Nice hawker stall. Chef says he's a Ding Tai Fung alumni, and it shows. Egg fried rice and xiaolongbao done the same exact way it used to be served there. We think the xiaolongbao is very good. It isn't done quite as perfectly as Ding Tai Fung, probably because of logistical issues in making the skin so soft and permeable and breakable. Thats probably feasible only if theres a constant and fast stream of customers. So I don't fault them for it. Would come again.

We had an order of the #4 Pork Wanton in Chilli Oil. The ethereal wrappers were stuffed with a juicy, slightly tart, slightly chunky pork filling. We chose to have the Málà chili. These were some of the best wontons or dumplings around. We also had #17 the 10 piece dumplings. They had a thicker, almost but not chewy wrapper, stuffing was quite tasty. They were also very good.

yummy dumplings!! their 红油抄手 is my go-to: thin skin, well-seasoned fillings, and mad juicy. i've been patronising this stall weekly for my dumpling fix - i alternate between this stall and another stall, depending on how i'm feeling that day + which stall has a shorter queue. at $5.50 for 8 dumplings (+$0.20 for takeaway), it’s slightly costlier some its nearby competitors that also serve really good dumplings and noodles; but i still find myself returning especially since they accept cdc vouchers :) note: photos were taken on 3 separate occasions! and all within the same week... never getting sick of this 🧸❤️

Absolutely delicious meal! Prawn dumplings were excellent, as was the pork chop egg fried rice. Pork chop was tender and well seasoned. And the whole meal was fantastic value. Will definitely return.

Truly amazing taste 👌 This is just the taste of the pork chop fried rice/noodle should be. If you worried the spicyness level, ask them to put aside the chili. This is my first time trying red oil wantan 红油抄手, not spicy at all which is quite friendly for those who don't eat spicy. You can take the chili and add them yourself if u want it to be spicy. Or maybe request the 'da jie' to make it spicy for you(?). I think she would be happy to do that for you. I cant wait for the next visit to try gou tie and XLB. They use disposable chopstick and spoon. After eat, remember return the tray and crockery to the return area.

there was no queue when i visited on weekday late lunch time so decided to order their pork chop fried rice. it was good! but would be better to have more wok hei and taste in the egg fried rice. pork chop is tender and nicely seasoned. on another occasion also tried the chili oil dumpling. it's pretty good too although I feel that the spiciness is kind of moderated. overall not bad and priced reasonably.

This hawker stall in Maxwell comes highly recommended, and I’ll definitely be returning to try more items on the menu. I had the noodles with pork dumplings, and it was absolutely heavenly. The dumplings were stuffed with juicy, meaty filling and drenched in a flavorful spicy sauce. Pairing them with the chewy handmade noodles created one of the best dishes I’ve had in Singapore.

Love this place so much! My favourite is the prawn dumplings with mala flavour vinegar sauce. Items are freshly prepared after you order so they’ll usually give you a buzzer and you collect your food in about 5-10 mins when it’s ready depending on how busy they are. I usually get a sugarcane juice from a nearby stall while I’m waiting ☺️
