WARNING *** This location continually sells expired meat and cheese. There seems to be no quality control when it comes to checking expiry on foods. This is my 3rd time with expired meat. It's August, I placed an order online and the meat says sell by June 16th. I guess if you're shopping in store you may be okay because you can check dates etc. But online orders they dont check as im sure the workers would assume their employer is selling bad food.

My wife was just locked in a fitting room for almost 30 minutes. While she was trying on clothes, an associate came by and locked the door from the outside (yes, without knocking or checking). My wife thought the associate was just checking doors, noticed it was locked and moved on - but a few minutes later when she went to leave the room she noticed that the noise she heard was actually the associate locking the door from the other side. For almost 30 minutes my wife banged on the door and yelled out. She also called the store trying extensions for guest services and apparel over and over again (and electronics once) with not a single answer. She called me and I began calling both the guest services and apparel extensions with no answer. The doors/walls are floor to ceiling so noise doesn't travel so well but she could hear the phone ringing by the fitting room attendant and still no one answered. Finally after almost 30 minutes she got ahold of someone at the bakery who let someone know and they opened the door for her. My wife is too shy and kind to make a big deal of anything so she just left the store but this situation leaves her and myself furious. If it was an accident and took a few minutes to resolve, it's not a big deal. But 30 minutes and not a single answer on several extensions after calling close to 20 times between the two of us is absolutely ridiculous. Not to mention the associate going around locking doors without checking, not answering the phone near her, and not investigating someone banging on the door at the end of the hallway for almost a half hour. This situation leaves me absolutely furious. What is wrong with you guys? I called the store (called apparel again followed by guest services (no answers of course) then called the bakery) to speak with a manager. I spoke with Carlos. Very kind and apologetic however this doesn't excuse the fact that this was absolutely unacceptable. Attached is the photo of the deadbolt that got locked (lock on bottom). Pic is from the inside of fitting room.

Google
Very disappointing experience. I went in to this McKinney location to place a custom cake order and was told they couldn’t take any more due to lack of staffing and time—no effort to accommodate or offer alternatives. I spoke with a couple of floor managers who seemed more interested in moving me along than helping resolve the issue. I ended up going to Costco just down the street, where they were fully staffed, helpful, and made the process easy. The contrast in customer service was night and day.

Today I tried to exchange a blender that was just outside the window for returning. The target employee asked the I call the 1-800 number for customer service, that they would be able to help, after speaking to Elizabeth with customer service and Austin the store manager, they were not able to help at all. I was in there for a solid hour. I will not be back to Target. I'm a red card customer. I will not be back and will let my family and friends know.

Google
Very well organized with very friendly and helpful staff who hired in enough quantity to make a difference. Downside is often variety in non clothes items is lacking as well as quantities of items. Grocery items are often not worth making a special trip for with the exception of cat food (Iams) and Target brand cat litter which is cheap and good quality.

Google
Target stores have declined in cleanliness and customer service over the past year. Clothes are all over the floor, shelves are empty and employees and leaders seem to not care. Lots of red shirt employees on the floor but they are preoccupied with pushing their carts to fill their online orders. Today I tried to buy some mesh Christmas lights and there were none. No wonder sales and stock have slipped while Walmart is edging ahead. Keep it up and soon it will go out of business.

Google
I recently visited Target and had a disappointing experience. The staff was unfriendly 😠 and seemed to avoid customers 🏃‍♂️ rather than offering assistance. Additionally, the toy selection was sparse 🎲, and the overall inventory in the store was lacking 📉. This visit fell short of my expectations 😞🛒.I

Google
Came around 5:00pm on Sunday, July 20. I had a really disappointing experience at this Target location. I found an item marked at a certain price, but when I got to the register, it rang up higher. When I brought it to the attention of the customer service manager, instead of helping or honoring the price, they insinuated that I had switched the tag myself. I was shocked and offended by the accusation. I came in to shop—not to be accused of trying to scam the store. I've always trusted Target, but this experience left a bad taste in my mouth. I hope this location trains its staff to handle pricing errors more respectfully and professionally in the future.

Yelp
Went to this target to guest services to ask what type of gift cards do they sell, because I was looking to gift an Amazon gift card for my mom. Literally the worker got so upset saying that "why would I sell that in MY store if Amazon is my competitor" lady you act like you are the ceo and this is coming out of your paycheck or something.

Yelp
Wow, Target is 0-3 Today and I wont be back. Walked in to get a late' from Starbucks licensed store. Ordered a Grande Late with 2 spritzes of sugar free vanilla. Kid tried to charge me $7.90 for it. Um.. No! I order this drink every day and my daughter manages a Starbucks Second, went to get some Keto friendly bread. Guy says, "It wont be here until tomorrow". Last, i went to get my Ink for my Brother printer. I bought the printer at this store. Guy in electronics says, " we quit carrying that 2 months ago. One more thing. Its almost 10am on a Monday morning. The regular registers are open with a cashier. Just the self scan. Hate this place. I just waisted 45 kins of my life and now i have to go to Walmart. Puke!

Yelp
Top notch customer service and always clean. Plus every location has a Starbucks. Use the app for promos and rewards.

Yelp
Don't go in the morning. No self checkout available for the holidays. Safer bet going to Kroger. Nice staff always just not efficient.

Yelp
this is the first review I've ever written and mostly because I'm very upset about the treatment I received today. my sister and I were shopping at target and we had my two young daughters with us and the worker named Katrina made a comment implying that we're trying to steal , mind you I hadn't finished scanning my items yet and again we were struggling a bit with my toddlers. Then once im nearly done scanning my items when she came by again and made a comment basically saying am I sure I scanned all my items. I was very annoyed , I hadn't shopped at target in a while but figured I'd give it a try and it seems like I won't be coming back again. Poor customer service, very very poor. I was already annoyed with my kids then her making slick remarks just topped it off.

Yelp
I was wondering why the reviews for a target store were so bad. Especially at a super target. But it's been over a year since COVID hit and I can confirm that there isn't a requirement to wear masks in store anymore. The employees still do. Might be fair for everyone to update their reviews. Because it makes this target look crappy lol Anyway, the aisles are clean and well organized. You can literally buy everything you'd need for the week here. There's a bakery, Starbucks, sushi, fruits and veggies, all of the groceries, and everything that regular target stores have too. I was here for a short weekend trip and ended up coming back here a handful of times. Can't stay away! All of the employees here are friendly and helpful too. My only complain is that there aren't any Tesla or EV chargers. But I think I'm in the minority on that one lol. Did see their nicely setup drive up area.

Yelp
This store at 2025 N Central is frequently out of stock.. it's problematic and frustrating. I purchased the delivery service for convenience a couple of months ago with a promotional price of $49. The delivery vendor is great. However, when there isn't any inventory on most basic items like chicken, bread, milk, it's futile to try To shop here so I'm going to either try another target or shop at Kroger. Also when I go in person, there's only self service open and maybe 2 full service checkouts on a GOOD day. Possibly it's the growth in the area or employee shortage but it's impossible to shop here and I've shopped here for years. Also good luck contacting target about cancelling the delivery service. Why offer the service if my items aren't in stock? This store needs help. At this point, their operations are sub par. Are you listening Target? please fix this store.

Yelp
Overall this target is fine... except for the Womens restroom. It's like walking into a portable potty and smells like just as bad

Yelp
I'm feeling generous giving 2 stars... I may just go back and change it. I came in smiling, happy, getto looking as ever, but that's what yo get when you are redecorating a room and need a little storage. #Whatev. Apparently, customer service relies on how well you are dressed or better yet, how posh you appear. Workers on their phones literally ignore you when you ask them a question, especially when trying to find something. Then look right past you to help another lady, who just happened to be looking for the same exact thing as me... Huh. Even the sweet young mom asked why he skipped me, he responded... oh I guess I didn't see her as he pointed to me, never acknowledging my presence, but just as a response to the sweet lady. Well... that's rude. But ok. Then to checkout... watching and expecting the man barely able to walk, probably served in Vietnam, ask for the military discount (as advertised) for Veterans Day, was told that he needed to download an app and fill out a form and then wait 2-3 days for approval. #SayWhat? He said, here's my identification... to deaf ears. If you are giving a military discount, all service members have an ID. Why make it complicated? It is biased and prejudiced to assume that everyone has a smartphone and can do that. If you say you offer a veteran a discount, do it. Don't make them jump through hoops. They've been through enough. Or just don't offer a discount. Dissing on Veterans hits a HUGE sore spot for me. After all that and a manager, they would NOT give him the discount on his items. Needless to say, I bought his 4 items and will sincerely think long and hard before coming back to a Target. #DoBetter #Simplify #HonorYourAdvertisementsWithoitStipulations.

Yelp
I usually shop at this Target and the Frisco North store. I never have any issues at this location...Until recently. I placed an order for pickup and not even a few days go by and they already put everything back on the shelf. What??? Not even give me an extra day? I have done this before previously only once and I picked it up on the 3rd day no problems. I thought it would be safe to wait until Saturday since I placed the order on Thursday--WRONG. When I went to go place an order for all the items they put back one of the items I was really wanting was sold out. This is ridiculous. No wonder this place has such bad reviews. The guest service team should really consider that some people are busy. They have work and other engagements to attend to. I'd understand if it was sitting back there for at least 3 days. But only 2??? WOW.

Yelp
This store has no idea what the experience is like for the customer. There's already half of their parking lot filled with renovation equipment... And then they block out another third of their parking lot which is completely empty. For something called "drive up" that no one uses. So I parked in one of the open 16....yes....16 spaces. And literally some lady comes up and asked me to move... So that all 16 spaces can continue to be empty...for no one. Poor customer experience.

Yelp
RACIAL PROFILING!!!!!! Here I am with a newborn baby and my partner going in to get him clothes, household items and personal hygienes. I asked myself "should we go to the Allen location" but instead of going with my gut I walked into a nightmare. We were checking out. My partner paid for some things with our first payment method. And I moved the things in which I was paying for to the front of the basket. Self check out as always at night is the only thing open. So she's checking out. Baby's sleep. We are admiring the Carter's selections as she's ringing everything up, mind you we are surpassing $500 at this point. Neither here nor here. We were in total bliss as this was our first trip to the store since his arrival. WELL Here comes JACKIE THE ASSISTANT MANAGER. Standing directly behind me, speaking to someone else ringing out , another customer but looking at me CONSTANTLY! She shouts out! Hey are you gonna ring that stuff up in the front of the basket?! What the heck!! We weren't even done ringing up the first $600 transaction. Me and my wife looked at eachother in total shock and embarrassment as everyone stopped and starred at us!! RIDICULOUS!! I say to her .... Can you wait until I check out? Im paying for this separate. She goes oh okay go ahead!!! WHAT?! In my mind I went into a shell. I started shaking from anxiousness. I couldn't even be excited to get my baby new clothes. It was completely stripped from us!! I have total disappointment in this. Black women can't even shop these days. THE CORRECT THING TO DO AT THIS POINT. IF YOU FEEL SOMETHING IS ABOUT TO GET STOLEN. CALL WHOEVER U NEED TO, TO STAND BESIDE YOU, POLICE OTW. WAIT UNTIL THE PERSON SHOWS YOU THAT THEY ARE STEALING!! AND THEN YOU CAN SAY SOMETHING!! Aside from that it was some deodorant and some boxers compared to so much money already spent! Mind you my wife wasn't even done checking out! I am a black woman with locs and I had on a hoodie and the backpack was our sons BABY BAG! I never took it off my back. As I was walking out . NO APOLOGY NOTHING FROM HER!!! I spoke to Carlos the store manager HE was apologetic. Jackie walks around as she's constantly making eye contact with me as I'm talking to him. Her response btw was very snobby and matter of fact when I told her I was paying for those things separately. THERE WAS NO APOLOGY. NOTHING!!!! The assistant store manager should know better and whatever ethics training they have needs to be specifically around making sure every customer feels INCLUSION!!! I am more then pissed. I was offered a $10 gift card and said that was all he could offer. Not that it matters but nothing could ever make me forget this experience. TO THE ALLEN LOCATION WE GO FROM NOW ON!!!

Yelp
This is the closest target to me and I get just about everything I need from this location. My favorite thing is the drive up pick up option during this pandemic this has been extremely useful. I wanted to post this review way back in DECEMBER for their bakery on cakes I ordered a plain vanilla cake with vanilla icing and I wanted it to be a bit on the bare side . The baker knew exactly what I was looking for and the cake was surprisingly good too. I added the fresh berries and critters as I had a woodland forest theme. This is a good target even though it make some days not have everything on stock food wise but overall I haven't had any issues with my online pick up orders or in store purchases.
google avatar

Yelp
I came in here while waiting for an oil change on my car nearby. I was astonished at how under stocked their shelves were. It looked like a K-Mart in its final days! I couldn't find what I wanted and the store looked very disheveled and dirty. Management (if it even exists) has checked out!

Kaiden H.

Yelp
Went to this one today because I was by Joann to look for some supplies for my sock puppet (go see the picture in my Joann review of McKinney) and didn't find anything for my puppet so that's why I gave this 4 stars. Overall, good store.
google avatar

Skylar S.

Yelp
I ordered groceries for pickup from this location, I also ordered some lashes only to find out upon unloading that they gave me used lashes???

Ethan S.

Yelp
The management here is abysmal, they are belittling, disrespectful, rude, and condescending. Specifically the Store Director Chris, I used to work here and had a conversation with him about the way he spoke to me on a shift. He had a disrespectful tone and kept interrupting me when I was trying to give feedback, and then continue to say he would continue to be disrespectful as to not cause a scene. I refuse to go to this store anymore because of the way he treats not only his staff but his guests. There was a time my wife went to return an item and the way he spoke to her was unacceptable. How he is the store director at this store is astounding! For any future needs I will either go to another store or the target in Allen. Very disappointing.
google avatar

Juan Q.

Yelp
Picked our groceries and the like to walk around. We tend to do quite a bit of impulse purchasing. But thanks to the worker (lady) that I guess needed to turn around as we were walking behind her in the aisle she had stationed her cart full of merchandise. We decide to finish our shopping else where. We spent $35. The least I've ever spent at a target. Got to use the positive of any situation when possible. Anyway to management it would be a great idea to use mobile carts and move them to the area that your stocking. Move them as needed instead of walking to the cart 10 times. I call that loss of productivity and waste of payroll. But that was my experience on Veterans Day. Thanks

Yelp
Manager named Ty aggressively approached me with a rude tone and posture. I explained to him I was with survey.com and showed him the letter of authorization. I then proceeded to explain I had signed into the vendor log and was just doing a quick inventory audit. His tone and posture was aggressive and I was very uncomfortable and intimidated. I thought he was going to attack me. He made it clear he knew what survey.com and other vendor audit companies but said he didn't care about the letter of authorization and basically implied he wipe his rear ended with my paperwork. I felt threatened and intimidated. Im just doing my job what I was ask to do. I felt I. Danger of my life. I had to diffuse a manager from attacking me.... Horrible customer service. The manager refused to let me take photos of the inventory and I felt if I didn't not calm him down he would have assaulted me. I immediately left the store.

Yelp
First off I hate the pre filled writing that yelp puts in here before typing that says "love that your employees all wear masks and gloves" because I think it's completely stupid that ANYONE is required in our country to wear them. Especially when there's so much scientific evidence that the masks don't work, even Dr Fauci said it himself! He said they don't really do anything, but they make people feel better. Anyhow, the reason I came on here to write a review was for one particular employee. There are a couple that are very nice, including all that work in the pharmacy, but the one that stood out to me was a woman named April in the deli/bakery department. She's the only one there that cuts exactly like I ask and she's very cheerful. I very much enjoyed are talk as she helped me. Definitely ask for her if you're there and need anything from that department, I forgot to fill out a customer review card for her before I left, but I will next time I'm in. There's one woman that I've seen work in the deli a couple of times that is not very polite or nice, she acts is if she's being bothered, don't know her name but she'll definitely stand out if you ask for anything from her.

Bree E.

Yelp
I would do the McKinney SW target instead of this one if your considering pick up or grocery shopping. They never update their app. Every time I go to order something online for pick up, it always says it's out of stock but then when I go in the stores, it's fully in stock. However, the other targets surrounding this one keep their apps updated, so you can actually get an accurate reading on grocery orders. Also their drive up team is really slow. I ordered one thing one time and it took them nine hours to process it. I know days can be slow but this happens frequently here. I'm not sure what's going on here, but this target is super slow, they are not consistent in their work, and they seem to not care about their customers at this location. It is absolutely the worst target I've ever experienced.

Yelp
This is a review for a Drive Up order only. On 11/27, my wife placed an order for Drive Up on the Target app. An hour later, I pulled in and everything went south. The Target associate walked out, saw me and my step father sitting in my vehicle, then went back inside the store. Perplexed, I went inside to follow her but couldn't find her. I then walked to the Customer Service counter and ended up waiting for several minutes in line. Once I reached the counter, I explained what happened but was then told my order didn't exist. WHAT? So I showed the order confirmation on the Target App, which caused confusion because my order simply couldn't be located in their system. This went on for a bit, then the Drive Up associate snuck back outside and went up to my step father sitting in the passenger seat of my car, just to say, "Oh, you're not Zachary so I can't deliver this to you." During this time, the Manager radioed the employee and said to "leave the order with the father." She did not and brought it back in. You can believe I gave her the confused death stare. She copped a terrible attitude with me, brushed directly past me, and went about fulfilling another pick up order. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!? Heeeelllllooooo. Things went round and round for another five minutes, as I stood by Customer Service, until the Manager finally brought my order out. I told her this was an atrocious experience and corporate would find out (and they have). I do appreciate her trying to make it right with a gift card but it's too late for that. At this point, my wife and I want the Drive Up girl reprimanded, suspended without pay...something. Such an unnecessary situation caused by one individual.

Yelp
I have been a loyal Red Card holder since 2001. The limit began very low and over the years it went to $11,500. I've paid on time, never late, used that card often and then BAM! Just like that the limit is lowered to $5,700 and my credit and husbands credit went down 45 points!! Completely screwed us. They randomly check credit, and if yours is not up to par at the time of the check, despite being a superb card holder, they will lower it. I called and plead my case and the supervisor did not care one bit! ZERO loyalty completely messed up my credit. I will not shop at Target again. This is worse than poor customer service!!!!
google avatar

Kenneth E.

Yelp
Very nice target queen I got my glasses there was able to use my red card which was awesome not a big fan on the bathroom situation. My wife is a big fan of the place still care too much for the grocery me did the kids clothes there are nice the wife doesn't show up there for clothes I don't shop there for clothes but overall it's very nice

Yelp
Went here to pick up last minute snacks for my son's birthday. Store was clean and the produce was fresh. What really stood out was the employee Dulce. She effortlessly provided a friendly atmosphere, and I wasn't even in her line. Having an employee who is just nice is such a blessing so thank you, Dulce, for just being a nice person for the sake of being nice!

Yelp
I don't know what's happened in the last few months with this Target but I'm going to drive to the Fairview location from now on. I've been coming to this location for years and have always had great customer service and it's been a great location. Lately? The shelves are almost never stocked, there are big empty spaces and when I ask about items I'm repeatedly told that they're "out of that right now". For weeks on end? Come on, get your inventory in check. On top of that I feel like they've really let their hiring slide, I've had some incredibly rude cashiers, and others just aren't trained. I went through a nightmare my last time there where a cashier didn't know how to use coupons, completely screwed up the transaction and they had to re-ring up my entire basket and then the manager refused to take some of my coupons claiming they couldn't be used more than one at one time, when I had literally just done it a few weeks before. I'm not going back to this location until I know they have their act together, because right now they're a train wreck.
google avatar

Zakiyyah K.

Yelp
I wish there was an option to give a 0 but I'll rank the lowest possible. I'm extremely disappointed that I was physically pushed today in this store after checking out at Self Scan. The customer service rep. Nick asked had I scanned all my items and I confirmed yes I did! Then he pushed me out of the way to check my cart because he profiled me as a thief. He did not believe that I was an honest paying customer so felt the need to push me out of the way in public based off my external features. I give target so much of my money and never leave out without forking over money. Today will be the last time that I patronize this business.
google avatar

Michael B.

Yelp
I enjoy shopping at Target. This location is staffed with very helpful associates. A few out of stock issues but overall a good shopping experience.

Reece C.

Yelp
All the Karen's in these reviews giving one stars because they're forced to wear a mask is annoying, it's not taking away your freedom at all and if you think it is you have a problem, you're that big of a baby you can't even wear a mask without complaining when most children can? Grow up. It's immature and selfish of you I'm glad Target is making everyone wear masks, at least they care about our communities safety.

Yelp
Excellent store!! Clean and organized! Everyone was so friendly and helpful when I went today. Walking me to the aisle I needed, making sure I had what I needed!! Checkout gal was super kind and kindly told me she needed to clean her product belt before I placed my items down. Appreciated that! Keep up the great work!!

Yelp
The target is fine. This is for the tech department. Horrible service, customer service, and in general. I was told one thing by one worker and then something different by another. I was told by the rude gentleman I dealt with he was the acting manager I could get no one else. After staying there till I got or was told one, as well as google it I finally got one I called. I left a voicemail which was returned while I was still in store. The general manager told me what policy actually was, what they could and could not do, and the employee was wrong and re assured me. The employee still was rude saying things such as it's going through one ear and out the other. Deliberately skipping over me, and etc. Thankfully the general manager was able to take care of me at a different store.
google avatar

Kacey R.

Yelp
It's your typical Target. Tons of lanes, but not enough cashiers. At least they recently got self check out, so that helps (except when you get behind someone who doesn't know how self check out works). Sometimes they have plenty of carts inside, and sometimes they don't have any. They started a remodel of this store what feels like 4 million years ago. Maybe that's an exaggeration, but it's taking forever. Everything is in a new spot, and a lot of the stuff such as meats don't have prices where they should be. Staff who works here is hit or miss too. Target has some really good deals, but you have to really keep your eye open for them. Make sure to use the Cartwheel app to get all the savings you can. I hate that they have an app for savings, but that's not the store's fault. I always forget to use mine until I've already checked out. Like I said, it's a normal Target. It's exactly what you think of when you think of Target. At least it's clean and easy to get to.
google avatar

John T.

Yelp
Wow! They don't know how to clean the dairy isle or stock it. This has been going on for years. I understand one time issues but not for years.
google avatar

Yelp
This Target is always clean, efficient and organized. Today, Loranne helped us at checkout and she was very helpful and kind. She was extremely courteous to my boyfriend after we had an issue with our debit card & swiftly checked him out after the card issue was fixed. It is so nice to have great customer service, especially during the stressful, chaotic time of the holidays. Thank you Loranne.
google avatar

Mo A.

Yelp
I went to target it was so many people but great customer service thank you so much for helping me out
google avatar

Chris W.

Yelp
I like the convenience of where this Target is located, but there are never enough cashiers open. Usually it is 5 people deep in line. If they had more cashiers it would make my shopping trips more enjoyable.
google avatar

Jen D.

Yelp
I do prefer this Target over the other one on Custer and 121- just because I've never received bad service at the customer service desk. However, lines are usually long at this Target- service desk or just regular check out. Other than that, the store itself is clean, tidy and just your typical Super Target! I'll wait in line a bit longer to have nicer workers.
google avatar

James V.

Yelp
I've been to every Target store in North America, so WHY is the layout of this one different?! I was stuck in McKinney all day so decided to take advantage of some down time to do some shopping for my 4-year-old, but where the hell was the boys department?? I finally found a lady dragging her kids around to ask, and of course she knew since she must live up here. YUCK! HATE Collin County, and now I have another reason to hate it! On the pluse side, they had most of what I needed, except P.J.'s, but what store DOES carry P.J.'s for kid's anyway? HUH!

Yelp
Yeah for a Starbuck's Café in the store, boo! I hate it when you hunt for a target employee to help you, and they send you to another part of the store. (1 star deduction for lack of good customer service) I do like the variety of the products that this Super Target offers.

Yelp
I returned a vacuum cleaner and Jonathan made it a wonderful and easy experience. There was another associate and I'm sorry I don't remember her name, but she was excellent also. Date 2/5/18.

Yelp
Awful customer service. They have so many "real" checkout lanes, but none of them were open. You had to use self-checkout. One female employee offered to help me at self-checkout, but she was obviously not happy about having to do so. This store spend a lot of money on remodeling. Now they're going very cheap on customer service. I won't be going back!

Yelp
I had a negative experience with a rude clerk in the pharmacy recently. I told him he didn't need to be so RUDE. Will transfer my RX elsewhere.

Yelp
I live within 3 miles of Target Brandywine (New Castle County, DE). It's not just a Target; it's a Target Greatland. I see all kinds of negative comments about other Targets, like not enough cashiers open, out of stock on lots of items, pharmacy not filling prescriptions timely, poor customer service, etc. I guess we're lucky to have this Target because in 10 years of going to it, I've encountered only one minor thing: Out of stock, which is the reason for 4 stars instead of 5. But even then, it's temporary; a week later, they have it. And actually, being out of stock for this store is not surprising. It sits only ~1 mile below the PA border. PA has a 6% sales tax on everything but unprepared food, clothes, medicine and books. DE has NO SALES TAX. So the store is swamped with buyers from PA, MD and NJ, in addition to the local DE residents. Bottom line: This store is a great place to shop!

Yelp
Can't find much in that store. Employees are busy laughing and having a great time while you search on your own! I was approaching to ask an employee but then heard "She's weird. Let's get out of here." I was in search of something and kind of in a hurry but couldn't find it! If that looks "weird" to them maybe they shouldn't work there ??? When I found the item and went to self check out to get out quicker and heard, "Hopefully she won't come back." You're right about that.

Yelp
Had a single checkout line open with about 10 people in it so I went the self checkout machines only to find out on last item ( beer) could not buy alcohol thru self checkouts. So had to get transaction canceled and gather all items and stand in long checkout lane. Maybe my last trip to target ever.

Yelp
If I could give a lower rating for this store I would. I am disabled and need to use a motorized cart when shopping with my family. This store has no carts and only one wheelchair. I have been here three times and never have been able to shop with my grandbabies. When my family shops here. I am left to sit in the vehicle till they come to check on me. When I bring my own cart and try to get through the store. The aisles are jammed with carts and shelf stocking materials. The shelves are stocked with the wrong items in the wrong spots. Making shopping tough because the prices don't match the products. My daughter found peanut butter marked at 50 cents. When she took a picture of the product and the closeout price. The employee called her a thief and accused her of changing the tags and product. If I need to shop at a Target and know ahead of time. I will drive to the Super Target across town. They have a clean store with nice employees.

Yelp
This Starbucks is always meets one or more of the following. A. Closed during reasonable open hours (morning time or in the afternoons) B. No employees behind the counter to take order or employees sitting down in sitting area and not helpful. C. Out of something to make your drink. How is a coffee shop out of coffee or creamer or a syrup? I don't get it.

Yelp
This is probably one of the poorest Targets I've visited. A few examples: *There are hardly ever carts available when you walk in the store so you have to take your kids back outside and through the parking lot to find one. *My husband and I were shopping for Christmas groceries a week before Christmas, one of the milk jugs in the refrigerator section had busted all over the inside of the glass. There wasn't a target employee to be found so all of the shoppers kept that door shut and used the other doors to get the milk we needed, specifically to make sure the milk didn't make a mess on the floor outside of the case. Fast forward two weeks, I'm thereto buy milk and the door is still completely covered in splashed milk along with the floor. Not one employee has taken the time to wipe it down in over a week. *if you're there during peak hours expect no more than three cashiers. It's the final straw to make you never want to visit this particular target again. *The aisles and merchandise is in shambles throughout the toy dept. I know kids come through and make messes, but this is a constant issue. They don't come through every few hours to make sure it looks decent and most items are in the correct area so you can figure out prices. I've always hated WalMart, but would gladly go there over this Target any day. I've given them plenty of chances and they are consistently getting worse.

Yelp
The store is always clean and things are easy to find. The staff is hit or miss lately. I'm a big proponent of great customer service and there are only a couple of people that stand out to me, the rest (especially this one older lady) are either "meh" or just don't greet you or say anything to you. The reason I use this Target alot is because it's a very convenient location to my home. There aren't too many grocery stores and I would definitely rather go to Target vs. Walmart, even if I do have to pay a little more.
