What fun we attended a Chocolate tasting for Valentine's day. Executive Chef Travis Brust gave us the history of chocolate, we tasted samples of different chocolate and he made the American Heritage hot chocolate they make at the Williamsburg Inn. It is almost like drinking chocolate ganache, wow! He also made marshmallows and they were cut into hearts for our hot chocolate. They have a camera, video and sound so you can see and hear everything. The tasting room is only open for specific events. Beer tastings, Bourbon tastings and many more fun activities. Look online on the Colonial Williamsburg site and search for the Taste Studio to get a list of fun events like "Jefferson was right"and "Southern Comfort Bites".
