Visiting Vegas and craving sushi, I stumbled upon this gem just off the Strip. The decor is beautiful, warm, and inviting, perfect for a relaxed meal.
We started with the spicy cauliflower, salt-spicy squid, and drunken black mussels, all bursting with flavor and absolutely delicious. The sushi was the real highlight: the Taro practically melted in my mouth, the salmon belly was creamy and delicate, the halibut (hirame) was so fresh, and the broiled eel was rich and savory.
The servers and sushi chef were attentive, friendly, and made the whole experience even better. Don’t skip the sake, Senkin Immortal Wing was incredible and paired perfectly with the meal.
This is definitely a spot worth visiting when in Las Vegas. I only wish I had more room to try even more from the menu.
