I placed two separate orders: one for roasted duck noodle soup and another for beef brisket rice. However, there were some problems during the process, as described below:
My first order was supposed to be roasted duck noodle soup, but the staff mistakenly placed an order for beef brisket noodle soup. She asked if I would like to add chicken to balance the price difference, so I agreed.
When I got home, I realized that I did not receive the beef brisket rice I had ordered.
I called the restaurant to clarify, and the woman I spoke with said she remembered me and claimed that I had left without taking the beef brisket rice. Since I live far from the restaurant, I asked if I could get a refund for the missing rice. However, the staff member's attitude was very rude, which left me quite dissatisfied.
I understand that mistakes happen, and I can accept that a refund might not be the most convenient solution. However, I called the restaurant to ask about this issue, and while the staff member acknowledged the mistake, her attitude was quite rude. Instead of offering a reasonable solution, such as providing a credit or allowing me to pick up the beef brisket rice on my next visit, I felt dismissed and poorly treated.
