Stopped by at the electronics section and the 2 guys working there are not fit for the job, idk how you hire ppl like this. Showed the item I wanted to the first guy and and first thing he says was we don't have it without even checking to see if they have it or not, idk why he seemed so confused or if he was on something because it's not rocket science, he was hesitant on looking and bringing it out. He was also rude when I was polite the entire time despite that. I showed him a pic and he still asked me which option out of 2, there was no 2nd option I showed so idk why you're asking me that anyway. I said the white one. He comes out with the wrong item, it's not even on sale like the item I showed a pic of on the target app and I showed him again and he said well you didn't say that one, you said white. No I showed you the pic and the item in the pic is white too, you didn't look properly, don't blame the customer when it's your fault. Without thinking I even said sorry about that because i didn't want to argue with him, but actually I have nothing to apologize for so no I'm not sorry - he was weird. It seemed like he knew exactly which item I wanted the whole time and was avoiding bringing that specific item out to me too on purpose. While he went in the back he took forever both times to come out and there was no quickness, like I have all the time to just wait there. I go to pay - it asks for pin, I ask to bypass pin - he ignores me so I try again, I did not want to enter my pin and he was looking at me enter it which was shady looking back on it, he still ignored me and I tried a 3rd time. I said again I want to bypass the pin and he asks his coworker who's says I don't know how to bypass the pin. How are yall hired here? You are just watching me try over and over and you're clueless as to how to help me. This is supposed to be second nature working in retail, nobody really enters their pin - clearly there was something wrong with their system. I also saw that I was charged 3 times for a large amount and their register did not produce a receipt. So they took me down to guest services and the girl there saved the day - she was amazing and patient and took the time to help me instead of dismissing me like the other 2 and she understood my concerns and worries about being charged multiple times. She was friendly and attentive, hire more like her - she knew what she was doing. Standard should be that ALL employees should be like her. The other 2 especially the first guy I interacted with make me not want to come back to this location tbh. What should have took 5 -10 min, ended up taking an hour because of incompetent employees who don't know what they're doing and don't deserve to be working there.
