I ordered the Bread for All Sourdough Focaccia and it is, without a doubt, one of the most delicious breads I’ve ever eaten. I don’t even like rosemary! But the herb, in addition to the tomatoes, olive oil, and sea salt, just tied everything together perfectly. It was difficult to restrain myself from eating the entire loaf the moment I got it.
I had never heard of the bakery prior to the Dallas Morning News’ story about the Bread for All campaign, but I will certainly be returning as a customer in the future. If the bread is this good, I can only imagine what the desserts must be like!
