The 26 Best Restaurants In Lisbon 2024

"Tasca Pete is a small, cozy spot that feels a bit like going to a friend’s place for dinner. It’s on a hilly cobblestone street connecting the Graça and Penha de França neighborhoods, and is easy to miss—once you find it, knock on the glass doors to be let inside. A huge counter takes up most of the restaurant, where you can sit with a draft beer or a glass of natural wine and order shared plates like blueberry focaccia and potato terrine." - rita geraldes

Incredible focaccia; everything else a bit salty. British owner, super small joint, most likely need advanced resys

We really enjoyed this tiny restaurant—great food and a cozy, welcoming vibe. Most of the dishes were delicious, and the standout was definitely the potato terrine—packed with flavor and beautifully prepared. We also ordered a bottle of wine, which was excellent, though a bit pricey. Overall, we had a fantastic meal and would gladly return.

The most glorious restaurant in Lisbon. Such a lovely wonderful experience all around. The servers are extraordinary and excellent wine reccos. The fried chicken is a dream. Don’t miss this place.

The space was very cozy and tight. Great atmosphere for an intimate date but not ideal for seatings more than 2 people. Most of the food was good but some were lacking in flavor or seasoning. Our favorite dish was the potato terrine which was delicious, well balanced, seasoned, and full of surprising flavors. The least favorite was the steak tartar.. It lacked any flavor but the meat was very fresh. The portions were disappointingly small for the prices.

Awesome Amazingness

Wonderful little hidden gem of Lisbon. Booked a table a month in advance for 2. The open kitchen was well decorated and was nice to see the dishes being cooked. All the dishes (little on the saltier side) were amazing especially the potato terrine. The menu was a little hard to read but the chefs were super nice and friendly. The physical restaurant space was quite small though so it was difficult for people to walk pass through in between the tables.

One of the most phenomenal food experiences I’ve ever had. João and his team are incredibly talented and amazing hosts. Every dish was a journey of different flavours and textures that all came together beautifully. Great wine selection and such a cosy environment. You can really feel the love and passion that goes into each dish. I’m already excited to visit again.
