My husband and I love Tasty Pot so much! This time, we ordered two different soups: #9 Taiwanese Supreme Spicy Hot Pot and #11 Sichuan Flavor Hot Soup. Personally, I didn’t enjoy the Taiwanese Supreme as much because the intestine in the soup had a strong, slightly unpleasant smell that wasn’t to my taste. However, the Sichuan Flavor Hot Soup was absolutely delicious — rich, flavorful, and perfectly spicy! Our favorite proteins are definitely the lamb and beef — they’re always tender, juicy, and pair really well with the broth. We also really liked this Tasty Pot location! It’s much bigger than the Berkeley one, and parking is a lot easier since the lot is spacious and convenient. The service was good — the staff were nice and attentive enough, although nothing particularly outstanding. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and will definitely come back for more!

Google
Chicken sizzler and wing's was good... VEGGIE Hot Soup was Average ! No chicken soup in the Menu. Only Beef & Pork!! Staff and service was horrible! They don't understand English... You need to explain many time and they force to have what they like or there special.. but it didn't taste good... Treatment was very bad !! Not kids Friendly too....

Google
I ordered fired squid, pork sausage, lobster pot, and Taiwanese pot. For pots, they are ok. The lobster pot is average. The good thing is the fried squid. Their pot comes with free ice tea/tea, it is a plus.

I loved the food! Got the veggie hot pot. Service was just okay, we had to keep asking for water refills, but the staff was kind.

This is my first time here! Honestly I didn’t expect how delicious it was! You can choose your own Nabe which is good too! I ordered lam pot, inside has enough meat and vegetables and if you want you can add. Original portion is very good enough and satisfy!! If you like spicy , choose extra spicy I choose medium spicy which is not so spicy. Also customer service was very good even they are pretty busy!

This is our first time visiting this place. This was actually our first time trying hot pot and the lady who assisted us walked us through it in a kind manner. We tried the #1 and #7 pot, and I loved every bite! They provided complimentary green or black tea and fried chicken skins. We also tried the Thai tea and rose milk tea. They served us fast which is a plus! Great customer service.

Went to have hot pot with some friends. It was a packed house. We came in just in time to get a table on a Saturday night, 5ish. I was aware of a line of people wanting to sit while we ate. We ordered the Taiwanese hot pot, the beef sizzling plate, and the calamari. Everything was delicious and fresh. Our broth in our hot pot was refilled when we asked. They also relit out fire for our broth to stay hot. Service was great even though every table was full.

Be ware of the portion. We ordered 2 pot and each pot can feed us for 2 extra meals. The soup has a lot of meat and vegies. When we to go our left over, we asked for more broth and it was perfect to eat with our rice or noodles at home. Their sauces were special made and they are uniquely delicious. The presentation is nice. The restaurant is clean and spacious. The servers kept checking on us and refilled soup base or water. I heard their drinks are really good, maybe I would try next time.

Yelp
My friend has never had hot pot before! I was so shocked considering he is Cantonese that I had to rectify the problem, stat! We went to tasty pot and the portions are very large. The seasoning is not as robust as a Boiling Point, but I don't mind that as there are sauces available. The beef was tender and the veggies were cooked to the right texture. It was a great experience. Service was typical. Casual. Easy parking. Please come and create your own experience.

Yelp
While it may look small on the outside, the restaurant is spacious and has a lot of seating deep inside. Seating is arranged in tables of 2 4 or 8. If you have a big table, let them know ahead of time and they will put a table together for you easy. Service is very tantative, quick and easy-going. Order is via QR code and very easy. If you have leftovers, get more of their soup and for next day just add your ramen when you cook/warm up the pot for another round of tasty pot!. You can't go wrong with any of the hot pot selections. Other than the Veggie Hot Pot (water based), their soup base is pork bone broth. It is rich and delicious. Did I also mention you can get refills of their pork bone soup!??? My go to are either Curry Hot Pot - Mild, Lamb Hot Pot or if I feel adventurous then the Japanse Miso Hot Pot. Curry Hot Pot comes with Napa Cabbage, Sliced Pork, Vermicelli, Tomato, Corn, Zucchini, Egg, Enoki Mushroom, Imitation Crabmeat, Kamaboko, Fishball, King Oyster Mushroom, Tofu Skin, Tempura, Golden Fishball, Regular Fish Ball and Lobster Ball. Lamb Hot Pot comes with Napa Cabbage, Sliced Lamb, Vermicelli, Enoki Mushroom, Imitation Crabmeat, Kamaboko, Fishball, Brown Button Mushroom, Blood Rice Cake, Fried Tofu Skin, Sour Mustard and Clams! Japanese Miso Hot Pot comes with Napa Cabbage, Pork Slices, Half Blue Crab, Udon, Enoki Mushroom, Clams, Fish Fillet, King Oyster Mushroom, Fried Tofu Skin ,Soft Tofu, Kamaboko, Cuttlefish, Corn, Tempura, Roe Fishball, Seaweed Knot, Zucchini, Fuzhou Fishball and Egg. There is a lot of items in the hot pot. And I mean A LOT! It is more than other tasty pot locations like the one in Story Road in San Jose or Milpitas location. And like I mentioned earlier, there's no limit on how much soup you can get for refills and if you have leftovers, get more soup to make another round of hot pot for next day or day after. Another item to try is their sizzling plate. Since I do not eat beef, I only tried their sizzling chicken dish with rice or with udon noodles. Both choices of carbs are great. I do prefer the rice as it can soak up the teriyaki sauce they use and you can get crispy rice from the hot plate they cook on for you. The plate also comes with a cold tea drink too! Great refresher to cool down your mouth. Their appetizers are decent but the Hot Pot or Sizziling Plate is already enough and will make you full. If you do want to order some appetizers, would suggest the calamari or popcorn chicken to share. Portion is easily sharable among 3-4+!

Yelp
Tasty Pot was very busy when we went, but we were able to get a table for 6 pretty quickly! The staff are attentive and friendly too! They can speak Cantonese, Mandarin, or English, so we were accommodated well. The Taiwanese spicy is so tasty, and the portion size is great! They even have boba style drinks that you can order, so you don't have to go somewhere else for that.

Yelp
My boyfriend & I were actually planning to eat at another restaurant nearby though decided to go here instead. This was perfect for a winter day! We walked in at around noon on a Saturday and it didn't get busy (out of the door) until around 12:45-1pm. You order by scanning a QR code at your table which was quick and simple. When you order, each hot pot comes with a free drink (black tea, green tea, or water) + can add customizations (I added quail egg). Beef Hot Pot Soup (my order): The broth was delicious and not too heavy so I kept reaching back for more. Portion size was great. I was expecting just a tad bit more flavor from the broth but it didn't take away from my experience. 4/5 overall (5 for service + quantity & 4 for taste) Kimchi Dumpling Hot Pot Soup (boyfriend's order): 5/5 for the quantity of food, 4/5 as it was tasty and enjoyed thoroughly, & 5/5 service.

Kara M.

Yelp
This place is always busy and full of energy. The service is quick and friendly too. We ordered so much since it was so easy through your phone and we even got one pot discounted using Amazon. Ambience is very energetic and fun. Lets get into the food: Taiwanese supreme (5/5) always have leftovers with this one and the food is always to die for Curry (5/5) its our favorite one Highly recommend if you dont know what to get in Concord, especially during the colder season.

Emanuel L.

Yelp
I was Hangry and needed nourishment bad. Calamari 1outta5 They were overcooked and under seasoned. It was a nice portion but I only had two pcs. Butterfly Shrimp .5outta5 I'm sorry but they tasted like your typical frozen shrimp sans seasoning. Basil Popcorn Chicken 4outta5 Perfectly seasoned & cooked. Nice flavor explosion, crispy outside, moist & tender on the inside. I was left in want & still hangry.

Mike P.

Yelp
Chinese/Taiwan style hot pot restaurant. They have various Asian type dishes and small plates. Place is located in the Willow Pass strip mall and easy to find. Service is efficient with mobile ordering and food comes out fast. Had the sizzling beef plate and Japanese miso hot soup. Also had the popcorn chicken and fried skins as appetizers! Good spot for a quick and filling meal.

M G.

Yelp
We were in this restaurant a few years ago, and it was mediocre. Last week we gave it another shot and it is still mediocre. Nothing special. You can probably can do better hot pot at home. The prices are above average $18.99 for lunch and $20.99 for dinner.

Karen G.

Yelp
Who doesn't like a hot pot in this cold weather. My favorite one is the beef hot pot. I had also tried the tum-yum one before and it was good too. One set meal comes with soup base and meat of your choice, rice or vermicelli. The pot is a good size that has meat, tofu, mushrooms, carrots, onions, zucchini, napa cabbage, fried tofu, etc etc, and it will fill you up. I personally can't finish the hot pot + the rice.

Daniel H.

Yelp
#8 Thai Flavor I always have Thai-style hot pot (the photo is of the lobster I tried, but I always go back to the Thai-style...). Each location has slightly different menus and portion sizes, but it's always delicious! There are many menu options, but it's a bit disappointing that there isn't a menu with only seafood. Wouldn't it be great if there was a seafood and fish cake-only option?!!

Susan T.

Yelp
First time having their taro ball and it was soooooo goood !!! The service here is amazing! It was a super clean place. I noticed all the sauce bottles are filled. Which is awesome!! Definitely would come back

Janet J.

Yelp
Tried them for the first time. Nice, cozy, and clean place. You self-order from the table using QR Code and can customize (remove) the items in your soup. Just wish there is also an option to add toppings. The server was kind enough to answer our questions about items we did not want in the soup. Good service - they also refill your soup broth which was nice to keep it warm and tasty. Will come back again to try other items on their menu.

Yelp
I really enjoy the hot pot there. The flavor is authentic and a good portion. The meal came quick and there were many options . They do not rush me when I am the last customer and they were about to close. The take out packaging is also good and professional. I got a free meal after 10 visits which was a bonus :) It is my go-to place with friends or by myself. I like the consistency and quality of the food.

May N.

Yelp
Came here right when they open for lunch. The first time I tried this place I was not too impressed but after a few years, decided to give this place another shot. Thank goodness I got something else the Milk Cheese and that won me over. Service was great. Staff was very nice and friendly. Love love love

Shey D.

Yelp
I love tasty pot!! The portion is more than plenty and has everything that I like in them. This is a much affordable alternative to the all you can eat hotpots. I am so happy that they opened one in Concord. I always order the Cheesy Milk hot soup in medium. It has quail eggs, pork, imitation crab, tofu, enoki mushrooms, corn, Napa cabbage, vermicelli noodles and other stuff that I cannot remember. It is very good but good but the medium is not hot enough. My hobby's favorite is the curry hot soup. The service was fast. We didn't wait long for our order.

Joan O.

Yelp
When I want hotpot, I come to this place. I love the individual bowl hotpot's because they are tailored for what you like to eat. Tasty Pot is fantastic; the wait time is never too long and the service is very quick after you order! The food comes out so fast and it always hits the same for me every time. It's consistent, delicious and has never once disappointed me. I always get the beef soup but they have a variety of different broths which all come with preset ingredients. If you prefer certain preset ingredients, you can sub the broth for the one you'd like. Every hotpot order comes with a complimentary black or green cold tea and a bowl of rice or vermicelli. They also have great appetizers/snacks and boba! My partner and I are regulars here and love this place!

Everett L.

Yelp
I got the lamb hot soup and I love it so much. It's delicious and they give you lots of lamb and vegetables and the place is really nice. I love Tasty Pot because of how fast they are and because of the quality of the food this is my fifth time back and I plan to come back more.

Austin W.

Yelp
Tasty Pot is the perfect lunch spot on a cold winter day. I stopped by at 12:00 p.m. and the restaurant was fairly empty, with only about five other parties in the space. Ordering is done via a QR code on the table that you scan with your phone. I ordered the curry hotpot with medium spice while my wife ordered the stinky tofu hotpot with mild spice. I really enjoy how different the soup bases taste at Tasty Pot so it was quite hard for me to make a decision on which one I wanted. While we waited on our food to arrive, our teas -- included with the meal, arrived first. If you're a fan of spicy food, you'll definitely want to ask for the most spicy level they offer because even though I ordered medium, mine did not taste spicy at all. The hotpots here are very filling and contain a large variety of ingredients. I wasn't able to finish my hotpot and ended up taking some of it to go. Definitely would stop by again to try another flavor of their hotpot.

Dorian C.

Yelp
Great and super convienent location! Stop by during lunch before my flight and what I love about Tasty Pot is that they are so consistent. The team here are very friendly and accommodating when I needed refills, napkins, or clarifications on the menu. Being a chain, my usual tasted exactly like what I was expecting. Only difference here is that they use packaged chop sticks a to-go spoons vs the regular restaurant utensils. Bathroom is clean, there's plenty of parking, and the food is great. Would reccomend this place to anyone who's familiar with the Tasty Pot chain!

Yelp
Tasty Pot opened along with many Asian eateries in a commercial strip that once sold clothing & accessories. Store interior is brand new unlike other locations Upon entering was directed to a table, given a menu. After waiting a few minutes with no service, tried to order on QR code & it worked! Offerings: hot pot varietals, drinks, sides, appetizers, skewers, add ons.. Eats: Sichuan Flavor Hot Pot (23.99) with vermicelli noodles, green tea with no ice. -quickly served sweetened green tea & cup 1/2 full of ice. Dumped ice onto plate. -big hot pot arrived within 5-10 minutes. Top of pot were humonguous amount of bland sliced beef obviously previously frozen. Surrounded with pieces of imitation crab meat, fish balls, Guantang Beef balls, fried puffed tofu skins, tofu all loaded with sodium & previously frozen. -2 teeny clams. Pork aorta, tempera, fish fillets barely seen. Also previously frozen? -scarce amounts of napa cabbage, scallion, chili pods, szechwan peppercorns, zucchini, enoki mushrooms, black mushrooms leaving broth very salty. -broth loaded with sodium, exuded limited hotness, slight numbness in mouth, no mala sensation. -mentioned it to both Cantonese speakers who told me new chef inexperienced. Head chef had day off. Advised me not to come Tuesday..no remedy to my problem. Lack of service didn't matter. Just drained water, ate dry parts in bowl. 2.5 stars: lots of tasteless food, drink made wrong. Doubtful repeat at this location. *May is Asian American Native Hawaiian Pacific Islander Heritage Month.

Yelp
Had the most delicious lunch ever first time trying this as always walking in greeted ever so nicely the decor is beautiful and simple. You can either order by using the barcode or the waitress will take your order. If you have multiple questions like I did about everything again I am somebody who doesn't like fish but they had other options. They had a sizzling plate which I ordered the chicken teriyaki. It was so good, the teriyaki doesn't overpower the chicken and with the rice and the corn and the edamame. It was amazing. You even get a free side appetizer and some green tea free with your meal definitely I'll go again.

Yelp
We went to Tasty Pot (1683 Willow Pass Rd, Concord, CA 94520) today for some delicious Taiwanese hot pot. There are two other hot pot places within a 2-3 minute drive of this place-but here's why I like this spot and keep coming back: the broth here is REALLY flavorful, the items that go into the hot pot are also very delicious and full of flavor. There's a choice of several different broths. Unlike other hot pot places--this is not an AYCE buffet...but the quality of the meat and vegetables here are much better than the buffets. You order from a list of about 12 different hot pots...and each comes with about 10 items (meat, mushrooms, veggies, noodles, tofu, etc). You can also customize by adding items to the hotpot, and order appetizers. The highlight of the place is the fast and attentive service. They have a worker assigned to monitor the dining area, and they will notice if you're looking around or waving and they will direct a wait staff to your table. I always enjoy meals here and it's my favorite hotpot restaurant in the area. I highly recommend this place for hot pot over the two burger restaurants in this area.

Jaimee B.

Yelp
Loveee coming here during winter szn or simply craving soup! BF n I visit every now and then for date night, sometimes w others for special occasions. First off, every time we've visited, we've had little to no wait times. Most we've waited for a table of 5 in the past was 20-30 mins! Not too bad given it was a weekend night. Second, ordering is easy and employees check in if you need any assistance! They have a QR code which leads you to their ordering website or a server can take the order for you as well. Menu has 12 different pots you can choose from, customizing the spice levels as well! We also love their A-Cha Boba drinks, getting our boba fix in without having to go to another spot! BF loves their Matcha Drinks, I enjoy the basic Jasmine MT. We typically order our own pots but they are def big enough to share, just order an extra side of rice/vermicelli noodles/ramen noodles! We look forward to coming back, still yet have to try the hot stone plate!

amy m.

Yelp
This is a great alternative for the AYCE Hot Pot , especially for me where I never feel that I can get my $s worth in food. my husband and I would order the large Taiwanese hot pot and any extra proteins and vegetables that we like on the side. The servers will come around and refill your hot pot with soup as the broth runs low. This Taiwanese hot pot runs around $23 , this more than adequately feeds us both. The Hotpot itself was very delicious and the perfect spice level for medium spiciness that we asked for. It was filled with beef slices, clams, fish, balls, and vegetables and very good! The service here is efficient as you scan a QR code and place your order online and the food quickly gets delivered to your table . The cashier takes your payment. This location is very popular and you do have the option to sign onto the waitlist via Yelp. Waited less than 30 minutes for a table of two.

Dustin S.

Yelp
First time here, however the waitress is not friendly, hope she can help improve her customer service. Not very impressive

Mel B.

Yelp
What a convenient location! Hotpot is my favorite and I love that these are personal size and already cooked! The Taiwanese soup base with lamb was packed with flavor and the portion size was enough to feed 2 people! To view the menu and place your order, you'd scan a QR code that's on your table. After that, the staff quickly arrives to set up your table and brings utensils, water, etc while you wait for your food. The dining room is huge and the wall decor is so cute! Have been here a few times now and it never disappoints!! Plus, this spot is located in a shopping plaza with lots of parking!! Love this

Peace L.

Yelp
We're back for more Tasty Pot. Almost every time we are in the area we stop in for a meal because both the service and food are great.

Robert G.

Yelp
My wife had her birthday celebration here with our family and we were happy on how they accomodated us eventhough they should have been closed during the time we chose to dine. Because of our big party they moved some of their tables to make a long table to sit everyone. The place is not that big so the staff are nice to accomodate us. Food wise, i like the bowls. They sit on a base that also serves as a food warmer. There is a lot of toppings and the bowl is good enough to get you full.

Lilly C.

Yelp
We came back today and the service was really good! The servers were nice and the food came quickly. 1. Beef Sizzling ($16.50, 5/5): this new item was excellent. They were very generous with the amount of beef and the dish was pre-seasoned well and not too salty. I prefer this to other spots that have seasonings and sauces at the table for the customers to add to the unseasoned dish. I split this with my sister and it fed us both - huge portion! Overall, good quick meal. We love that during lunch time, entrees comes with sweet iced tea! Casual and clean restaurant and restroom. Parking lot gets busy but we are always able to find a spot.

Stephanie L.

Yelp
As many times as I've been to this Tasty Pot, idk how I keep skipping on making my review. This place is definitely 5 stars because they deliver on all counts- food, service, cleanliness, price, EVERYTHING! My only complaint is that sometimes when it's cold out, they're a little TOO busy and you might have to wait for a table. Their 2 person tables are the perfect size for each person to have their own pot, but if you start adding additional appetizers and drinks, the tables get crowded real fast. I love love loooooove their basil popcorn chicken. Taiwanese popcorn chicken is the best, and they do it right. The fact that they include fried garlic cloves with the chicken too.. elite! You can spice it up to your taste, but the medium spicy is a good level for me. It comes with a little spicy mayo but don't be scared to add some of the garlic sauce from the table too. I haven't had any other soup aside from the beef pot. It pretty much has everything I like, so no need for me to try anything else. Each soup comes with preset ingredients, but you can pay to add more items if you'd like. You can also pay extra to sub the soup base if you prefer the ingredients from one preset, but rather have a different soup for it. Unfortunately you can not customize your own pot from scratch. All utensils are disposable and they have these packaged at each table You get a chopstick, soup spoon, napkin and wrapped toothpick lol The soups are so reasonably priced, starting at about $18 and they come with rice or vermicelli noodle, or you can pay a little extra for ramen noodle instead. If you go for lunch, you get a free iced green or black tea too! They have a whole drink menu to order from though, with all your fav bobas and milk/fruit teas to choose from. I got the mango sago and the mango tasted sooooo fresh. Perfectly sweet, creamy and refreshing and the mango bits so yummy! Their newest item on the menu is their sizzling beef platter. If you've had pepper lunch, then you know. It's like fried rice at your table lol You get a super hot cast iron skillet, with rice (or udon), raw beef, corn, edamame, and a pat of butter. You can opt to add cheese and eggs for an upcharge, highly recommend. While it's sizzling, make sure to stir it all around so the beef cooks evenly and then voila! Your meal is ready. This is so basic but sooooo good. The sauce they put on this is what really makes it and they do not skimp on the beef. It's a little sweet, so I'd love to have an option to spice this up a bit but even so, it's really such a comforting meal. The pots have a little fire underneath so if you want things to cool down a bit, just move the cap over the flame to turn it off. Sometimes I like to just leave it on, to keep things hot and bubbly. They have someone coming around to add more broth to your soup because it can dry up easily if your flame is on, or as you're eating it. If you need more, just wave someone over and they're super prompt. The employees are all generally polite and nice, and I have yet to have a poor interaction any time I visit. Each table has a QR code to scan and order. They just ask that you order from one phone only. They will close out the tab at the end of your meal, and you can pay up front.

Yelp
Excellent food, nice service. Reasonable price. Gud loc. We eat there long time ago, and the food is the same very consistent

Laurajane R.

Yelp
My very first time eating here & the experience has turned me into a returning customer ! We (party of 2) walked in & was seated in a timely manner (4 larger parties ahead of us, but they were being seated left & right... lucky timing for us ) We opted to order via mobile app which was awesome, especially during their evening rush. The generously portioned appetizers & the Matcha Latte with Boba came out quick. These dishes are HUGE (not a shallow bowl, pretty typical size with noodles hidden under all the meats & soup) and 1 is actually good for 2 ppl ! But I am big backed so no thank you, I will order my own soup when we go again I am happy leaving with left overs to be able to eat later, lol. *These fancy soup holders have individual fire cans lit the whole time you're eating EAT CAUTIOUSLY* If you're looking for a place to spend a good amount of $ to fill your belly with flavorful, delicious food all while receiving efficient service... this is the Tasty sPOT for you...mmmK bye

Gikky A.

Yelp
Came back to try more dishes at Tasty pot. Everything we ordered was very flavorful. And again the service was great and they were so attentive that anytime the soup was low they would fill up the bowl right away. Everything was so clean in This restaurant as always.

Kimberly N.

Yelp
This is an update to my previous review. It's been a year and so since Tasty Pot in Concord opened and the food has gotten better than ever! They have also added several new items to their menu besides the hot pot soups. I've tried a variety of their appetizers and their new Sizzling Plate!!! For appetizers, I've tried the Basil Popcorn Chicken 5/5! It has incredible flavor. The Chicken Wings are also 5/5. They are perfectly cooked and seasoned. The Golden Mini Buns with the delicious sauce it come with it 5/5. Perfect dessert! The bubble milk tea is also delicious and they have several good drinks. Their newest addition is the Sizzling Plate 5/5. It is an excellent option if you want something different than soup plus it is the first one in the area. I ordered the Beef Sizzling plate with rice, mushroom sauce, egg and cheese. You can also get the black pepper sauce. My husband chose black pepper but we agreed the mushroom was more flavorful. It is a bit sweeter, though, so keep that in mind. Overall Tasty Pot is one of the best restaurants in Concord and a must-stop if you are in the area

Anna C.

Yelp
Tasty Pot still stands as one of my top restaurants in the Bay! I've tried all of the hot soups/pots at this point, and I would rank them as follows: 1. Curry Flavor Hot Soup Flavor-wise, this is one you really cannot go wrong with. Even at lower spice levels, it's still very flavorful. The fishballs especially go well with the broth. 2. Kimchi Dumpling Hot Soup I really like the toppings in the one. It feels the most filling as well. 3. Taiwanese Supreme Spicy Hot Soup I love the variety and types of toppings in this one. Plus, the broth is super rich and flavorful. 4. Sichuan Flavor Hot Soup If you like spicy, this is a great option. Also very flavorful. 5. Cheesy Milk Hot Soup I really like this one, though the cheese is a bit overkill. However, it's not hard to remove some of it before it melts. The cheese flavor goes really well with a very spicy broth, which is what I would recommend. 6. Beef Hot Soup This is the first thing on the menu and definitely a must-try. The only issue is that the broth has a kind of sandiness to it that you might not enjoy if you're the type to drink a lot of it. 7. Lamb Hot Soup I really like this one. The most recently time I ordered it, though, it was super plain (I ordered medium spicy). Previous times were great, however. 8. Seafood Lobster Hot Soup The main thing I don't like with this one is how difficult it is to peel/eat the lobster and the shrimp haha. The broth also isn't super flavorful. 9. Thai Flavor Hot Soup The broth is quite sour, but not rich. I prefer the other broths. 10. Healthy Veggie Hot Soup Flavor-wise, this is by far the plainest hot soup they have. When I was vegetarian, this was my go-to. It's not bad, but the non-veggie broths are so much more flavorful/enjoyable. Unless you get this "flaming spicy," you won't taste much. 11. Japanese Miso Hot Soup I'm not a huge fan of the miso soup flavor with all the hot pot ingredients here. It's a bit too plain and feels a bit weird since miso soup is typically done with just seaweed and tofu. 12. Stinky Tofu Hot Soup Mostly personal preference again. I think stinky tofu is very much an acquired taste that most people probably will not enjoy the first time. I tried this once and never ordered again. Overall, I think this is a great place for lunch (free tea!). There are always tables open and the service is great. Seats are comfortable and lots of parking at the lot in front. I also love their rewards program. You get a free pot every ~10 you order. I've already claimed a couple!

Yelp
This place is located all the food plaza near by my go to comfort restaurants. I usually go to the ones in the city or Daly City but glad I came here today since it was rainy and cold. When I walked in this waiter welcomed us and told us to seat anywhere. Lots of spaces and booth options. You can order the food directly with staff or you can do it yourself by QR code self order. I ordered Szechwan spicy beef soup as always with extreme spicy level. My son ordered regular classic beef soup with mild spicy. I ordered tea and house milk tea with boba with sides of rice. We also ordered their Basil popcorn chicken. When the food came out.. they give so much meat compare to any other location I have been to. Omgsh I wish I have taken pictures for this. Other location I always have to order more beef but today, I am very full to finish as it is. However spicy level isn't accurate it was not spicy how it should be. Boba was little bit extra cooked other than that everything else was just perfect. Everyone should try their popcorn chicken. So much flavor :: my son wanted me to share this on Yelp. Kids gets free toy. He was super happy even though it was little tiny ball he got from our waitress.. During our dining, waitress was keep checking us and refilling our broth. It was so nice of them usually they don't even come after food it out. Nice friendly location out of all the Bay Area locations I have been to. This place is bright and clean with some LED background. They also have lots of dessert options including mango sago and mochi ice cream.

Yelp
This is my usual go to place for hot pot. I usually get the beef hot pot or the lamb. Both are very delicious! The portion is huge! It's enough to take home for your next meal if you can't finish it. Service here is great! The waitress came by to my table often asking if I wanted more soup. She is super nice and kind.

Yelp
I love coming here for soup to warm the soul. A very bright yet inviting interior makes you feel right at home to enjoy some good soup. To order, you scan a QR code and order right from your phone. From then, your food is on its way. Utensils, drinks, and anything you might need comes out pretty quickly. Bonus that if you come during lunch, they'll serve you a free cup of tea! My go to orders are... - Kimchi dumpling soup: very generous kimchi serving right in the middle of the bowl with a nice crunch and freshness. Be careful not to leave your dumplings in the soup for too long or else they'll fall apart - Cheesy milk soup: very creamy with a generous serving of cheese on top. The melted cheese in the soup is chef's kiss! It pairs very well with the spices of the soup, don't knock it until you try it!

Yelp
5/5 for the food, service, and location. We visited this location since my family was craving soup. Overall, amazing! Their portions are generous and I definitely had leftovers for dinner and lunch the next day. Food: I ordered the Japanese Miso Hot Soup. It was delightful. There is an abundance of noodles and meat/vegetables. The bowls they use are deep, so when I finished eating, it didn't feel like I made much of a dent. I believe these bowls are a shareable, maybe between 2-3 people. My family and I ordered individually and we all should've just split 1-. Service: Good - when you arrive, you check in to an iPad and place yourself on the waitlist. We went there on a Sunday and got seated in about 15 minutes. No complaints on taking our order, water refills, and grabbing the check. They came promptly. Location: It's in a shared commercial area with other retail and restaurants. Parking is ample, so we didn't have any trouble finding parking. Overall, will come again if I'm ever in the neighborhood. Great food, great people, great location.

Yelp
Slow customer service and one of the workers was forcing me to offer tip when top is considered optional.

Yelp
It has been a while since I have had Tasty Pot. I usually went to the one in Berkeley, but am so glad I came to this location. We came for lunch on a weekend and I ordered my usual. The Milk Cheese Soup. The broth has this richness that just warms the body. And the Cold Green Tea is so freshing. Not to mention the ample parking. Service was nice and friendly. This place can get busy so either come early or be patience. I look forward to my next visit here. Of course I will be getting my usual.

Yelp
I'm so happy they opened a Tasty Pot in the East Bay! Food - I ordered the Lamb pot non-spicy and got a bowl of free rice and black iced tea. We also shared a popcorn chicken appetizer. It was all sooooo delicious! And they were extremely generous on the meat servings. My fiancé ordered the kimchi soup dumpling and they gave so much meat he had to take it home to go. It was so delicious and satisfying on a rainy day. Service - Extremely attentive and friendly waiter. We ordered our food through the QR code and it came pretty quickly. We got our drinks and rice, then the popcorn chicken and then our hotpot. They came around twice to offer more soup broth but we were so full and satisfied, it wasn't necessary. Environment - Lovely! The place is clean, the lighting is crazy, its not too loud. And the seats are extremely comfy! They have many tables too that look like they go further back in the restaurant. 10/10 would recommend coming here if you've never been. Definitely a must-try place if you've never had it before, and if you're in the area, you don't have to drive further into the bay area to try it anymore since it's right here in Concord! So amazing. Can't wait to come back and satisfy my craving.

Yelp
We ordered after scanning the QR code. Got there around 8:45 PM sign says they close at 9:30 but by 9 they were already putting the chairs up. The place can get busy during lunch and dinner thou. It's a great spot for when you need soup on a cold and windy day. Ordered the Thai flavor hot soup. And there was so much food in the bowl. I felt like I barely made a dent in my food. Got a medium spicy bowl but I feel as if it wasn't that spicy. Added a little of the spicy bean paste to give it more of a kick. I would order that bowl again. Also ordered the yogurt green tea. And that was delicious. It's a mix of green tea and the yukult yogurt drink. Must try the drink.

Yelp
my boyfriend & i love tasty pots this is one of our favorite restaurants although the customer service was not great :( i shouldn't have to ask for service 4 times whenever i needed a refill on my water or when i needed more broth so i was very disappointed in that i know they were busy but they didn't even check up on us at all.. other than that we love the food they just need to work on their customer service

Yelp
Always love tasty pot and this location is one of my favorites that i've been by! For starters, the plaza it's in is great! It has a lot of parking and some nice shops and restaurants in the area around it. The inside is very nice they have comfy cushioned chairs making your dining experience very fun and comfortable! The service is amazing! The staff are all very friendly and check in frequently during the meal. Majority of the food orders come mostly through electronic ordering. You scan a QR code on the tables for the menu. The staff brings out the dishes and drinks after about 15-20 minutes. They are busy most times but their staff is very on top of everything! I ordered a Lamb Hot Soup Spicy. Though it may not look too big, tasty pot is usually quite filling for hotpot! Sometimes I like to even order add-ons to share with friends and family. The add-ons are decently sized to maybe be shared amongst 1-3 people per dish. The drinks are also very good! Overall, tasty pot is one of the better hotpot places to drop by in the bay! It puts off the worries over what toppings to order or having to push yourself to stuff food into your mouth at a buffet style. Love Tasty Pot always!

Yelp
Here's what I suggest and please take my word for it. Order your soup with either mild or no heat (as in SPICY) They don't tell you...explain to you that thier heat levels are ungodly off the charts compared to us lame humans. Unless you have a pallet of a Lao or Thai person this stuff will burn you the heck out. I like spicy, and I can handle it. But their versions are a whole other level. Start off with mild!

Yelp
We always going here and the food makes me feel so happy. We always celebrate any occasions here too. I'm like part of the restaurant since we always come by every week or order for pick up

Yelp
Love this location. They are fast preparing the food. Also I like to think they give out a lot of meat which is great. Other locations like Dublin give out less meat and more cabbage! Anyways this place is clean, and the flavors are good. I always change my soup base to Thai flavor a must! Extra charge but it's worth it

Yelp
We walked in with a party of 6.We waited until we were called. One of the waitresses was very prone to mood swings. She was exclaiming that she was happy but 10 minutes later she had a very foul look on her face. The portions were well made, but all the staff except for one man were VEEERRY ignorant. We kept on asking to get more broth, but they ignored us until the 3rd time. They also forgot about our drinks until the very last second. On top of that, they forgot about one of our soups broth and STILL added another dollar. We received compensation though. All in all,I am very disappointed in their performance. I expected better from them.
