Google
First and foremost my primary complaint is you cannot come to the store without the AT&t guy literally tracking you down harassing you asking you all your financial business and I literally try to dodge this guy like he's serpentine down the toys aisle around the corner and just came up on me you know and I'm just trying to mind my own business and trying to have like a personal day I just didn't want to be bothered I don't want to have to explain my life just want to shop in peace you can hear the annoyance of each customer in all different aisles of the store that are not the electronic section Belize AT&t guys harassing people. At&t you get 1 star. This Target have a lot of really awesome products that you do not find that other stores like Walmart Best buy let me have very competitive prices. Sometimes it's annoying how everything is literally like inner protective case for protective boundary of some sort totally understand the Anti-Theft. Is I'm writing this more customers are being harassed

Urgent Complaint Regarding Unprofessional Conduct and Lack of Training at Target I am writing to formally express my frustration with the unprofessional conduct and lack of training displayed by Closing Team Lead Emiley at the Mesa West Target. My experience at this store was unacceptable and raises serious concerns about how Target enforces its return policies. I attempted to return a Logitech G923 TrueForce Racing Wheel and a Logitech Driving Force Shifter due to compatibility issues. The service desk associate examined the items and claimed that the serial number on the product did not match the one on the box. They then called an asset protection associate, who confirmed the same and escalated the situation to Closing Team Lead Emiley. From the moment she arrived, Emiley was dismissive, uncooperative, and unwilling to listen. She immediately took the stance that the return would not be accepted because the serial numbers didn’t match. When I questioned this, because I had purchased the product brand new in its original packaging, she refused to engage in a reasonable conversation. Instead of investigating further or seeking clarification, she shut down any discussion and insisted I contact the manufacturer. I repeatedly asked if serial numbers were even supposed to match, including what would happen if I purchased another unit from the sales floor and opened it in front of them. She refused to answer directly and continued to dismiss me, making it clear that she had already decided I was not going to be helped, regardless of any facts. To make matters worse, she also pointed out that I had purchased the product from a different Target location, implying that this somehow justified refusing my return. She told me to go back to that store and see if they would help, as if that made any difference under Target’s return policy. This was clearly an attempt to avoid taking responsibility rather than properly addressing the situation. It’s unacceptable for employees, especially someone in a leadership role, to deflect responsibility rather than handle a customer concern correctly. After being refused service, I contacted Logitech directly to verify the serial number policy. Logitech confirmed that the serial number on the box is used for inventory tracking, while the serial number on the product is used for warranties. They explicitly stated that the two numbers are not supposed to match, meaning Emiley and her team were completely wrong in their reasoning for denying my return. This raises a major concern: how many other customers have been wrongfully denied returns due to improper training and lack of product knowledge? If a team lead, someone in a leadership position, does not understand basic return policies and refuses to listen to reason, then what does that say about the overall customer service at this location? At the very least, Emiley should be formally retrained on return policies and customer service. Her behavior was not just unhelpful but actively dismissive and unprofessional. It’s one thing for an associate to misunderstand a policy; it’s another for a team lead to refuse to listen to a customer, refuse to check the validity of the return denial, and shut down the conversation altogether. No customer should be treated the way I was, dismissed, disrespected, and turned away unfairly simply because employees lack proper training. I was wrongly accused of attempting to return a mismatched item, refused service, and made to feel like my concerns didn’t matter. This is unacceptable from a company as large as Target. I expect a response regarding how this situation will be addressed and what steps will be taken to ensure proper training for employees handling returns. Target is a major retailer, and this level of incompetence and poor customer service is absolutely unacceptable. I hope this complaint is taken seriously, as my experience was beyond frustrating.

Google
The clothing section is in constant crisis mode. I hate having to travel out of my way to hit other targets because this one is SO bad. Oh and god forbid you actually want to try something on.. they have every single dressing room locked and never anyone working the dressing rooms. Why as a customer should I have to run around the store for someone to open them up for me? If you don’t have someone working them, stop locking the doors?! I fear that is common sense

Google
I love Target stores, they are always well lit and clean. The isle's have ample room to manover around with my Service Pup as well. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Open registers and lines are short. Since WM has started to charge people to check out and bag their own food, I'm switching to Target for all my shopping needs.

Google
Absolutely no customer service. This location is always filthy. The Target employees are more concerned with talking to each other and avoiding the customers in the store. Ordering beforehand is equally disappointing. No one is ever at the counter. This location actually stole from me.

Yelp
Wide aisle. Not too hectic when I went. Sometimes there can be a lot of people, but at that time all stores would be busy. Most items are in stock. Did not see anything out of stock. Didn't see a lot of employees around. They were usually putting things back on the shelf when I saw them. Or, they were at the check out station.

Yelp
Flew in and had to stop by because I forgot a few things they forgot to take off this alarm which did not sound at all at the door

Yelp
You can't go wrong with a target store. This one is currently under construction but it is still in business and operating. When I walked in today the line to check out was a single file from the checkout down to the beauty area. I had no idea what was going on but it seemed short staffing was the cause. I went shopping for a while and hoped the line dropped down, it did. Target has now added an Ulta store inside which is very bright with the lighting it's difficult to look directly at it (like the sun). It's cool to see an Ulta store inside Target though. The store had everything in stock that I wanted on this trip so I have no complaints there. It was a decent Target run today.

Yelp
I went here a little while ago to pick up my prescriptions. It was a weekend and that place was stuffed with people. It was awful, screaming kids and parents everywhere. It felt more like a walmart then a target that day. The worse part of the experience, I was in the woman's clothing department, picking up PJ's. And it smelled like rotten old ass diapers. I mean you could smell the shit to high heaven. I had to quickly grab my new clothes and rush to the dressing room before I passed out from the god awful smell. I'm giving this place three stars mainly because the employees are super nice and the lines are always moving even on hectic days. Glad I got out of that place fast. Overall, my complaint is geared more towards the parents. For the love of god, change your damn kids! And if they going to be screaming and can't control themselves, then hire a babysitter next time! Ugh. I can only imagine if that's what the storefront smelled like, what the bathrooms might've smelled like. I dare not enter and I suggest you hold it in tell the next stop.

Yelp
I'm an avid target shopper and I've never been to a store so organized with a phenomenal selection. I thought it was a major department store because of the makeup selection. Everything was so cohesive with zero clutter and or congestion throughout the whole store. Even the clearance areas were so clean and organized which makes shopping easier. The cashier's were helpful and friendly but shocked when I said that the store was amazing. Kudos for the managers and teamwork of the store because they are leading by example and every ARIZONA Target manager should take a field trip to this store and model their process.

Jay W.

Yelp
No complaints. Its target. Its clean, they don't have supply issues from what I've seen. Pretty good target

Yelp
I like this target. However, I like collecting legos and wish they would be more stocked on them. Overall, friendly staff.

Yelp
Not one of the best Targets I've been to, but it had what we were looking for so that's a plus. The parking lot is a hot mess. Not much basic parking, but full of handicap spaces and pick up orders parking. You'll have to park farther away to get anything else. Location was organized, but only one employee running register while the line was long for self checkout out.

Yelp
This is the best target in Mesa, recently remodeled and added an ULTA department. I think they did a great job and I always have a great experience there.

Yelp
I come to this Target location a lot. It is just like any other Target that you would go to: well organized, clean, and friendly staff. This particular location has a Starbucks and a Pizza Hut within the store. Lots of seating if you want to enjoy a quick bite or coffee. This location is very close to MCC and right across the street from the former Fiesta Mall (now like a ghost town mall). It's usually pretty busy, but not crazy. Target always has something beautiful and unique that I have to have. My favorite department is the home decor area--i have tons of wall art/bath decor/pillows/bedding from Target! Plus they have a great selection of women's shoes, apparel and accessories. The men's clothing section is awesome, but for shoes it is just OK. The bargain buys section has some great finds too--i like grabbing seasonal decor from the bins because they're cheap and I'm only going to use them for that month. There's also a great electronics section with lots of dedicated tech people to help you. The beauty section has been revamped and now has a beauty specialist employee there at all times to greet and guide you. They are competing with the layout that Sephora and Ulta offers, which I think is great! And if you have a baby, Target has a huge baby selection and is the perfect place for a baby registry! What can I say, other than Target is the bomb. It is so hard to walk through a Target store and not buy something! I know I'm not the only one.

Yelp
I go to this Target the most, mainly because they seem to have the best clearance shelves consistently. I love after the new school year starts sales, after the holiday sales, after the winter sales, and after the summer sales. Yes, I love to bargain hunt, Target makes my shopping blues go away without breaking the bank.

Yelp
They only have 1 single aisle for cat food but don't have more options they only have like 3 different food brands....ooh but they have 4 full aisles of dog food with a lot of brand options
google avatar

Yelp
Popping into a different target then my norm. I was impressed with the level of service and speed at which the pharmacy filled prescription. Their sales were clearly marked and organized on the rack. It was clean, great selection, and friendly staff.

Yelp
It's seriously my luck I would happen to be the person who adheres to ALL the dang protocols I can remember... but, I'm still the person who gets cursed with that dang shopping cart toting a busted, SQUEAKY wheel. Ugh. That was a LONG 30 minutes! But, take that on a positive note, as well- the entire trip took 30 minutes!!! [Granted, this was also 2:25pm on a Monday- when literally no one but a select, minimal crowd is present.] I've never been much of a Target shopper. I'll credit the fact I'm naturally cheap. But, I've also hit that point in my adulthood to where I've recognized QUALITY is also something to seriously embrace. Especially when everything costs a boatload but doesn't last! Confidently, I was able to 'invest' in most of the major, basic necessities I needed for my new abode, after having JUST moved & realizing all the crucial, missing matter. Target, less than 1/2 a mile down the way was seriously great. Best part? Paying about 1/3 more ensures I could hang my shower curtain without it entirely ripping, or the plastic rungs busting (yes, some of us are cheap when it comes to the little things no one should pay attention to unless you are an interior designer. My shower curtain should be more appealing than hooks to hang it!) because that is what happened last time I opted to save a buck. No bueno. And, every employee was wearing a mask, kind, cleaning, there is literally nothing you can dock this store on, besides the pretty crappy shopping cart. Oh, and the fact the entire store was spotless, fully stocked, organized- it was a pleasure to shop & a breeze to get in, find exactly what I needed (always more, of course!), check out and leave. I just REALLY wish their prices were a wee bit more competitive. No doubt, there are certain things I will certainly opt to obtain at Target, now! But, I still feel like it's a little steep in some areas, when competitors can offer the same (more in terms of general, pharmacy & food) for a decent amount less. The one stop shop is absolutely convenient, and I will say it's a LOT more pleasant than other competitors! I'm glad I opted to pop in and check it out. I ended up changing my own mind a bit, but the store also seemed to be run well, and it wasn't the usual anxiety trip! I'll definitely be back.

Yelp
Everything is nicely organized, and their workers are helpful. They are currently remodeling or fixing something yet they still have everything in somewhat order. I enjoyed the environment. The store is big enough that even though it's packed you aren't overwhelmed.
google avatar

Yelp
Nice clean store. The down fall is that they only had one person working at the check out line. Yes they have self check out but sometimes it's nice to talk to a person. Come on guys. Really this, isn't Michael's. I was able to find what I need plus the store associates where walking around asking if you needed help. I thought that was nice. I love Target.
google avatar

Abeni D.

Yelp
I have opt coming to this Target store as my local Target is horrible! This location is much larger with more helpful staff on hand. The only reason I give this location 4 stars is because they only had self checkout lines opened and I would rather checkout with a real person as self checkout some day will eliminate jobs It was kool to find Jumping Jack Cheese Doritos here

Yelp
This is the best CVS EVER!!! The Staff at this pharmacy go out of their way to be friendly, professional , and on top of all that, they are fast! What? I know!!! All of the Target staff is amazing too! But this is about CVS right now! Thanks to Jesse and the whole team!

Yelp
Stopped by for a few things this morning to find only "self-checkout" lanes open, no actual cashiers. I hadn't planned on working a register this morning but I had no choice. Is it really screwing up the Target budget to have an actual register open? Decent prices, overall selection is lacking. Area around the outside of this Target always feels sketchy, a few weirdos usually lurking. I prefer the Super Target in Gilbert but this one is closer to me.
google avatar

Yelp
Target happens to be closer than their competitors to where I am at currently. I went looking for Xmas gifts(Nerf blasters) that are exclusive to Target. I found them in stock and they are more affordable than most internet sites. I also got some Almonds to snack on with beer and they were fully stocked! Overall it was a good shopping experience.

Yelp

Yelp
Went inside to buy Pokémon for my son , which is so hard find now days , sign clearly said nfl , sports cards , and still could not buy them all , target needs to respect their own mistakes for their poorly work , I respect if the sign clarify Pokémon . Someone needs to re train this workers we get it they not high educated to do their job .

Yelp
I was trying to buy an Apple Pencil with the price match policy with Amazon and they guy in electronics wouldn't let me use my team member discount (I work at another location), saying I need to show proof when I had it in the wallet app and started accusing me of fraud which I know they arnt supposed to do to guest, I was frustrated and can't Believe that. Felt like I was racially discriminated.

Yelp
Rude, uncaring customer service. Refused return on $10 of brand new, unopened merchandise because I didn't have a receipt. Poorly stocked shelves. Only three containers of Pedialyte... Which were all the way against the wall of the top shelf. Self check-out was semi-broken. Didn't recognize the weight of a standard package of Ensure. Had to hunt down associate for approval. I used to like Target. I drove out of my way to shop here today because I wanted to support one of Wal-Mart's competitors. Next time, I'll go to Fry's.
google avatar

Yelp
Everyone is great here. I've been coming for years however one person seems to lack personal boundaries and thinks it's okay to improperly touch customers. Her name is Ann and I don't know her from anything but she felt it was okay to run her fingers through my hair. I avoid this woman at all cost when checking out. I give 5 stars because everyone else I've interacted with is wonderful but Ann.

Yelp
How have I not written a review about this Target?! I've never been much of a Walmart fan so if I need supplies of any kind you'll find me at Big Red. It's like my home away from home. I swear they probably keep a small foldaway bed in housewares for me or at least a small honorary chair... I'm there that much. Why? Because I prefer the layout of this location much more than other locations. Even if this were not the closest location to me, I would still probably frequent it solely based on that alone. However, the store is typically clean and organized except during the chaos of holidays which is to be expected and the parking lot is a breeze to navigate. It might have been mention by someone else but I, too, miss that darn garden center entrance and fresh plants. If only it still existed... ::sigh:: ...we will always have the memories.

Yelp
Writing this review because my appreciation for the Target Manager..Andrew. I use drive up service a few times a week. Lately, as in yesterday and today they have let me down. Yesterday, they forgot to give me my three cases of soda. Today , they gave me rotten tomatoes. I was irritated that I had to go back to store two days in a row...after all drive up is for the convenience of not having to go into the store for a number of reasons not to mention the waste of my time and gas going back to store. With all of that being said I ask to talk to the manager...he right away came on the phone with friendly attitude. I voiced my concerns and mentioned that this is the second day in a row that I've had to come back to the store and how much of an inconvenience it was for me. Andrew was very professional and was very apologetic. I definitely felt his goal was to solve the problem and to make the customer satisfied. I appreciate that he have me fresh new tomatoes and a gift card for the inconvenience. This is what you call great customer service and this is why I continue to shop and be satisfied shopping at my local Target. It's always awesome when they have the right manager for the job!!!

Yelp
Purchased item for pickup on my way to the store. They did not have it ready yet that way fine. The annoying pet was when I came inside, they told me I would have to cancel my order. Buy the item again and wait for my refund. There has to be a smarter way method. Especially if I come it and already have the item in my a hand. Complete and utter waste of time. The girl at the counter could have offered to at least grab it for me. The store is getting moved around. It was a mess. I'll never do the pick up thing again.

Yelp
Lynda went above and beyond for me and my friend in finding us a lamp we were dying to have but didn't see up front. She went out of her way to check in the back and to our delight, had one available! Thank you Lynda so much for making our day!

Yelp
How can a Target be ghetto? It's impossible! I'm at this specific Target often and frequently, and it's perfectly nice and clean. Place is well stocked, and just like every other Target I've set foot into in my day. I come here because it's close to my home, and, well, frankly, its hard to hate a Target. The staff here is always friendly and helpful, and offer all the same services that the other Targets do anywhere else in America. I come here for a zillion different reasons, but mostly because Target is awesome, its closer to me then Walmart, and they carry everything I need. Will return as often and as frequently as possible, since I love it here!

Yelp
Hooray for late night printer ink! And printer cables! Their selection isn't massive, but when you're printing out some stuff late at night and you need to set up the new printer and it didn't come with any ink or a cable, you can bet your sweet bippy that Target has probably got your back. They totally dropped the ball on fresh cut flowers (my hometown Target rocks that world) but made up for it tonight with the office supplies. Other than that, it's a Target. Access is a little weird off of Longmore or Southern (and a pain with the current construction) but it's close to home and you can run in and out pretty quick.

Yelp
Worst shopping experience ever! They only had self checkout available and there was a huge crowd. Then they opened 1 register and it "broke" just as I finally got all of my items unloaded so they opened another register and left me there to reload my items and then get in the back of the line. After 20 minutes of waiting for my turn again, I'm next so I unload my items only to be told that the register has "froze up" and I was asked to move to yet another register (again I reloaded my cart without any help). When I asked to speak to the manager, no one would call for one and I finally left. I will be shopping anywhere else! Even if I have to drive out of my way to get to a different store it will still not take as long as it did to checkout today.

Yelp
I'm a big fan of most Targets but this is probably one of the worst Targets in the East Valley. This Target is super sketchy at times and is not really an area you should be in at night. That aside, the employees at this store are lackluster and lazy. Every time I need help finding something they never seem to make the effort or have the time. I came here looking for a particular digibook that said it was in stock along with a couple of others at one point and they were useless. They said none of them were in stock because they couldn't immediately find them on the floor, and the person "helping" me didn't even bother to look in the back even though most digibook/exclusive releases end up being held in the back. That was some months ago. However, what compelled me to write this review was my most recent experience with them. This was the only Target in the entirety of Arizona that still had a Target exclusive blu-ray I wanted in stock. They had exactly one copy left, so I opted to do store pickup to ensure I didn't make the trek out only for them to not have it. I placed the store pickup order at 7:28 am and Target does not open until 8 am. The 2 hour window (and then some) passed with no official confirmation of my order being ready to be picked up or an order cancellation. Time passed some more. By 11:30 am, they STILL had not processed or cancelled my store pickup order. That's 4 hours after my original order was put in. I called and spoke to a very unhelpful woman in guest services that said "well 2 hours is just a base timeframe" as an excuse for why nothing had been confirmed or cancelled yet. That's total bologna considering I've done store pickup at 3 other Targets locally and they have never taken longer than 2 hours to confirm or cancel. Usually they actually get it cancelled or confirmed within less than 2 hours! The guest services lady also told me that my order hadn't even "dropped in" to the system yet. I have no clue what that even means. She also made sure to say that the guys working store pickup will get around to it when they get around to it before transferring me to electronics so I could confirm that the copy was even there to begin with. I spoke with an awesome guy in electronics (who did not give me his name -- otherwise I'd gladly be dropping it in this review) who looked for the item for me. He even checked the back and was able to find the lone copy that was left! He kindly put it on hold for me specifically so no one would grab it, and he was going to have someone take it to store pickup. Once I arrived at Target and went to guest services, the order was still not processed almost 5 hours later. I assumed they were just so busy but I was greeted by a practically empty store. Barely anybody was shopping inside and many employees were doing nothing due to how slow it was. They also couldn't find the copy originally when I came in because apparently nobody had grabbed it from the guy in electronics. Regardless, they did find my copy in electronics, but they wouldn't process it as store pickup and required me to cancel the store pickup and purchase the item normally. This was dumb to me but I just wanted my movie at this point. They rang it up and for some reason it rang up as $19.99 even though the movie was $12.99 online (and that's how much I was charged for my store pickup). They actually conceded and fixed the price for me thankfully but that was about it. Moral of the story is this store is not the best Target nor is it one I recommend going to for anything except maybe an item that's sold out everywhere else and only available at this store. Even then, I'm still not sure if it's really worth the hassle with how lacking the customer service is here overall. I probably won't be back unless I really, really want something and this is the only Target in the whole state that has it.

Yelp
Almost no music collection to chose from... After not having luck next-door I popped into target because I figured they would have a pretty good music collection and selection in their CDs. I found they had a few CDs most of which I didn't even know who the artist work. It seems there must be a different way people go about buying music nowadays because I haven't had too much luck today. Otherwise the rest of the store seems to be a fairly normal target store, it just seems like the prices were slightly higher at this location for some reason. I don't think there's too much more to say it's pretty much a typical target store it's just located in a pretty rough neighborhood and suffers some of the things that go along with that.

Fitfully -.

Yelp
I had the worst experience today at my local Target. The store manager Sebastian was rude, sarcastic and negatively impressionable. I will not be returning to my nearest Target.

Yelp
This Target delivers what you would expect from Target. It is a large store with plenty of merchandise. It is well organized and well maintained. Aisles were clear and merchandise was well stocked. It is a clean store. We utilized the dressing rooms while here and were happy to find them clutter free! BONUS! While shopping in the video game section, I scanned one of the items using their app and found it to have a different price than what their store scanners said. I talked with the employee working the video game counter, who told me if I took it up to customer service they would price match the item. Interesting. Sure enough the friendly woman at the customer service counter reviewed the price that came up in the app and adjusted it for me. Not sure what made me scan the item in their app - I never do that - but I'm glad I did this time because it was a $20 difference. Disappointed that Target wouldn't have consistent pricing online and in their store, but I can't hold that against this location because they made it right and without any drama or fuss. I truly appreciate that!

Yelp
A neighbor down the street described this one as The Ghetto target. I lived in India and I know what ghetto is and honey, this Target is not ghetto. It's actually better than the Target just down the street from me. This Target takes an extra *gasp* ten minutes to get to. I went there Thursday after landing back in good ole AZ. Because it's Target, it's organized like the other Targets...so finding cleaning supplies, etc was no problem. I have a love/hate relationship with Target. I can never seem to leave without spending under $100. I went armed with a list this time... I wandered down the clothing section because I rarely buy clothing from Target. I just never see anything worth buying...until I set my eyes on these Mossimo sweaters that were on sale for only $15. I got 2 in black, then green, purple and brown...my eyes happened to fall on this ADORABLE green fall coat. Somehow, it fell into my basket. I bought more clothing than cleaning supplies. Good thing I didn't wander down the shoe aisle, because I've seen some seriously cute shoes at Target before. I like this Target because even though it's in "the ghetto", it's really not. It's got a good selection and a friendly staff - what more can anyone ask for? Well, you can ask for a Starbucks. Sadly, I don't recall seeing a Starbucks there.

Yelp
This Target is very interesting. It has the standard new red look inside but there's just something different about it I can't quite tell. I like that it has 16 checklanes, it seems like most Target stores only have 12 now. Those four extra could make a big difference come Christmas time. I'm a little disappointed they took the photo lab out, but all in all it is a very nice, well maintained Target. This location still has the typical Pharmacy, Starbucks, Pizza Hut Express with the Target food court. I'd have to say that what Sue said is not very credible though. I've never had any problem with boxes being in the way and the team members have always been very helpful. And with the having to walk far issue Sue mentioned, this Target is set up like a Costco where the parking wraps the front entrance at the corner. I've seriously never been more than a few steps away from the door, the Garden Center was MUCH further. I'm primarily writing this review to speak about how great the employees are here! I went with my wife and mother in law to purchase a crib on sale with a free mattress. Another Target sent us here but this store had only one of the two items. The team members here searched other locations and even went above and beyond and called the other location to have the items held for us. I've always had a great experience when shopping at this Target, they have a really fantastic staff which makes a world of difference. I really recommend this Target store to anyone in this area, please don't let Sue's review keep you from this shopping nirvana!

Yelp
So disappointed in Target! After seeing that the Mesa West (Arizona) store had an ipod shuffle in stock (via target.com), I drove to the store to purchase it as a Christmas gift. The price in store was $49.99, but the target.com price was $39.99. One store employee said that I could take the ipod to Customer Service and they would charge me $39.99. A second store employee stated that they were not price matching, even with their own target.com price. Really???? I can understand not price matching another store, but when it is available for order online with in-store pick-up, why not price match? I asked the store employee if I needed to go home, click the order button, and then come all the way back to the store for pickup? He said yes. Really? This policy makes zero business sense. So I placed the order online and continued shopping. After purchasing my other items, I went to Customer Service to get my online order. Since the order had not filled yet, the manager said that she could not override it and process the order. Unbelievable!!! I asked if I could walk back to electronics and pick it up for them since store employees were seemingly much too busy. She said that she could cancel the order and I could bring the ipod shuffle to Customer Service...but then I would have to pay $49.99. Are you kidding??? Unbelievable and extraordinarily poor business practices! Needless to say, I canceled my order completely. Target clearly does not want my business.

Yelp
Nice in general. But i waited for about 10 minutes at the electronic department because i had a big question. The person finally showed up but wouldn't look or talk to me, even when i said "excuse me" and "can I ask you a question" No bueno

Yelp
It was my first time going to this target, was just in the neighborhood and needed some miscellaneous things. Overall had a very pleasant experience and my cashier Olivia was super nice!

Yelp
I absolutely hate the layout of this Target but I needed the exercise so go figure. This Target is in a empty strip mall long ago abandoned by other businesses and they are hardly ever busy so that is a plus point right there. If you need anything from the sales ad they are more likely to have it in stock and have a wide selection of things more than the other stores. I love the Hello Kitty dollar items they have right now.

Yelp
This is my favorite Target. It's clean and well organized. They always have what I'm looking for. I love that they have a small market area that I can pick up some grocery items.

Yelp
I'm with the previous reviewer... I lived in a big city on the East Coast, and if you think this Target is "ghetto" you haven't seen anything. But I digress... This Target is maybe not in the best neighborhood, but it's not in the worst either. Besides, the Target employees didn't pick where it should be built; they just work there. I've never, ever felt unsafe there, so I'm not sure why it matters what the location is. I live almost next door to this Target, so I'm there quite a bit for errands. The majority of the year, I'd say it's one of the cleanest, most well organized Targets I have been to. From about Black Friday to about January 1, it's a bit more chaotic and maybe not as well organized, but nothing close to things being "knocked off the shelves" and employees pushing "carts into people". And, what store ISN'T a little less neat during the holidays? The employees are awesome. About 9 out of 10 times I'm there, I get asked at LEAST twice how I am doing, if they can help me find anything, etc. I'd say the only time I don't get acknowledged is certain times in the Garden Center area. The employees (er, team members) are always pleasant at check-out, or if you have questions about anything. They seem to make it a point to make sure you know they're available if needed. There IS a Starbucks at this location, as well as a snack bar. Starbucks employees are friendly, but the one con is that sometimes they are "missing" (ie no one is at the counter and aren't for 5 - 10 minutes). The bathrooms are always always very clean and well stocked. The photo center is what it is - it's small but does its job. The pharmacy at this Target is awesome. The actualy set-up of the pharmacy counter is much more open and inviting than other grocery stores normally are, or even most of the other Target locations I've been to. I've hardly ever had to wait more than 2 minutes in line to pick up my prescriptions, usually it's immediate service. The pharm techs and pharmacists help answer questions about prescriptions and OTC medications, never seem to be "too busy" to stop to wait on you, and many times ask if you need help as you browse the aisles. The pharmacists here are knowledgeable and friendly, and don't have the condescending, disgruntled attitude I've seen in other Pharm.D's at other retail stores before. They seem to like their jobs, be interested in helping you out or answering questions, and don't make it obvious they are the highest paid employees in the building ;) When they say your prescription will be ready in 15 minutes, it will usually be ready in 10 (but don't quote me on that). The auto-refill is a convenient program that Target has. Dropping off and picking up scripts is the fastest I've ever seen/experienced anywhere. This is not a Super Target so the grocery section is comparably smaller, but it packs a LOT of different items in the aisles it has, so it's convenient when you need to pick up something quickly.

Yelp
This Target is situated in a "ghost town" of a strip mall. If you don't like crowds or long lines, this is the Target for you.

Yelp
Planning a birthday celebration is always a little nerve-wracking, but when you couple it with the fact that the birthday hat sits on the male half of a brand new relationship, it's a recipe for anxiety and over analysis. Should I just give him a gift card for the value menu at the closest Mickey D's? Should I print out all the selfies I've taken since we met? Should I give him a kitten? WHERE IS THE LINE? I decided to go low-key and make some cupcakes. The plan was to meet him at his apartment wearing nothing but an apron, wielding a spatula full of chocolate frosting. But. THERE WERE NO APRONS TO BE FOUND. Not even a child-sized one. Not even a giant one in the Outdoor Living section, demanding that everyone who lays eyes upon the wearer kisses the cook. The disappointment was visible on my face as I struggled to think of something else. Alas, my fantasy was not to be. So thanks, Target, for ruining my fantasy and what would have been a solid birthday effort on my part. Instead he gets a kitten. I'm still giving you five stars because you're Target and I will love you until the day I die.
