Target

For some reason they keep taking my review down but I spent over 200 dollars on merchandise after I was followed around the store with my girlfriend. I would definitely not shop here again and if needed because I have time. I will comment this every month. I even have proof and recordings and WILL POST if needed.

Huge shoutout to Rykia and team tonight!!! I lost my car keys and the entire Target staff were kind and helpful. They even came out to the parking lot to tell me they had been found. Thank you for being good humans!!!

This Target is great. So many ways to get great deals is you keep your eyes open.

i contacted target CS, an agent told me to refuse my package upon delivery, which i did, and target re-shipped it back to me 2 days later. then when i had my wife return it in the store, they refused her, even though she had the package and the order#, so she had to go back a second time. worst shopping experience ever- there is no need to make cusotmers jump through so many hoops just to do a return.

Fresh, sweet cherries are hard to find this time of year. They were delicious enough for me to return the next day for more. Although I visited on Dec 23rd and 24th, the lines flowed swiftly.

Picked up some last minute Christmas gifts during this busy time and the store was very organized. I had an associate help me that was so helpful and kind. Her name was Taj.

I was being followed around the whole store today. I admittedly looked rough that day but I still purchased over 300 dollars worth of items. I feel discriminated against and disgusted with my experience shopping here.

I'm not a Target fanatic like many people are but I am a fan of some of the brands and some of the more recent changes to the grocery side. This location stays clean and pretty well stocked, has a Starbucks, and has a quick and easy return process.

On Thursday, 1/8 I had the pleasure of receiving excellent customer service from Nathaniel. He was restocking the shelves in another area and I needed to know if Target sold sea moss products and where can I find it. The was several things that caught my attention. He stopped and gave me his full attention, listened, directed me what aisle and then took the time to show me where. His customer service demeanor was truly genuine. Also, as big as Target he was familiar with the product. He is an asset to Target and to me the customer. Please tell him Thank YOUUUUU! Yvonne, Pike Road

Large, clean and well organized. Easy to find items, easy checkout. Great experience.

It really didn't have anything.the selection of the items weee bad.and the service wasn't to good.the value was ok.the balls weee not inflated

The customer service yelled at me when I approached self service cashier that it's closed. There wasn't a sign saying that. Yelling is disrespectful and unprofessional. I just lift everything and went out.

It's Target not bad. But I bought some items here in the food section that were 70% off. I see why now since they were expired. They were dated Aug 2023 and Feb 2024. That's crazy!!!!!

I did an order while taking a pit stop at 3:20 pm. It normally takes two hours for your order per the app. Could be more if it's during the very busy time. Before I even arrived I received an email that my order was ready at 4:43 pm. That was LESS than the two hours, boy was I happy. I let the app know I was on my way when I was like 10 minutes away. Nothing was out of stock. Which was a great thing. I parked and entered my parking space number. And I received my order within 5 minutes. I received the correct order. And just like that I was out of there. TARGET PICK UP ROCKS!!

This Target in typical fashion is below standard for what you will find in other places. The merchandise is old. The selections are minimal. And the workers are rude. Order online. You will only find basics at this store. Reminds me of a Walmart

I have been to many Targets and they are all nice. Hands down this was the best one ever!! Not only did they have Starbucks (which was nice). They had PIZZA HUT express. The store was busy but they had many registers and self check out places too. Not to mention every register had an associate on it! If you ever come to Montgomery you MUST come see this Target! 3

I'm a fan. The target cartwheel app is helpful with finding sales. Of course target isn't as cheap as Walmart, but I love the uniqueness of items they carry. The $1-$5 bins in the front get me almost every time.

No problems here. It is a smaller Target location but offers the same great products one would expect. A Starbucks is inside this location and I got help when I asked for it.

Target - Montgomery, AL "This store was right on target". I have been to many Targets around the country, but this has to be one of my favorites. It was 5 days before Christmas, a weekend and order was still very well maintained. I could hardly believe that it wasn't chaotic... thankfully I did not experience people fighting over toys or a place in short line. Uneventful? My sentiments exactly! My family and me were in a hurry to get back on the road, so little to no craziness was all that I was looking for in order to concentrate on my shopping efforts. We walked in with a mission and that was to get essentials needed for our travels. Everything was organized, nothing seemed out of place and employees were very helpful. This Target had a small grocery section for our fresh produce needs and the lines went fast! I am still in shock that the last weekend before Christmas we got out of there without a scratch. Great place for you home and personal essentials!

My GPS was weird and didn't take me far enough down the road. Just kept driving and ended up at East Chase shopping center- very nice place in Montgomery AL! Lots of chain restaurants and a Dilliards, Pier 1, Ross, etc. Target has all of your typical things you'd find in a store like this and can dine nearby after shopping :-)

Target is usually a great place to shop and they are a really clean location, however I went their last night looking for a disposable camera and had to walk around the store for approximately TWENTY minutes looking for some one to assist me. There was quite literally NO ONE in the electronics section. When I finally found some help, he apologized and said they are suffering "payroll" issues. Hmmmm... Wondering how long this will go on and how this will end up.

I had a great experience today. I've always used this target as it is closest to my house, but Kim, an associate, made my experience wonderful. I have two small children who had been a handful this morning. I was going to the self checkout as it was the only lane I saw was open with a cart full of groceries, I was dreading it. Kim saw me and offered to check me out even though I could tell she was busy working. She engaged my kids and checked me out quickly and even gave them stickers. Much appreciation to her today from this very tired mom.

I want to thank John at the client services department at this Target location in Montgomery AL for going above and beyond for customer service. My niece wanted a purple Hatchimals toy but it is not available at my store. This Montgomery location is over an hour away so I called to see if they can ship it to my store. John took the time to look in the storage area for me and find the item after I read him the store item number from online. He then had it shipped with the receiver and they called me when it arrived at my store the following morning. A+ service!

This is a great neighborhood store!! I love shopping here...highly recommended ! The staff is really helpful. I love their company ethics.

I went into Target on this good Christmas Eve in search of this Lego set my son really wanted. Before going to the store I scanned it in on the Target app to see if the store in Montgomery had it in stock before driving there. To much surprise they did. In the store I'm searching and asking associates to help me locate the item because it's not on the shelf. Everyone kept saying it's not here, sorry. So, I decide to move all the boxes that were about the same size as the item I was looking for, and boom there it is hidden. So, I scan it to see the price which comes up $55.98!!! I'm so excited. I get to the register... The young man scans the item and it comes up $79.99.... shocked was my face! I show him the price on the app. He attempts to override it but needs a manager. So, a department lead comes over and tells me that she doesn't know where that price came from but when they can it on their device it comes up $63.99 (which isn't $79.99- so your computer is still wrong). She tells me they cannot give me the adjustment for what their app says, and has a terrible attitude about it, like it was her money that she would be losing out on. Annoyed with the situation I say that's fine and take the item for $63.99. I felt like she didn't try nor care. But all in all I took it to another Target that was much friendlier and got my correct price adjustment. I truly didn't appreciate the lack of effort from the employees on the floor when attempting to find the item; nor did I appreciate the lack of compassion and professionaism of the "managers/leads".

This target constantly has extremely dirty bathrooms. I avoid using it at all costs. The store is usually very disorganized with merchandise being out of place. The Pizza Hut express area is usually very dirty as well.

Love this Target, every time I go to Montgomery I have to stop here. They always have new items in the apparel section and the staff is always very helpful and friendly. They also always have more than one checkout open so you never have to stand in line more than a minute or two. Also, they serve pizza and pretzels in the store so if a snack is needed, it is right there.

I had to return a couple items and the lady at the return register was so kind and I believe the loss prevention officer was present. I could have stood there and talked with them all day. I laughed so hard! Such a nice break in my day!

I drive 10 minutes out of my way so that I don't have to go to Wal Mart. The layout is pretty typical of other targets and its always stocked. Fresh looking and clean. Cashiers are friendly.

This Target was the average Target store, but it was very conveniently located to my hotel for me to buy late-night snacks. The customer service was adequate, and I would overall recommend this Target for those needing to buy anything.

I've recently visit this store on yesterday and I was in the electronic section looking at Ipods and there were 2 guys in that dept.. One was with a customer and the other one was too, but I was asking the 2nd guy after he was finished with his customer if he can help me answering my questions regarding the Ipods, which he ended up calling for help to assist me so I seen the guy whom supposedly to been helping me which he ended up going to this couple about the tvs and the 2nd guy told me that when the 3rd guy finished he'll come for you next which the 3rd guy left that couple to go in the back to get something, but while I was waiting on him, I touched the help button which the 2nd guy responded and all I wanted to know if they had it 32gb and if it's the 5th or 6th generation, which comes to find out the 3rd guy had the keys to the Ipods, which meant I would had to wait even longer for one guy whom got the keys to go to the Ipods instead of more than one person having the keys to open to the Ipods or assist me with that. They lost a sales customer. If you don't have access to anything like having the keys on you instead just one person back there then why you'll back there.

Target is always clean when I walk in and the workers are very friendly. Great place to grab and go for a couple of things.

This is consistently the worst target. I'm in a line of 20 people with only one register open. The rest of the store is disorganized. I never thought I would say this but I wish I went to Walmart instead.

Its a Target. I can usually find the items I can't find anywhere else, like, the Bobble water bottle. Just odds and ends, Loreal Men's Expert Care, the hair care products my wife asks for. It definitely has its place and they are always really nice to me at checkout.
