Target

The store is hit or miss. On the weekends it looks like a tornado went through it. I tried looking for multiple items and couldn’t find them even though the app says there multiple units of it. There’s hardly anyone around to help too. If there’s someone, they are helpful and customer service is quick. If I’m looking for something specific, I just order it on the app and get it shipped to me.

Going thru this store looking for products, like paper towels, is a nightmare. Another customer said that she had to walk around the entire store to find the towels. They're not where napkins and paper plates are. The shoe department is a disaster (see photos). They must be seriously short staffed, but the mess appears to be a chronic issue. The store layout needs to be modified. And please hire more team members. You'd do yourself and paying guests a huge favor.

First time here and we had ordered some Stanlys cups online and we came to picked them up 🆙 And the entire process was real fast ! We walked around the store to get some Christmas presents and some eggs 🥚 and a Christmas gingerbread house 🏠 and a gift card . We did self check out and we did not wait in no line . The store was a little busy but it’s the holiday so it’s expected. There was plenty of parking 🅿️ And everyone was kind ! Also they have a Starbucks so this is a plus ! Definitely recommend this Target 🎯 We will be back soon !

Nice big store, which seemed fairly quiet when I visited. Easy to navigate. Restrooms and Starbucks are both located in the store.

For the most part, target is target. We all kinda know what to expect when we walk through The automatic doors.. Or for some of the more insane, walking through the exit. That in itself would be good enough for a three star rating but this Location is definitely above the rest. 1. The staff are much more friendly than most. They are very engaging in several times my daughter has been offered a sticker. It seems like they’re just always out to do a little bit extra in trying to engage and make your day better.2. This target is extremely well stocked. A lot of The more popular items that sell out quickly are always in stock here. I don’t think I’ve ever seen them be out of anything. 3. They are top notch at helping distracted parents with a mistake is made. Two times over a Five year period of living here I have left a bag at the checkout. It’s just nice to hear somebody say we have your bag don’t worry about it. Them employees absolutely have integrity, Which is safe to say is absolutely intact based on their people skills that they utilize. If this is your neighborhood target, you probably live in a pretty good neighborhood

Guess market bread was shelved to long? So, I tend to continue to buy bread here and never learn because unfortunately I forget it's always molded! This time I cought it in action in the loaves before I put the bread in my cart! At $1.99 Just check your bread before you buy from a department store.

I ventured into the Target at Camino Town Shopping in Oceanside in search of Tums.. because sometimes life and your stomach don't see eye to eye. Imagine my surprise when I discovered that the CVS I was aiming for is more like a tiny pocket inside a Target Navigating through Target was an adventure itself, filled with the temptation of a thousand unnecessary gadgets and gizmos. Seriously, if you need a yoga mat, a lamp, and a 12-pack of socks while you’re Tums hunting, this is your paradise. I made it out with my Tums, though not from the CVS fortress within but from the endless aisles of Target itself. It wasn't the journey I planned, but much like watching a movie sequel, it wasn't what I expected, yet somehow it got the job done The store is clean, the staff is friendly enough to make you forget why you came in (almost), and the selection is so vast, you could probably build a small fort in the home goods section and live there unnoticed for weeks(Jstu anyone?) All in all, I give it four stars… Why not five? Because no one should have to walk past three different scented candle displays to get to the antacids. But if you’re in the mood for a little retail adventure with your healthcare, this Target’s got you covered 🤷‍♂️

Went in to buy the new Meta Quest 3 ($499) when I got home to unbox it I noticed it was already unboxed, Inside it was a mess, the controllers had scuff marks on them and the head strap was dirty. It wasn’t labeled as an open box item and they charged me full price. Huge waste of time and money to come back and get a refund. Unbelievable coming from a target.

I'm feeling uncertain about this location. I often place pick-up orders here, and for the most part, they're efficient and on point. However, walking into the store is a completely different experience. At first glance, it looks like any typical Target--with the service desk and Starbucks to your left and the $1, $3, and $5 deal bins and cashiers to the right. But once you move deeper into the store--especially in the clothing section--things start to fall apart. The areas for baby clothes and women's underwear/pajamas were noticeably sloppy and disorganized. I usually love Target and can overlook a bit of messiness, but the level of clutter here reminded me more of Ross or Walmart than what I expect from Target.

Surprise surprise. This location is stocked with hard to find items that other stores are usually out of. Came in on a whim to snag a WWE Action Figure for my son and ended up getting another one too! This place was easy to get in and out of. It's clean and the staff are friendly. I wouldn't hesitate to drop in again when in the area.

Placed a drive up order and got an email confirming it was picked up. Problem is, I didn't pick it up. The store phone just rings and rings, nobody ever answers. Had to go through the online chat and they said I had to go inside and wait in line for customer service to refund me. The completely opposite of what the drive up experience is supposed to be. Management - do better.

Hello, let me tell you something, Ricardo helped me check out today and he is probably the friendliest , most patient and competent cashier i have ever had. I'm on meds for anxiety attacks and he helped me not have one . He's helped me before and i KNEW i could count on him again. I've had others cashiers and the same store be unfriendly, careless and even incompetent causing me a problems with my ebt and wic cards and extra trips with a toddler . RICARDO ROCKS, he deserves a raise and all the hours he wants and all his breaks !!

I'm not sure what's going on with the check out lanes at target....but they really need to better organized. Either they only have self check out or 2 people working the register...never both. I had to leave as self check out was closed and the lines for the 3 registered open wrapped all the way to the kids section. Ridiculous!!!

If you aren't going to secure your gift cards, if we get ripped off, you need to make it right because you essentially sold us something that we didn't get. We came here to buy a pre-paid Visa for our daughter so she could have emergency gas money as a new driver (still in high school). We got home, ripped open the packaging and there was no Visa inside. It was a paper. So we went back showing Target, no help. Can't get help from the Visa becuase there is no card/no number. Out $100, just like that. If this had been anything else with a faulty product, we could have gotten help. If you have an issue with these cards and fraud, they should be behind the counter with the cashier or you should require the cashier to verify that the actualy card is in the packaging before taking a customer's money. I'm boycotting Target from here on out. Don't buy gift cards or prepaid cards here.

I brought back 2 Christmas gifts purchased at Target. One was a pair of slippers with the price on the cardboard wrap around slippers. They were priced $10.00 and Target wanted to give me $1.06. Another pair was marked $15.00 and they would only give $ 2.00. Please only shop Target for yourself. If you shop and give a gift to simeone else they will never get the money back you spent. Target is a terrible store for gift exchanges. Similiar experience of a gift return to Walmart, NETTED a store gift card for the full amount of the gift. No comparrison. Dont but gifts at TARGET. ATLEAST Walmart gIves the full price store card.

WORST STORE EVER! I purchased $150 in gift cards in November and when the person I purchased them for went to use them they were empty! Target will take no responsibility for this. Never buy gift cards from them and don't spend your money there if you expect them to back their products!!!

I purchased a gift card that was tampered with. I called the store where I purchased it and they said not there problem call VISA. They should post a sign that states they are not responsible for items they sell. Plus $6.00 purchase fee.

I was out of town but came to Oceanside for a vacation 5/17/2025 . I needed to run in to Target for a few items. I could not believe my eyes. I was very disappointed in the store . It was so ghetto looking, clothes thrown everywhere. I have never seen anything like it. My daughter and I were in disbelief . I wondered where the staff was . No one was trying to maintain the stores image. It was worse than a DD's discount . I don't think I will ever be back to that Target.

The older woman with the caked on makeup and the Nicki Minaj pink lipstick with the New Jersey accent was so miserable and rude it made me make my first yelp review ever. Wish I got her name. The store is also a mess and empty which is normal it has always been like that but you'd think there would be some improvement after many years. I wish people had home training especially working customer service. Visited 5/13

Dumbest most slowest pharmacy in America! I personally hate CVS already, but this right here was a horrible experience! Do not use this pharmacy!!!!!!! I was already disgusted by having to go in target in the first place because I'm boycotting these clowns, but the fact that the stupid CVS was inside of the target pissed me off they wouldn't give me my medication the pharmacist is on a lunch break and even though I've been taking this medication for a year, the annoying clown had to give me a consultation, even though I didn't ask for it. Absolutely ridiculous just a waste of my time my gas and my weekend !!!!! never again will I use a Dumb pharmacy like CVS just a bunch of clowns! I am trying to get all my prescriptions switched to Costco because at this point, it's the only store that I can stand! Walgreens is pathetic. CVS is a goddamn joke. It's all ridiculous avoid by any means necessary.

I ran inside to pick up a few toiletries but I will be back this way so that I can shop more. Great selection

Visited this store today... the store was clean, stocked and our checkout clerk was doing her best (I think she was new) BUT the female in charge of the frontend should treat the clerks better.....in today's world it's not easy to get good help & if you intimidate them every time they ask for help .... JUST Saying as a customer I don't like to see this....and I'm absolutely sure the employee doesn't like it either.... Every time they needed help she would snap at them.... the girl that checked us out was shaking because she had to call for help..... Management should not allow this to happen Take care of your help and they will take care of your customer

Might as well take the store phone number off any online site if no one is going to answer. I called multiple times today for a serious inquiry and no one answered. This target is always packed with customers surely you can afford to adequately staff the store. Upper management needs to do better.

This is the worst Target ever. It's funny that 9 years ago I thought it was awful enough to write a review and now I think it is worse. Everything is poorly laid out from the parking to the store. Employees hate that you come in. Expired products in the fresh food areas- milk and yogurt over a week expired? Tons of empty shelves. Employees openly talking trash and stating how many minutes until they are off and rolling their eyes. Employees hitting people with carts without slowing down to apologize. No wonder I stopped shopping here.

First of all, cashier's are too slow and in addition the self-service check out are not available most the time. I can't find things I needed, shelves don't have enough products and prices are very expensive in comparison with other retailers. Not enough employees if you need assistance. And usually they ( the employees) don't look happy, they look tired and their "thanks" words sounds robotic and forced. Bathrooms dirty and smells. Starbucks area once served me cold coffee that supposed to be hot, they responded that was an issue with the machine. In addition there is no place to seat at that Starbucks in that location! And at kids area there is not seats available in this specific store but there is seat available at kids area at other Target stores , except this one. Some shop carts semmed defected, the wheels makes irritating noise and are hard to move. But they still keep those there. In short, seem stressed to shop there. I don't recommend it.

This checkout lady got mad when scanned my 5 years snack myself that he had already ate. She said that I'm not allowed to scan it myself but said she had a reason but couldn't tell me why. Old lady. To old to be working at target with her bad attitude and power trip. Her name is Eliana or Eleanor or something with a E. It was hard to read her name tag. This store is always out of stuff as well and the set up is horrible compared to other targets. The paper towels and cat food is in the middle off the store in some oddball spot .

This Target has been a solid place for us to go so far since we moved to the area. We usually are able to find what we need and the workers are always very friendly and willing to help. We have also used drive up a couple times now, and the workers are quick and friendly as well. There was one worker who wasn't very friendly in the food area when we asked him a question, he said "I don't know where that is, I don't work in this department". I don't think a worker should just turn a customer away like that. They should have found someone to help us.

Self checkout is ALWAYS closed and it take 20 min standing in line to buy one simple item. OPEN THE SELF CHECKOUT!! We have sh*t to do

The first thing I noticed was the cleanliness of the store. Kudos to the manager. Especially the men's restroom. Saw a staff member with a cleaning cart in the process. Very impressive! Haven't seen this in any of my local stores. Not nice. But we also found some hard to find items. Pretty cool! We'll be back

OPEN YOUR SELF CHECK OUT LANES! I've never been to this target when the check out lanes are actually open. I asked a worker why they don't open them and he said they don't have someone to stand there. When I see works doing NOTHING everywhere. The amount of times I leave because lines are so long. The cashier that helped me said "ya they are really unorganized here, there's several things that need to be fixed". Be better target

This target is a HOT MESS.... There were clothes and shoes all over the store. Employees were doing nothing to clean it. The military discount offered is a joke. You have to go through several steps just to be able to use it only 2 times. (Not necessarily the store's fault) I've been in MANY Target stores, and this one is a disgrace.

I got a Target card since my daughter was going to college. I have her as a joint user so she has her own card. If she needed anything food, clothes, household items, etc they would be readily available to her. It's been great to use so far. I've had items delivered to her quickly because she doesn't have a car and sometimes transportation takes to long. Today my daughter is going back to college as a graduate working for the school. So proud of her. She went to make a payment on her card so that she can take advantage of the discount when you use your Target card and earn gift cards. She asked the associate twice would it be made available right away and she was told YES. She went to place an online order the next day and it told her she didn't have enough funds. I checked the balance and it only showed $40 available. My daughter has her receipt of the $500 payment made. I called Target this morning and was told by supervisor giselle that payments take 24-48 hours to go through. I said she made her payment in cash. She said it takes 24-48 hours to go through. I said I've made payments in cash and they were made available immediately and my daughter asked the associate who took her payment before she made the payment would it be available and the associate told her YES. The Target supervisor giselle said unfortunately the stores don't have the same info as the online people do. WHAT KIND OF NONSENSE IS THAT! She told me it changed a couple of months ago. I'm like ok well the associates at the store should have known a couple of months ago. That is a real inconvenience to customers. Now my daughter is having to spend money elsewhere (not at Target) and extra money that could be going to something else because Target can't merge the information to their associates to match the info that is online. This makes no sense at all. This does not sit well with me at all. I'm paying my card off and will no longer be shopping at Target. I asked the supervisor was there a way to override the payment she said no. I asked the supervisor is there a way to give her a credit, give her a gift card, raise her spending limit and was told NO to everything. I asked was there someone ask I could speak to and was told no one could help me and I would have to wait. To me, This is an easy fix and for the amount of money this company makes (communication should be #1 on their list). Target doesn't have an email on their app to make a complaint or to leave a positive review it's only on products. Not happy Target, you all should have done better and communication is key.

What is going on with checking out at Target??? They had all the self check out closed and the lines were super long. I was in line for a couple of minutes and the cashier comes all the way over to me to tell me that she was closed. I then got into a longer line and people then got into her line and she didn't tell them that she was closed. Then, they opened self checkout and I got out of my line and as I entered self checkout an employee told me only 10 items. I checked out ten items and left my entire cart there and left. Target lost probably 200 dollar sale and actually stuff I really didn't need.......thanks Target!!!

I would say that this store specifically, always seems average at best. Everytime I go there, it feels like they are out of what I am looking for. Today., I wanted to get glow sticks for Halloween, and they were out of stock. I needed spackle, and there were two choices. Spackle alone, $4.39. with a .10 plastic scraper $8.32! Now to be fair, I don't know that is specific to how Target prices things, or if this is standard in the industry. But that's a crazy markup that I noticed. Anyway, I go here, but only when I'm in the exact area. I wouldn't make a 5 minute extra trip here, because it's always a bit anti disappointing.

When we were looking for a local Target to get a couple items we'd forgotten to pack, I noticed this did not get as great of reviews as the other in town. I don't see why, though. The staff was super friendly and the shelves stocked. We genuinely had a great time here and found just what we needed. We liked it so much that we returned again when my husband needed an extra pair of swimming trunks and socks. Again, we were greeted, the store had what we needed, and there were plenty of cashiers available to get us in and out. I'd recommend stopping here. The parking lot of huge with ample parking and you'll find just what you need.

I enjoy this Target I've been a client of this location for a little over a year and really appreciate the positive service.

This Target is a typical Target with the same items within that you would expect from all Targets. This store was a little busy than most that I have been too. There is lots of parking available. The employees within the store are courteous and helpful. I had trouble finding the men's fitting rooms and an employee was happy to helped me with friendly directions. The store is in the large side which means there will be a lot of walking if you are not familiar with where things are that you are looking to buy. In my case, it wasn't, so I did peruse the entire store, which I enjoyed.

Probably the worst experience I've ever had at target. All of these store workers were completely silent. They don't greet or ask to help you out. The entire clothing section is so disorganized and messy. They do not update any of their sizes so the only available items are XS or XL. I walked to a register to start checking things out and the cashier doesn't acknowledge me. I set my reusable bags at the front of the belt and they just stop bagging things? As soon as I paid, the man walked away and I was left to bag all of my items. It's just kind of a ridiculous experience if I'm gonna pay $200 every time for the basic necessities. The least you can do is say hi or maybe just bag my groceries. Isn't that your job?

Today April 29th my wife went shopping at this Target on El Camino real we want to know when did the policy change that customers bring in their own bags they have to bag their own groceries or is it because we're Caucasian and the checkers are Hispanic excuse me Mexican Mexicans don't like to be called Hispanic I was told. It seems like ever since the minimum wage went up for certain people the other people are upset and they don't believe in customer service anymore is this going to be the new norm at Target

This is the nearest target to where I stayed in the area when I was out here last. It was pretty busy and messy. Honestly a bit dirty and smelly. I'm sure it has to do with the customers as well and not just the employees. It is not my preferred Target; I just needed to pick up a few thigs as my little one had an emergency and we had to pick up a t-shirt and pants. I can't say much for the associates as I didn't ask for help, I just looked around for what I needed. To top it off parking was crazy and there were dirty diapers on the floor and throw up which was so gross. We won't be coming back here at all.

Don't come here if you are immunocompromised. This store does not take Covid-19 mask requirements seriously, or ask employees to enforce public health policies. My heart goes out to workers with health problems who could die from this, but can't afford to quit (PS: Target union-busts and workers are unable to fight for their health and livelihoods). Maybe if Target gave employees more than +$2 on minimum wage they'd care a little more, but right now no one seems to give a shit...several trips I've seen employees and customers allowed to socialize maskless in groups. A lot of people around here think the virus is bullshit - I'd love to see them talk to the mom I know who just lost her daughter at age 30 to Covid. How insecure are these people that a piece of cloth temporarily on their face is too much to bear? People are dying, Karen.

I recently discovered the drive up option available at Target, and it was SOOOO much easier, especially during the holidays. Using the app, it tracks where you are driving from and estimates your arrival time. We pulled into one of the red spots, and within SECONDS, an employee brought out our order and loaded it into the car. Can't get any easier than that! PS. On a general note, every time I've been inside the store, the employees are always really helpful and friendly. I've never had a negative experience here.

THIS IS THE FUTURE!!! After months of annoying renovation the creation has finally been unveiled and It is so sleeeek. From lighting to placement to prices, there is a completely different feel to target. It feels much more expensive, while still providing and guaranteeing their everyday low prices. Their grocery department has copious options for the bargain hunters and those with special dietary needs. Their clothing options has expanded tremendously too. I have mixed feelings, because the clothes does look luxe, but has a price tag almost too high for target, in my opinion. I picked up a cute jacket, but for $45, I put It back down... The Starbucks inside is welcoming and brand new too. They are working hard to maximize efficiency in returns, and online pick ups. Parking isn't so bad either:)

Who doesn't love Tar-jay!?! You can count on them being open New Year's Day. Sure they might not have the brand of honey you prefer, but they have honey! Maybe they don't have the depth and variety of Healthy Choice Steamers frozen entrees, but they've got some! They have the basic groceries plus all the home goods you desire. Target gives the 5% discount if you have their Target card, but you can also get a lot if extra discounts using formerly Cartwheel now called Target Circle offers. Scan items before you get there or during your shopping for extra discounts. I enjoy just walking around Target to see what's new. You never know what you may "need!"

Standing in line to use self check out and two security guards walk out the office by the entrance and stand by the sco area laughing and talking to each other. This older lady was ready to leave so we could check out and she starts looking all over for a receipt. Im looking at the screen and she didnt even finish paying, her total $78 was still showing up. She walks out RIGHT BY THE SECURITY GUARDS who were laughing and joking. Quite interesting because nobody noticed but me. I believe the lady knew what she was doing and walked out regardless. Bold LoL

Customer service was OK and it was a standard Target experience. My lower than usual rating was the hygiene in the bathroom. The worst target bathroom I have ever seen. The floor was soaked in urine which was being tracked by everyone out into the store. You could see feces on the floor as well. There is no way any store manager who cares about their reputation would allow this. If I was an employee would I wash my hands in there---probably not. But I will go and work in the food court or grocery. You get my point, this is how you get people really sick. I am sure Target corp. cares about this and will take care of it.

Jayden is amazing!! he is such a team player, my husband and i came in tonight and there was the longest line ever and only one cashier with the self check out closed. he helped his coworker out, dealt with a karen who didn't understand his lane closed after us because she was "already there" and managed to remain positive and helpful the whole time and even reopened his lane when the line eventually got huge again. give this man a raise lol.

This Target is overall pretty solid. There's a hot dog/elote guy in front too. They closed all the self checkout lines so there were long checkout lines, so then they decided to open the self checkout lines. Why did they even close them?! I got a pair of cute socks but then discovered at checkout that it was just a single sock...so then I had to go back and get a real pair.

Target is always messing with my emotions. It's a place the varies in service and speed by the hour. This Target is located in the absolute worst area for traffic. The intersections are short and poorly timed and so getting in can take a long time depending on the 78E on ramp, and I am not incredibly patient. I've had days were lines are short and moving quickly and days where I've stood for 15 minutes waiting for WIC vouchers to be handled as I stand endlessly wishing I could switch to another line. As a company, I can get behind many of Target's ideals and I respect some of the decisions they've stood behind so I'm all for it. This is definitely my go to Target for convenience and location, but we'll always have a rocky relationship depending on how crazy and annoying the customer base is at that moment.

Do not waste the next 2 hours of your life as I have just done. I had a target gift card that had 25 on it, and had to make an email address change-all other acct info stayed the same. Since I was unable to decipher the heavy accent of the person who answered the phone I asked to be transferred to someone else. She said she was not allowed to transfer me to an English speaker. It only went downhill from there and I won't bother you with the details except to say I will be shopping elsewhere from now on and cancelled the present order. Absolutely awful customer service-if I could give it a zero I would. A recent hospitalization has made it impossible to run simple errands so I will be spending the next few hours checking out options for seniors. Hope your experience is better than mine!!

Great Selection Flew out to San Diego and drove up to Carlsbad for a reunion with my Daughter and her Family and to celebrate my Grandson's 10th birthday. In the course our (Grandson and Grandfather) he showed me his Pokemon collection one by one and he was very proud of what he had and he had several hundred cards. Asked him where the best places locally to buy these cards and he said that there had been some specialty shops that had closed but that Target carried them as well. On the second day, we made a slight detour to this Target in Oceanside. We found the Pokemon section and he picked out two selections of cards. In the car ride back, he got very excited because one pack had six cards he did not previously have and the second pack had a very rare card. What does all this mean? I don't have a clue except that it made a young man very happy on his 10th Birthday. That said, it is obvious that he store has a good selection of merchandise Check out was easy but at the same time, at no time in our shopping did anyone offer assistance. Store is nice and clean and very good except for the customer service aspect of offering assistance

Target- still hold the belief that it's better than Walmart. Throughout the years, it has gotten more crowded. They have done some changes to the parking lot but getting outta there sometimes can be a hassle. I tend to only come here for household items I do not wish to buy in bulk (otherwise I'd go to Costco). I do also enjoy getting non-dairy ice cream, drinks, non-dairy milk, and vegan friendly frozen food items. Lines can be long and they have installed self-checkouts but those machines can be an inconvenience (items don't detect item, no coupons accepted, no cash, etc). They do have some nice sales so be on the lookout and use your Cartwheel app when you can.

This review is about this Target location and the company as a whole. Target is a mess. They are desperately trying to play catch-up with Jet, Walmart, and Amazon--an they are failing miserably. I've made the mistake of having Target deliver all of my purchase for the last 4-5 months, and on any given month they screw up about 30-40% of the time; I'm done. Items are constantly missing or incorrect, but what is correct, is improperly and poorly packaged nearly every single time. It is some of the sloppiest and most careless packaging of products I have ever seen from any company. Ever. A few examples are the salsa I ordered; it came in a box by itself with zero protection. It was shattered and made a giant mess. Take a look at the two pictures I've attached. They sent me shaving razors in a security box I can't open. That disinfectant spray was sent with no protection and the can is all dented and the nozzle now doesn't work. This is a REGULAR occurrence. A big part of the problem is that their key executives and customer experience team doesn't respond to any inquiries or emails. I emailed Brian Lannon, the head of their customer experience team, and never received any responses. That speaks volumes. Do yourself a favor...Stop wasting your time going to Target or shopping with them online. Get yourself a little web extension called "Honey Shopping" and do all your shopping elsewhere. You'll get better pricing and you might just get your products shipped properly, rather than the "Target way" which is battered, broken, and incorrect.

A cashier was very condescending to me when I was buying wine. I came here to buy some limited edition wine for my moms birthday, since she LOVES it and this was the only store nearby selling it. I understand I look young (I'm 22) so I always have my ID out and hand it to the cashiers before they ask. I did the same to this cashier, and she looked over my ID for 15 seconds and kept looking up at me. She finally said "you look REALLY young to be buying alcohol." in a very pointed way implying my ID was fake. She finally scanned my ID and handed it back to me. Then she asked me, "you throwing a party?" since I was buying six bottles. I explained that no, it was a birthday present for my mom and this was the only place I could find selling them AND they were sold out online. She scanned my bottles and I paid. As I was putting my bottles in my cart, she says "I hope you're not planning to drink these all tonight." Excuse me?? I wish I would've said something to her but I walked away. I felt SO embarrassed because she did this in front of a line of customers, and was so so rude/condescending the entire time. I was just trying to stock up since these were limited edition. I was so excited to give them to my mom and this interaction took away some of my excitement. I completely understand wanting to looking out for fake IDs, but there was no reason to make those comments and act so rude. Maybe she was trying to joke with me, but she was very monotone and did not smile at all. If I ever come back here I will not be buying alcohol so I can stay away from her.

I don't really know how price match works, some Target I showed them a picture of the item with the lesser price, and they just matched the price for me no question asked, some Target when I did it, the employees seems to think that I lied and cheated, so they did their own research and if they couldn't find it on their own, they told me they could not do it for me, so I ended up shopping at Ross for the item I wanted it because the phone cases here were too expensive and I knew how long those would last, but they didn't understand that.

Used the curb side pickup for the first time here and it is excellent. Did not request curbside pickup until I arrived at the store, and despite the last minute switch, the items arrived at my care in exactly 4 minutes. Very impressed and also have to add this is one of the cleanest stores as well both inside and out.
