Oxtail Mac n cheese Keith Lee 12/10

View Postcard for Tastebudz Creole Kitchen Restaurant

Shari Mascotti

Google
Ordered online for pickup. Everything was so good and the portions were decent for the price. The only complaint is the oxtails and steak could have been a tad bit more tender, but overall the flavor was a 10/10. Ordered Taffy grapes too. Personally didn’t like this flavor, but they were fine

Diana Wei

Google
It was pretty decent. We visited due to a visiting friend who follows Keith Lee. Prepare a wait. And dishes are $25+ and placed in plastic takeout bins. There were many ppl who ordered take out. I'm torn between 3 or 4 star....it's a 3.5 for me. The SO would say 3. Overall still decent if looking for homey comfort food. But the price is a bit steep for the quality of many ingredients and dishes. Jerk Chicken And Shrimp Meal with Mac, cornbread $25.00 Cajun Chicken Meal with Redbeans and rice, Mac $20.00 Oxtail Plate with Broccoli, and Yams $35.00 Fountain Drink Pepsi $3.50 Fountain Drink Lemon Lime $3.50 My candy yams definitely were super sweet and mushy. The give enough oxtail to make the price worth it. The SO thought it was okay and wouldn't crave this for awhile. Spicy was definitely spicy. Corn bread was a bit dry. Broccoli was a bit mushy. It had cinnamon on top of it.

Marvin Harrison

Google
Went here because Keith Lee recommended it and I was very disappointed. I got when it opened and the young lady who took our order was very nice, the other young lady looked like she would rather be someplace else besides there. We waited 50 minutes for our order and was expecting good food. What got was dried out jerk salmon with day old rice, canned yams and subpar Mac and cheese. We also day old shredded jerk chicken over old rice and I couldn’t figure out the deal with the broccoli. We threw it in the trash and took the 50.00 loss. The place has potential and I found it strange that I didn’t smell food cooking when I got there. I don’t think the food was actually cooked there fresh. Very disappointed

Ticarra Boyd

Google
The food was amazing! Very well seasoned made to order and hot. No complaints on the food at all however the customer service needs huge improvement. The young lady who took my order was very dismissive as if she had better things to be doing answered her personal cell phone in the middle of me ordering. The atmosphere could use some TLC and more details ,the walls look great but that’s about it. I definitely recommend the food but it lacks having an overall good experience, also the drink options could be better as well.

Tamika

Google
Exactly what I was looking for, I knew as soon as I seen the lady at the counter this food was going to be good. Everything was hot, seasoned well, with good sized portions at a reasonable price. I ordered the oxtail and lobster Mac. I also got a jerk chicken and loaded baked potato to go. I have no complaints on any of it, so if you are in las vegas I highly recommend this place.

Alisia Leon

Google
Waited 30 minutes in line, another 25 for the food. They need a better system. They had 5-6 employees and most were just running around. One was just standing up front on his phone while the lady was taking orders, getting drinks and handling out food. Mac and cheese was so oily and made us feel horrible, lobster was flavorful but overpriced at ($30 just for the lobster.) The grapes were really good but I will find them elsewhere.

Armani Minter

Google
The mac & cheese noodles were overcooked. The lobster wasn't good tasted like bleach. The oxtails were under seasoned, same as the mac & cheese and greens. The grape was good. I don't know if if I came on a bad day but the food wasn't good.

corey johnson

Google
Soul food with no soul! They need to be closed down just for the disrespect of the Collard Greens! ZERO flavor and taste like they was soaking in vinegar. Chicken was dry! Mac and Cheese was ok. Perfect example of fake hype! Shameful

Yelp
Taste Budz Creole Kitchen has never disappointed when it comes to the food -- it's consistently delicious. However, the customer service could definitely use some improvement. Both times I visited, I noticed a lack of professionalism from the staff. The first time, the cashiers (who appeared to be a group of teenage girls) were whispering and laughing, which felt uncomfortable. On my second visit, I saw employees on their phones instead of attending to customers. One cashier even asked my boyfriend why he looked a certain way, and then tried to convince him to work on her sister's car. Additionally, the music was much too loud during both visits. The first time, there was a DJ, and we could barely hear each other talk. Today, the music was still blaring from the back. Overall, while the food is fantastic and I would definitely return, the restaurant would benefit greatly from better customer service training and more professional behavior from the staff. We spent $72 and ordered the Cajun Shrimp Alfredo, along with cornbread, mac and cheese, greens, and yams as sides. The food was absolutely delicious and didn't disappoint--everything was flavorful and well-prepared. Definitely a great place to eat!

Yelp
Walked in to the restaurant and immediately felt a bit off. I ordered my food but it felt like they were annoyed of me ordering food. I brushed it off, ordered a steak and shrimp meal, the oxtail loaded potato, and gumbo. We waited for about 30 - 45 mins to get our food, which I had no problem with because I thought the food was gonna be made fresh. Once we received it, my steak and shrimp plate was seasoned well, however, the steak was so overcooked that my jaw was hurting from chewing. The rice and steak were so tough to chew through. The rice that came with the gumbo, however, was so soft and perfect, so not sure what happened with my other meal. The oxtail was amazing but could be a little too rich for the next guy. The gumbo was the best meal from our order. It was seasoned perfectly and the rice accompanied it well, soft and loose. Overall 3/5 stars. For the amount of time I waited for my food, I would've expected better quality steak and rice.

Yelp
When you enter the restaurant you will be surprised how big it is inside with colorful paintings on the wall. Service: was not bad at all. We waited about 15-20 mins for the food. They had a line when we got there and they just opened around 11am and some people were picking up orders I love the whole concept of this creole restaurant located on the North side of Las Vegas. Definitely deserved a shout out to Che! I would like to go back when they have a DJ or when someone is performing Or if they have an event. Food ordered: Oxtail with macaroni and cheese and greens Chicken and shrimp jerk with sweet yams and cornbread. Everything was good!!! Price: about $75 for those two orders. Worth it! Parking: plenty its next to smart and final Overall, a very good experience!

Yelp
The short of a long story, the food is a 4.5/5 The wait time was much longer than acceptable But the hospitality on the back end was a 4/5 The restaraunt is a nice size and the music is great. The ordering/pickup area is small and can get clustered during a rush but that isn't a huge concern. The staff is nice and who I presume to be the owner or at least a stakeholder was very hospitable. Our group ordered about 6 entrees and a few sides in all. The wait we were quoted was 30min. The actual wait time was about an hour. When I went to the counter, the food was waiting on us. So that led me to believe our name just wasn't called. The chicken and shrimp loaded potato was missing the shrimp. But the flavor of all the food was amazing. Everything was great. Our entire group was pleased with the food, just a bit hangry by the time we got it. All the customers before and after us couldn't say enough good about the spot. Would return, but will order in advance.

Yelp
Tastebudz Creole Kitchen is located in North Las Vegas. They offer mostly Cajun Style Foods. This is a casual type restaurant. You order and pay at the desk by the kitchen. Someone runs out your order when it's ready. Inside is extra large with bright paintings on the walls. I tried the Jerk Salmon Entree with Mac-N-Cheese and Sweet Potatoes. Every item of my entree should have been much better. The sweet potatoes were like canned potatoes that were over cooked and turning to mush. The Macaroni and Cheese might have been good when it was first made but appears to have been re-heated too many times and was breaking down. The salmon was hard to eat because of it texture and was over seasoned to the point that it was boarder-line not edible. It also had some sort of hard residue on it that added to the not edible experience. On my husband's platter the beef was so tough that maybe even an alligator would have trouble chewing it. All the food could have been better.

Yelp
Hyped up on social media for some ight food... The portion sizes were not it AT ALL, total was approximately $78 for 2 small size entrées, 2 cans of soda and a side of yams... Everything was flavorful and seasoned well however, I can't justify anybody come here for the prices vs portion sizes . Also, the lack of customer service was my tipping point between 3 and 2 stars. Had never been here and the employees were no help in figuring out how to order. TikTok let me down in this one...

Yelp
First of when entering this place employee on cellphone Red flag.Spent 105.65 on Luke warm food, ordered drinks the same employee took forever to go get drinks. When she delivered the drinks it came with Very poor Attitude. Oxtails were good flavor ,mac was Salty, Gumbo very oilly. Kool-aid was on point. Surely not worth the price. Will not be returning hers due to customer service!!!!

Yelp
What is going on With Tastebudz? Waiting at least :50 minutes at this point for an order. There are 18 ppl sitting in the area waiting for their orders. It's Friday, this is super bizarre. No music, nothing too Try and keep the vibe up. No more than 1 person in line at a time for the last :50 minutes, and no food is coming out, for anyone. This is not a place to bring someone who you are trying to sway in this places direction. I hope this is a fluke. Pull the food truck out In The parking lot please. Just not sure what's going on here... at all. DB's is closed, so I'm just here. Sheesh. Cashier said "well some people have been waiting an hour. It wasn't jerk chicken at all. No jerk flavor or seasoning just some brown shredded chicken. The salmon which was supposed to be jerk also was just a big white plank with clove tastes. I'm done.

Yelp
FINALLY after a couple years from watching food reviews to seeing these restaurant pop up on my for you page on instagram, I have made it to try the infamous Tastebudz Creole Kitchen!!!! First, I had call in my order for to-go to eat at the comfort of my own home with my boyfriend for a late dinner tonight as our first time both trying out this restaurant so we were REALLY excited because we've heard so many incredible things! The service was great from the calling over the phone to picking up the food there were NO issues and the food was ready to go when I go there to pick up. I LOVE tbe ambiance very inviting, bright, and supporting black culture! Might I add, it is a black owned local business right here in the city of Las Vegas! My boyfriend had gotten their Jerk Chicken and Shrimp Alfredo, whereas, I got the Cajun Snowcrab Alfredo. We both absolutely LOVED the flavor, taste, and amount was all put into the Alfredo which made it 100/10 on all levels!!! The Mac and Cheese was a powerhouse full of flavor that you couldn't resist and would have you coming back for more & more! I MUST say it is worth every penny you're paying for the amount of food you're receiving. The prices are reasonably priced when you're getting bang for your buck. Tastebudz Creole Kitchen, I see why you continue to receive the recognition and attention that you do which you truly deserve! My boyfriend and I will be coming back and will spread the word to others to come out to try this delicious food for themselves.

Yelp
Food had good flavor. The chicken was a bit dried out but I'm gonna assume that's cause we got there so close to closing that nothing was fresh. It was on the greasy side as well but sitting on rice helped absorb some of that. The greens were "just greens" no peppers, onions, or meat in them. So nothing stood out about them. The mac was decent overall. The customer service would only get one star. We had never been to the restaurant before so we had a few questions and the facial expressions and body language gave off a vibe that would seem that we were getting on her nerves. If ever in Vegas again, I'd be willing to try them out again but definitely earlier in the day.

Randy N.

Yelp
Best flavor you'll find, regardless of food genre. Upon entrance I was eagerly greeted by a lady named Shelly. She was patient and very knowledgeable about all the menu items. The jerk chicken has some serious kick to it in terms of spice so make sure you have plenty water nearby (it's not extremely hot but I'm kind of a wimp when it comes to spicy food). To be honest, hot Cheetos are spicier. The jerk chicken comes nestled on a bed of rice for a perfect accompaniment. I loved the Mac & Cheese. I always eat it in conjunction with the sweet potatoes. For me, the portions are large enough for it to be two meals so the price is really worth the value. The banana pudding wasn't my favorite but it wasn't the worst. The Koolaid-esque drink was great. Restaurant was huge and spacious and ideal for live events given the stage and plentiful seating. I love this place.

Mauriel D.

Yelp
Top notch comfort food , the restaurant is huge big enough for graduation dinners bday dinner really nice, clean and spacious, there are a lot of food options and I love that town have vegetarian options, the service was nice and fast we didn't know what the sauce taste like so they let us Try it first and I liked that all the wait time was about 10-15 min but that was good food for the food To be nice and hot and let's not skip over the portion they are not stingy every order was made for 2 people to share the flavor issss bomb can't wait To come back and get some other items

Jacqueline R.

Yelp
AMAZING!!!! I had the spicy chicken and it was delicious. They never disappoint! And the service is phenomenal.

Badyella M.

Yelp
Waited in line 35 minutes just to order then another 30 minutes to get my food. Staff was friendly service was very slow and food was not good. The state was hard and burned. The oxtails were dry. The chicken pasta with chicken was excellent. The greens had so many stems in it it really didn't get any greens and they had no seasoning. The mac & cheese was unflavored and watery. The crab was barely boiled. It was no seasoning on it or in it. All they did was throw some pasta sauce on top of it. I will not be returning here. It was not worth the hours so of my time.

Yvonne C.

Yelp
The food was Not fit for consumption. We were a family of 9 celebrating a birthday. We ordered food the presentation of the food was displeasing, too much salt, tasteless and overcooked. We were totally disappointed and we reported our dissatisfaction the referred us to a sign on the wall that same no returns or refunds. We found this place from Keith Lee recommendation and either there was a different chef or it's his cousins but he rated it so high we made reservations. If I can save you from wasting your money and time please don't go here. They refused to correct or make a mends with us. This is the first time I've ever written a re ire but my conscious wouldn't allow me not to share our experience. Buyers beware

Daryl E.

Yelp
Go. Servers are very friendly. Atmosphere is very chill, laid back with some old school R&B playing. Large sitting area. Food is absolutely amazing. All of it. Mac and cheese straight slaps, got a little kick to it too. Greens, outstanding. Sweet potatoes, delicious. This place has got soul food right. Been in Vegas going to be two weeks for work, and for a while I was concerned that while I've had some good food, I hadn't had anything really worth telling people they must try - this place changed that. This is a must try restaurant, will definitely be one of my guaranteed go-tos whenever I'm in town.

Yelp
Taste Budz is located in a shopping center, the interior is very spacious and simple. They do have paintings on the wall but other than that not much else going on except for tables and chairs. There are 5 tvs inside the establishment, during our dining experience they had fans on to combat the heat. I ordered a chicken and shrimp jerk meal with a lemonade. It's came out to $30, I would say the price is reasonable for the amount of food you receive (main entree, rice and 2 sides of your choice). Something I though odd was when I ordered cashier asked me if I was paying with cash or card, I let her know I was paying with card and she asked to see my ID to verify my card. My friend ordered right after me and paid with her card as well but was not asked to present her ID. The food arrive in 10 minutes, it came out hot and fresh looking. I was told my lemonade would come out shortly. The jerk chicken was delicious, unfortunately the shrimp was very dry. The Mac and cheese was tasty and the yams were also pretty good. I appreciated the spice from the jerk seasoning. 20 minutes passed and my lemonade never came out, I finished my meal and my friend and I were getting ready to leave so I asked for it in my way out. It would have been nice to have something to drink with my food. The other employee did apologize for the inconvenience. Overall my experience was 3/5.

Jake A.

Yelp
I went to their second location at 4850 w flamingo rd. At first I was a little skeptical because the location (bar / hookah lounge) was hard to find and once inside I didn't see any customers nor did I smell any food. My expectations going in were low but after eating the food I was content. All the food had flavor and good size portion.

Andre W.

Yelp
Let me say that the food is really good. I got the oxtail, with Mac and cheese, and greens. The oxtails fell off the bone and are full of flavor. The Mac and cheeses is cheesy and good, and the greens were cooked through and had a nice flavor. The cornbread was super cold I took a bite it was ok. The customer service is nice the people taking your order are very patient, and if you are military you get a free drink. The reason for the 3 stars is the wait time, I ordered my food at around 6:30 pm and I didn't get my name called until 7:25! The line wasn't long when I walked in, the crazy thing is the person ahead of me got her food a full 30 mins before my order was ready. Once they get more consistent I think this place will be a real staple in Las Vegas.

Jai S.

Yelp
Eh... I do not know what to say. For starters, I do want to say that the customer service was extremely great. The lady that took our order was simply amazing & super patient with us as it was our 1st time. The food however was pretty bleak. At least mine was. I had the shrimp & rice, mac & cheese & sweet potatoes. It was okay.. the rice was kinda hard & inconsistent. The mac & cheese was good, but the sweet potato lacked alot of flavor. My boyfriend's Alfredo was good, he loved it & it had alot of flavor. It took awhile for the food to come out. About 45min to an hour after. They had music playing which was chill & it was spacious. I probably would not come back ... but if I did, I would try something else.

Adib S.

Yelp
Food is Fire!! Nice size portion! Well seasoned! Fair pricing! Good service! Big space!

BJ R.

Yelp
I ordered crab legs, oxtails and gravy, Mac n cheese and yams. My crab legs were not fresh it appeared they had been sitting in water they were difficult to crack open. The best thing for me was the oxtails. On a scale from 1-5 I would say a 3. The worst part was the disgusting flies

Kam D.

Yelp
Food: 5/5 (amazing flavor and cook). The lobster Mac n cheese was the best I've ever had. My husband enjoyed the Oxtail plate as well. Very flavorful and delicious. We waited over 45 minutes after ordering our food to receive the food. We had to pay for water because they do not have a soda fountain with cups of water. The staff were friendly but did not seem to care about putting orders out efficiently. When we got there, it was not that busy at all and we still waited almost an hour for our food. When we were getting ready to leave, there was a huge line. I wonder how long they had to wait for their food? Lobster Mac N Cheese- $30 Oxtail plate- $40 Strawberry shortcake grapes-$10 Waters- $2 each The food was delicious, but due to the wait and prices, we will not be returning customers.

Yelp
My mother in law has been randomly sending us clips of Tastebudz Creole Kitchen from food bloggers. I told my wife for her birthday we are taking her there. She is really hard to please in this town so I said if she don't like it then this one is her fault LOL! I had to make sure this was the right one because there's different TasteBudz in NLV but was told they serve different food. The best part was we live right in the area so it's a quick drive up the road. Coming inside we were shocked how large the space was. Since it was out first time, it took us a minute to figure out what we wanted and how to understand parts of the menu. Shoutout to Ivorie and Shelly for taking care of us, being patient and answering all questions. My mom ended up ordering the Oxtail & Lobster Mac Meal ($60), a Banana Pudding ($7), and a sweet tea ($3.50). My wife ordered the Cajun Shrimp Alfredo ($20), a side of Mac for my daughter ($7) and a Tiki Punch pop ($2). I ordered the Jerk Chicken Meal ($20), it comes with 2 sides I ordered Yams and subbed in Jerk Brussel Sprouts (additional $5). All together with the 3% service charge and taxes came out to $139. My jerk chicken was good, it was a bit different because instead of the parts of the chicken they shred the meat up and put white rice at the bottom. I could have used some sauce because the rice was a little dry but no problem. My yams were really good and my eyes popped out when I tried the Jerk Sprouts those were a hit! I didn't really care for my wife's pasta that day but when she let me try it for left overs and I got the taste the shrimp it was pretty good. My mom actually loved her food. We are from the Chicagoland areas and when I saw the mural saying they were from Hopkins, IL I was like okay we got some people from back home and part of me thinks her mindset shifted to get ready for some good food. She was so happy with her food we asked if the owners were there it was a Thursday they were out but we met their daughter Aniah to let her know she threw down in that kitchen!! My mom said "I didn't even have to add salt LOL" The food took about 30 minutes, at first it was pretty empty but then people kept flocking in and I can tell these people come all the time and know they have to wait for good food. This also tells us that they make it fresh to order which we did confirm so it was worth the wait. We were told its really busy on the weekends, with the stage and DJ booth. Leaving there I felt like everyone in the neighborhood knew about this gem but us LOL!!! Oh and that banana pudding was really good. I added a picture but it doesn't do any justice on how good it was. Can't wait to come back and wow they actually have turkey sausage here which is hard to find in restaurants (THANK YOU TRISH!). One of my co-workers saw that I posted this place and said she has been coming to Chef Trish since she had a food truck and to ask for her secret sauce whenever you order food . Thank you for placing food inside storage containers which are reusable and microwaveable, great idea!

Cortney D.

Yelp
The oxtails were burnt!!! The food is too expensive for this to be the results. What happened to you get what you pay for.

Demetria C.

Yelp
Tik Tok referral again, people please and I don't have an account . On arrival building easily spotted , on entry this place is huge and colorful. Ladies seated behind counter and menu posted above with a variety of items. I notice a sign stating out of brown gravy . OK no worries I'm not getting anything that requires gravy such as oxtails smothered pork chops or chicken . I place my order for a small Gumbo, the cashier states we out of brown gravy . I laugh because I know I just asked for Gumbo. The other cashier chimes in we have brown gravy and proceeded to ask the kitchen. Sure enough brown gravy (Gumbo) is available. My sis order Jerk catfish , but only salmon and shrimp available. Food delivered to table , I open my container to the pretties brown gravy filled with crab chicken sausage. I taste the brown thick gravy with rice on side in a separate container. This was the best brown gravy I've had in 49 years . It was flavorful and just a lil kick once it hit the back of your throat. Only issue I had is I ordered Gumbo , and this was brown gravy with seafood nice concept. The jerk salmon, sis state mac and cheese was good and flavorful but the salmon lacked the jerk. But the salmon was cooked perfect it melted in your mouth each bite. Banana pudding wasn't pudding , I try not to order desserts because they either to dry or wet , this was dry and I didn't taste banana. Overall cool spot to visit 4 stars for the best brown gravy I've had in my life .

Laroyne B.

Yelp
SO good best in town!!! If you like taste better jump on it.Flavor is where it is. Thanks tastebudz

Temple P.

Yelp
Visiting Vegas for the first time and my group got food from here.the first time we entered the line was long and no one spoke. Food was barely moving and there was only one person behind the counter. The wait was an hour so we left to come back another day and after getting a plate I rate the food a good 3/10. Im from the south and the food was just dry and not seasoned well.

xo b.

Yelp
food was great. been here a couple times it's always very clean and the cook times is pretty fast. workers are also kind and nonjudgmental.

Tia R.

Yelp
I'm not a native of Las Vegas but should I come back I would not go to this restaurant. It's important to know we got there right as they opened. Keeping that in mind if we set aside the taste of the food, it's ridiculous to have waited so long and the food not even be lukewarm. The flavor left much to be desired. The rice, although it was white rice was extremely bland without a hint of any type of butter or seasoning. The shrimp were over cooked. The oxtails were clearly warmed over from the day before. You could tell because some portions were extremely hard/dry while others that were obviously marinating in the juice were tender. The macaroni while it was moist had a very strong flavor of old bay, the green were uncooked and had a strong flavor of vinegar. And the brussel sprouts... I have no words. They were awful. The butter and vinegar that they're cooked in along with the seasoning were over powering and had a tangy after taste. The cornbread was AMAZING!

Khrystiana M.

Yelp
The food is always great. My favorite is the jerk shrimp & steak with Mac n cheese, and yams. The service can sometimes take a while due to the demand but worth the wait. Fun vibrant ambiance.

Shalawn H.

Yelp
The food was seasoned a bit heavy but it could have been because it was late and it was not the freshest. My portion was charred quite a bit while someone else in my party seemed to have fresher food (they waited for it much longer also). Although they were cleaning dirty tables as we came in, the overwhelming smell of Pine sol was a little nauseating during my meal. A plus: There was a lot on the menu to choose from!

Rin F.

Yelp
two hour wait for my food meanwhile, their restaurant inside cleaned out three separate times. I don't know why they were not giving me my food. They don't do refunds or exchanges. Horrible customer service. It's very uncomfortable in there because everybody has to wait a really long time for their food so you can only imagine everybody's mood.

Diamond K.

Yelp
This is a family owned restaurant that I 10/10 recommend. The owner and his wife are incredibly amazing people. The staff all work so well together and is very patient and organized with you. They allowed me to rent the entire restaurant out for my mom 60th birthday and let me just say the food did not disappoint, the ambience was awesome with the DJ playing at all times. The food is enough to feed two maybe even three. Definitely get the grapes, chefs potatoes are a must as well too the jerk shrimp is a win too. Honestly no matter what you order here you will be impressed.

Wendy C.

Yelp
We ordered lobster Mac and cheese and side of oxtails. Overly priced! I'm sorry but it wasn't all that for that price. Beyond disappointed

Latoya S.

Yelp
Food 10/10 Service and hospitality exquisite Ambiance definitely low key vibe Kool-aid bomb We loved our food

Aaron L.

Yelp
First thing first the food was straight fire They had music playing the vibe was awesome and the customer service was great

Fabhouse V.

Yelp
Bomb food & Kool-Aid. Homemade & Flavorful delicious and huge portions. Mac & Cheese best in Vegas.

Alexandria L.

Yelp
Food is soooo yummy!!! Worth every dollar!! Service is 10/10! Best Mac and cheese I've had in a long time and the brussel sprouts are omg so bomb

Ayana H.

Yelp
When they said tatsebudz they really meant taste buds. Banana pudding fire portions of everything are nice and big . I got Cajun shrimp and chicken Alfredo and jerk chicken and shrimp potatoes. I'll give it a good 9/10 overall .

Mary H.

Yelp
I came out from San Bernardino to Las Vegas for vacation wanted to try this place so bad we seen so many good things on tik tok about this place sooooooo. When got got there it was cool vibe was cool music was good , we ordered our foood took a hour for it to come out :/ then when we got to the car and opened our meal the presentation was cool but the food was extremely salty I was so disappointed especially paying almost 100.00 for 2 meals first and last time coming to this place.

Yelp
The food is so flavorful and the portions are good for the price. It's about a 20 minute drive from the strip but it's totally worth it!

Yelp
I ordered gumbo , the oxtail meal with yams & greens & chicken pasta . 1 they don't serve rice with the gumbo , 2 the oxtails have no flavor & the greens don't have any flavor as well . The pasta was really good ; at least something was tasty . The prices for the food did not match the taste . I was so excited & very disappointed at the flavor . Don't recommend !!

Yelp
Overall a good experience. 7/10 I would definitely return and would DEFINITELY get the Mac n Cheese again. I would more than likely try a different meat option as my shrimp were overcooked. Service was good and the ambiance was nice. We went on Thursday for dinner.

Yelp
First time at Tastebudz. Food was really good great flavor. Atmosphere was chill . Customer service can be better more welcoming , young lady that took my order was very nice and polite . Other two ladies were just chatting it would be great if they can acknowledge other customers waiting in line when you have two cashiers. Eventually she did start taking orders , but when there were literally two customers in line . Also if you're hungry and don't want to wait 45min -1hr on your food I will think about ordering.

Yelp
Good food, but very expensive and horrible customer service. Cashier had a bad attitude

Yelp
Flavor was good that's why yall get a 2. Other than that, they give you attitude when you go there and order. They give you attitude over the phone. They make you TEXT YOUR ORDER . They got dry chicken which is wild considering it's a chicken thigh. Wouldn't recommend coming here.

Yelp
The food is immaculate. We did have to wait about 20-25 min but worth it. We went early but it started getting busy.
