The bakery at this target is amazing! I have been buying birthday cakes here for a few years and they have great prices. They made my daughter's cake so perfect!

Store is really clean but restrooms are horrible!! My daughter really had to go and couldn't hold it in so I had to take her even though I don't like taking them to public restrooms, the floors were covered in some kind of mud or God knows what! The toilets were also really dirty!

This store is gross. There's tiny bathrooms at the front of the store that are partially out of order and filthy. There's not enough registers or staff to keep things running smoothly for it being a "Super Target." The poor staff are hustling and running around trying to keep things going while what looks like the management just chills on their phones at the front of the store. The register area is even filthy. How do y'all sell food here!?!? Don't bother coming here for basics. Just go to Walmart.

I had a dead battery I'm disabled ask the manager that was in charge at the time of closing who was already off the clock and all employees had left and was told me no he was to busy and I stayed in the parking lot all night freezing had to walk to O'Reilly's to get a jump box THANK YOU O'REILLY'S FOR HELPING ME GET HOME SHAME ON YOU TARGET

Reviewed on 3 - 12 - 21. Super Target Center located in east Palmdale California 93552. Located on the corner of East Avenue R and 47th Street East. Let me first start off by saying that this is my favorite store. I am not guilty, to say that I really appreciate that Target Supercenter remained open during the pandemic. Yeah there were a few days where there were closed and yes there was a few days where everything was out of stock essentially. But that's completely understandable especially because of the covid-19 pandemic. Target store does everything in order to maintain their employees safe in especially their customers. There is a limit amount of people that can shop at a certain time. But they do a very good job incorporating those rules for the CDC. I really appreciate the fact that this is Ash One Stop Shop in that if I want groceries or need medicine or need any type of apparel I can definitely find it at this Target store. As well as Electronics HomeGoods and pharmaceuticals. Customer service is great here. I have no complain about the employees. They seem reasonable and easy to work with on top of that they are very attentive to the customer needs. The store is very clean and is always stocked. The restrooms are kept especially cleaned during this era. But I do appreciate the fact that they remained open. In to all the employees, thank you very much for your hard work and dedication

I love this Target! Every time I visit my sister, I make it a point to stop by and grab some goodies. It's in the perfect location, always clean, and double the size of a regular Target. They always have what I'm looking for, and the customer service is consistently great. Definitely one of my favorite locations! Stop by when you are close to it!

I recommend this TARGET store. It's not very crowded and self checkout is fast and easy.

All 5 stalls in bathroom are flooded and yall need to fix this it's Sunday after Spending 1hour in the store I had to go. But there was water on the floooor.

Manager Xavier is absolutely horrible. Walked through the aisle I was in asked him kindly to help me bring a heavy bag of dog food off an upper shelf. Was too busy talking on his personal phone / phone call to stop . Completely ignored me and other patrons in the section. I own a LOT of stock in Target . Will be calling corporate and his District and Regional managers .

Asked an employee where the thin bags for fruit/veggies were he was very perplexed I was like you know the clear ones you put them inside of to purchase ? He told me "we don't have them" and walked away. At the same time another employee picking a batch (not even 5 ft away) was using them for there order pickup ‍ I've tried complaining to the manager as well about things not being properly labeled and she told me they can't label everything

Wow, yesterday was bad. We went to the register to pay. Not sure her name but she was not able to cashier at all. Took about 25 min from the time we put our stuff down. The first customer forgot his wallet, so she had us wait while he ran to the car to look for his wallet. The cashier could have voided the transaction but we had to wait. The second 2 young females were paying, gave her cash, and she paid with her card, so a split. And the cashier counted the money 5X and you could tell she messed up. Somehow the girls got money back. Lol, when she was helping us, she kept stopping to think of what she was doing. I get it, some people don't know how to count money, but come on, if you don't know how to count, don't work as a cashier. We're so annoyed. I wish we could have changed lanes, but it was too late, and the line was long. When we were walking out, I saw a manager and told her that the cashier needed help. I hope she gets help ASAP or another department

Was at the store and was shocked when I wanted to check out with an actual person not self checkout and there was one cashier only. Why they being so cheap. Also, when I was forced to go to self checkout there was no one there to help me delete an item I double scanned by accident. Who runs this place and why is it being ran like a dollar tree!!! Eww all bad.

Look, I get it. But if you're going to make self-checkout ten items or fewer, you need to open more registers. I've never stolen in my life, but damn I was tempted to pocket that 11th item to get home 20 minutes faster.

Good luck finding anything that is supposed to be organized. Everything is so disorganized and in array. The clothes aren't on the correct hangers nor are they in the correct sections. And ladies good luck finding panties because they're all mixed up in the drawers . Only come here if you have to get food produce or lotion.

The bakery omg! They have the most talented baker and cake decorator! Michelle she is amazing always so sweet and accommodating to my request. I have been ordering cakes for the past year and she always comes through!

Motorized Handicapped Shopping Cart unavailable during my visit. The only one that was available was uncharged. Very unfortunate given that it is a Super Target. Shameful. I hope this issue does not persist and more carts become available for future customers.

By far the best target in the Antelope Valley! As organized as it can be. Staff is really friendly and they have a Starbucks and optical office!

Horrible service at Starbucks. I usually have such a great experience but not this week. The workers were busy hustling to get drinks out and their manager was just standing there not helping. He kept looking at his workers slaving away and didn't even bother to greet guests. The following day I went in again and this time a girl named Katelynn was very rude and short with me. She then proceeded to talk poorly about coworkers in front of guests. It was beyond unprofessional.

Stopped by at the electronics section and the 2 guys working there are not fit for the job, idk how you hire ppl like this. Showed the item I wanted to the first guy and and first thing he says was we don't have it without even checking to see if they have it or not, idk why he seemed so confused or if he was on something because it's not rocket science, he was hesitant on looking and bringing it out. He was also rude when I was polite the entire time despite that. I showed him a pic and he still asked me which option out of 2, there was no 2nd option I showed so idk why you're asking me that anyway. I said the white one. He comes out with the wrong item, it's not even on sale like the item I showed a pic of on the target app and I showed him again and he said well you didn't say that one, you said white. No I showed you the pic and the item in the pic is white too, you didn't look properly, don't blame the customer when it's your fault. Without thinking I even said sorry about that because i didn't want to argue with him, but actually I have nothing to apologize for so no I'm not sorry - he was weird. It seemed like he knew exactly which item I wanted the whole time and was avoiding bringing that specific item out to me too on purpose. While he went in the back he took forever both times to come out and there was no quickness, like I have all the time to just wait there. I go to pay - it asks for pin, I ask to bypass pin - he ignores me so I try again, I did not want to enter my pin and he was looking at me enter it which was shady looking back on it, he still ignored me and I tried a 3rd time. I said again I want to bypass the pin and he asks his coworker who's says I don't know how to bypass the pin. How are yall hired here? You are just watching me try over and over and you're clueless as to how to help me. This is supposed to be second nature working in retail, nobody really enters their pin - clearly there was something wrong with their system. I also saw that I was charged 3 times for a large amount and their register did not produce a receipt. So they took me down to guest services and the girl there saved the day - she was amazing and patient and took the time to help me instead of dismissing me like the other 2 and she understood my concerns and worries about being charged multiple times. She was friendly and attentive, hire more like her - she knew what she was doing. Standard should be that ALL employees should be like her. The other 2 especially the first guy I interacted with make me not want to come back to this location tbh. What should have took 5 -10 min, ended up taking an hour because of incompetent employees who don't know what they're doing and don't deserve to be working there.

I only go here when I need urgent necessities since it's close by to my house, but other cases I do not step foot here. Management sucks and they don't even care about what their employees are up to. Employees don't want to help you with finding anything. They just tell you it's either here or there and you go figure. They're products this is the 3rd time I found expired stuff on the shelves. Thank God I look at the date before I pick anything up. This time of my visit was dog food and fish which were expired. Let's see what we will find next time.

On account of the manager Levi... This Target store offers the absolute Best in customer service care. Professionalism at its Best! He is an asset to the brand, and every business needs one like him!!

Although I love target products and like shopping at target I just dread having to speak or ask for help from the employees. The times I've asked for help they give attitude and are super rude. I end up leaving in a bad mood. Target employees need to work on they're customer service.

Palmdale Target on 10th st west is horrible. I put in a pick up order at 8:04 pm. They your items will be ready within 2 hours. At 9:45 I checked to see if it was ready and saw that they closed at 10 pm. I called the store and no one answered, I called several times and no answer. I had 5 items, 2 of those medication because I'm home sick, Kleenex, dog food and toilet tissue. Four of those items are on the same side of the store. Pathetic that that can't even honor the business they promote. How hard is it to pick 5 items.

0 stars if I could the makeup aisle was a total mess and the Pizza Hut pizza was half cooked and could taste the uncooked dough, talk about ew , 0/10 would not recommend

Restrooms are always disgusting. Never once been here and been able to use a decent restroom.

Your typical target store. Nothing special. Sometimes short of certain items. Employees are polite and helpful. There are always a few machines not working at self check out but wonder if that's on purpose.

Came in to target to shop for eggs at 10am .... All eggs expired the previous day. And some were already expired I have never seen this in any other target I am very disappointed in lack of restocking

I found some Sausage but there was only one package. I needed to find out if there was any held in the back stock. It was hard to find someone who worked there at the time (Tuesday, 10am). It would be nice to have people who work there around to ask.

Love this store. Great selection and staff. Vanessa is absolutely awesome. Also love the deli here and their selection of sandwiches. Also love the Starbucks.

LAZY! AND UNHELPFUL a few days ago I needed something in a certain department and there was no one there to help and when I finally found an employee he said " I can't help you I don't work for that department you have to find someone else " instead of trying to help me or calling someone on the walkie-talkie to help me. They are so rude and lazy . You need better employees.

Came in yesterday with my bf and found four magneto black light funko pops that we were really excited about. When we went to pay, the employees let us know that the pops were accidentally put out a day early and took them away from us since they would not be able to sell them, the manager told us to come back tomorrow. So we came back the next morning and of course there's not a single one that we wanted out, and now they are saying that they won't be released here until a later day. They are selling the same pops at different target locations all around LA, so don't waste your time coming here since they will give you false information, and punish the customer for the employees mistakes.

Target has officially turned into Walmart. All self check out, two checkstands open, and a TON of people in line. Better start lowering your prices.... it's not that hip in here.

Ordered drive up, my order was TWO ITEMS ONLY!!! I did it thinking it was gonna save me time like the app says....well... I had to wait 3 HOURS !!!! I called and a guy with attitude answered, I asked him if he could tell me how much longer and he said no, then I asked him if he could check if somebody was working on my order and he said "if you haven't received a notification saying that it's ready then it's not ready"......... I got tired of waiting so I canceled my order and went straight to waltmart, their app shows you an estimated waiting time for your order.

Let me start by saying that I love target. I would go to target than Walmart any day. Today I was very surprised when I walked into targets women's restroom. It was filthy! Floor, sink, toilets everything was gross! One poor lady asked me to hand her some toilet paper because there was none in her stall... I'm sorry but this is not WALMART! Get it together Target

Normally I love target and in the past, living down the street from Walmart, I would go out of my way to go to a Target, but this store is ridiculous. On multiple occasions now, I've visited and there have only been two registers open. Maybe management needs to hire more or there isn't a willingness to work. The self checkout is a joke too. But waiting in line for 20 minutes can drive a person to shoplift beer and cups. Once again I visit and I do love Target, but please OPEN MORE THAN ONE REGISTER. PLEASE. Why have two people working the self checkout? It never works anyway.

We been in line for more than 20 minutes. It's even worse when you have a bunch of employees just walking around. Should of got a picture of the manager looking at all the guest in line then walk away. What a jerk

I placed an order on the 15th of September through target.com. They promised 2 dat delivery and had an estimated delivery of Friday the 18th. Now they say its not getting here til Monday the 21st. Why promise 2 day shipping if you don't mean it. All I got was a guess what its been shipped on Friday the 18th. Do not order if you are expecting it in 2 days

I've always had trouble, but had to do some quick school shopping to do here today. Disgusting, there was porno sounds playing in all television speakers for several minutes. Made me sick. I had a child with me. There's children all around. Not going back. That's for sure.

Definitely 0 Stars worst customer service! They question coupons and act like it's coming out their paycheck or like it's their product.. ridiculous! Managers/Supervisors just as bad, that's why crew members are bad. Monkey see, monkey do! Price match policy is a joke they question you like you're trying to steal. Don't make up a policy if you aren't gonna honor it! You are a cashier not a detective, make people wait in guest services like that line isn't already horrible and when it's empty they act like they don't see you when you get to the counter.

I am obsessed with target. They usually have helpful and professional employees and a clean store. However, their bathrooms are always disgusting. I try and avoid going to the restroom but, with small children,I usually end up in it. The floors are always streaked with black and the toilets and stalls are covered in trash. I literally have NEVER seen it cleaned or clean ‍

Huge ass target! I've never been to such a large target lol. There's plenty of parking and a Starbucks located inside, as well as a huge deli. Everything inside this Target was well organized and clean.

I only gave one star for this girl named Saleen she knows customer service works in guest service and really tried her best to help me. But everybody else act like it was they first day and couldn't help me with an order I placed online. Especially that one Spanish-American lady who works in order pickup.

Desiree at the self checkout was extremely helpful and friendly I witnessed her providing the same great customer service to many of us needing help It would be nice if this was the norm Especially during this frustrating time having to wear a mask and distance ourselves it can get a little crazy

Still the best Target in the AV but very recently in the last 6 months I've encountered a few rude employees. For example, I was looking for lashes and when I asked for help from an employee in the makeup department she seemed annoyed and pointed out that they were literally right below where I'd been looking. I laughed at myself and my stupid little error and apologized and her (a white or hispanic girl) and another employee (a black girl) went to the next isle and basically began talking shit about customers not being able to find the simplest things. I just didn't understand that; wish I had gotten their names because the rest of the staff is pretty phenomenal but they've probably been fired by now. Also, this Target has the best selection/availability of items of all Targets in the AV.

First time here. I Didn't go into the shopping area, but it looked really nice and clean. I ordered for pick up. Got there and the app idled. I had to go into the store, customer service, to ask for my item. That's not the problem. The guy just handed me the cart with the box( a shelve) which by the way was heavy as F. This is why I opted to put in the car( the app said it was free). What ever! Don't expect to much from minimum wage jobs!

Laziest Workers on the Fu*king planet seriously, Can't even look up an item for you or even bother checking stock ... Your better off at Walmart, What's the point of Target praising the fact that they have employees when. They don wanna do sh!t??? This Target really pissed me off today I will never go back. Nothing makes you feel more stupid then asking if they have some something in stock and then left waiting & being ignored.

My issue is not with the store at all. My issue is with online ordering. I've placed order for drive up that states that items will be ready in 2 hours. The two hours pass I've driven in snow and while protests are going on to get essential items just to get to the store to find out it's closed. Now I'm not upset at the fact that the store is closed but what I'm upset about is that the store closure does not reflect online or in the app. Please forward this to whomever is the point of contact for the app please reflect correct store hours and if it's open or not. I'm a tired of placing orders and waiting for them only to find out you are closed only because I had to make the drive to check my larks on why my order isn't ready.

This place has the best selection than any other Target I've been to, just wish that the customer service was a little better

The Starbucks here is always messy and slow. The self check out is easy to use. I highly recommend using the cartwheel app for discounts. It's easy to use at the register you just scan the bar code on the app. I give 3 stars because the floor plan is unusual to me.

The guy at the food court looks like he hates his job he had a horrible attitude and always gets an attitude when you ask about the pizza. He says I'm not making no more pizzas a today when it's barely 2pm how you not gonna have no pizza and sell a whole bunch of breadsticks. If you don't like working there then don't plain and simple. I don't know his name but next time I go I'll get his name.
