I walked in expecting the best food ever. But that’s not what I received….
A lot of people recommended this place to me and told me to try the kabob, I’m always skeptical trying new restaurants with out some type of recommendation, but how could so many people be wrong.
I called in and ordered the Kabob for pick up, the gentlemen on the phone was super friendly, he adviced me it’ll be 10 minutes, I showed up, and a lady attended me.
They told me my food was ready, and gave me a bag, and told me it would be $20.30, I paid and as I was walking out the lady asked me if I wanted utensils, I said yes! ( but I thought it was already in the bag) so I checked and I didn’t have any utensils or napkins.
For a $20.00 meal I would expect all that, I got in my car and continued to drive home, the food smelled amazing, I felt like I was in Persia lol, it smelled so authentic. I was excited and ready to try it!!
I get home and the first thing I notice is…. There’s soooo much rice and 2 small pieces of meet, the proportion was very off, but I was hoping the food would be amazing.. it wasn’t!
I don’t like to waste food, but this food was so greasy and oily, it had no taste besides the greasy oily taste, the rice was good, but the whole purpose of the meal was the kabob! I had no choice but to throw it away.
I will most likely never eat here again, correct me if I’m wrong, but I didn’t like Persian food, or it was a bad experience….
20.00 it’s a lot of money for a plate of rice and 2 small pieces of flavorless meat.
The only thing I really enjoyed was the grilled tomatoe.
I’m totally upset, in conclusion I paid $20.00 for a grilled tomato, the rest went to the trash!
Atmosphere was amazing, great decorations, but the purpose of a restaurant is the food.
