Great range of food items to buy patties, pastries drinks, and bread. One of the most well loved and busiest Tastees and they have relatively good service with quick turn around times even during peak lunch hours.

I find it funny how it is always buzzing with people here but still the staff moves so quickly and orders are served in no time. What's more I think it's the best place to buy a patty on the planet. As Tastee overall makes the best patties and this location is the actual manufacturing site so the patties are amazingly fresh here every time not sometimes.

The line was very short when I visited, so the wait was really short. The cashiers were the ones who affected the service ratings. Not very professional in indicating if credit cards were accepted on the day. When asked if I could pay with my credit card, the response was, "Sometimes de card machine work an sometimes it nuh work". I requested that she try using the machine, and it worked. Collecting the patties was seamless as my receipt number was called, and I responded. I had purchased 12 patties, which had to be checked by a security person because it was in a box. I purchased beef patties, and it was delicious. PS. The photo below is not the original container of the product.

Though the workers/servers were somewhat courteous, the service needed A LOT of improvement. Listen, I understand l went close to closing time but they could have communicated with the customers a lot better, in terms of what they had remaining at that hour. Also they need to communicate with each other better! I waited for what felt an hour for some nuggets and when you check it, the workers didn't communicate my order properly among each other. Very frustrating 😕. Other than that, it's okay.

This patty/fast food Restaurant is a Kingston institution, very popular with locals and visitors alike

Cashier and servers are very unpleasant and lack any kind of customer service

Offering lunch and other items on a big menu but I can never go wrong with a mouth watering cheese patty smacked between a warm buttery mouth watering coco bread accompanied by a large cup of Pepsi.. and for dessert I have their soft doughnut filled with succulent cherry filling...

Normally i have a good food experience at this location. It has been a while since so maybe they changed the chef. The food was not enjoyable. At 2pm many options were finished leaving only fried / barbie fried chicken and rice n peas with only pasta as the vegetable was finished . So i choose the barbie fried option. The chicken was overly salted and the rice was hard. Not a very good experience. I threw away most of it.
