Let me tell y’all something… Tastea had no business sliding this hard. My baby girl and I pulled up like we were taste testers for a five star lifestyle and let’s just say… we were not disappointed. I got the Lychee Peaches — fruity, cute, and minding its business just like me. My mini-me got the Caramel Craze — sweet, dramatic, loves attention… also just like me. One sip and we looked at each other like: “Ohhh so this is what elite feels like.” No cap, the drinks ate, we left no crumbs, and the straws deserve an award. Tastea… we’ll be back. I was excited to come in today, this was my second time trying this place out, but after todays experience it's going to be the last. When i ordered my drink, the girl at the register had an attitude right from the beginning, and when I gave a cash tip, she didn't even say thank you nor care that I gave them money. I ordered the fries and a Banana Coffee, the fries were extremely spicy. I asked for a level 3 heat and they gave me a level 5. That was the least of it because the real issue was the drink I received. It was flooded with bitter coffee. I have had the same drink made by a different employee a few days earlier and it tasted totally different. I approached the counter to have her assist me but she noticed me and ignored me. The nice man felt bad for me for being ignored and came to help me instead. I believe perhaps he was the owner. He did a great job. The drink was still bad and horribly made but that is the girls fault. Please train your employees properly when it comes to customer service and making your signature drinks. Even though the other employee put more of the banana cream, the drink was still discarded. If it was originally made correct, there wouldn't be an issue.

Cute spot. Great for kids. Love that they do party jugs with cups.

went in earlier for a taro milkteaa and was not dissappointed.. the owner jose was a great guy and and gave me a sample of a the horchata drink... i found my new favorite drink !!..i live in the sf valley so ill ve making it my go to place when im out this way once a week forsure !!!

We did a group order of 7 drinks. I came to pick it up after conveniently getting something from Ranch 99 next door. The employee was very friendly and super helpful in putting the orders in two bags for me to carry. He was a pro at packaging them well! I put them in my car trunk and they balanced well thanks to his careful packing. I ordered the pineapple juice + passion fruit juice with lychee jelly and it was delicious!! Would def come back! Plenty of parking. Pricing is average ($6).

Jose and his crew are the best! Drinks are on point and the chicken and fries are really good! Not too many boba places serves food so it's refreshing to find a boba place that does. We got the classic milk tea and the lychee peachee and we loved them.

My brother and I came for drinks on a hot sunny day. We were greeted by Taylor who was very knowledgeable on her drinks in helping us decide what we wanted. As soon as our drinks were ready my brothers drink wasn’t sweet enough for him. Alec without hesitation gladly accept to make him another drink and let us keep the first drink. When my drink was ready Taylor offered me an extra drink no charge I gladly accepted. The drinks and food were amazing. The customer service alone will have be coming back here ! This will definitely be our boba spot ! Thank you Alec and Taylor for being amazing !

The staffs here are really wonderful. They do their job from their hearts, I can tell. They greet you the moment you walk in. They ask questions to make sure you get what you like. They work fast. They don't hesitate to answer your questions and treat you well. This is a great place to visit. I wish many more people would know this place.

I have been to this shop off and on, mostly when shopping at the 99 Ranch, which is adjacent. I like that the staff is very ready to answer questions about the drinks, making recommendations and making sure you enjoy what you ordered. Also a plus for me that their base creamer is non-dairy, and not with an extra charge. Most recently I tried their Vietnamese ice coffee with banana foam. My understanding is that they use fresh banana and banana pudding in the foam. It's an unexpected combination to me, but it works well. They also helped me adjust the amount of sweetness since the banana foam is sweetened. The coffee is strong and it's really nice to have fresh flavors vs. a syrup. It's a great stop for a treat.

I came here twice and both experiences were pretty questionable. I first tried the matcha strawberry. The strawberries were SO sour which makes me question where they got them. The strawberry layer was kind of small so maybe this was a good thing, but the whole milk they use was not my favorite. I got it with honey boba as well, which wasn't chewy at all. Safe to say this isn't one I would recommend. On my second visit I got the lychee peachie, and this was a slightly better experience. My only major complaint is that the lychee bits contained some pieces of the shell which is not edible at all. The quality of the lychee was alright - at least they weren't sour like the strawberries. The tea itself was very artificial tasting - not that much different from an iced tea you could buy at a restaurant.

New location, awesome atmosphere, great food. Definitely recommend giving this place a try, the flavors are not intense like some restaurants are so you'll get nice subtle flavors that won't tire your pallet. Great date night too! I personally recommend the pork with tofu and the bossam dishes.

I honestly just like all their fruit teas. The milk teas are not somthing i usually get here. My favorite is the lychee peachy. I stopped by with my sister for snacks only and their buttloada fries always hit! Service is quick and friendly.

Needed a refreshing pick me up in the evening so we stop by for these! The mango milk tea had pieces of mango and mango Boba, requested it at 75%. Great customer service! Located in a parking lot, plenty of parking.

Honestly I don't know why I don't go to tastea more often. Their employees are always so nice and have such great customer service. My orders are always complex. When you have kids at different age ranges you have to customo drinks. I get a 32oz Thai Tea for my husband and I to share! Honestly I love the fact it's so big! Passion attraction - regular size and sweetness - my daughter enjoys this very much and has been her go to. Amazing Strawburst - 75% sweet my middle daughter loves this and the jellys are not that sweet so it balances the sweetness out more. Lychee Freeze - 50% sweet comes with lychee bits and lychee jelly. My youngest (6) loves this but there are too many chuncks for her. I suggest to avoid for younger children. I ended up just letting her eat it with a spoon. She actually enjoyed it better this way! It's always clean inside with plenty of seats. The downside which doesn't take away from the 5 stars is the chicken was a bit on the salty side.

This is a really good classic boba spot. They have almost anything for everyone to enjoy, all their drinks are very unique and delicious. They have consistency on their drinks, I like how you can customize some of the drinks to your preference. I like their Tiger milk tea but turn it into a slushy/ smoothie and it's an up charge but I don't mind. Also their little snacks and foods are usually pretty good, they have added more new food items recently. I personally love their buttload fries & fried chicken. They have plenty of parking in this plaza w/ the market & jollibee. There's 3 small tables inside, and about 2 tables for outdoor seating. The workers are usually very nice and fast, because I love quick service & efficiency. They have 2 sizes for drinks. Ones a standard small and the other large is 32oz which is kind of like an xtra large size.

Such a cute spot! Got the Ooh La La with Lychee Coconut Jelly. Tastes like vacation. Love that they can do half sweet, cuz I wanted a sweet treat but didn't want it too sweet. Definitely want to try their gallon jugs for parties.

Decided to stop in for a little treat post-grocery shopping at 99 Ranch. The selection here is ginormous so we went back and forth a bit. We ordered the Lychee Peachee large with 50% sweet and less ice. The staff asked if we would like a tea top-off since we were getting less ice which was actually very nice. The drink itself even 50% sweet was still too sweet for me, likely from the lychee bits so I would probably get 0% next time. The portion is very generous! Staff were very friendly too.

Serious hit and miss at this tastea. Been to the ones in the OC...no problem. But this one? Usually misses. Ordering drinks here is never consistent...drink order comes out very different every time. Even with order today...drink wasn't even sweet, when ordered to full sweetness. Didn't discover until I was home and had it. What a mess. And be sure to tip...otherwise your order can and will be compromised. Forgetting to do that today was a definite show of what they will do with your order.

This tastea is in a plaza that has a lot of other food options and smells wafting in the air. But it's a good choice for boba or for hanging out. They have a couple tables and benches inside as well as some outdoor furniture but it's best for small groups only. Parking is plentiful! The store associates are helpful with questions because the menu is so large and drinks come out fast.

Once upon a time, I got a drink from Tastea (diffferent location) and never came back. I didn't like the flavor of the teas and thought I could taste tap water. It all tasted very artificial. HOWEVER, Tastea was smart enough to come up with sugar and milk substitutes for a low calorie and sugarfree drinks! That meant that my diabetic mom and my friends who are on the keto diet can all enjoy a little something. In support, I got the stevia in my drink and was surprised that it was actually pretty good. I'm also glad I adjusted the sweetness to 50% stevia as it was already sweet enough for me. Although this is not my go to tea spot, I do like the fact that I can enjoy drinks with friends and family who have dietary restrictions. These little treats are what makes us all happy!

Stopped by for a pick-me-up treat. Ordered the Jujutsu Rice Bowl & Peach Oolong Milk Tea with Crystal Boba. The rice bowl was pretty good, but not great. The karate chicken and wu sauce were good together, but the rice and corn were very disappointing. There weren't enough wu sauce for all the chicken pieces. Don't think I would order this rice bowl again. Will just get the karate chicken on its' own. The peach oolong milk tea with crystal boba was really good and had the right amount of flavor and sweetness. Quick and friendly service as usual. Still giving them a 4 stars since it's always cool to try a new menu item. I usually order their fruit teas, but wanted to try something different this time. They're still one of my favorite boba tea shop in SGV!

This place is pretty spacious and has tables and chairs which my friends and I like to play card games at. I tried their avocado smoothie and it was not bad at all! They use fresh avocado. It's a bit pricey but I think for the size they give, it's pretty worth it! I will be back to try their other menu items!

This place is great with all their drinks, but the Karate Chicken is a yummy sleeper, so go here & enjoy!!! Service is great, always a friendly smile and the atmosphere is serene & clean!!! Goooo! -TAMIM

I love a good iced tea refresher and this place hit the spot. I ordered a custom flavored iced tea with black tea, passion fruit flavoring, and 100% sweetness ($5.20). I usually order my drinks 75% sweet and will definitely do that next time since I'm not that big on sweetness. The workers were nice and I received my order pretty quickly. Many people were coming in, but the staff was great on keeping everything in order. There was a good amount of seating and everything looked clean. I will definitely be coming more often! :)

Drinks are consistently good, specifically the Strawberry Sensation (my ult fave) and any of the Speacialtea. I always order their Jujutsu Rice bowl (with extra weak sauce) because it's big enough to share between two people. Make sure to utilize the app & check their social media for any limited time deals!

Visited tastea on a scorching Sunday afternoon... highly recommend the watermelon heaven, it's like biting into a slice of watermelon. 5/5 for sure!

Mobile order for quick pickup. The fires and popcorn chicken here is very good also! My go to drink is matcha milk tea but light sweet since their drinks seem to be on the sweeter side

In store service experience was terrible. There was only one server available. He was arrogant and slow. Spent time chit chat with customer at order pick up and ignore customers waiting to place order. I orders 6 drinks for people at work. He got confused easily and kept asking how many drinks were orders. I don't think they can handle more than one drink orders. I should have orders online but the special offer specify in store only. The advertisement of buy one get one free was not true. End up pay for all the drinks except for one that he had to ask someone else to help to waive it to make it free. And he appeared that he did a big favor for me. He claimed it wasn't right if you order 8 drinks and only pay for 4. But isn't it the promotion said buy one coffee get one Vietnamese coffee free? Employees of the store do not seem to aware of the promotion. Anyway, it was a terrible experience. Won't go back again or order from the same place online either. The feedback of taste of the drinks from coworkers were not better than other stores.

I never have written a review before but this experience warranted one. I wanted to try out the place for the first time and it turned out to be one of the worst experiences. I am not sure the other locations are like this but it seems customer service is really lacking here. There was only one person who already ordered and was waiting for her order. I was not greeted in any way or told they would be right with me when I came in. Kind of felt ignored. Ok that's fine whatever let them finish what they are doing since it was only two workers and possibly online orders? Waited 5-7 min and finally get help and girl cashier gets my name wrong ok that is fine too I can just wait for that name to be called not a big deal since its very noisy with fans and machines running while music is playing. Also, it was just me and a female customer. I get my drink and it was fine and was told they were working on the popcorn chicken not a problem I didn't mind the wait. Another customer walks in and the male worker finishes the order for the first customer but it looks like he was a little irritated with his interaction with her. When my order was done, the middle-aged man comes out and calls me by the name they gave me and the other customer as well. I walk up to grab my order that he placed on the pick-up counter closest to me. This is when it goes sour for me because I could barely make out what he was saying. It sounded like he wanted to verify it was for me and was the correct order I say yes and proceeded to leave because it was. He asks me something else about sauce so I thought he asked if I had the weak sauce but I saw it was the correct sauce in my bag so I said yes its correct. He proceeds to get irritated at me and makes a angry face and waves me off and I get confused. He makes the other customer laugh at me at the counter and he kind of smirks as I left. I really didn't appreciate that interaction and definitely will not be coming back. It could have been avoided too since my order was correct but I guess he wanted to humiliate me. The drink was decent but the food was overpriced for a large $13 popcorn chicken that was burnt. Maybe skip out on the food. Customer service was definitely worse. The middle-aged man working the counter on 9/24/25 in the afternoon around 1-2pm needs to really needs to work on his customer service skills. I was patient with them and should have just asked for a refund but it wasn't worth ruining my day further. Remember to NOT tip before you get your order or you might regret it at this location or just don't come here altogether. I know I am not perfect but the attitude was not needed along with them getting the other customer involved in the situation.

One thing I always forget about Tastea is how sweet the drinks are. Even at 0% sugar, the drinks are often almost unbearably sweet, which is unfortunate. I ordered ahead, and my drink (The Unknown, passion fruit and mango black tea with crystal boba), was made and ready. The staff were super friendly, and when I told them that they forgot to add the crystal boba to my drink, they quickly fixed the problem. Even if I lived closer to a Tastea location, it probably wouldn't be a staple, just because of how overly sweet the drinks are, but the crystal boba texture is top tier.

What a difference a week makes! The Jujutsu bowl and honey boba are back and so am I. I ordered today and my bowl and boba were just as good as always.

We drove really far out for this location since there are none nearby and this is the closest but still a good 40 min drive. I needed my coffee fix and luckily they had coffee here since not all boba shops do. Parking lot is huge, it's next to a market along with some other shops and food spots in this plaza. I went for their Vietnamese Iced Coffee and my bf got the Classic Milk Tea which came with their holiday boba pearls. Super cute decor inside and great sized boba cups. Didn't wait very long for our drinks and I was super excited to try it. Their Vietnamese coffee and classic milk tea are great! My only gripe is their boba pearls. Super soft, TOO soft, barely any chew which made me really sad. I'm glad the drinks tasted good at least! But definitely wish the pearls were chewier. Other than that, it was nice to visit a Tastea boba shop again since I haven't been in years!

I love they have a vast selection and they allow for many options for customization. The desk is helpful and patient and overall the drinks are great. My only critique is with the slushies, even though I ask for light or minimal sweetness, it always still comes out as diabetic coma sweet. The rest of the drinks are reasonable.

I had Vietnamese coffee with lowest sugar, the portion is huge even for small, but too sweet.

I think after craving this specific Golden boba and milk tea combination it is safe to say that Tastea is one of my favorite Boba spots. The milk tea is always rich and earthy. The Boba is chewy and subtle in sweetness. The service was quick and efficient and I have always been greeted upon arrival. I have other Boba spots near me, but I have found myself going out of my way to have Tastea. So will continue to support:)

All the food we try here is tastea!!! The chicken street food is the bomb dot com, and the buttload fries are amazing. Their hot teas, cold teas, and icee drinks are delish . Everyone needs to give them a try.

My fiancé and I visited with a friend, Jose gave amazing service all around. He made the drinks perfectly, and definitely added positivity to our day!

I LOVE Tastea fries and this location has NEVER disappointed with them. We all know Tastea drinks are quite tasty indeed, but the fries are the real deal here. I would come just for the fries alone. They added in flavors for the fries and I tried the jalapeno lime. However, I think the original is just slightly better. I'd come back to try the other flavors though! Not pictured, but my typical order would be a bootea shaker (no sweet, which is still slightly sweet) with longan bits. If you haven't had Tastea before, my tip is to try to get your drinks 50% sweet because it's actually pretty hard to tell that it's 50% (you'll save yourself some calories from the reduced sugar without even noticing it!). Anywho, I love this location, especially because I can shop for groceries at 99 ranch while my order is being prepared. Also, everyone has been pretty friendly at this location.

Ordered 2 taro milk teas with light ice. They tasted very watered down, and I'm not exaggerating at all. It could be a bad day or someone didn't know the proper ratio. My friend thought the same. I may give them another chance but not any time soon as there's so many other boba spots in the area.

I wish I knew there was a Tastea in this area sooner! A few months ago, I was near the Alhambra area and once I noticed there was a Tastea in the area, I decided to try it. I usually go to the Chino Hills location. I don't know what it is about this location but they make their drinks sooo good! When I order my house milk tea, it is the perfect balance of milk and tea. Its not overly sweet and definitely has taste (not like some other watered down locations). The reason for the 4/5 starts is because I think their drinks are too pricey. For one small house milk tea, it comes out to $6+.

This place has super quick service thru Doordash. I ordered after coming home from a long day at work and by the time I got out of the shower it was at my door! What I ordered: Avocado Avalanche Smoothie/25% sweet/with black jelly (A+) -This is actually a southeast type of drink that usually is blended with coffee but this one doesn't have coffee but whole & condensed milk. I like it both ways. Ooh La La Smoothie (A) - Tastes like a pina colada but with strawberry bits. Perfect for the 1st day of summer! Refreshingly delightful! Buttload'a Fries (A++) in medium spice level. -The fries are soooo crispy and seasoned just right! It's quite addictive and I devoured it pretty much on the spot. I definitely would order all these items again but would like to try the other options in the future. I haven't actually been in the store just thru delivery. The carry out was executed well with tamper seals on everything. Would order from them again for a larger corporate party or seasonal event.

11/10 boba spot i've been coming here for 3-4 years and have always loved the peach me freeze with boba! recently tried their fries, they're also good. the supervisor sebastian was so kind today at my visit! 10/10 customer service nice and clean inside, just enough for 5-7 groups and outside seating as well.

4 stars Stopped by for some milk tea after a shopping trip at 99 Ranch. Location-wise, I think it's really convenient and free parking being a major plus. A couple years back (beforetimes), I tried this boba shop and didn't really like it, so I never came back. This time, I ordered the Horchata Milk Tea (less ice, less sugar) and a Vietnamese Ice Coffee (full ice, full sugar) and both drinks were quite good! Horchata Milk Tea came with Toasted Crunch Cereal on top which made the drink fun to eat/drink. The salted cream foam balanced the drink really well. Cinnamon flavor was pretty light. Vietnamese Ice Coffee was strong and full sugar was perfect for me and my mom. It definitely helped cut through the bitterness of the coffee. As someone who doesn't really like bitter coffee, I found this to be pretty well balanced. I think if I added a little more condensed milk, I'd like it more. At the time that I went (Saturday afternoon-ish), the place was pretty packed. I think from waiting in line, placing an order, to pick up, I waited somewhere between 15-25 minutes. But definitely worth the wait.

Nice Tastea location. Came here more during COVID when the pickup window was a good thing to have because of social distancing. Got the large Chamango. They make it differently than the Mexican places that use mango sherbet but it hits the spot.

Lychee peachee 5/5 - this is one of my go to drinks here. I love the flavor of the tea. I got 75% sweet and it was still pretty sweet so I don't recommend getting full sweetness. Free drinks in Alhambra, Los Angeles, California... Thanks to the generosity of Tastea, I won a prize bundle from an Instagram contest! The package included a pin, an air freshener, a sticker, and two coupons for free drinks! Thank you! There are several Tastetea locations and I'm glad that I chose this one in Alhambra. The free parking, convenient restroom, cool air conditioning, and efficient service were much appreciated! My friend, Jeff V., wanted coffee and - luckily - there were two choices. He asked for a sample and was so happy with the Vietnamese Coffee! He got the large size with boba! Yay! I chose the Yummy Gummy Smoothie. It had tiny bits of peach in a combination of Passion fruit, Raspberry, and Orange. It was wonderful on a hot September afternoon! Thank you, Tastea! We will be back for more!

Customer service is amazing. About a year ago, two employees were kind, patient, and understanding. They went above and beyond to explain things and waited while I was ordering. This is still true today. Food is great. I enjoy the boba there. Ambiance is typical of a boba shop. Can be quiet on non-busy hours.

Appreciated the accommodating service this location has towards their customers! The servers do not pressure us in choosing our drinks right away and worked fast to get the drinks and food that we ordered. Both our bobas and the fries we ordered tasted very well and fresh! It was a cute spot for friends to hang out or even spend some time getting work done while drinking boba!

I came back and the air conditioning was on! Brought someone new to this location and he loved the watermelon blended boba! He was surprised to see green boba, haha.

I got the Classic Milk Tea with boba option, which is the most basic item in any boba store that you can get, and I was surprised how underwhelmed I was when I got my drink. The taste of the milk tea was a bit mid and lacked flavor, and the boba pearls were kinda soggy. I feel like a store that specializes in milk tea would get its most basic one correctly. I did order the fries, and they were a 3/5 for me and pretty decent.

Updating my previous 4 star review to 5 stars!!!!! Have been back so many times and 4 stars certainly doesn't suffice. Please read my previous review for tips and recommendations.

Love Tastea! I've been coming here for years. The locations are quick and consistent. What I got: Strawberry Matcha Milk Tea Mango Milk Tea (half sweet) Delicious as always! There is ample parking, as it is located next to the 99Ranch. The one downside to this location is that it is not a suuuper enjoyable place to hang around outside. Not terrible, just not great. Overall, amazing!
