Target

I saw absolutely amoral behavior out of the employees today. A friend of mine was verbally abused and mocked in the women’s section around noon today, for their weight. After just asking a question about available sizes. We are coming from an inpatient care facility that used to use this target for supply runs. We handle a variety of health issues including mental health, this is DANGEROUS behavior. Horrendous and disgusting, I tried to call to speak to a manager and was hung up on. Luckily my friend decided not to waste money here, but that cost them getting the items they need. Shameful and disgusting.

Big clean location with a large open parking lot and plenty of toys inside for the kids. Went there to let the kids each pick out a toy and candy for good behavior. Had trouble with the self checkout and immediately got help from an employee. Location was well kept and pleasant. Prices were reasonable and plenty of sale items as well. I got myself a board game for under $15.

Wow they now have a Black section!!! I hope in other months they have a Hislanic, Asian, White and every other ethnic race. Some can view this to racist and against progress. Target if you have a specific race section you should have for everyone else. Not right! Other than that your store is clean, plenty of employees and organized.

Arrived 8 minutes before closing just to purchase a ream of paper that I needed for tonight. She refused to let me in. It was just 1 item. I understand trying to close to go home but 1 person getting 1 item in less than 8 minutes should be reasonable

My mom was so happy to get out of her apartment for the first time in many months. I asked her where she wanted to go and she said she wanted to go shopping. We drove around a bit and passed by Target and I remembered that they have very nice electric scooters for the handicapped. The gentleman that worked there organizing the carts was very kind and got us the scooter. His name was Jeffrey I believe. My mom had a wonderful time shopping. And we will return. Thanks again

Very disappointing customer service experience. I waited 45 minutes for assistance with an item that the Target app indicated was in stock on aisle A3. Despite speaking with six different employees, no one was able to help or check the back stock. I eventually purchased a different item I didn’t actually need, and the trip ended up being a waste of time. Definitely not the experience I expected.

Stupid - 10 items or less restriction on self checkout and they staff one cashier. More reason to avoid Target.

Walked in and found exactly one pair, the last pair, in the right size, and 30% off slippers. Do you ever feel like you absolutely must have done something right? Haha Super happy today, Target. Thanks. ☆☆☆☆☆

Well, items that were sold for $30.05 years ago are now $100 even on their black Friday sale. Please see video of the cat Christmas decoration. Scary walking through these faceless mannequins. Asked if they had oven lightbulbs, nobody seem to know on the floor gave me a vague location on where they were if they were there, they were plenty of refrigerator/oven bulbs. I don't know what happened to the prices here, it's disappointing that I don't think that target no longer is a place for great bargains.

I did an order drive up since I have a little one and it makes my life a lot easier to do pick up. They took forever to bring my order and when I got home I opened the trunk and I had originally bought 14 things and tell me why there were only 3 items of the things I bought. I kept calling and calling them to see if I could still go and pick up. They took forever to pick up so I ended up canceling. I called them again and the girl who answered was like ohhh yeah we have your bags, if you want to come and pick it up. A little too late now, but wow this beyond annoyed me. Will be avoiding this Target from now on.

LADIES!!!! Don't shop here alone! And if you do, don't talk to women behind seem to befriend you! I was just there, June 24th around 1:20 at the kids sandal area came up to me saying, "There are so many sandal options. I'm actually here for my niece and have no idea what to get." Ok sorry tmi and so am so I can't help you there. So I said, "sorry don't have much experience in the topic." She just said oh okay. Stood there and I'm trying to walk away and she compliments my crusty ass nails. Ok girl that's when I know you're lying. So I said, "these are old but thanks have to go." And I went around the corner to try and get a picture of her and she just left the area!!! TARGET REVIEW VIDEO and get more security!!! Girls be safe out there!

I just purchased my first set of drinking glasses from Target. They were on sale for 50% off of a 6 piece set for $12. Upon getting to the register the price rang up at $9, I thought it was odd the sale price was wrong but didn't want to make a fuss as it was still a great deal and I was on a time crunch. Upon getting home later that day and opening the package HALF of the glasses were missing. Not only was the sale price listed incorrect but there was only 3 glasses present from a 6 piece set. I will attempt to go back tomorrow to return but it's just unbelievable that type of thing could even occur.

Wow! Just moved to mission viejo a couple days and have only met the friendliest people. Until tonight. Stopped into this Target tonight just before closing for some ice and a few essentials. Not a very good selection by the way. Got in line at 9:58 (2 min before closing) and waited behind 2 customers in front of me. It was mine turn at the register at 10:04 and asked the worker where the ice is, as I couldn't find (it's usually at the front of the store at most targets I go to). She said in an incredibly snotty way "it's back there by the drinks, but we're closed so you can't go get it". I mentioned that I'd been waiting in line and that's what I came for so she has to let me get the ice (in an obvious tone), and she said (again very snotty), "we don't have to let you do anything". Wow! So rude. I rarely leave reviews, but she just really pissed me off with her nasty attitude. By the way her name is Melinda.

A little biased as a Mission Viejo local, but this is one of the best grab & go Targets around and especially off the 5 freeway. It may not have all the choices as other larger Targets, but has everything you need for daily goods and some of the friendliest staff around. Katherine & Justin are absolutely great and always helpful! Great selection for personal or business needs, and you can always order online for a quick pickup. Always solid savings & value when you use your Target rewards # too.

David in the customer service/returns is an EXCEPTIONAL employee. He went above and beyond to locate my online return and remained patient the whole time. Wish everyone at Target had this level of professionalism. He deserves praise; a raise and recognition.

This Target is small and busy, and the parking lot is congested and chaotic. However, in my two interactions with Customer Service, the employees were competent and efficient. Try coming early or late to avoid the crowds.

The pricing is always wrong. Most times when I buy things there I end up paying more than what it says on the shelf. Deceptive pricing and marketing. Shame on your dishonesty

Be careful the over charge . Look at your ticket before you live the store , it happen 2 times and I'm not going back , ones cut be a mistake but the second time is not so be careful .

I like that they don't play music over the speakers & the store is relatively clean, but I stopped shopping here due to a few reoccurring problems... first, the produce selection is too limited... for example, there's only 1 type of apple & orange you can buy... next, they are always out of stuff, from deodorant to eggs... instead, most of the store is reserved for clothing, electronics, toys & kitchen supplies... many items are placed in the middle of the walkways, so I walking around is extremely inconvenient... finally, the parking lot is a busy mess all day every day... it's very hard to find parking that isn't a hike from the entrance... you try to leave the lot & cars are lined up at every exit...

The store is clean friendly just wish they would add on more electric charging stations takes for ever to come find a charger we wait in line to charge there is space we just need more added

What I really liked about targets recently was when I ordered something online, to be picked up at the store. It was a very organized and efficient system. I waited in my car and someone brought my item straight out to me. I was very impressed with how quick and easy it was.

I usually go to the target in RSM but, today I decided to come to the one on Alicia. And, I am never going to come to this store ever again. The service is really bad (especially the workers on the clothes area.) Everyone gave me attitude, and didn't treat me the way a guest should be treated. Worst Target in this area.

A Latina girl maybe around her early 20s about 5'6-5'7, curly long hair that was tied in a ponytail and wears glasses that worked in the return section on 8/29/23 around 9pm had such a BAD ATTITUDE!! I came in to return 2 bras and gave her the receipt. She asked me, " Is this a set?" And I looked at her confused like what do you mean and she said, "Two bras?" And I just said, " Yes" (still kind of confused as to why she asked me that way) She then gave me back my the receipt and told me there's credit back on my card. I grabbed the receipt and looked down and realized she only gave me a return on one bra. So I went back and I said, " There's only one credit for one bra." And so she gets annoyed and says " Well that's why I asked you." Then muttered, " I asked you twice." As she's walking up to the register, I asked why she has so much attitude with me and explained to her that this obviously was a miscommunication. Clearly on my end, I was confused about her wording. She then proceeds to deny the fact that she has attitude (with attitude!!) and I just look at her with disbelief but wasn't gonna start up an argument with her. I just couldn't believe she was being so rude about the whole situation. Then this "non attitude" girl behind gives me back the 2nd return receipt says "there's credit back on your card" placed the receipt on the counter but doesn't push it forward (not even a little) as someone usually would for the customer to grab. I had to reach and knew she was doing that on purpose just to be petty. If she had actually read the receipt and that there was TWO bras - that they are in fact TWO separate items. Why are you asking me? I just wanted to return 2 separate items as stated on the receipt. Simple as that, right? I just don't get it- don't be having stank attitude tendencies if you work with the general public.

The Starbucks service alone makes me never ever ever want to come to this location again. They used my "stars" as a payment without confirming that is what I wanted and then said the transaction could not be reversed. They acted like it was my fault even though I had a giftcard in my hand the whole time and never consented to using stars. I haven't been this mad over service in a long time (and I worked in retail and as a server for years when I was in my twenties). Just go to a different location, but don't expect a similar Starbucks service at Target Starbucks. Horrible.

Worst experience in any retail store I've shopped in. They have incompetent kids running and working at this location. Even though it's the most convenient location for me I will never step foot in there again. In fact I will most likely choose other stores all together to do my shopping since Target doesn't deserve my business after my horrible experience there.

Man, I was just trying to enjoy my weekly, self-care, Target trip and imagine my surprise when I was approached not once, but twice, by 2 gentlemen trying to sell me an iPhone. Apparently this location thought it would be great to allow(hire?) these dudes to walk around and approach people to start talking about their phone plans. I come to Target to get a Starbies and enjoy my own company while walking around buying things I don't need. I DON'T WANT TO BE APPROACHED AND THEN HAVE TO SMILE AWKWARDLY AND EXPLAIN THAT I DON'T WANT THE SERVICES THAT YOUR PARTNER ALREADY PITCHED TO ME 3 MINS AGO. Target management, please make them go away :(

Again, came back and got accosted by asset protection. The guy go through my cart and said I bought one too many baby formula. And check your receipt people! They forgot to refund me the one formula they removed! Shady and just felt like a low class store, discrimination much? I felt so.

I love me some Target, but if you can avoid this one I would if you need customer service. Left my airpod at the self checkout and nobody would pick up the phone or assist when I went in. Finally got on the phone with someone and they hung up on me Hiring quality people seems to be hard these days

I don't understand when you hire Mrs Kelly for management she has no clue how to have a basic customer service or problem solving she is in panic attack and when a client talk to her she with her face impression shows I don't care I am only three days her constantly asking staff what to do scream lose her mind and one basics way all the managers knows she had no clue. This woman is rude and lost and chaos and without customer service and any clue of problem solving. It is easy to make fake resume but a professional can immediately know she is all lies. So disappointed she Kelly need learn from beginning she has no clue for this job. And when she talk to staff from far yell at the bloody young girl it is horrible show with her.

This is for the electronic department,it's hard to get somebody there,they need a key to unlock 70$ items.Check what you get because they are mistakfull,giving you the item you chose. On the top of it today two employees were scanning food on their break and not willing to help. Thank you for the really bad service.Don't come cry then your jobs are replaced by Amazon.

This Target location has the worst customer service in their return department. I've been there two separate times for small items that had to be returned that we purchased after moving into our home. And each time I had a different person and they were both very rude didn't say hello or didn't say thank you and hardly smiled. The people waiting in line were a lot friendlier than those two girls at that desk. Management should look at re-training so they have a smile on their face and treat customers "act" like they are happy that we are their customers in that store. I go in with a smile & happy and leave there feeling cranky like they are! As I get to know the area better I will be going to another Target. We won't be visiting this one anymore.

My favorite Target location. They re did it and it is huge and has grocery store connected to it which is amazing. I could spend hours here

0 stars if it was an option! I decided to do a pick up order for the first time and it went terrible! I pulled up and the young man who was taking care of the pick up orders was there as I waited for my order he walked away with items in his cart back to target came back as two other people pulled up and he went towards them after I had been waiting for 15 minutes for my order. Keep in mind I had placed my order at 1 PM. He then proceeded to give them all their order and not check in on me. I got out of my car pissed and yelled at him to come back and HE completely ignored me so I grabbed my sleeping child that was in the car. Went inside nobody was at the customer service desk but him and he turned his back on me and walked away with his cart. Nobody was there to help me so I went through the stuff and I saw my order and I grabbed it! TARGET UNACCEPTABLE!!! Not cool! DO NOT DO PICK UP ORDERS AND IF YOU DO BEWARE OF THESE AIRHEAD MORONS WORKING THERE

Needed assistance with a pick up/curbside order and Brett went above and beyond to assist me! I really appreciate especially during the holiday season his willingness to care for customers! Thank you, Brett!

My new local Target, so I am sure i will be here all the time from now on. This one has a pretty small parking lot, but the store never gets too busy, not much of a wait and well stocked. Great selection, they have a large grocery section as well as a Starbucks inside. Staff was friendly and helpful, tons of clearance items to save even more. Quality is ok for the price and we usually find exactly what we are looking for.

**beware gift cards are tampered with at this location. Bought my wife a Mastercard gift card and the funds ended up being used a week later by someone at a target in San Diego. (We haven't even opened it). Maybe the security guard who stands near the door needs to keep a better eye on that section as it's in front of the store. Or maybe it's a target employee doing this idk. Either way situation sucks and this seems to be the more shady target in our area unfortunately.

Stumptown coffee was supposed to be good until today according to the date. There were only 3 on the shelf so I picked the "newest" one. Ended up sipping on moldy coffee(?). Lets hope I don't get sick. Disappointed with what happened today. Not a pleasant experience at all.

Useless tech department online it said they had 8 thumb grips in stock I get there and the guy working electronics named James doesn't know where any is and can't be bothered to find them literally dragged ass till close I got there 9:55 he was so slow in helping it closed and bs'd saying it'd take him 5 min to find it which we had from the start lazy customer service

I shopped at the Target Store on 24500 Alicia Parkway in Mission Viejo. The store was nice and clean. I was looking for some men's robes, but they did not have any for sale. I also looked for men's short sleeve shirts I tried a few on but they didn't have the right fit. I looked for some briefs but they were not sexy enough for me to buy. :()=: I also tried some leather belts but, either they were too short or too long for me. I remembered that some Yelper friends suggested that I take photos of the dishes That I was going to eat. So I started to look at the mini digital cameras then I saw one that I liked, and it was on sale! I bought a Canon Power Shot ELPH 180 with 20.0 mega pixels. Now I will be able to take photos of the of the food dishes I'm going to eat. Thanks girls for that suggestion! The cashier was super friendly. I left the store to do more shopping. Robert H.

This one star is strictly because of JESSICA (didn't get her last name) but she was a brunette and so sweet! I asked three different people to help me find an item and the responses were "whatever we have on the floor is all we have" when I KNOW that's a lie. So before I left without my item, I ran into Jessica and asked one more time if there was any chance my item was available... She not only helped me search for the item, but she respectfully had me wait while she checked the back. It was right before closing and she was in the middle of stocking so I really appreciated her time.... SHE FOUND MANY OF WHAT I NEEDED IN STOCK... I was so shocked considering what you guys had on the floor was everything that this Target sold.. anyways, she gladly helped take my other items and swapped what I needed with what I had. Honestly she is the only legitimate worker you guys have I'm sorry to say. I hope she is praised and rewarded and appreciated every single day. And if not, I hope she find somewhere else to work. Thank you so much Jessica!!! You are very much appreciated and noticed by your Target customers!!!!!

Convenient Target location close to the 5. It's really great that they remodeled the store, because this Target used to have the worst bathrooms of any Target in a 50 mile radius.

I cant believe I have not written a review here yet. I have gone to this Target since it opened (and even when it was previously a Gemco). It is an older store - but I prefer it because it is usually less crowded than the one not too far away, on Jeronimo. I shopped here yesterday with my mom, and we were trying on some clothing. When she was done, she was talking to me about a shirt she wanted, but it didnt fit and suggested we go to the other Target to see if they had it in another size. The girl working in the fitting room area, named Heather overheard her, and offered to call another Target to see if they had it in the size she needed. She called, and they did - and she asked them to hold it at the customer service desk for her. She went out of her way to do something nice, when most people would have just ignored our conversation and not offered to help. When we left, Tom was our cashier. I had mentioned I had a coupon at home that I forgot - for something off a $50 order. He said as long as it hasnt expired, I can take my coupon to Target with my receipt and they will credit me the amount of the coupon. I did not know that, and really appreciated his information. My mom and I left the store and both looked at each other and both commented about what great service we received. Thanks Heather and Tom for making our shopping experience WAY above awesome! Its truly appreciated!

I wouldn't be writing this review if it wouldn't have been for Sabra at least that's what her name tag said. She was rude and seems like she is being forced to talk. I also want to add that this target does not have a lot of things in stock.

For beginners, i would like to convey the message that this is not a review for this entire store, but rather one Target employee who changed my shopping experience forever. Ulysses is hands down the best cashier I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Not only did he help my wife and I find the diapers we were looking for, but he took the time to learn our names as well. On our walk back, we entered a discussion regarding the best places to eat in town, and his suggestions and humor were par none. Ulysses swears that Nalu's Island Grill has the best grilled chicken in town, and now my wife and I have a date to test it out! ;) Furthermore, Ulysses educated me, and inspired me to become a Target Rewards partner! Ulysses has been such a help to our shopping experience, and I look forward to coming back to this store and receiving exceptional service again! Its hard being the new family in town, but when you encounter somebody like Ulysses it makes the transition so much easier :)

Honestly couldn't ask for better customer service from the staff and in particular Brennan. He helped us find and hold the only Playstation 4 remote in Orange County. Quick and nice. Definitely recommended being helped by him. Cool converse, too, matched the attire there exceptionally.

I actually love Target. It seems I shop there once a week. But recently there was this weird situation where they wouldn't let me return two products because the receipt they gave me wouldn't scan. It was a perfectly fine receipt that was readable, but they told me tough luck it's not going to work. LOL - it was the freakin' receipt they gave me? Very twilight zone of you Target. So now I'm stuck with two things it turned out I didn't need because my wife paid for space in the cloud - two 4TB Seagate external storages. Yup. One star down! (L: not cool Targé.

If you order online and pickup in the store they always charge you for a bag whether you bring your bag and tell them you don't need one or not. Have brought this to their attention many times and they still do it. I can only conclude they are doing this on purpose. They say they can't correct it, so I guess they just keep the extra money.

I placed a drive up order and was waiting for my order for about ten minutes, so I decided to call the store and I got hung up on. I then walked inside and I spoke to Rodger at the front desk, who told me I was at the wrong target. I went outside and checked my address and I was NOT at the wrong target. Ten more minutes go by and Rodger finally comes waking outside with my order. He never apologized, he actually laughed at me. Never will I shop here again. Thanks Rodger!

Stopped by customer service for the baby gift box. The lady who helped was a pleasure. Smiling, very helpful, patient. I am a sucker for great service experience. The rest of the store was pretty standard but the experience was way more positive than other Targets.

I was helped by Ari of "guest services" at the target off of Alicia. I made a phone call and Ari picked up the phone, I Kindly asked if she had something specific in stock. Ari checked the camping isle in person and she literally quickly walked over and grabbed all of the items I asked for w/ zero hesitation. Ari went above and beyond as she politely/generously brought the items to the front of the store. Then she proceeded to help me find more items w/ great professionalism, politeness, & positive attitude. She Very efficiently helped me find everything that I needed so fast that I was in and out of the store in less than five minutes and I had everything that I needed!! I am very grateful for Having Ari help me and I definitely would recommend shopping at this store especially if you are looking to have "above and beyond customer service" !!

Went to this target and bought a box of Pokémon cards. Upon opening the box i noticed each pack was slit open and the reverse holo and rare were taken out. I'm guessing employees did this? Pretty unfortunate and disappointing l. Spent $20 and didn't get one rare. I used to shop here all the time but I'm never going to this location again
