online for some items they carry. When I proceeded to checkout in hopes of using their price match policy, I was denied. The manager Pete was extremely rude saying " if I thought they would price match it, then that was crazy". They will not price match if the savings is too much. No matter how straightforward and legitimate it is. Target can place limits on the quantity of legitimate items, totally understandable, but not deny it all together. He didn't even finish the transaction for the other items I was purchasing. He just stood at the register with his arms crossed. Grrrrr...... I really needed some of that other stuff. Guess I'm off to Walmart!

Online order pickup is a joke.... you pay ahead of time and go to pick up.... they only have 1 person working the online order pickup and exchanges/returns so you have to wait for all of the folks that don't have receipts, are irritated, etc..... Had this target not been the only store around that had the item I wanted, I would have avoided Target like i usually do... silly me.... The CSR was helpful once I got to the front of the line.....

Still at it, hiking up prices 10% or more at this location. Absolutely rip off, nearly every single item marked up significantly!! See pic for literally 50% more than Walmart price.

This is by far the cleanest most organized most nicely lit Target I've ever been to. Aside from not a single person asking if you need assistance, it was a pleasure just coming here to shop. I've never wanted to spend so much MORE time inside of a store as I did here.

My heart is true to my local Target in Lincoln. Staff is helpful and friendly. Unfortunately I can't say the same for Walmart

I always find what I am looking for over here anymore it's always good to Use the target red debit card or a target red card to save 5% I always find the pot pies that I can't find other stores over here are the large sizes which is very hard to find They always have a great amount of inventory in stock very clean atmosphere or clean restrooms very clean cash registers very clean Starbucks and snack area very clean parking lots I love going by the dollar section because they have lotta stuff starting between $1.00 dollars and $3.00 and five dollars this location has a very large electronics department and a very large toy selection and they have a very large baby selection this staff is definitely very helpful to help you find exactly what you are looking for I highly recommend this establishment for anyone looking for great items they have a wide selection of a variety of items to choose from I will definitely be coming back here again soon for more future visits and more great customer services to come

In-store prices are significantly higher than online prices but they're always willing to price match. The problem is everything I purchase is always way more so I only ask for a price match for bigger savings. 4 star only because employees and drive-up rock. I love drive-up especially with kids

I'm giving this target 2 stars because of the baby section. I love target for their baby section as they have a lot of variety to choose from! I go to this target almost every other day and the manager is really nice , he knows I am there every time so he always gives a smile. I come there with my baby all the time , now the NEGATIVE... when I'm in the beauty section I'm always getting stared at , as if I'm going to steal something , or when I was looking at clothes and the girls are the same age as me! And staring and staring. Is it because I'm colored ? Idk .. but this needs to stop or else I'll never shop here again. I was about to say something to the workers staring at me non stop! Ugh . I seen other reviews on here about them theft profiling ... sorry this happened to you also ladies.

Incredibly disappointed in the customer service of Your employee ASHLEY in the order pick up line. I stood in a very long line patiently waiting to pick up my wifes order. My wife was very ill so I had to pick it up for her. She gave me her phone with her order barcode and her ID to verify the order, she refused to give me my order, even though I showed her My ID which reflected that we were married which should serve as proof to obtain the order. Instead she was combative and refused to look at it and I walked away and said I'd be back and she still tried to argue with me about the situation. So I had to go home and have my sick wife come with me to finally get my order. She never apologized for the situation or anything, she just asked another employee to help me. Overall terrible experience and will not be using your services again and will strongly recommend others to use other stores services due to my horrible experience with your store and your employee ASHLEY. This was my Target for the longest time. Every so often I will come here if there is something that comes up unavailable at the Target I typically go to. I have not experienced anything negative at this Target ever. Anytime I have needed assistance finding something, oe returning an item, target customer service reps seem to go above and beyond for me. Anything I have needed, is more likely than not, available here.

This location has more of a limited selection of items, however, it's only a minute away from home, so I go here for just about everything. They recently just added fresh groceries to their food section. I always blow my budget by at least 100% when I go in here because I keep discovering things I "need" around every corner of the store.

Target, my home away from home. The Lincoln location is okay, just okay. The staff is usually pretty friendly but it can be difficult to get help throughout the store. This location has the highest prices of any Target in the area so please make sure you use the app to price match with target.com. You'll save a ton. They have a Starbucks in side where the line is usually short and the drinks come out fast but you'll never get a smile from the baristas. The selection are typically pretty good, I can usually find my families sizes in clothing and shoes and any household item I need. Finally, the restrooms here are soooo icky, avoid at all costs.

I used to love this location because my pick up order would always be ready on time, but for the last 5 or 6 orders I've had to wait 10 plus minutes and watch multiple customers come and go with their orders. 50% of my orders have been missing items and I have to drive back 30mins to retrieve the item(s) & I was told they're unable to return the item without you being there even though they can see the item that their associate forgot to put in your bag. There's no excuse for this. Do better!

They suck, always rude. They don't answer the phone. Every time I am in the store I am constantly harassed. I don't feel it is all the employees but a few bad apples can spoil the whole lot.

I need to start checking in! I'm here about 4-5 times a week. Really great customer service and they are a regular stop during errands since they have such a big selection! I've even made a few friends there since everyone is so helpful! It's an added bonus that they have a Starbucks! They have hidden clearance sections all over the store. Each department will usually have clearance end caps. My favorite places to check for deals are electronics and men's clothes. I'll also run by the toys if one of my daughters is with me. Pizza Hut is a nice addition in case you need to eat and your in a rush. They usually have cheese or pepperoni pizzas ready and they are sometimes for sale in their cartwheel app. They also have hot pretzels! I really love my local target!

Tonight I went into target with 1 intention and that was to leave with a PlayStation5. I called this location and asked if they had any ps5's in stock and was informed they were currently out of stock. I needed some things from the store so I thought I would might as well test my luck and see if they had any in stock in store. I arrived and went to the electronic section where there was no ps5's in site... until out of no where I saw a worker pushing a cart with a ps5! I asked the worker if I could purchase the PlayStation and he said that it was broken and they were all out of stock at the moment. I kind of got my hopes up, but then asked another associate by the name of Todd, who was gracious enough to search in the back of the store, where he found me a PS5 that I was able to purchase. I really appreciate Todd for being an honest working and being willing to go look for me when another associate didn't do his job. Todd da goat!

This location is always a mess! I shop the toddler clothes section often and it is so disorganized and clothes are always on the floor. It's really hard to find sizes and they are always out of stock. The best value/$1 section at the front of the store looks like a huge go-back pile...there is no use sorting through it. With a store that makes as much profit as they do... I would have a greeter and have them keep that small section cleaned up all day. I have started driving to the Rocklin location because they keep it nice and there is a better selection for toddlers.

Was going into this store yesterday and there were more than half of the people with no masks.. will not longer shop here.

Should have looked at his name tag but I assume he was some sort of lead or manager but man in the electronic area next to the cameras, horrible customer service, he notices me looking at the locked cameras and looking around for a worker, I took to google to try and answer my own questions and when I couldn't find it I was up to the desk, three of them in that area and none of them ask if I need help, And ask if I can get help, he just looks at me... doesn't say a word and looks at his coworker who then says yes, and actually came to help, as I stood there waiting for his co worker to find someone to price check it, he keeps looking up at me as if I have no business there and I'm not waiting for his coworker to finish helping me.... Shouldn't be working there if he doesn't have an ounce of customer service or can even say two words when asked a question by a customer. Only giving the other star for the female employee who was very nice feel bad she has to work with him.

I love target and shop there all the time. I went in today to the pharmacy and stood there a good 5 minutes while the pharmacists were in the back on their computers. I get it, they have a tough job but there were no customers but me there. Once they saw me they didn't even walk up to the front where I was, they stood in the back still and rudely asked what I needed...I was like, ok I guess I need to shout what I need. So I asked for the Plan B, they told me it was out on front and that I can just grab it. Ok cool...went to get it and asked if I could pay for it right there at the pharmacy, because let's be real, who wants to walk around with Plan B and have people stare. Thinking it's a pharmacy and they would actually be sympathetic with someone trying to be discreet, I asked if I could just pay there in the pharmacy, one of the pharmacist, younger girl with long black hair, was about to say yes, but the other pharmacist she looked Hispanic, right away interrupted her and very rudely said, "no you have to be rung up front." I was shocked because I work in a store where it has a pharmacy as well and people can pay for their things there. It was ONE item and there were no customers that they were helping. What happened to customer service? Is it really that difficult for her to be a little friendlier? Worst experience ever!

So fresh and clean! I like Target. The employees help you find everything! I always have a pleasant shopping experience here!!!

Sometimes I wonder if it is possible to be a addicted to a store. I'm not sure if its because its so close to my house or because they seem to always have everything I need ( and some things I didn't even know I needed lol ) but I seem to spend a lot of time here. Even my toddler is in on my Target obsession. If she sees a toy or something she wants on tv she will say " mommy can we go to Target and get that?" Next generation Target shopper....check!

Very bad service! I had to pay with two different cards because it wasn't for mine but wanted to do half on the card and the guy who cashed me out seemed he didn't know what he was doing! I told him I was going to do $30 on one card and the rest, I would pay it off. Once again, he kept saying okay okay yeah without inserting on the computer how much I was going to pay. It was Soo horrible! Please take him off that register. I will update on his name when I get receipt out of bag. Very very awful service, seriously do the job good! And pay attention, he seemed soo not into his job, find something else that fits your suit. We are customers!! Never, shopping there again. Such a mess in the kids section and the $1 front store are always unorganized.

Crapiest service I've ever had .... worse than WalMart! I spent 30 minutes looking for an associate they, when I finally found one they totally ignored me, pretending like they don't know where is the item that I'm looking for just said sorry and walked away. Then finally a girl got me a supervisor and he walked me to another associate, and they totally did not know where things are even though they work in that department... 40 minutes later I walked out of the store without anything that I can for... .

When you're a nanny of 3 kids under 5, you get a lot of stares and "I can't believe you took them out in public" faces. But let me tell you something...this target has the best bunch of employees I've seen. 2 of the children could be having all-out meltdowns, and the cashier gives no judgement. Only understanding! One time, one of the men talked to one of my nanny-kids and the kid ended up calming down. He gave him a fist bump as we left the store and all was well. I'm a huge fan of customer service because it really makes or breaks the place for me. So let me tell you that if you're looking for quality, you might as well drive to this target cause it's worth it. It's fairly newer compared to some other targets, so it's always organized, has groceries, and I believe their clearance DVDs/clothing/accessories is better than any other location. Now go blow your paycheck

I love this Target! Not only is it SUPER close to where I live, but they've got an awesome selection of merchandise and a wide array of groceries as well. But the thing I love most here is how laid back everyone is just shopping around. When I lived in Orange County people would be shoving you out of the way and mostly just acting like they were more important than you. Here, people are respectful and cool, and the employees are laid back but helpful too. Go Lincoln Target!

Update: I thought I'd update my review because it's been awhile. At some point this Target changed management and totally changed. I specifically drive from Roseville to this target now. The employees are super friendly and helpful. They are now always well staffed and have tons of registers open. Best target around! Kudos to management for totally turning things around. I've been shopping at this location for over two years now and it's the same thing every time. Awful customer service on the sales floor and only one or two cashiers. They are way understaffed. The cashiers are always friendly but there is never enough of them. The sales floor and stocking staff are awful. They were out of a particular item on the shelf for over a month. I kept checking back and when I finally asked someone and they scanned it they had several cases in the back. The employee rudely asked if I needed her to go get them. She got them but they still weren't stocked the next time I came. I also notice things stocked in the wrong spot. I've also tried ordering online and pickup at store. There are two sides of the customer service line- one for order pickup and one for returns. If you stand on the order pickup side and there are people in the return line they ignore you when you're supposed to have priority. I've just left without my order several times after being ignored. This store is so disorganized it's worth it for me to drive to another one even though I live in li
